Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a disposable diaper that can surely prevent leakage from around a leg and is excellent in followability to movement of a thigh and prevention of shape collapse.
[0002]
Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
Conventionally, in a disposable diaper, it is an important issue how to prevent excretion from leaking. Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-33630 discloses an absorbent body including a central absorbent portion having a width adapted to a human body and a central absorbent portion. A disposable diaper having an outer absorbent portion provided on the outer side to improve the tightness of the crotch portion and thereby improve the leakage prevention performance is described.
However, in this disposable diaper, the stool and urine leaking from the central absorbent portion reach the outer absorbent portion relatively easily, and particularly when the amount of excretion is large, the diaper easily passes over the outer absorbent portion. There is a risk of leakage from the side edges.
In addition, there is a possibility that the shape of the absorbent portion side edge may be distorted while the diaper is being worn or attached or detached, for example, when the absorbent portion side edge is turned up or twisted. Further, the absorber cannot follow the movement of the thigh during the activity, and a gap may be formed between the absorber and the skin, which may cause leakage.
[0003]
JP-A-5-317362 describes a disposable diaper in which a part between a fixed end of a liquid-impermeable leak-proof wall and a side flap has a liquid-absorbing region. Describes a disposable diaper having a first and a second absorber and a barrier cuff disposed between the two absorbers.
However, in the two publications, both sides of the absorbent body in the crotch part are bent downward when worn, and are peculiar to disposable diapers arranged along the inner surface of the wearer's thigh. Inconveniences such as turning over of the absorber side edge and twisting during attachment and detachment are liable to occur. (2) Since the absorber side edge is directed downward, if urine concentrates on the absorber side edge, it will easily leak outside. ▼ No solution is described for the characteristic problem that the absorber cannot follow the movement of the thigh during the activity and a gap is formed between the absorber and the skin and leakage tends to occur.
[0004]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a disposable diaper that can surely prevent leakage from around the leg and is excellent in followability to the movement of the thigh and prevention of shape collapse.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and a liquid-retentive absorber interposed between these sheets, and both side portions of the absorber in the crotch part are downward when worn. In a disposable diaper which is bent so as to be arranged along the inner side surface of the wearer's thigh, a hydrophobic material is provided at a position spaced a predetermined distance inward in the diaper width direction from a side edge of the absorber. A leakage-preventing wall is formed, and an elastic member is disposed on the leakage-preventing wall along a longitudinal direction thereof, and a surface is covered with a hydrophobic material at a side edge of the absorber. Side hydrophobic region is formed, an elastic member is provided in the side hydrophobic region along the longitudinal direction thereof, and an elastic member is provided in a region between the fixed end of the leakage preventing wall and the side hydrophobic region. Along the longitudinal direction of the region, a site having a liquid-permeable surface. By providing a disposable diaper, characterized in that the absorption region is formed, it is obtained by achieving the above object.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on preferred embodiments.
A disposable diaper 1 as a first embodiment of the present invention is a pants-type disposable diaper, and as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a liquid-permeable top sheet 2, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 3, and both sheets. An absorbent body 10 having a liquid-retentive absorber 4 interposed between 2 and 3, and the absorbent body 10 is joined and fixed to the outside of the absorbent body 10 (outer surface side of the diaper). Outer layer body 30, and both side edges A1, A2 of the abdominal portion A arranged on the abdomen of the wearer when worn, and both side edges B1, of the back side B arranged on the back side. B2 is joined to form a pants-type shape having a waist opening 5 and a pair of leg openings 6,6.
[0007]
The absorbent main body 10 has a vertically long rectangular shape, and is joined to the central part in the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the outer layer body 30 by a known joining means such as a hot melt type adhesive. The absorber 4 has a vertically long rectangular outer shape having substantially the same shape as the absorbent main body 10, and is sandwiched and fixed between the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3.
[0008]
In the disposable diaper 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, both side portions 41 of the absorber 4 in the crotch portion C are bent downward at the time of wearing and are arranged along the inner surface of the thigh of the wearer. It has been done.
Specifically, the minimum width of the absorber 4 in the crotch portion C is wider than the crotch width of the wearer, and the leg for forming leg gathers is formed around each of the pair of leg openings 6. An elastic member 61 (see FIG. 1) is provided, and each leg elastic member 61 has two longitudinal ends 62 and 63 located on the abdominal part A and the dorsal part B, respectively. The diaper crotch portion C is disposed so as to be curved so that it is located outward in the width direction from the side edge 42 and passes inward in the width direction than the side edge 42 of the absorber 4 in the diaper crotch C.
