従来、風呂における入浴にあっては、浴槽内に湯を張って、利用者はその浴槽内に横たわって湯に浸かり、身体の洗浄にあっては、この浴槽から出て、洗い場において洗剤等を使って行っていた。
しかしながら、前記風呂はその全体のスペースを多く取るため、風呂場に充分な場所を取れないところでは、バスタブとシャワーとが一緒となった風呂の設置となるが、それでも、0.5坪以上のスペースが必要となるものであった。

本発明は前記した問題点を解決するためになされたもので、通孔を穿設してその上部に利用者が載置する載置台の外周部に、内部に湯を溜める外框体を立設させ、載置台の下側に外框体と通孔を介して連通させた中間室を設けて、この中間室に前記湯の供給口および湯の排出口を設けると共に、中間室内に載置台の通孔より空気を圧送する旋回手段を設けることにより、省スペースに形成できて簡単に入浴を行うことができ、使用後は清潔に維持させることができる入浴装置を提供することを目的としている。
