本発明は、フィット性に優れ、漏れ防止性に優れた吸収性物品に関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のパンツ型の使い捨ておむつ等の吸収性物品としては、図５に示すように、側部からの漏れを防止する構造として、吸収体１０４の側縁１０４ａから外方に位置するサイドフラップ部１０７にレッグギャザーが形成されるように、腹側部と背側部とに一対のレッグ部弾性部材１７１をそれぞれ設けてなる使い捨て１０１等が提案されている。

しかし、このような構造を有する従来の吸収性物品では、未だ、側部からの漏れ防止性が十分でなく、足周りの部分から尿漏れもしくは便漏れが生じる場合があった。

従って、本発明の目的は、フィット性に優れ、側部からの漏れ防止性に優れた、使い捨ておむつ等の吸収性物品を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、液透過性の表面シート、液不透過性の防漏シート及び液保持性の吸収体を備えた、実質的に縦長の吸収性本体を具備する吸収性物品において、
前記吸収性本体の少なくとも長手方向中央部において、前記吸収体の長手方向左右両側における側縁内に該吸収体の長手方向に向けて弾性部材が配されており且つ該吸収体の長手方向中央部に該吸収体の幅方向に向けて弾性部材が配されており、吸収性本体の長手方向中央部における背側部側及び腹側部側のそれぞれに、前記弾性部材により３方を囲まれたポケット部が形成されており、前記弾性部材は、腹側部の一側縁から腹側部の他側縁にかけて配された第１弾性部材と、背側部の一側縁から背側部の他側縁にかけて配された第２弾性部材とからなり、前記第１弾性部材における前記吸収体をその幅方向に横断する第１横断部と、前記第２弾性部材における前記吸収体をその幅方向に横断する第２横断部との間に、前記第１弾性部材及び前記第２弾性部材により４方を囲まれた中央ポケット部が形成されている吸収性物品（以下この発明を「第１発明」ともいう）を提供することにより、前記目的を達成したものである。
また、本発明は、液透過性の表面シート、液不透過性の防漏シート及び液保持性の吸収体を備えた、実質的に縦長の吸収性本体を具備する吸収性物品において、前記吸収性本体の少なくとも長手方向中央部において、前記吸収体の長手方向左右両側における側縁内に該吸収体の長手方向に向けて弾性部材が配されており且つ該吸収体の長手方向中央部に該吸収体の幅方向に向けて弾性部材が配されており、吸収性本体の長手方向中央部における背側部側及び腹側部側のそれぞれに、前記弾性部材により３方を囲まれたポケット部が形成されており、前記弾性部材は、腹側部の一側縁から腹側部の他側縁にかけて配された第１弾性部材と、背側部の一側縁から背側部の他側縁にかけて配された第２弾性部材とからなり、更に、腹側部の一側縁から腹側部の他側縁にかけて、該一側縁側の前記レッグ部を通過し、前記第１弾性部材における前記吸収体をその幅方向に横断する第１横断部と前記第２弾性部材における前記吸収体をその幅方向に横断する第２横断部との間において前記吸収性本体をその幅方向に横断し、腹側部の他端側の該レッグ部を通過するように配された第１レッグ部弾性部材を具備すると共に、背側部の一側縁から背側部の他側縁にかけて、該一側縁側の前記レッグ部を通過し、前記第１横断部と前記第２横断部との間において前記吸収性本体をその幅方向に横断し、背側部の他端側の該レッグ部を通過するように配された第２レッグ部弾性部材を具備しており、前記第１レッグ部弾性部材と前記第１弾性部材との間及び前記第２レッグ部弾性部材と前記第２弾性部材との間に、それぞれ別のポケット部が形成されている吸収性物品（以下この発明を「第２発明」ともいう）を提供することにより、前記目的を達成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の好ましい一実施形態について説明する。本発明の第１発明及び第２発明それぞれの一実施形態の説明に先立ち、まず、本発明の参考実施形態について説明する。参考実施形態は、第１発明とは主として「中央ポケット部」を有していない点が異なり、また、第２発明とは主として「別のポケット部」を有していない点が異なるものである。参考実施形態を説明した後に、第１発明及び第２発明それぞれの一実施形態について、参考実施形態とは異なる点を中心に説明する。
本発明の吸収性物品の参考実施形態としての使い捨ておむつ１は、液透過性の表面シート２、液不透過性の防漏シート３及び液保持性の吸収体４を備えた、実質的に縦長の吸収性本体１０と、該吸収体４の左右両側縁から外方に延出された左右一対のサイドフラップ部７とを具備する。