With such a configuration, in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the both sides 41, 41 of the absorber 4 located outside the diaper width direction from the positions where the respective leg elastic members 61 on the left and right sides are disposed are worn by the diaper. Occasionally, each of the elastic members 61 is bent downward with the arrangement portion of the elastic member 61 as a bending line, and is arranged along the inner surface of the thigh of the wearer. The leg elastic member 61 is fixed between the two sheets 31 and 32 constituting the outer layer body 30.
[0009]
The disposable diaper 1 has a pair of leak-proof walls 12, 12 extending from the abdominal part A to the dorsal part B. Each of the pair of leakage prevention walls 12 is formed using a hydrophobic sheet material 15 (hydrophobic material), and a free end 13 of the leakage prevention wall 12 is provided with an elastic member 16 along the free end 13. Are arranged and fixed in an extended state. The elastic member 16 and an elastic member 19 to be described later may be provided separately from the free end, but are preferably provided at the free end from the viewpoint of the leakage prevention effect.
As shown in FIG. 4, the leakage preventing wall 12 is formed at a predetermined distance from the side edge 42 of the absorber 4 to the inside in the diaper width direction (the center side in the diaper width direction). That is, the position of the fixed end (the base end of the rise) 14 of the leakage preventing wall 12 is located at a predetermined distance inward in the width direction from the side edge 42 of the absorber 4. The pair of leak prevention walls 12, 12 are formed linearly in the diaper longitudinal direction in the unfolded and expanded state of the diaper (see FIG. 2).
[0010]
On both side edges 43 of the absorber 4, side hydrophobic regions 21 in which the surface of the absorber 4 is covered with a hydrophobic sheet material 18 (hydrophobic material) are formed. Each side hydrophobic region 21 is provided with an elastic member 19 along its longitudinal direction.
The elastic member 19 in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment is disposed over the entire length of the crotch C of the absorber 4 in the longitudinal direction. The elastic member 19 provided in the side hydrophobic region 21 is preferably provided at least over the entire length (L in FIG. 2) of a portion bent downward when worn.
Note that the elastic member 19 in the present embodiment is not in close contact with the absorber in the side hydrophobic region 21 and is provided at the free end of the second leak-proof wall. Like the elastic member 19 in the present embodiment, when the elastic member is not adhered to the absorber in the side hydrophobic region 21 and is fixed to a protruding molded product (such as a leak-proof wall) having a fixed end. Even if the fixed end is in the side hydrophobic region, the elastic member is an elastic member provided in the side hydrophobic region.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, in a region between the fixed end 14 of the leak-preventing wall 12 and the side hydrophobic region 21, a side absorption surface having a liquid-permeable surface is provided along the longitudinal direction of the region. A region 22 is formed.
[0012]
According to the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the urine liquid flow during urination is blocked by the leakage preventing wall 12, so that the urine can be efficiently absorbed in the central absorption region at the center in the diaper width direction. When a large amount of urine is excreted or the like, urine may flow out of the leak-proof wall 12 to the outside thereof. Absorbed.
As in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, in a diaper in which the both sides 41, 41 of the absorber are bent downward when worn, urine absorbed in the side absorption region 22 further flows in the absorber and / or on the absorber. It is easy to move and concentrate on the side edge of the absorber. However, since side hydrophobic regions 21 covered with a hydrophobic material are formed on both side edges of the absorber, and the hydrophobic regions 21 are pressed against the inner surface of the thigh by the elastic member 19, urine leakage to the outside may occur. Can be reliably prevented. Further, by disposing the elastic member 19 in the side hydrophobic region 21, a wide range of the side absorption region 22 can be brought into close contact with the inner surface of the thigh.
In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, at the plurality of locations in the urine flow direction, optimal leak-proof means at each position are arranged, and at the same time, diaper shape retaining means (elastic member 19) is arranged at the side edge of the absorber. In this way, these leak-preventing means complement each other, and at the time of any activity, the effect is maximized, whereby the performance of preventing leakage from the crotch C is greatly improved.
