Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wiring duct device for a desk which can realize an openable and closable wiring duct with a simple structure so that wiring can be easily performed at a predetermined position inside the desk.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a wiring duct or the like has been provided at an appropriate position below the top plate of a desk so that wiring processing of a computer or the like used in a desk can be performed easily and visually. There are known ones that can easily perform wiring to the inside and maintenance work after wiring.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such a wiring duct has a problem that it is difficult not only to attach / detach and open / close the wiring duct but also to easily perform the wiring work because of its complicated structure.
[0004]
The present invention has been made paying attention to such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a wiring duct device that can perform wiring processing easily and nicely by a simple opening / closing operation.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a wiring duct device for a desk according to the present invention is formed on a bearing part that can be attached to a predetermined position below a top plate of a desk and a part on a concentric circumference centering on the bearing part. A base including an arc-shaped sliding contact surface and a recess formed at a position below the bearing portion on the sliding contact surface, a vertical piece at the tip, and a wiring space behind the vertical piece; A wiring support plate provided on the bearing portion so as to be rotatable within a range until the vertical piece is in a substantially horizontal state, and at least a tip is slidably contacted with the sliding contact surface from a predetermined position below the wiring support plate . And a wiring receiving portion including an engagement piece extending so as to be detachable with respect to the concave portion of the sliding contact surface at the distal end of the engagement piece. by engagement with the engagement piece engaging protrusions and recesses of the sliding contact surfaces of the wiring support plate in the desired position Is characterized by being adapted to open the wiring space is formed by being supported.
According to this feature, if the wiring support plate is rotated with respect to the base body, the wiring space can be easily opened and closed, and wiring can be easily performed in the wiring space, and the wiring support plate is engaged to restrict the rotation of the wiring support plate. Since the engagement between the convex portion and the concave portion of the sliding contact surface is performed at least at a position below the bearing portion via the engagement piece , the wiring support plate can be reliably supported at a desired position. The wiring space can be opened again only by further rotating the wiring support portion according to the wiring amount . In addition, the wiring space configured on the wiring support plate is covered with a vertical piece so that it cannot be seen from the outside, so that it looks good, and even if the wiring support plate is fully opened, the vertical piece will support the wiring. Since it is positioned substantially horizontally below the board, it is possible to prevent the cords already existing in the wiring space from being dropped and to facilitate the wiring work.
[0006]
In the wiring duct device for a desk according to the present invention, it is preferable that a plurality of the concave portions are continuously formed on the arcuate sliding contact surface.
By doing so, the wiring support plate is not inadvertently fully opened, so that the cords already stored in the wiring space at the time of wiring are not likely to be dropped along with the opening.
[0007]
In the desk wiring duct device of the present invention, it is preferable that at least one end portion of the sliding contact piece forming the sliding contact surface at a predetermined position of the base is formed to be elastically deformable.
By doing so, the sliding contact piece is elastically deformed when the engagement convex portion and the concave portion are engaged, and the engagement / disengagement is reliably performed and the load applied to the engagement piece can be dispersed.
[0008]
In the wiring duct device for a desk according to the present invention, it is preferable that the other end of the reinforcing piece whose one end is joined to a predetermined position on the back surface of the engagement piece is provided on the back surface side in the rotation tip direction of the wiring support plate .
By doing so, the strength of the wiring receiving portion receiving a load such as cords in the wiring space is improved, and the elastic deformation of the engaging piece is restricted, and the engaging force between the engaging convex portion and the concave portion is improved. To do.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, FIG. 1 shows a rear perspective view of a desk 1 to which the present invention is applied. In FIG. Side plates 4 that support the left and right sides of the top plate 2 indicate partition plates that partition the lower left and right side plates 3 and 3 of the top plate 2 back and forth. A wiring duct device 6 that can store codes K such as a computer 5 and a telephone (not shown) placed on the top plate 2 is attached to the upper rear surface of the partition plate 4.
