Description
【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above concrete floor structure has excellent heat insulation, warmth, comfortable walking, safety, piping workability, etc., but the problem of poor floor / impact sound insulation performance (hereinafter referred to as floor sound insulation). was there.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of these problems, and an object thereof is to provide a floor base material and a concrete floor structure having excellent floor sound insulation.
[0005]
A floor base material, which is a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, is formed by projecting a support made of a hard thermoplastic foam resin having a hollow portion on the lower surface of a base part made of a hard thermoplastic foam resin. The bottom plate for closing the hollow portion of the body is formed of an elastic closed-cell thermoplastic foamed resin having a spring constant of 30 × 10 6 N / m 2 or less .
[0006]
The floor sound insulation can be enhanced by the hollow portion provided in the support. Further, the vibration energy of the floor impact sound is irregularly reflected by the uneven portion formed on at least one surface of the hollow portion, thereby improving the floor sound insulation. Further, since the inner wall of the hollow portion gradually spreads outward toward the lower side, the vibration energy of the floor impact sound is diffused to enhance the floor sound insulation. Moreover, the vibration energy of the floor impact sound is absorbed by a soft sound-absorbing material attached to the side surface or the bottom surface of the hollow portion to enhance the floor sound insulation. In addition, the sound absorbing material filled in the hollow portion absorbs the vibration energy of the floor impact sound to enhance the floor sound insulation. In addition, the floor sound insulation is enhanced by diffusing the vibration energy of the floor impact sound through the small through-holes provided in the side or bottom of the hollow portion. A concrete floor structure with high floor sound insulation can be formed. Moreover, the vibrational energy of the floor impact sound is diffused and absorbed by the planar rectangular, planar circular, planar polygonal, and planar honeycomb hollow portions, so that the floor sound insulation is improved. Moreover, floor sound insulation is further enhanced by laying plywood or so-called control panel on the floor base material.
