Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a roaster provided with a detachable cabinet that performs cooking and is detachable from the outside.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, in a built-in type heating cooker incorporated in a kitchen or the like, a pan or the like is placed on the top plate on the upper surface, and an induction heating coil or nichrome wire heater provided at the inner lower portion thereof is installed. On the other hand, it is provided with a roaster that can be heated and cooked via the front of the cooker body and cooked (baked goods) such as fish.
Among them, roasters are used for cooking pottery directly, so the inside of the cooking cabinet tends to become dirty and needs to be cleaned as needed. Therefore, in order to facilitate the cleaning work, a proposal has been made that the above-mentioned cooking chamber can be taken out from the main body of the cooker and can be easily washed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-111261 A (2nd page, FIG. 4)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the said structure, the cleaning operation | work of the stain | pollution | contamination of a heating cooking chamber is easy, and it can clean to every corner in a store | warehouse | chamber and is convenient.
However, there is a risk that the cooking chamber that has been completely removed as described above may be used accidentally after being forgotten to be attached after cleaning. In addition, it is not preferable in terms of heat resistance and safety because the internal temperature control cannot be performed accurately.
In order to cope with this, for example, it can be conceived to provide a safety switch that responds to the attachment and detachment of the cooking chamber. However, providing an ON / OFF switch in an atmosphere heated at a high temperature demands safety and long-term reliability. Is not a good idea.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and therefore, the object of the present invention is to easily detect forgetting to attach to a detachable cooking chamber and to prevent erroneous use. To provide a roaster.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Roaster of the present invention in order to achieve the above object, a cooking chamber, a rectangular container-like stationary chamber having an open front, is detachably accommodated from the outside in the fixed cabinet, the front which is disposed a heating means with constituting and a open rectangular container-like detachable box, a first temperature sensor for detecting the temperature in said stationary box, and a second temperature sensor for sensing the temperature in the detachable box, the first Based on the detection results of the internal temperature by the first and second temperature sensors, the presence or absence of the detachable storage can be detected ,
Both the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor are attached and fixed to the rear wall portion of the fixed cabinet, and the temperature detection unit of the first temperature sensor is provided after each of the fixed cabinet and the detachable cabinet. The temperature detection part of the second temperature sensor located between the wall parts is inserted into a through-hole provided in the rear wall part of the detachable box and is located in the detachable box, and the presence / absence of the detachable box is detected. Determines that there is no detachable container when the temperature difference based on the temperature detection results by the first and second temperature sensors is equal to or less than a predetermined value (Invention of Claim 1).
[0007]
According to such means, it is possible to forget to attach the detached detachable cabinet because it is detachable for cleaning, and to prevent misuse in which the heating operation is continued as it is. Without losing it, it is possible to eliminate concerns about the safety of cooked foods and other problems. In this case, the presence / absence of the detachable cabinet is utilized by utilizing the temperature difference between the temperatures in each cabinet, so that the detection accuracy is improved without being affected by the ambient temperature, and can be detected quickly and reliably.
[0010]
In the first aspect of the present invention, the first and second temperature sensors are arranged at substantially the same height (the invention of claim 2 ).
[0011]
According to such a configuration, by a common condition for temperature detection by the temperature sensor, and more suitable probability detection result based on the measured temperature of each reliability can be improved.
[0012]
Further, in the one described in claim 1 , the heat generating means is attached and fixed to the rear wall portion of the fixed cabinet, is inserted into the removable cabinet through the through hole formed in the rear wall portion of the removable cabinet, A shielding member that shields between the heat generating means and at least the first temperature sensor is provided between the rear wall portions of the fixed cabinet and the detachable cabinet (invention of claim 3 ).
[0013]
According to such a configuration, since the first temperature sensor is not directly affected by heat such as radiant heat from the heat generating means, the internal temperature on the fixed storage side can be detected more accurately .
[0014]

As shown in FIG. 1, the roaster 8 is partitioned by a rectangular box-shaped heat shield case 10 in the cooker body 3, and is provided in a space that is configured to block heat transfer. Only the left side of the figure is open.