[0010]
The wiring duct device 6 is formed mainly at a mounting plate 8 that can be attached to the partition plate 4 via screws 7, a support piece 9 that projects forward from the lower end of the mounting plate 8, and a front end of the support piece 9. A base 12 provided with a bearing portion 10 and a sliding contact piece 11 extending from the lower end of the bearing portion 10 and formed in a concentric circular arc shape of the bearing portion 10 on the back surface side of the bearing portion 10; A wiring support portion (hereinafter, a wiring support plate is used in the embodiment) 14 that is rotatably attached via the shaft portion 13 and one end of which is fixed to the back surface of the wiring support plate, and a concentric circular arc shape of the bearing portion 10. The wiring receiving part 16 is provided with the engaging piece 15 formed in the above. In addition, these base | substrate 12 and the wiring receiving part 16 are formed with the synthetic resin.
[0011]
The sliding contact piece 11 is formed in an arc shape from the lower position of the bearing portion 10 toward the back surface side of the bearing portion 10, and at the lower portion and the tip portion of the sliding contact surface 11 a with the engagement piece 15 on the outer periphery thereof, Protrusions 17 and 17 ′ are formed, respectively, and a plurality of recesses 18 are formed between the protrusions 17 and 17 at predetermined intervals.
[0012]
A vertical piece 14a is formed at the tip of the wiring support plate, and when the wiring support plate is in a horizontal position indicated by a solid line in FIG. 2, the inside of the wiring space S formed on the wiring support plate can be seen from the outside. It is supposed to be covered.
[0013]
A convex portion 19 that can be engaged with the concave portion 18 of the sliding contact piece 11 is formed at the distal end portion of the engaging piece 15, and comes into sliding contact with the sliding contact surface 11 a via the convex portion 19. ing. Further, the other end of the reinforcing piece 20 whose one end is joined to a predetermined portion on the back side of the bent portion 14b of the wiring support plate 14 is joined to the lower end of the back side of the engagement piece 15.
[0014]
When the wiring support plate is in the horizontal position, the convex portion 19 of the engagement piece 15 is engaged with the lowest portion of the sliding contact surface 11a, that is, the concave portion 18 on the base side of the sliding contact piece 11, and at the maximum release time, The sliding contact surface 11 a is engaged with the uppermost portion, that is, the recess 18 on the distal end side of the sliding contact piece 11. Further, the rotation angle of the wiring support plate is regulated by the contact between the protrusions 17, 17 ′ and the protrusion 19 of the engagement piece 15.
[0015]
The operation of the thus configured wiring duct device 6 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, when the wiring support plate is in a horizontal position, the lower surface of the wiring support plate is used. Since the convex portion 19 of the engaging piece 15 extending downward is engaged with the lowermost concave portion 18 of the sliding contact surface 11 a, the lower portion of the wiring support plate is supported via the engaging piece 15.
[0016]
Therefore, the wiring support plate, the vertical piece 14a, the support piece 9 of the base 12 and the mounting plate 8 form a wiring space S having a substantially U-shaped cross section that opens upward. As shown in FIG. The cords K can be wired on the plate, and a power strip or the like can be placed.
[0017]
Here, by engaging the convex portion 19 with the concave portion 18 at a position below the rotational axis of the wiring support plate, the engagement state between the convex portion 19 and the concave portion 18 is changed. Therefore, the support strength of the wiring support plate can be improved.
[0018]
Further, when the cords K are wired on the upper surface of the wiring support plate or a power strip or the like is placed and a load is applied to the upper surface of the wiring support plate as shown in FIG. The engagement piece 15a between P and the convex portion 19 at the tip is bent outward as indicated by a chain double-dashed line to absorb the load, and the curvature of the engagement piece 15a is increased. As a result, the pressing force of the convex portion 19 against the concave portion 18 is increased, and the engaging force between the convex portion 19 and the concave portion 18 is improved, so that the supporting force of the wiring support plate is increased.
[0019]
Next, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2, when opening the wiring space S, the tip of the wiring support plate of the wiring receiving portion 6 is rotated downward about the shaft portion 13. Here, the engagement between the convex portion 19 of the engagement piece 15 and the concave portion 18 at the bottom is deviated, and the convex portion 19 slides on the slidable contact surface 11a as the wiring support plate rotates. It moves upward while repeatedly engaging and disengaging with the recess 18.