参考実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、腹側部Ａの１側縁Ａ１及び背側部Ｂの１側縁Ｂ１、腹側部Ａの他側縁Ａ２及び背側部Ｂの他側縁Ｂ２がそれぞれ接合されてなるパンツ型の使い捨ておむつである。
そして、吸収体４は、中央部分が括れた砂時計状であり、防漏シート３も該吸収体４の外形に合わせて同様の形状となされている。また、表面シート２及び防漏シート３は、特に図示しないが、吸収体４の長手方向の側縁の外方において接合されている。

防漏シート３の裏面側には、外層不織布５が配されており、外層不織布５は、吸収体４の側縁４ａよりも使い捨ておむつの外方側に向けて延出され、延出された外層不織布５と該外層不織布５に貼り合わされた表面シート２とにより、サイドフラップ部７が形成されている。
また、ウエスト開口部８及び胴周囲部Ｄには、複数のひも状の弾性部材が、使い捨ておむつの周囲方向に沿って配されて実質的に使い捨ておむつの周囲方向に連続したギャザーを形成している。

而して、参考実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、吸収性本体１０の長手方向中央部１０ａにおいて、前記吸収体４の長手方向左右両側における側縁４ａ内に吸収体４の長手方向に向けて弾性部材９が配されており且つ吸収体４の長手方向中央部４ｂに吸収体４の幅方向に向けて弾性部材９が配されている。吸収性本体１０の長手方向中央部１０ａにおける背側部Ｂ側及び腹側部Ａ側のそれぞれに、弾性部材９により３方を囲まれたポケット部１１が形成されている。
従って、弾性部材９は必ず中央部１０ａ内に存在するように配されている。なお、中央領域（中央部１０ａ）とは、使い捨ておむつの長手方向中心１ａから腹側部及び背側部へ各々使い捨ておむつ全長Ｌ₁の４０％の長さまでの領域である。そして、前記ポケット部１１は、できるだけ股下部近傍を含む方が、排尿部近傍にポケット部１１が位置するようになるため好ましい。このためには、幅方向の弾性部材は、何れも股下直下よりも腹側又は背側にずれて存在することが好ましい。

更に詳述すると、弾性部材９は、腹側部Ａの一側縁Ａ１から他側縁Ａ２にかけて配された第１弾性部材９１と、背側部Ｂの一側縁Ｂ１から他側縁Ｂ２にかけて配された第２弾性部材９２とからなる。第１及び第２弾性部材９１，９２としては、ひも状の平ゴムが３本づつ配されている。
そして、第１弾性部材９１は、その一端９１ｂが腹側部Ａの一側縁Ａ１の下方（股下側）に位置し、吸収体４の中央部４ｂまでは吸収体４の側縁４ａに沿うように吸収体４上を通過しており、吸収体４の中央部４ｂにおいて吸収体４をその幅方向に且つ幅方向に沿って横断しており、腹側部Ａの他側縁Ａ２側においても一側縁Ａ１側と同様に吸収体４の側縁４ａに沿うように吸収体４上を通過しており、第１弾性部材９１の他端９１ｃが腹側部Ａの他側縁Ａ２の下方に位置する。
また、第２弾性部材９２は、その一端９２ｂが背側部Ｂの一側縁Ｂ１の下方に位置し、吸収体１０の中央部４ｂまでは吸収体４の側縁４ａに沿うように吸収体４上を通過しており、吸収体４の中央部４ｂにおいて吸収体４をその幅方向に且つ幅方向に沿って横断しており、背側部Ｂの他側縁Ｂ２側においても一側縁Ｂ１側と同様に吸収体４の側縁４ａに沿うように吸収体４上を通過しており、第２弾性部材９２の他端９２ｃが背側部Ｂの他側縁Ｂ２の下方に位置する。
ここで、吸収体４の中央部４ｂとは、排泄点の設計で決まるが、好ましくは使い捨ておむつ１の長手方向中心１ａから腹側部Ａ側及び背側部Ｂ側にそれぞれＬ₁／２〜Ｌ₁／２０の長さの領域を意味する。