[0017]
And as a cooking chamber of the roaster 8, it is in the double structure which consists of the fixed store | warehouse | chamber 11 arrange | positioned in the said heat-shielding case 10, and the detachable store | warehouse | chamber 12 accommodated in this fixed store | warehouse | chamber detachably. Of these, the fixed box 11 has a rectangular box shape with an opening at the front, and is fixed facing the opening 3 b of the front plate 3 a of the main body 3. The detachable cabinet 12 also has a rectangular box shape with an opening at the front (see also FIG. 2 to be described later), and the two ribs 11a extending in the front-rear direction are provided with a flat bottom surface projecting from the inner bottom surface of the fixed cabinet 11. The flange portion 12a at the opening periphery of the front surface thereof is positioned and accommodated by contacting the periphery of the opening portion 3b of the front plate 3a.
[0018]
Although not shown in particular, in order to hold the detachable cabinet 12 in a stable storage state in the fixed cabinet 11, the detachable cabinet 12 is elastically supported, or engagement means that can be engaged and disengaged are combined. Thus, an appropriate support means is provided. Therefore, the detachable container 12 can be slid out on the rib 11a and pulled out from the opening 3b by pulling it forward against the support means as described above. It is possible to perform a simple operation of inserting until the abutment comes into contact with each other, and is thus detachable.
[0019]
The detachable cabinet 12 is provided with heating means for heating the cooking object B such as fish, and this includes, for example, an upper heater 13 having a meandering shape (see FIG. 3 described later) composed of a sheathed heater. The lower heater 14 is provided, and the base end portion thereof is fixedly attached to the rear wall portion 11 b of the fixed cabinet 11, and is led out through the rear wall portion 12 b of the detachable cabinet 12. .
[0020]
In order to accommodate the cooking object B between the upper and lower heaters 13 and 14 for cooking, the roaster dish 15 is slidable on the bottom surface of the detachable cabinet 12 as is well known, and is supported by this. A roaster dish 15 is provided, and the roaster dish 15 is integrally connected to a door 17 that opens and closes the front opening. Accordingly, the object to be cooked B can be taken out by pulling the door 17 forward with the handle 17a and pulling out the roaster dish 15 and the grill 16 to an appropriate position.
[0021]
In addition, the specific configuration of the detachable cabinet 12 will be described with reference to FIG. 2 as well. As described above, the lower heaters 13 and 14 are attached to and fixed to the fixed cabinet 12 while being attached and fixed. In order to allow the cabinet 12 to slide, through holes 18 and 19 are formed in the rear wall portion 12b of the detachable cabinet 12 so that the heaters 13 and 14 can be inserted vertically. These through holes 18 and 19 have a horizontally long shape that is larger than the width dimension of each heater 13 and 14, and in this embodiment, the shielding member 20 is formed by cutting and raising particularly at the lower edge of the upper through hole 18. Is extended rearward, and its end portion is disposed close to the rear wall portion 11a of the fixed case 11.
[0022]
Therefore, in the state where the detachable cabinet 12 is housed in the fixed cabinet 11, the shielding member 20 is disposed in the vicinity below the upper heater 13 as shown in FIG.
However, when it is desired to clean the detachable cabinet 12, the door 17 is pulled forward, the roaster dish 15 and the grill 16 are pulled out and taken out, and then the detachable cabinet 12 is pulled forward by grasping an appropriate handle portion. In addition to being attached and fixed to the fixed storage 11 side, the lower heater 13 can be left and removed completely to the outside, and cleaning can be performed easily.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a through hole 21 is formed on the right side of the lower part of the shielding member 20 in the rear wall portion 12 b of the detachable cabinet 12. This allows a second temperature sensor 24 (described later) for detecting the temperature in the detachable cabinet 12 to be inserted. Again, the temperature sensor 24 is attached to the fixed cabinet 11 with respect to the sliding movement of the detachable cabinet 12. This is because the temperature detection unit on the front end side is fixed and held at a position led out to the inside of the detachable cabinet 12.
In FIG. 2, protruding portions 22 extending in the front-rear direction are provided on the left and right sides of the detachable cabinet 12, and this causes an inadvertent upward movement of the roaster dish 15 that slides on the bottom surface. It is for regulating and guiding the horizontal movement.
[0024]
Thus, here, the temperature sensor of the roaster 8 will be described. In this embodiment, two temperature sensors 23 and 24 made of, for example, a thermistor are provided. That is, as shown in FIG.1 and FIG.3, all are attached and fixed to the rear wall part 11b of the fixed cabinet 11, The temperature sensor of the 1st temperature sensor 23 is the fixed cabinet 11 of the fixed cabinet 11 and the detachable cabinet 12. Between each rear wall part 11b and 12b, it functions as a temperature sensor which detects the temperature in what is called the fixed warehouse 11. FIG.
