Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to exercise equipment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Aerobic exercise (aerobic exercise) is a type of endurance exercise that continues for a long time while taking in oxygen, and its typical exercise method is walking exercise called walking exercise. This walking exercise is widely used by people and practiced as a health practice.
[0003]
However, according to recent research, it has been announced that it is effective to incorporate strength training (resistance training) along with this aerobic exercise to become healthier.
[0004]
The strength training is training that attempts to increase strength by applying load resistance to the muscle.
[0005]
Also, for example, in the 1990 American Sports Medical Association's “Guidelines for Revising and Maintaining Physical Fitness for Healthy Adults, Revised Edition”, for the first time, aerobic exercise and strength training from the standpoint of aerobic exercise Came to recommend the combined use. The background to the revision of this guideline is the growing awareness that a certain level of muscle strength is necessary to efficiently and comfortably spend daily life.
[0006]
Even in Japan, where response has been delayed until now, it is thought that it will be necessary to develop programs for exercise methods that actively incorporate strength training.
[0007]
However, conventionally, there has been no exercise equipment that can simultaneously perform walking exercise and upper-body strength training in cooperation.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is an exercise that can be performed at any time at any time, easily, alone, and in a fun manner, in which walking exercise (aerobic exercise by walking) and muscle training of the upper body can be performed simultaneously in cooperation. It is to provide tools.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Such an object is achieved by the present invention described in (1) below.
[0011]

When the
[0105]
As described above, according to this exercise tool 1, walking exercise called exercise walking, that is, aerobic exercise by walking (walking) and upper body (for example, arm muscles, abdominal muscles, back muscles, large pectoral muscles, etc.) ) Muscle strength training (resistance training) can be performed simultaneously.
[0106]
In particular, anyone can easily perform the walking exercise and the upper body strength training simultaneously in cooperation with each other at any place and at any time. That is, exercise (health exercise) using the exercise tool 1 can be a lifelong sport that can be easily tackled.
[0107]
In walking exercise, the amount of activity of muscles including the psoas major muscle is increased by making the stride relatively wide, and this is an ideal walking exercise. Since the lower limbs are largely pulled by the upper limbs (upper body) and moved forward, the stride can be widened and a more ideal walking motion can be performed.
[0108]
Also, by pulling the lower limbs greatly with the power of the upper limbs and widening the stride, the walking speed can be increased and the walking distance can be lengthened (the action range can be widened), and the walking movement can be continued for a long time. it can.
[0109]
In addition, the exercise load on the lower limbs is distributed and reduced in the upper limbs, thereby reducing the fatigue of the lower body and reducing the burden on the user compared to normal walking and conventional lower body-centered walking exercises. Can do. It is particularly effective when used on slopes (when climbing slopes) and is ideal for mountain climbing and trekking.
[0110]
Moreover, in this exercise tool 1, since the force of both arms is directly used for walking exercise, it becomes a whole body exercise that actively moves the upper body, and can perform aerobic exercise with exercise load on almost the whole body. In particular, upper limb exercise is a strength training called Isotonic Exercise (Isotonic Exercise), so the upper body's muscles and skeletal system have exercise effects that are not seen in conventional lower body gait exercises. can get.
[0111]
Moreover, in this exercise tool 1, the movement of both arms and the movement of both legs are linked, so that the walking posture is corrected and the rhythmical walking is performed with an appropriate posture with the original chest greatly stretched. Can do.
[0112]
Further, by using this exercise tool 1, it is possible to walk happily, that is, to exercise happily.
[0113]
Moreover, by using this exercise tool 1, a refreshing feeling, a sense of accomplishment, the same satisfaction as after sports, and the like can be obtained, and it can contribute to healthy development across both mind and body, including stress management.
[0114]
The use of the exercise device 1 is not particularly limited. In other words, the exercise tool 1 can be used for rehabilitation such as rehabilitation of a disabled person due to sports, an accident, a disease, etc., or an elderly person, in addition to the exercise.
[0115]
In addition, in this embodiment, although it is comprised so that the force which pulls up the leg part from the operation means 3 may act on a knee, in this invention, it is not restricted to this, For example, the leg part from the operation means 3 is pulled up. You may comprise so that force may act on a leg | foot.

In this case, it is preferable that the force that pulls up the leg from the operating means 3 is applied to the knee and the leg of the leg, and an example thereof will be described below.
[0120]
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a modified example of the exercise tool shown in FIG.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a second embodiment of the exercise tool of the present invention, and FIGS. 7 and 8 are perspective views showing a state when the exercise tool shown in FIG. 6 is used. 6 to 8, the left side is “tip” or “front”, the right side is “base end” or “rear”, the upper side is “upper”, and the lower side is “lower”.
[0123]
Hereinafter, the exercise tool 1 according to the second embodiment will be described with a focus on differences from the first embodiment described above, and description of similar matters will be omitted.

[0139]
According to this exercise tool 1, the same effect as the exercise tool 1 of the first embodiment described above can be obtained.
[0140]
In this exercise tool 1, the wire is pulled both when the arm is moved forward and when it is moved backward. Therefore, compared to the first embodiment described above, the upper body (for example, arm muscles, abdominal muscles, back muscles, The amount of exercise of the large pectoral muscles) can be increased, and the upper body strength training can be performed more efficiently.
[0141]
Note that the second embodiment can be modified in any manner described in the first embodiment.
[0142]
As mentioned above, although the exercise device of this invention was demonstrated based on embodiment of illustration, this invention is not limited to this, The structure of each part is substituted by the thing of the arbitrary structures which have the same function. be able to.
[0143]
Further, the present invention may be a combination of any two or more configurations of the above embodiments.
