Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a safety device for an elevator apparatus having a car and a counterweight connected to each other by a main rope.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 5 is a side view of a hoistway showing a conventional elevator apparatus described in, for example, published patent publication 2001-151432. Hereinafter, a conventional elevator apparatus will be described based on the contents described in the above publication.
In FIG. 5, 1 is an elevator hoistway, 2 is a car, 3 is a counterweight, 4 is a floor of the uppermost floor provided in the hoistway 1, and 5 is a lowermost hall provided in the hoistway 1. , 6 is a suspension car, 7 is a rope (main rope) that suspends the car 2 and the weight 3 through the suspension car 6, 8 is a maintenance person riding on the car, 9 is the bottom of the hoistway 1 The counterweight buffer 10 provided at the bottom of the hoistway 1 is disposed opposite to the counterweight 3 and 10 is the counterbalanced car disposed at the bottom of the hoistway 1 and opposite the car 2. The weight descent prevention device is attached with a plurality of bolts 12 or the like so as to overlap the top of the counterweight buffer 9 during maintenance operation. It should be noted that the counterweight buffer 9 is in a fully compressed state under the load of the counterweight 3.
[0003]
Reference numeral 13 denotes a car lowering prevention device, which is attached to the top of the car shock absorber 10 with a plurality of bolts 12 or the like during maintenance operation. Note that the car shock absorber 10 does not receive the load of the car 2 but only receives the load of the car lowering prevention device 13 and is in an extended state.
[0004]
The counterweight lowering prevention device 11 prevents the counterweight 3 from descending at a position above the counterweight buffer 9, that is, at a predetermined position above the normal lowering position. In addition, by the prevention of the lowering of the counterweight 3, the raising of the car 2 is restricted at a predetermined position below the normal raising position.
[0005]
If the maintenance person 8 gets on the car and keeps raising the car 2 by mistake during maintenance, the maintenance person 8 may hit his head against the ceiling as indicated by a broken line. In order to prevent this, when maintenance is performed on the ceiling of the car 2 during maintenance, the counterweight lowering prevention device 11 is first attached to the top of the counterweight buffer 9, and the counterweight 3 is more than the counterweight buffer 9. The car 2 is prevented from physically moving further upwards by striking the counterweight lowering prevention device 11 first.
[0006]
The dimensions of the counterweight descent prevention device 11 at this time are set to a length that does not hit the head even if the maintenance person 8 is on the car, so that the maintenance person 8 is placed on the ceiling of the hoistway 1. It is safe without hitting your head. Even if the maintenance person 14 is in the pit, the car lowering prevention device 13 prevents the car 2 from descending at a position above the car shock absorber 10, that is, at a predetermined position above the normal lowering position. The member 14 does not collide with the car 2 and is safe.
[0007]
FIG. 6 is a detailed view of a safety device for preventing a counterweight descending comprising the counterweight damper 9 and the counterweight descending prevention device 11 in the conventional elevator apparatus described above.
In FIG. 6, (a) is a front view of the safety device, and (b) is a side view.

Reference numeral 11d denotes an insertion hole in which the positioning and detachment prevention bolt 12 is mounted.
[0009]
At the time of inspection and elevator installation, for work in the pit or on the car, align the fitting part with the C-shaped cross section of the descent prevention device 11 with the shock absorber top 9a, slide it horizontally, position it, and secure it 12 is installed in the insertion hole 11d. The mounted bolt 12 is locked to the outside of the shock absorber top 9 a, and the counterweight blocking device 11 is attached to the shock absorber 9.
In the conventional elevator apparatus, the safety device for preventing the lowering of the car including the car shock absorber 10 and the car blocking device 13 has the same configuration as that of the counterweight safety device.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the safety device for preventing the counterweight or the car from lowering in the conventional elevator apparatus is attached by sliding the C-shaped fitting portion of the descent prevention device 11 to the shock absorber top portion 9a and horizontally sliding it. Therefore, there is a problem in that it cannot be applied when the shock absorber is a spring shock absorber having a simple structure having no flange.
[0011]

In addition, since the structure of this elevator device other than the counterweight or car lowering safety device is the same as the structure described in FIG. Moreover, although the structure of the safety device shown in FIG. 1 can be used as both a counterweight safety device and a car safety device, in the first embodiment, the safety device for a car is used. explain.
[0021]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 15 denotes a counterweight spring shock absorber, which is provided at the lower portion of the hoistway so as to face the counterweight. This counterweight spring shock absorber 15 functions to prevent the counterweight from descending beyond a predetermined range during normal operation of the elevator.
On the other hand, 16 is a counterweight lowering prevention device, which is attached to the counterweight spring shock absorber 15 during the maintenance operation of the elevator so that the counterweight descends beyond an allowable range for ensuring the safety of maintenance personnel. It plays a role to prevent.
[0022]
The counterweight descent prevention device 16 includes a raised pipe 16b, a counter lower surface abutting plate 16a positioned on the upper end surface of the raised pipe 16b and abutting the counterweight, and a counterweight spring located at the lower end of the raised pipe. The mounting plate 16c fixes the counterweight descent prevention device 16 so as to cover the shock absorber 15 from above. Each of the mounting plates 16c has an opening 16d. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing such a counterweight descent prevention device 16.
