Description

【0001】
【0004】
この天板120の平面図を図5(a)、A−A断面図を図5(b)に示す。
【0016】
図2(a)は、第1実施形態の天板10の平面図であり、図2(b)はA−A断面図、図2(c)はB−B断面図である。
【0017】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a medical device top plate on which a subject is placed, and more particularly to a medical device top plate that can reduce the occurrence of artifacts.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, medical devices such as an X-ray CT apparatus, an MRI apparatus, and an X-ray diagnostic apparatus use a bed having a top plate to place a subject. Such a bed is shown in FIG.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 4, the bed 100 is a bed main body 110 that can be moved up and down with respect to a reference surface, and a top plate that is slidable along the upper surface of the bed main body 110 and on which a subject is placed. 120.
[0004]
FIG. 5A shows a plan view of the top plate 120, and FIG. As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the top plate 120 is composed of a plate-like foamed urethane part 121 and a carbon part 123 provided around the foamed urethane part 121.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional top plate has a shape using many straight lines and right angles in terms of ease of making. Therefore, for example, when this top plate is used in an X-ray CT apparatus, the X-ray absorption rate suddenly changes from 0 to several percent at the tip of the top plate 120 indicated by the arrows in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6 (CT image of the subject's head), artifacts such as whitening occur on the CT image.
[0006]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 7, the top plate 120 is provided with a headrest 130 at the front end portion. In this case, in particular, when obtaining a continuous tomographic image from the subject's head to the chest. 7, artifacts such as whitening occur on the CT image in the same manner as described above at the tip of the top plate 120 indicated by an arrow in FIG.
[0007]
Further, in order to avoid the above-mentioned artifact, as shown in FIG. 8, it is conceivable that the subject is placed while being shifted toward the rear end of the top 120, but the foot of the subject comes out of the top. It is very likely and not practical.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a top board for a medical device that can reduce the occurrence of artifacts.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an invention according to claim 1 is used for a bed of an X-ray CT apparatus that can be moved up and down, is slidably provided along an upper surface of the bed, and is an end of a top plate. In the top plate for a medical device in which a headrest is provided, the end of the top plate on which the subject is placed on the upper surface is an inclined surface, the end portion is formed in an arc shape, and the center from the tip of the top plate The volume is gradually increased toward, and the X-ray absorption rate is gradually increased.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a bed provided with a top plate, which is a first embodiment of a top plate for medical equipment according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the top plate 10 of 1st Embodiment is provided so that sliding is possible along the upper surface of the bed main body 20 provided so that raising / lowering is possible.
[0016]
2A is a plan view of the top plate 10 of the first embodiment, FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA, and FIG. 2C is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 2 (a), the top plate 10 of the first embodiment has a tip portion formed in an arc shape, and, as shown in FIG. The X-ray absorption rate of the part is formed so as to gradually increase.
[0018]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the top plate 10 is composed of a foamed urethane portion 11 having an arcuate cross section and a carbon portion 13 provided around the foamed urethane portion 11.
[0019]
Next, the effect | action of the top plate 10 of 1st Embodiment is demonstrated. Here, it is assumed that tomographic images of the subject placed on the top board 10 are sequentially acquired from the front end side to the rear end side of the top board 10. In this case, when a tomographic image is acquired at the boundary surface between the space and the top plate 10, the top plate 10 is displayed as a substantially point, and as the tomographic plane is shifted from this boundary to the rear end side, the top plate 10 gradually. The area of the top plate 10 is increased and the top plate 10 is displayed at the maximum when it passes the inclined surface portion and the arc portion, which are the tip portions of the top plate 10.
[0020]
That is, the volume of the top plate 10 gradually increases from the tip toward the center. Thereby, the X-ray absorption rate of the top plate 10 also gradually increases from zero. For this reason, when the conventional top plate is used, the artifact which arises when an X-ray absorption rate changes suddenly can be reduced.
[0021]
Thus, in the top plate 10 of the first embodiment, since the X-ray absorption rate at the tip is gradually increased, artifacts caused by a sudden change in the X-ray absorption rate can be reduced.
[0022]
In addition, in the top plate 10 of 1st Embodiment, although the front-end | tip part is formed in circular arc shape, and this front-end | tip part is made into the inclined surface, not only a front-end | tip part but a rear-end part and a side part are formed in circular arc shape. In addition, this end portion may be an inclined surface.
[0023]
FIG. 3 is a side view showing a top plate which is a second embodiment of the top plate for medical equipment according to the present invention. In FIG. 3, the same members as those of the top plate 10 of the first embodiment shown in FIG. Further, here, a description will be given by taking a top plate used in an X-ray CT apparatus as an example.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 3, the top plate 10 of the second embodiment includes a headrest 30 at the tip of the same top plate 10 as the top plate 10 of the first embodiment.
[0025]
Like the top plate 10 of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the headrest 30 has a tip portion formed in an arc shape, and this tip portion is an inclined surface, and the X-ray absorption rate of the tip portion is gradually increased. It is formed to raise.
[0026]
For this reason, an abrupt change in the X-ray absorption rate at the tip of the top plate 10 and the tip of the headrest 30 is eliminated, and the occurrence of artifacts can be reduced.
[0027]
As described above, the top plate 10 of the second embodiment has the tip portion of the top plate 10 and the tip portion of the headrest 30 formed in an arc shape, and the tip portion is an inclined surface. Artifacts caused by sudden changes can be reduced.
[0028]
In addition, in the top plate 10 of the second embodiment, the top portions of the top plate 10 and the headrest 30 are formed in an arc shape and this tip portion is an inclined surface, but not limited to the tip portion, The side surface portion may be formed in an arc shape and the end portion may be an inclined surface.
[0029]
Moreover, in the top plate 10 of 1st Embodiment and 2nd Embodiment, although the front-end | tip part is formed in circular arc shape and this front-end | tip part is made into the inclined surface, only either circular arc shape or an inclined surface is formed. You may do it.
[0030]
Furthermore, although the top plate 10 of 1st Embodiment and 2nd Embodiment is cross-sectional arc shape, this invention is not limited to this, Flat plate shape may be sufficient.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention can reduce the occurrence of artifacts caused by a sudden change in the X-ray absorption rate at the tip of the top plate.