また、第１弾性部材９１における吸収体４を横断する第１横断部９１ａは、第２弾性部材９２における吸収体４を横断する第２横断部９２ａよりも腹側部Ａ側に位置しており、第１及び第２横断部９１ａ，９２ａ共に使い捨ておむつの長手方向中心１ａよりも腹側部Ａ側に位置している。
また、腹側部Ａの両側縁Ａ１，Ａ２と背側部Ｂの両側縁Ｂ１，Ｂ２とが接合された際に、弾性部材９が実質的に連続するように第１及び第２弾性部材９１，９２が配されているので、図１に示すように、参考実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、着用時に着用者の下腹部周辺に位置する胴周囲部Ｄから股下に位置する股下部Ｃにかけて、腹側部Ａ側と背側部Ｂ側とに実質的に連続したギャザーが形成されている。
また、第１及び第２弾性部材９１，９２は、共に、防漏シート３と外層不織布５との間又は表面シート２と外層不織布５との間に接着剤を介して固定されている。また、防漏シート３、吸収体４及び表面シート２並びに外層不織布５は、吸収性を阻害しないように接着剤で接合されて一体化されている。参考実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、吸収性本体１０が、主として表面シート２、防漏シート３、吸収体４及び外層不織布５により形成されており、サイドフラップ部７は、表面シート２と外層不織布５とにより形成されている。

ポケット部１１は、腹側部Ａ側と背側部Ｂ側とにおいて、それぞれウエスト開口部８側を除く３方を第１弾性部材９１又は第２弾性部材９２により囲まれており且つ吸収性本体１０の各部材が一体化されているので、該第１及び第２弾性部材９１，９２の収縮力により、吸収性本体１０の一部が防漏シート３側に凸状に盛り上がって（表面シート２側からは凹状に窪んで）形成されている。
吸収体４の側縁４ａから第１または２弾性部材９１，９２までの距離ｔ１は、０．５〜３ｃｍとするのが、脚周りのフィット性を維持したまま良好なポケット部１１を形成させる点から好ましい。
両横断部９１ａ，９２ａ間の距離ｔ２は、０．５〜５ｃｍとするのが、排尿もしくは排便される場所にポケット部１１を形成させる点から好ましい。
ポケット部１１の長さＬは、１００〜２００ｃｍとなるようにするのが、尿・便のモレを防ぐ点から好ましい。

次に、各部材の形成材料について説明すると、表面シート２、防漏シート３、吸収体４及び外層不織布５としては、通常公知の材料を特に制限なく用いることができ、形成材料を適宜選択し、組み合わせて用いることができる。

また、弾性部材９としての第１弾性部材９１及び第２弾性部材９２の形成材料も、特に制限なく、従来公知の糸ゴムや平ゴム等を用いることができる。
弾性部材９としての第１弾性部材９１及び第２弾性部材９２における吸収体４の中央部に吸収体の幅方向に向けて配された部位、即ち、第１横断部９１ａ及び第２横断部９２ａの伸長率は、それぞれ、２０％以上であるのが好ましく、３０〜２００％であるのが更に好ましい。伸長率を２０％以上とすることにより、その収縮力によって腹側部及び背側部にポケット部１１が形成されやすくなる。なお、伸長率は以下の式による。

また、第１及び第２横断部９１ａ，９２ａ以外の部位の伸長率は、特に制限されず、通常の使い捨ておむつに配される弾性部材と同様の範囲で適宜選択できる。

参考実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、通常のパンツ型の使い捨ておむつと同様に使用することできる。
そして、参考実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、吸収体４上に（吸収体４と重なるように）弾性部材９が配されているので、ギャザーが吸収体４上に形成され、吸収体４を着用者の体に密着させて、吸収体４が装着者の体から離れるのを防止できる。また、吸収体４の排尿ポイント部付近にポケット部１１が形成されるので、吸収体４が尿を吸収するまでに尿が溜まる空間を提供することができ、漏れ防止性も向上される。
また、図５に示すような従来のパンツ型使い捨ておむつにおいては、レッグギャザーを超えた排泄物は漏れにつながっていたが、参考実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、ギャザーが吸収体４上に形成され、該ギャザーの外側にも吸収体４が存在するように構成されているので、漏れ防止性が更に向上されている。