[0023]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 17 denotes a rod-like stopper such as a bolt, which is inserted from the outside into the opening 16d of the mounting plate 16c and inserted between the wire diameters of the helical spring of the counterweight spring shock absorber 15. Thus, the mounting plate 16c is fixed to the counterweight spring shock absorber 15. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along arrow A in FIG. 1, showing a state in which the lowering prevention device 16 is fixed to the spring shock absorber 15 by the rod-like stopper 17.
[0024]
Next, an example of an operation for fixing the counterweight descent prevention device 16 to the counterweight spring shock absorber 15 when performing the maintenance operation of the elevator apparatus will be described.
First, the mounting plate 16c of the counterweight descent prevention device 16 is disposed so as to cover the upper portion of the counterweight spring shock absorber 15. Next, the rod-like stoppers 17 are inserted into the openings 16d of the respective mounting plates 16c from the outside to penetrate the mounting plates 16c, and between the wire diameters of the springs of the counterweight spring buffer 15 (that is, the spring springs). The lowering prevention device 16 is fixed to the spring shock absorber 15 by being inserted into the gap).
[0025]
With the above operation, the lowering prevention device 16 is positioned with respect to the spring shock absorber 15 and fixed so as not to come off.
However, when the lowering prevention device 16 is more firmly fixed to the spring shock absorber 15, the lowering prevention device 16 is further fixed to the spring shock absorber 15 after the lowering device 16 is fixed to the spring shock absorber 15 by the above operation. Rotate to advance downward. As a result, the rod-like stopper 17 bites into the spring of the spring shock absorber 15 at a deeper position, and the lowering prevention device 16 can be firmly fixed to the spring shock absorber 15 so as to eliminate rattling or the like.
[0026]
When the rod-like stopper 17 is inserted between the spring wire diameters of the spring shock absorber 15, the rod-like stopper at an appropriate position so as not to disturb the spring stroke even during the shock absorber operation of the spring shock absorber 15. It is also possible to regulate the insertion of the spring 17 and adjust the spring shock absorber so as not to hinder the shock absorbing performance. FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view of the counterweight descent prevention safety device according to the present invention showing the state where the descent prevention device 16 is attached to the spring shock absorber 15 in this manner.
[0027]
In the above embodiment, the counterweight descending prevention device 16 is provided with a plurality of mounting plates 16c to be attached to the spring shock absorber 15. However, the lower diameter of the lowering prevention device 16 is expanded and an opening is provided. The upper part of the spring shock absorber 15 may be covered, and the rod-shaped stopper 17 may be fitted into this opening to be attached to the spring shock absorber 15. The lower cross-sectional shape of the lowering prevention device 16 may be circular or quadrangular.
[0028]
As described above, since the elevator apparatus according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention is configured as described above for the descent prevention safety device for the counterweight, even when a spring shock absorber is used as the counterweight buffer, It becomes possible to easily attach the weight lowering prevention device.
[0029]
Embodiment 2
In the first embodiment, the configuration in which the counterweight lowering prevention device 16 is attached to the counterweight spring shock absorber 15 and used as the lowering prevention safety device for the counterweight of the elevator apparatus has been described. However, the configuration of the safety device by the combination of the spring shock absorber 15 and the lowering prevention device 16 can be used as a lowering prevention safety device for the elevator car.
[0030]
That is, as a car shock absorber for limiting the lowering of the car within a predetermined range during normal operation, a car shock absorber having the same structure as the spring shock absorber 15 described above is used. Furthermore, the counterweight is used as a car descent prevention device that is attached to the car spring shock absorber during elevator maintenance operation and prevents the car from descending beyond the allowable range for ensuring the safety of maintenance personnel. The thing of the structure similar to the descent | fall prevention device 16 is used. With such a configuration, even when a spring shock absorber is used as the car shock absorber, the car lowering prevention device can be easily attached to the car spring shock absorber.
[0031]
Embodiment 3
In the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the lowering prevention device 16 is attached to the spring shock absorber 15 and used for either the lowering prevention safety device for the counterweight of the elevator device or the lowering prevention safety device for the car. Explained. However, the configuration in which the lowering prevention device 16 is attached to the spring shock absorber 15 can be used simultaneously for both the lowering prevention safety device for the counterweight of the elevator device and the lowering prevention safety device for the car. By adopting such a configuration, even when spring shock absorbers are used for both the counterweight shock absorber and the car shock absorber, it is possible to easily attach the corresponding descent prevention devices.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
According to the elevator apparatus of the present invention, the counterweight (cage) lowering prevention device is mounted so as to cover the top of the counterweight (cage) spring shock absorber from above, so that the counterweight (cage) is used. Even when a spring shock absorber is used as the shock absorber, there is an effect that the counterweight (cage) lowering prevention device can be easily attached.
[0033]
The counterweight (cage) lowering prevention device includes an opening and a rod-like stopper fitted into the opening, and the rod-like stopper is inserted into the opening of the counterweight (car) lowering prevention device from the outside. In addition, it is attached to the counterweight (cage) spring shock absorber by being locked between the wire diameters of the counterweight (cage) spring shock absorbers. There is an effect that can be done more reliably.
[0034]
Further, the counterweight lowering device prevents the counterweight (cage) spring shock absorber from being covered from above and rotates it with respect to the counterweight (cage) spring shock absorber. Since it can be attached to the shock absorber, there is an effect that a stronger attachment is possible.