[0020]
Since the plurality of recesses 18 are formed along the sliding contact surface 11a in this way, the wiring support plate is rapidly opened to the maximum, and the wiring in the already-stored space S is inadvertently dropped. In addition, the wiring can be opened as much as necessary according to the amount of wiring.
[0021]
When the protrusion 19 is engaged with the uppermost recess 18, the movement of the protrusion 19 is restricted by the protrusion 17 ′, and further opening of the wiring support plate is restricted (see FIG. 4). In particular, as shown in FIG. 5, when the wiring support plate is opened, the vertical pieces 14a are positioned substantially horizontally below the wiring support plate. The fall of K etc. can be prevented. Conversely, when it is desired to store the cords K in the wiring space S, the wiring support plate may be closed by rotating the wiring support plate upward with the cords K wired on the vertical piece 14a as shown in FIG. Work can be done easily.
[0022]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, when the wiring support plate is to be rotated upward from the open position, the engagement piece 15a between the junction point P with the reinforcing piece 20 and the convex portion 19 at the tip is particularly provided. However, as shown by a two-dot chain line in the figure due to the pulling force, the engagement piece 15a is reduced in curvature, the sliding contact piece 11 is resin-molded, and the tip is made of another member. Since the projections 19 and the recesses 18 are engaged and disengaged, elastic deformation occurs. As a result, the pressing force of the convex portion 19 on the concave portion 18 becomes small, and the engaging force between the convex portion 19 and the concave portion 18 is reduced, so that the engagement and disengagement are facilitated.
[0023]
Therefore, when the wiring support plate is closed after the wiring support plate is opened, the engagement / disengagement between the projecting portion 19 sliding downward and the respective recesses 18, particularly the engagement / disengagement at the front end portion of the sliding contact piece 11 is performed relatively smoothly. The wiring support plate can be smoothly closed with a small force.
[0024]
When the sliding movement of the convex portion 19 is restricted by the contact with the protruding portion 17, the wiring support plate is supported at the closed position of the substantially horizontal wiring space S.
[0025]
Thus, the wiring support plate is reliably supported by the relatively strong engagement force between the convex portion 19 and the concave portion 18 when the wiring space S is closed, so that it does not open carelessly. It can be smoothly closed from the open state.
[0026]
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to these embodiments, and modifications and additions within the scope of the present invention are included in the present invention. It is.
[0027]
For example, the curvature and the like of the engagement piece and the sliding contact piece in the present embodiment are arbitrary and can be variously modified, and the wiring support is changed by changing the position of the engagement portion by changing these shapes and the like. It is possible to adjust the support force of the plate.
[0028]
Moreover, the recessed part 18 should just be formed only in the position which can stop a wiring support plate at a closed position.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following effects.
[0030]
(A) According to the invention of claim 1, if the wiring support plate is rotated with respect to the base body, the wiring space can be easily opened and closed, and wiring can be easily performed in the wiring space. Since the engagement between the engaging convex portion and the concave portion of the slidable contact surface is performed at least at a position below the bearing portion via the engaging piece , the wiring support plate is brought to a desired position. Thus, the wiring space can be reopened only by further rotating the wiring support portion according to the amount of wiring.
[0031]
(B) According to the invention of claim 2, since the wiring support plate is not inadvertently fully opened, there is no possibility that the cords already stored in the wiring space at the time of wiring are dropped together with the opening.
[0032]
(C) According to the invention of claim 3, the sliding contact piece is elastically deformed when the engaging convex portion and the concave portion are engaged, and the engagement and disengagement are surely performed and the load applied to the engaging piece can be dispersed.
[0033]
(D) According to the invention of claim 4, the strength of the wiring receiving portion that receives a load such as cords in the wiring space is improved, the elastic deformation of the engaging piece is restricted, and the engaging convex portion and the concave portion The engagement force is improved.