[0013]
Further, the elastic member 19 of the side hydrophobic area 21 is wound around the inner surface of the thigh with high activity, so that the side edge of the absorber follows the movement of the thigh, and the diaper collapses (thigh). This prevents the side edges of the absorber from being turned up or twisted due to the above-mentioned activities, or the absorber side green from being turned up / down due to rubbing when putting on and taking off clothes.
That is, the elastic member 19 disposed in the side hydrophobic region can improve the leakage prevention effect by the close contact of the absorber, as well as (1) the followability of the absorber linked to the movement of the thigh, and (2) the diaper. It has the effect of preventing shape loss (improving shape retention). In particular, the addition of the effect of (1) greatly improves the leak-proof effect even during activities in which a decrease in the leak-proof effect has conventionally been unavoidable.
In addition, the perimeter of the wearer's thigh has a very large individual difference depending on the activity (difference in the amount of exercise), and the skeletal shape is low in those with low activity (those who are bedridden, those who are close to bedridden, etc.). The surface shape is also very different to be apparent. By disposing the elastic member 19 in the side hydrophobic region, it is possible to make the absorber side edge portion follow the shape of the thigh where the shape changes drastically, so that no gap is generated.
[0014]
From the viewpoint of improving the leak-proof performance, the height of the leak-proof wall 12 is preferably from 20 to 60 mm, and more preferably from 25 to 45 mm.
In a diaper in which both side portions 41, 41 of the absorber are bent downward when worn, the absorber located in the center of the diaper in the width direction of the diaper is relatively easily swelled outwardly by bending both side portions of the absorber downward.
By setting the height of the leak preventive wall 12 to 20 mm or more, the leak preventive wall 12 can be securely adhered to the wearer's skin, and the function as the leak preventive wall can be surely and sufficiently exhibited.
The height of the leak-proof wall 12 is such that the distance between the free end 13 and the fixed end 14 is extended in a plane between the free end 13 and the fixed end 14, and the distance between the free end 13 and the fixed end 14 in this state is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the leak-proof wall. Measure in the direction you want.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 4, the absorber 4 in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment is located at a position separated by a predetermined distance in the diaper width direction from an inner end (end on the center side in the diaper width direction) 21 a of the side hydrophobic region 21. And a low rigidity region 44 having a lower rigidity than that of the region. The low-rigidity regions 44 are formed on both sides of the crotch C along the longitudinal direction of the absorber 4.
As shown in FIG. 4, a region D (hereinafter, also referred to as a region D) located between a diaper width direction inner end 44 a of the low rigidity region 44 and an inner end 21 a of the side hydrophobic region 21 is provided. Elastic members (second elastic members) 25, 25 are provided along the longitudinal direction of.
By such a configuration, the downward flexibility of both sides of the absorber is further improved, the diaper is easily formed into a trunks shape while being worn, and the side absorption region 22 is improved in adhesion to the skin and leakproof performance. I do. The second elastic member may be disposed linearly as in the present embodiment, or may be curved.
[0016]
The method of forming the low-rigidity region is not particularly limited as long as the rigidity of a part of the absorber can be made lower than the rigidity of other parts. For example, (1) forming a region where the absorber does not exist; ▼ Part of the absorber is made to have a lower basis weight than other parts. ③Part of the absorber is made thinner than other parts. ▲ Part of the absorber is more rigid than other parts. 5) applying a narrow embossed line along the longitudinal direction, 6) forming a slit along the longitudinal direction, and a method combining one or two or more of these. Is mentioned.
[0017]
The low-rigidity regions 44 in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment are formed by providing a portion in the absorbent body 4 where no absorbent material exists.
Ratio (low rigidity area / inside adjacent part) of the absorbent base weight of the low rigidity area 44 to the absorbent base weight of the adjacent part (inside adjacent part) on the center side in the diaper width direction and the absorbent basis weight of the low rigidity area 44 It is preferable that the absorbent base weight (low rigidity area / outside adjacent part) of the adjacent part (outside adjacent part) on the outer side in the width direction of the diaper is 0 to 0.5, respectively. The difference in the basis weight of the absorber between the low-rigidity region 44 and the inner and outer adjacent portions is at least 100 g / m2, respectively. 2 Above, especially 200 g / m 2 It is preferable that it is above.
[0018]
By providing the low-rigidity area 44 having lower rigidity than the adjacent parts on both sides, the absorbent body is surely bent at a predetermined part when the diaper is worn. It is possible to make it better fit to the inner side surface.
