Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[Technical Field] The present invention relates to a shelf mounting structure for a large refrigerator for business use provided in the refrigerator.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional refrigerator, as a mounting structure of a shelf in a warehouse, shelf plate mounting holes are opened at two front and rear sides on the left and right side walls in the warehouse, and hooks protruding from the left and right side edges of the shelf are hooked into the holes. Lock the plate in a horizontal position. Or the thing of the structure which provided the rail for horizontal shelves in the left-right side wall in a store | warehouse | chamber, and supported the shelf board so that drawer | drawing-out was extended over the left-right rail is known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the above-mentioned conventional shelf mounting structure in a warehouse, there are the following problems in terms of the cooling performance of the refrigerator. That is, the space between the left and right side walls in the cabinet and the left and right length dimensions of the shelf are almost the same, and when the shelf is installed, the shelf in which the interior space is arranged in the upper and lower stages is divided into a vertical partition. It will be partitioned off. For this reason, the shelf board hinders the convection of the cold inside the cabinet, and in particular, when articles (foodstuffs) are arranged side by side with almost no gap on the shelf board, a large temperature difference occurs between the upper and lower areas in the cabinet, thereby keeping the cold. Performance decreases.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to solve the above-mentioned problems, to secure a convection passage for cold air in the warehouse, to suppress the temperature difference between the upper and lower regions, to improve the cold insulation performance, Another object of the present invention is to provide an improved refrigerator shelf mounting structure which can sufficiently withstand a large weight load of an article placed on a shelf board and can be easily attached and detached.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a channel-shaped hollow shelf column is installed on the left and right side walls of the cabinet so as to protrude inside the cabinet, and a shelf mounting hole is opened on the inner side end surface of the shelf column. Then, the shelf bracket is locked and fixed here, and the shelf board is installed between the left and right shelf columns via the shelf bracket. Specifically, the shelf plate is configured as follows.
[0006]
(1) The shelf bracket has a structure having a shelf receiving piece for supporting the shelf board and three leg pieces protruding sideways from the shelf receiving piece and bent at the tip downward. Insert it into the shelf mounting hole of the shelf column, hold the leg pieces on both sides against the flange surface of the shelf column and lock and hold them, and support the load of the shelf board placed on the shelf holder in this state at three points .
[0007]
(2) A channel-shaped cored bar is combined with the inside of the hollow shelf column, and the lower end of the shelf column is placed in contact with the bottom wall in the cabinet together with the cored bar.
(3) The recesses that fit into the shelf brackets are cut out on the lower surfaces of the left and right ends of the shelf board.
[0008]
According to the mounting structure described above, in the state where the shelf board is mounted in the warehouse, a gap corresponding to the protruding dimension of the shelf column remains between the left and right side edges of the shelf board and the left and right side walls in the warehouse. Since the cold air convection flows between the upper and lower regions in the warehouse using the cold air passage, the inside of the warehouse is uniformly kept cool.
[0009]
Further, by using the structure of the shelf bracket (1), the shelf load can be stably supported at three points on the shelf support for each shelf bracket. In addition, the structure of item (2) increases the strength of the shelf supports and can withstand large shelf loads. Also, by adopting the structure of item (3), the shelf can be easily attached and detached.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the examples shown in FIGS.
First, in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), 1 is a refrigerator cabinet as a heat-insulating housing, 2 is a front door, 3 is a shelf arranged in the cabinet 1, and the shelf 3 is It spans between a total of four shelf columns 4 that are attached to the left and right side walls of the cabinet 1 so as to protrude to the inside of the cabinet, and is supported in a horizontal position via a shelf bracket 5 that is locked to the shelf columns 4. In this mounted state, a gap 6 corresponding to the protruding height h of the shelf column 4 that functions as a cool air passage in the cabinet is formed between the left and right side edges of the shelf 3 and the left and right side walls of the cabinet 1. .
[0011]
Here, as shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, the shelf column 4 is a channel-shaped hollow column, and a shelf mounting hole (round hole) 4 a is opened on the end surface facing the inner side of the shelf column. Flange 4b projects on both sides along the direction. In the illustrated example, the inner channel-shaped cored bar 7 of the hollow shelf column 4 is attached, and a square hole is opened at a position corresponding to the shelf attachment hole 4a. And the shelf support | pillar 4 is installed so that the lower end may contact | abut to the inner bottom face of the cabinet 1 with the metal core 7, as shown to Fig.1 (a). In addition, when sufficient mechanical strength can be ensured with respect to the shelf load by using the shelf column 4 alone, the cored bar 7 can be omitted.
[0012]
On the other hand, the shelf bracket 5 is a metal piece obtained by sheet metal processing of a shelf receiving piece 5a that carries the shelf plate 3 and three leg pieces 5b and 5c that protrude laterally from the shelf receiving piece 5a and have tips bent downward. In this state, the short leg piece 5b protruding in the center is inserted into the shelf mounting hole 4a of the shelf column 4 and the long leg piece 5c protruding on both sides is abutted and locked to the flange 4b of the shelf column 4. Thus, the load W (see FIG. 4) of the shelf board 3 placed on the shelf receiving piece 5a is shared by the leg pieces 5b and 5c so as to be stably supported on the shelf column 4 at three points. In the figure, W1 represents a shared load applied to the opening edge of the metal core 7 via the leg piece 5b, and W2 represents a shared load applied to the flange 4b of the shelf column 4 via the leg piece 5c.
[0013]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a recess 3 a corresponding to the shape of the shelf receiving piece 5 a of the shelf bracket 5 is formed on the lower surface side of the left and right ends of the shelf plate 3, and the recess 3 3a is fitted to the shelf receiving piece 5a of the shelf bracket 5 so as to be placed and supported at a fixed position.
[0014]
With this configuration, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), even when the shelf 3 is mounted in the cabinet 1, the cool air passage is provided between the left and right side edges of the shelf 3 and the left and right side walls in the cabinet. Since the gap 6 is secured, the shelf plate 3 does not block the convection of the cool air in the cabinet, thereby effectively preventing a large temperature difference between the upper and lower regions in the cabinet. Moreover, the load of the articles placed on the shelf board 3 and the shelf board can be stably carried on the shelf column via the shelf bracket 5. Here, the shelf column 4 is installed with its lower end placed against the bottom wall of the cabinet 1, so that it can sufficiently withstand a large load weight of articles placed on the shelf plate 3. In addition, the shelf plate 3 can be easily positioned at a fixed position and can be stably supported only by overlapping the recess 3a formed on the lower surface of the shelf plate 3 with the shelf receiving piece 5a of the shelf bracket 5.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the configuration of the present invention, the channel-like hollow shelf columns are installed on the left and right side walls of the cabinet so as to protrude toward the inside of the cabinet, and the shelf mounting holes are opened on the inner side end surfaces of the shelf columns. Then, the shelf bracket is locked and fixed, and the shelf board is installed between the left and right shelf columns, and the shelf board is installed via the shelf bracket. A gap corresponding to the protruding dimension of the shelf column remains between the side edge and the left and right side walls in the warehouse, and cold air flows between the upper and lower areas in the warehouse using this gap as a cold air passage. The temperature difference between the upper and lower regions in the chamber is suppressed, and the interior is kept cool. In addition, it is possible to stably support a large shelf load, and it is possible to obtain practical benefits such as easy attachment / detachment operation of the shelf position.
