本発明は、鉄骨のフランジ部等に足場用パイプや足場に付設される手摺用パイプ等の各種仮設用パイプ(鋼管)を取り付けるのに使用されるパイプクランプの取付装置に関するものである。

この種のパイプクランプ取付装置、特に、前記フランジ等の被挟持部材を挟持するコ形クランプとパイプを抱持固定するパイプクランプとの組み合わせから成るパイプクランプ取付装置として、使用に際して、パイプクランプの取り付け位置をコ形クランプに於ける直角2側面の何れかに任意に選択し得るように構成したものが、例えば特許文献1等によって知られている。

上記のような従来のパイプクランプ取付装置に於いて、更にパイプクランプを前記棒状体の長さ方向の軸心の周りに回転させて、当該パイプクランプの向きを例えば90度間隔で変更出来るように構成することは、特許文献1にも記載されているように従来知られているところであるが、特許文献1に記載された従来の構成では、前記棒状体に固着された固定座に形成した周方向複数個の凹部とパイプクランプのコ形本体に形成した周方向複数個の凸部とを嵌合させて、前記棒状体の先端にナットでコ形本体を締結する構造であったため、パイプクランプの向きを変更する場合、前記凹部と凸部との嵌合を解除するために前記ナットを弛めた状態でコ形本体を棒状体側の固定座から浮き上がらせる必要があり、しかも前記ナットがコ形本体の内側に配置されているため、当該パイプクランプに鋼管等を抱持固定させた状態ではパイプクランプの向き変更が出来ないという致命的な問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の好適実施形態を添付図に基づいて説明すると、1は、鉄骨等のフランジ部を挟持するコ形クランプであり、2は鋼管等を抱持固定するパイプクランプである。コ形クランプ1は、一対の側壁部3,4と連結壁部5とから成るコ形本体6と、側壁部4を螺合貫通する締結用螺軸7とから成り、コ形本体6には、一方の側壁部3の先端近傍位置から他方の側壁部4の先端近傍位置までコの字形に連続して外側に張り出す突曲部8が形成され、更に、一方の側壁部3と連結壁部5との間のコーナー部には、前記突曲部8の巾よりも小巾で且つ一方の側壁部3と連結壁部5とにわたって連続する貫通孔9が設けられている。尚、締結用螺軸7の内端には、皿ばね7aが当該螺軸の軸心の周りに回転可能に装着されている。

上記のようにコ形クランプ1に対しパイプクランプ2を第一姿勢A又は第二姿勢Bの何れかで固定して使用することが出来るのであるが、更にそのパイプクランプ2で抱持固定される鋼管等の向きを変更したいときは、パイプクランプ2の回転時にボルト25の先端と固定座21の周面とが緩衝しない位置まで当該ボルト25を弛緩後退させ、係る状態でパイプクランプ2を棒状体16の螺軸部18の周りに回転させ、当該パイプクランプ2の向きが固定座21の周囲四辺の位置決め用周面21a〜21dによって90度単位で設定出来る4つの向きの内、希望の向きになれば、その状態でボルト25を螺進させて当該ボルト先端を固定座21の位置決め用周面21a〜21dの1つに押圧させ、パイプクランプ2を棒状体16に固定すれば良い。

尚、前記ボルト25のネジ孔26は、上記実施形態のように別の板材28を使用せずに、パイプクランプ2のベース部材10の一部を切り起こした突出片に設けることも出来るし、単純にナットをベース部材10の外側面に溶接等により付設して構成することも出来る。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上のように実施し且つ使用することが出来るものであって、係る本発明のパイプクランプ取付装置によれば、コ形クランプに対してパイプクランプを、当該コ形クランプが嵌合固定される被挟持部材の被挟持面に対し起立する姿勢と当該被挟持部材の端面に対して起立する姿勢とに略90度の範囲で任意に切り換えて使用することが出来ることは勿論のこと、パイプクランプを支持している棒状体に対してもパイプクランプを回転させて、固定座の周囲の位置決め用周面に対応する任意の向きに変更固定させることが出来るので、鉄骨等に鋼管等を取り付けるに際し、当該鋼管等の使用目的に適合する向きや位置に鋼管等を容易に取り付けることが出来る。
