【0001】

Further, in FIG. 2 used in the description of the second embodiment, the hollow portion of the flange is illustrated as penetrating, but even if not completely penetrated, the flange enters the surface side sandwiching the trunk portion. A similar effect can be obtained by providing a portion and inserting at least one of the layers constituting the body into the portion. Therefore, it is not always necessary to penetrate the flange hollow portion.
[0053]
In the second embodiment, the hollow portion of the flange is illustrated as being provided on the flanges on both sides. However, in the case where moisture intrudes only on one side, the hollow portion is formed on only one side depending on the situation. It may be provided.
[0054]
Furthermore, in
[0055]
In any of the present embodiments, the winding method of the wire around the bobbin is not particularly described. However, in the bobbin winding welding wire that is wound around the bobbin sequentially from the inner layer to the outer layer while twisting the welding wire. There is an effect, and when this wire is used, during welding, the welding wire does not rotate but is drawn straight out to the welding torch, and the target position of the wire is stabilized.