参考実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、従来の使い捨ておむつを製造する際に用いられる手法を特に制限なく用いて、上述の構成の使い捨ておむつを製造することにより得られる。

次に、本発明の第１発明の吸収性物品の一実施形態の使い捨ておむつについて詳述する。
なお、以下の説明においては、上述した参考実施形態の使い捨ておむつと異なる点について特に説明する。特に詳述しない点については、上述した参考実施形態と同じであり、上述した説明が適宜適用される。

即ち、第１弾性部材９１は、第１横断部９１ａが使い捨ておむつ１の長手方向中心１ａよりも背側部Ｂ側に位置するように配されており、第２弾性部材９２は、第２横断部９２ａが吸収体４の長手方向中心よりも腹側部Ａ側に位置するように配されている。そして、第１横断部９１ａと第２横断部９２ａとの間には４方を第１及び第２弾性部材９１，９２で囲まれて、ポケット部１１と同様に盛り上がった中央ポケット部１２が形成されている。
図３に示す第１発明の一実施形態の使い捨ておむつ１においても、上述の参考実施形態において奏される効果と同じ効果が奏される他、更に中央ポケット部１２が股下部に形成されているので、更に漏れ防止性が向上する。

次に、本発明の第２発明の吸収性物品の一実施形態の使い捨ておむつについて詳述する。
なお、以下の説明においては、上述した参考実施形態及び第１発明の一実施形態の使い捨ておむつと異なる点について特に説明する。特に詳述しない点については、上述した参考実施形態及び第１発明の一実施形態と同じであり、上述した説明が適宜適用される。
第２発明の一実施形態の吸収性物品としての使い捨ておむつは、図４に示すように、更に、サイドフラップ部に弾性部材が設けられている。
更に詳細には、腹側部Ａの一側縁Ａ１から腹側部Ａの他側縁Ａ２にかけて、一側縁Ａ１側のレッグ部７１を通過し、第１弾性部材９１における吸収体４をその幅方向に横断する第１横断部９１ａと第２弾性部材９２における吸収体４をその幅方向に横断する第２横断部９２ａとの間において吸収性本体１０をその幅方向に横断し、腹側部Ａの他端Ａ２側のレッグ部７１を通過するように配された第１レッグ部弾性部材７２を具備する。また、背側部Ｂの一側縁Ｂ１から背側部Ｂの他側縁Ｂ２にかけて、一側縁Ｂ１側のレッグ部７１を通過し、第１横断部９１ａと第２横断部９２ａとの間において吸収性本体１０をその幅方向に横断し、背側部Ｂの他端Ｂ２側のレッグ部７１を通過するように配された第２レッグ部弾性部材７３を具備する。
図４に示す第２発明の一実施形態においても、上述の図３に示す第１発明の一実施形態の使い捨ておむつと同じ効果が奏される。更に第１及び第２レッグ部弾性部材７２，７３が配されていることにより、使い捨ておむつの長手方向に向けて配されている第１レッグ部弾性部材７２と第１弾性部材９１との間及び第２レッグ部弾性部材７３と第２弾性部材９２との間にも、それぞれ別のポケット部（符号なし）が形成され、漏れ防止性がより向上する。

尚、本発明（第１発明，第２発明）の吸収性物品は、上述の実施形態に制限されずに種々変形可能であり、例えば、使い捨ておむつの他に生理用ナプキンや失禁パッド等に適用可能である。
更に、第１発明においては、第２発明と同様に、腹側部の一側縁から腹側部の他側縁にかけて、該一側縁側の前記レッグ部を通過し、前記第１弾性部材における前記吸収体をその幅方向に横断する第１横断部及び前記第２弾性部材における前記吸収体をその幅方向に横断する第２横断部間において吸収性本体をその幅方向に横断し、腹側部の他端側の該レッグ部を通過するように配された第１レッグ部弾性部材を具備すると共に、背側部の一側縁から背側部の他側縁にかけて、該一側縁側の前記レッグ部を通過し、前記第１横断部及び前記第２横断部間において吸収性本体をその幅方向に横断し、背側部の他端側の該レッグ部を通過するように配された第２レッグ部弾性部材とを具備するように構成しても良い。