[0019]
The elastic member 25 in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment is disposed at a location where the high rigidity region 45 adjacent to the outside of the low rigidity region 44 is provided, so as to cover almost the entire region in the longitudinal direction of the absorber. The location where the member 25 is provided may be the location where the low rigidity area 44 is provided, or may be provided across the location where the low rigidity area 44 and the location where the high rigidity area 45 are provided. . Further, it is preferable that the elastic member 25 is disposed at least in the crotch C from the viewpoint of making the side absorption region 22 adhere to the inner surface of the thigh.
When the elastic member 25 is provided at the location where the high rigidity region 45 is provided, the elastic member 25 may be provided on any of the skin contact surface P side, the non-skin contact surface Q side, and the absorber of the absorber. However, from the viewpoint of adhesion to the inner surface of the thigh, it is preferable to dispose the absorber 4 on the non-contact surface Q side of the absorber 4 as in the present embodiment.
It is preferable that an elastic member is disposed in the side absorption region 22 from the viewpoint of improving the leakage prevention effect by using the side absorption region efficiently. Since the side absorbing region is contracted in the longitudinal direction by the elastic member and has a pleated shape, the absorber distance per unit length is increased, and the absorption efficiency is improved.
[0020]
From the viewpoint of efficiently exhibiting the above-described various effects, as shown in FIG. 3, the absorbent body 4 in the crotch portion C is provided with the high rigidity portion 46 (which is located closer to the center in the diaper width direction than the pair of low rigidity regions 44 ( Hereinafter, the width of the central absorber 46 is divided into a high-rigidity portion 45 (hereinafter, also referred to as a leg absorber) located outside the low-rigidity region 44 in the diaper width direction. W1 is preferably 5 to 25 cm, the interval W2 between the central absorber 46 and the leg absorber 45 is preferably 0.5 to 10 cm, and the width W3 of the leg absorber 45 is 1 to 10 cm. Is preferred. From the same viewpoint, the ratio (W1 / W) of Wl to the width W of the disposable diaper in the crotch C is preferably 0.1 to 0.8, and the ratio (W2 / W) is 0.01 to 0. 0.3, and the ratio (W3 / W) is preferably 0.02 to 0.3. These numerical values are the numerical values in the minimum width portion of the crotch part C.
The crotch portion C refers to a central region when the disposable diaper in the expanded and stretched state is divided into three regions so as to be equally divided into three in the longitudinal direction.
[0021]
In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the second leak-proof wall 20 is formed in the side hydrophobic area 21, and the elastic member 19 provided in the side hydrophobic area 21 is free of the second leak-proof wall 20. The end is disposed in an extended state along the free end.
By providing the second leak-proof wall 20, excretions such as urine that could not be absorbed in the side absorption region 22 due to high-speed excretion can be temporarily blocked and then absorbed in the side absorption region 22. Thereby, the absorption performance of the side absorption region 22 can be effectively utilized, and the leakage prevention effect can be further improved.
The height of the second leak-proof wall 20 is preferably 3 to 20 mm, and more preferably 3 to 10 mm. When the height of the second leak-proof wall 20 is 3 mm or more, the effect of providing the second leak-proof wall 20 is reliably exhibited, and when the height is 20 mm or less, the close contact of the side edge of the absorber. The leakage prevention effect can be improved while preventing the occurrence of inconveniences such as deterioration of properties and turning over. In addition, it is possible to prevent inconveniences such as the leakage prevention wall 20 falling down to cover the side absorption region 22 and the leg being caught when worn.
The height of the second leak-proof wall 20 in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment is lower than that of the leak-proof wall 12. The height of the second leak barrier 20 is measured in the same manner as the height of the leak barrier 12.
[0022]
The free ends of the leak preventing wall 12 and the second leak preventing wall 20 need not be fixed to the top sheet at the longitudinal front and rear ends, but are preferably fixed from the viewpoint of improving the leak preventing effect. The fixing position may be inside the diaper width direction (the center side in the diaper width direction) or outside the width direction with respect to the position of the fixed end of the leakage prevention wall. Preferably, it is fixed on the inside in the direction.
