本発明は、医療用の画像診断装置の寝台に係り、特に撮影領域を操作者が確認しにくい診断装置用に好適な寝台に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
医療用画像診断装置には、画像計測部と寝台とが別個に構成される装置が少なくない。例えば、循環器用X線装置,ガンマカメラ装置,X線CT装置,MRI装置等である。これらの装置のうち、画像計測部をガントリーと称している診断装置では、被検体の撮影中心への位置決めを目視で行うことが困難な物が多い。その理由は、ガントリーの開口部内へ被検体を位置させると、被検体のすぐ上部を画像計測部が覆ってしまうためである。このため、X線CT装置やMRI装置では、被検者の位置決めのために、ガントリーの寝台側の端部に投光器を設け、被検者の撮影部位を一旦その投光器の所へ移動して位置合わせを行い、その後、寝台の天板を電動駆動機構により投光器とガントリー内の撮影中心との間の一定距離だけ移動して被検者の撮影部位を装置の撮影中心へ位置合わせするという2ステップの位置合わせ方法を採用している。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の第一の目的は、天板支持部によって被検者を寝載する天板を移動可能に設けた画像診断装置用の寝台において、前記画像診断装置のガントリーに設置された投光器の光線による位置決め点と前記ガントリー内の計測空間の中心との距離と同じ間隔で配置された2つのマーカを有したマーカスケールと、前記マーカスケールを前記天板の移動方向にスライドさせるスライド手段とを前記天板支持部に備えていることによって達成される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施の形態を図面を用いて説明する。
図1は本発明を実施した医用画像診断装置としてのMRI装置の外観を示す斜視図である。図1において、10は寝台であり、20はMRI装置のガントリー,30は被検者の撮影部位を位置決めする投光器である。MRI装置はシステム構成としては、ガントリー20,寝台10の他に、操作卓,画像処理装置,電源,及び送受信用コイルを備えるが、本発明との関連がないので、それらは図示を省略している。