On the other hand, the other second temperature sensor 24 functions as a temperature sensor whose temperature detection portion is extended to the inside of the detachable cabinet 12 through the through hole 21 and so-called temperature detection in the detachable cabinet 12 is to be performed. .
[0025]
As is apparent from FIG. 3, these temperature sensors 23 and 24 are mounted side by side at, for example, the right side, and are disposed at substantially the same height as shown in FIG. Therefore, these temperature sensors 23 and 24 are provided at the same height position on the same rear wall portion 11b, have the same installation conditions for detecting the internal temperature of the fixed storage 11 and the detachable storage 12, and are described in the section of the operation description. Thus, a comparison result which is a temperature difference described later is accurately obtained.
[0026]
Next, the operation of the roaster 8 having the above configuration will be described with reference to the flowchart shown in FIG.
First, as shown in FIG. 1, to-be-cooked food such as fish is to be cooked, the object B to be cooked is placed on the grill 16, the door 17 is closed, and the container 17 is accommodated and set in the detachable cabinet 12 that constitutes the cooking chamber. . Then, after the power switch is turned on by the operation unit 9 and the heating condition and the timer time limit are set, the start switch is turned on to start cooking.
[0027]
Hereinafter, it will be described along the flow chart of FIG. 5 showing the control contents of the main part. This is an example when the cooking time (H) is set, and the time measurement by the timer starts when the operation starts (step S1). At the same time, the lower heaters 13 and 14 are turned on by the heat generating means to generate energized heat (step S2), and the cooking object B is heated from above and below to start grilling.
Then, after a lapse of some time, the process proceeds to step S3, where the results of temperature detection by the first temperature sensor 23 and the second temperature sensor 24 which are temperature sensors are compared.
[0028]
That is, the first temperature sensor 23 normally detects the temperature in the fixed cabinet 11 in a state where the detachable cabinet 12 is accommodated (referred to as a measurement temperature T1), while the second temperature sensor 24 is in a heated atmosphere. The temperature in the detachable cabinet 12 is detected (measured temperature T2), and it is determined whether or not the temperature difference (T2-T1) is equal to or less than a predetermined value. In this case, since the detachable cabinet 12 is in a normal accommodation state, the temperature T2 in the detachable cabinet 12 being heated is naturally much higher than the temperature T1 in the fixed cabinet 11, and the temperature difference (T2-T1). Results in exceeding a predetermined range value set in advance, and therefore is determined to be “NO”, not less than the predetermined value.
[0029]
This is performed until it is determined that normal cooking is in progress and the cooking time reaches a predetermined time, and whether or not the predetermined time (H) has passed is monitored in the next step S4. If “YES”, the process proceeds to step S5, the upper and lower heaters 13 and 14 are turned off to be turned off, and a buzzer (not shown) notifies the end of a predetermined time (step S6). The cooking is finished and the timer is reset and enters a standby state.
The second temperature sensor 24 for detecting the temperature in the detachable cabinet 12 can also serve as an input signal for controlling the temperature in the cabinet by the upper and lower heaters 13 and 14 to a predetermined temperature via a control device (not shown). The so-called to-be-cooked object is used for heating control.
[0030]
By the way, if the detachable cabinet 12 is cleaned, it may be taken out to the outside as described above, and after cleaning, the door 17 or the roaster dish 15 may be incorporated. In this case, since it cannot be visually recognized from the outside, it is conceivable to preheat by energizing the heat generating means from that state, or to accidentally cook the food to be cooked. In this case, the fixed cabinet 11 is directly heated. There is a concern that heat resistance due to heat treatment and, of course, heat cooking cannot provide a good finished state.
[0031]
However, in such a case, since the first and second temperature sensors 23 and 24 are in a state where the detachable cabinet 12 is not present, temperature detection is performed under almost common installation conditions, and as a result, both The temperature in the fixed container 11 is detected, and these measured temperature differences (T2−T1) are substantially none or slightly different.
Therefore, when used in such a state, in step S3 described above, the temperature difference (T2-T1) is determined to be “YES” which is a predetermined value or less, and there is an abnormal state in which the detachable cabinet 12 is not present. To be judged.