[0023]
In addition, when the body wall pressure is applied to the leak preventing wall 12 and the second leak preventing wall 20, the leak preventing wall 12 and the second leak preventing wall 20 may fall down on the side absorption region 22 at the time of wearing and cover the regions. Therefore, it is preferable that the sum of the height of the leak preventing wall 12 and the height of the second leak preventing wall 20 is smaller than the width of the side absorption region. By satisfying this condition, the side absorption area is not completely covered even when the wearer wears or the leak-prevention wall falls down irregularly. It certainly contributes to the improvement of the leakage effect.
[0024]
In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, a hydrophobic sheet material (hydrophobic material) 15 forming the leak-proof wall 12 and a hydrophobic sheet material (hydrophobic material) forming the side hydrophobic regions 21. 18, and the material 23 forming the liquid-permeable surface of the side absorption region 22 are formed of one continuous sheet material.
By forming the leakage preventing wall 12, the side hydrophobic region 21, and the side absorbing region 22 with one sheet material, it is possible to simplify the configuration, improve productivity, and reduce raw materials and costs. Further, when the leakage preventing wall 12, the side hydrophobic region 21 and the side absorbing region 22 are respectively formed of different members, there is a region where the respective members overlap, and the thickness and rigidity of the overlapping region are smaller than those of the peripheral region. Although the height is higher, the thickness and rigidity of the area that is in close contact with the inner surface of the thigh can be reduced when using a single sheet of material, compared to when using a separate body. Can be reduced.
When the leakage preventing wall 12, the side hydrophobic region 21, and the side absorbing region 22 are formed of one sheet material, the sheet material is obtained by subjecting a part of a hydrophilic sheet to a hydrophobic (water-repellent) treatment or a hydrophobic sheet. (Water-repellent) A sheet obtained by partially hydrophilizing a sheet or the like may be used, or a sheet obtained by subjecting a part of a hydrophobic sheet to liquid permeation such as a hole opening treatment may be used.
[0025]
The effect of the present invention is particularly effective in the pants-type disposable diaper, such as the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, that is, the both sides of the abdominal part arranged on the abdomen of the wearer and the dorsal side arranged on the dorsal side. The two side edges of the portion are joined to form a pants-type shape having a waist opening and a pair of leg openings, and around each of the pair of leg openings, a leg portion elasticity for forming a leg gather is formed. A member is provided, and the leg elastic member has longitudinal ends located on the abdominal part and the dorsal part, each of which is positioned outward in the width direction from a side edge of the absorber and the leg part elastic member. This is particularly remarkable and useful in a disposable diaper that is curved and disposed so that the central portion passes inward in the width direction at the crotch portion of the diaper rather than the side edge of the absorber.
[0026]
More specifically, if the product is a pants type in which both front and rear ends are closed in advance, the applicable undercarriage circumference is inevitably determined (in contrast, in the case of a tape-fixed type diaper, the tape position is adjusted. With a relatively wide coverage). It is preferable to increase the width of the absorber in order to enhance the leakage prevention effect, but when the width of the absorber is increased, (1) the adaptation range of the underbody circumference becomes smaller, and (2) the pants wearer is relatively active. However, the width of the absorber cannot be easily increased because of the disadvantages such as giving a feeling of discomfort to the thighs due to the high height. The present invention is useful for responding to the high-speed urination of a pants-type diaper user (faster than a tape-stop diaper user) and greatly improving the leak-proof effect, despite having a narrow absorber width. is there. In particular, (1) high-speed urination is blocked by the leak-proof wall 12; (2) urine that has passed through the leak-proof wall 12 is absorbed by the side absorption region 22 which is in close contact with the thigh; In order to surely prevent the urine that has moved in the absorber from leaking to the outside, the side hydrophobic region 21 in which the elastic member 19 is provided can be easily prevented in the pants type having a large restriction on the absorber width. The leakage effect can be improved. In addition, the effects of (1) improvement of the followability of the absorber in conjunction with the movement of the thigh, and (2) prevention of the diaper from becoming out of shape (improving shape retention) by the elastic member disposed in the side hydrophobic region are as follows. It is particularly exerted in a pants type in which the wearer has high activity.
[0027]
The leg elastic members 61 may cross the crotch in the width direction, but the left and right leg elastic members 61 in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment are independent on both sides in the diaper width direction. Does not exist at the center in the width direction. By not being present at the center of the crotch in the width direction, it is possible to suppress the contraction of the crotch in the width direction, and to prevent the adhesion of the absorber to the inner surface of the thigh and prevent the leakage prevention effect from being reduced. it can.
It is preferable that the second elastic member 25 and the leg elastic member intersect each other and are directly or indirectly joined to each other at the intersection and / or in the vicinity thereof. By joining at the intersection, the contraction force of one is transmitted to the other, and the contraction of each other affects each other, so that even in complex activities, the absorber side edge is in close contact with the inside of the thigh, and high protection is achieved. Leakage effect can be maintained.
Further, there is an effect of improving the mounting property of the auxiliary absorber. In addition, it is preferable that an elastic member that contracts in the width direction is not provided in the center portion in the width direction of the absorber over the entire region in the longitudinal direction, from the viewpoint of improving the mountability of the auxiliary absorber.
[0028]
Next, a disposable diaper as a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
Regarding the second embodiment, points different from the disposable diaper 1 described above will be described, and description of the same points will be omitted. The points that are not particularly described are the same as those of the diaper of the first embodiment, and the above description is appropriately applied.
[0029]
The second leak-proof wall 20 in the diaper 1 described above is formed so as to protrude toward the skin contact surface P side of the absorber in the side hydrophobic region 21. However, the second leak-proof wall in the diaper according to the second embodiment. As shown in FIG. 6, 20 is formed so as to protrude outward in the diaper width direction from the side end surface of the absorber. Then, an elastic member 19 is provided at the tip (free end) of the second leak-proof wall 20.
Further, in the diaper of the second embodiment, a hydrophobic sheet material (hydrophobic material) 15 forming the leak-proof wall 12, a sheet material (hydrophobic material) 18 forming the side hydrophobic region 21, and a side absorbing region The material (surface sheet 2) for forming the liquid-permeable surface of No. 22 is a separate sheet material.
[0030]
The material for forming the disposable diaper of both embodiments described above will be described.
As a material for forming the top sheet 2, the back sheet 3, the absorber 4, the sheet materials 31 and 32 constituting the outer layer body, the sheet material 15 for forming the leak-proof wall 12, the elastic member 16, and the like, conventionally, disposable diapers are used. Various known materials used can be used without particular limitation.
As the sheet material (sheet material for forming the second leak-proof wall) 18 for forming the side hydrophobic region, a sheet material for forming a leak-proof wall in a conventional disposable diaper can be used. As the elastic member 19 provided in the side hydrophobic region 21, various materials and forms of elastic members conventionally used for disposable diapers can be used, and a cord-like or band-like elastic member is preferably used.
[0031]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the side hydrophobic region 21 is such that the surface of the absorber has different hydrophobic materials on the skin contact surface side and the non-skin contact surface side (in the illustrated example, one is the back sheet 3). ). Further, the sheet material for forming the second leak-proof wall may be a hydrophobic sheet separate from the sheet material for forming the side hydrophobic region.
In addition, the second leak-proof wall may not be provided. In this case, the portion where the elastic member 19 provided in the side hydrophobic region 21 is provided is the skin contact surface P side of the absorber 4 and the non-skin contact surface. It may be on the Q side or the side end face of the absorber, or in the absorber.
[0032]
In addition, the leg elastic member 61 in the above-described embodiment includes a first elastic member 61a arranged from the back side to the crotch and a second elastic member 61b arranged from the abdomen to the crotch. Although the leg portions are configured to function in the same manner as a single elastic member by being overlapped at the crotch portion, the leg portion elastic members 61 may each be constituted by a single elastic member. Further, 61a and 61b may be separated at the crotch part. However, it is preferable that 61a and 61b be overlapped at the crotch from the viewpoint of the fit to the groin and the downward bending of both side edges of the absorber.
In addition, the shape and the like of each part can be changed as appropriate. For example, the outer shape of the absorber may be a trapezoid or an hourglass in addition to a rectangular shape. Further, the shape of the low-rigidity region may be a spindle shape, a rectangular shape, or the like.
[0033]
In addition, the present invention is applied to a so-called deployable disposable diaper having, in addition to the pants-type disposable diaper, a fastening tape on both side edges of the back side and a landing tape corresponding to the fastening tape on the outer surface of the abdomen. You can also. The configuration in which both sides of the absorber in the crotch part are bent downward when worn, so that a part of the absorber is bent so downward so as to be arranged along the inner surface of the wearer's thigh as much as possible. Not restricted.