[0032]
Therefore, after that, the process proceeds to step S7, where the upper and lower heaters 13 and 14 are immediately turned off to be turned off, the buzzer notifies the abnormality for a predetermined time, and the error display is continuously displayed on the display unit of the operation unit 9. This is displayed to notify the user of an abnormal situation (step S8). Therefore, the user can quickly detect and deal with an abnormal situation in which the user has forgotten to attach the detachable cabinet 12, and can prevent the heating operation from being continued in an incorrect usage state.
[0033]
Thus, the present embodiment has the following effects.
As a temperature sensor for the cooking chamber of the roaster 8, the first and second temperature sensors 23 and 24 that have the fixed cabinet 11 and the detachable cabinet 12 and detect the respective internal temperatures are provided. Based on the above, the presence or absence of the detachable cabinet 12 can be detected.
This is because the internal temperature on the fixed storage 11 side largely fluctuates depending on the presence / absence of the detachable storage 12 in which the lower heaters 13 and 14 are arranged as the heat generating means, and therefore the first and second temperature sensors 23 and 24. The measured temperatures T1 and T2 are compared, and the presence or absence of the detachable cabinet 12 can be determined based on the relative temperature difference. For example, when the heating operation is performed without the detachable cabinet 12, the first and first Since the detected temperatures T1 and T2 are substantially the same and rise by the same temperature by the two temperature sensors 23 and 24, these temperature differences remain at least slightly below a predetermined value set in advance, so that the detachable storage The judgment that there is no 12 can be made easily and reliably.
[0034]
Therefore, if the user forgets to attach the detachable cabinet 12, the heating means is immediately turned off based on the above result to eliminate the fear that the heating operation is continued, and the user is notified using a buzzer or a display unit. Since it is possible to correct an erroneous usage pattern, it is possible to eliminate the anxiety associated with this without losing the convenience of making the detachable cabinet 12 removable for cleaning.
In this case, based on the fact that the internal temperature on the fixed storage 11 side fluctuates greatly as described above, the presence or absence of the detachable storage 12 is compared with the temperature change only by the first temperature sensor 23 in comparison with the predetermined value in the normal range. May be detected. However, by adopting the first and second temperature sensors 23 and 24 as in this embodiment and determining the presence / absence of the detachable cabinet 12 based on the relative temperature difference, the ambient temperature in the room or the like can be adjusted. It is advantageous in that it is not affected and is reliable and reliable.
In particular, in this embodiment, the two temperature sensors 23 and 24 are attached to the rear wall portion 11b of the fixed storage 11 which is substantially the same portion, and are provided at the same height position. In addition, the detection result can be made more reliable.
[0035]
In addition, since the shielding member 20 is provided between the temperature sensors 23 and 24 and the upper heater 13 adjacent to the temperature sensors 23 and 24, radiant heat from the upper heater 13 that is originally unnecessary or heat leaked from the detachable cabinet 12 is directly applied. Without receiving, the temperature inside the fixed storage 11 by the temperature sensor 23 can be detected accurately. Therefore, in this embodiment, the shielding member 20 may be any member as long as it can shield at least the first temperature sensor 23 from an unnecessary heating factor. Various specific shapes are conceivable, such as reducing the size according to the configuration.
[0036]
Further, the second temperature sensor 24 can also be used for temperature control for cooking in the detachable cabinet 12 in which the heat generating means is disposed, so that the second temperature sensor 24 can be provided without any complicated configuration.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above and shown in the drawings. For example, the present invention is not limited to the one incorporated in a three-neck type heating cooker, and may be a single roaster. At this time, various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the roaster of the present invention comprises a cooking chamber comprising a fixed cabinet and a detachable detachable cabinet provided with heat generating means, and each temperature in the fixed cabinet and the detachable cabinet is adjusted . Detected by the first and second temperature sensors, and the presence or absence of the detachable storage can be detected based on the detection result.
Accordingly, it is possible to prevent erroneous use in which the heating operation is continuously performed while forgetting to attach the detached detachable cabinet because it is detachable for cleaning. Therefore, without losing the convenience of being attachable / detachable, it is possible to eliminate concerns about the safety of the cooked food being defective. In this case, the presence or absence of the detachable cabinet is used by using the temperature difference between the temperatures in each cabinet, so a roaster that can be expected to have a practical effect, such as improved detection accuracy and quick and reliable detection without being affected by the ambient temperature. Can be provided.
