【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、建築物の鉄骨躯体の梁に、軽量気泡コンクリート(ALC)パネルなどの建築用パネルを取り付けて、壁面や開口部を構成する際に使用するパネル取付け金具に関し、特に建築現場で溶接の必要がないパネル取付け金具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、建築物の鉄骨躯体の梁に、ALCパネルなどの建築用パネルを取り付けて外壁を構成する方法や、それに使用する取付け金具は、種々のものが開発され使用されている。また、このパネル取付けを乾式で施工でき、地震などで躯体が揺動した場合に、パネルが躯体の揺動に追随してロッキングし、その破損を防止して耐震性を高める工法もある。更に、パネルの取付け作業を屋内側からだけで施工できて、外部に足場を仮設する必要がないものや、建築現場で取付け金具と躯体との溶接作業が不要な工法も提案されている。

しかし、これらの取付け金具や工法では、一般に取付け金具の構造が複雑になったり、部品点数が多くなって高価になる問題があり、またこれらの取付け金具をパネルに固着するためにパネルに埋設するアンカーの位置精度を高くする必要があるので、熟練を要し、取付け金具の取付けに手数が掛かる問題もあった。また建築物の窓など開口部の位置によっては、上下方向に連接するパネル幅が異なることがあり、その場合は各パネルの上下に夫々取付け金具を配設するので、取付け金具の数が増え金具代や取付け工数が増加する問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この発明は、乾式で施工でき、現場溶接の必要もなく上下方向に連接するパネル幅が異なる場合にも、簡単な構造で容易に取付けられ、取付け金具やその取付け費用が少なくてすむパネル取付け金具を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のパネル取付け金具は、いずれも建築物の鉄骨躯体の梁の上面に長手方向に沿って、垂直が所望幅で屋外側に張り出して固着されているL字状の定規部材、および、鋼板を段状に折り曲げたイナヅマ型金物と併用され、パネル取付け構造を形成する。

本発明のパネル取付け金具は、第1の態様では、平板部材に長孔を設け、該長孔の長軸に対して直交方向に離れて、L字形の定規部材に固定するためのボルト部材が該平板部材の片面に突起して設けられ、平板部材のボルト部材に対し長孔の反対側部分の中央部と両側部の間に切り込みがあって中央部のみが前記片面と反対の面の側に直角に折り曲げられて、長孔の長軸に平行な平面を形成し、前記片面において前記中央部から分離された両側部に突起が設けられ、前記平面がパネルの下端小口面に接する。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明のパネル取付け金具10、20、30は、後述のように、建築物の鉄骨躯体の梁3に固定された定規部材4およびイナヅマ型金物6と組み合わせてパネル取付け構造を形成する。

本発明のパネル取付け金具10は、第1の形態では、図1および図2に示す通り、垂直部11と、該垂直部11から屋外側に水平に折り曲げられて伸長し、上段パネルの下端小口面を支持する支持部12とからなり、この支持部12の下方に固着され、屋内側に向かって伸長し、定規部材4の垂直面4aに挿通および固定されるボルト13と、前記垂直部11の下方に設けられ、下段パネルの上部に固するためのボルトを挿通するルーズ孔11aとを有する。

そして第1の形態のパネル取付け金具10は、上下段パネルの幅が同じ場合に使用するのに好適であり、第2、第3の形態のパネル取付け金具20、30は、上下段パネルの幅が異なる場合に使用するのに好適である。第1の形態のパネル取付け金具10を使用して、躯体の梁3に固着されている前記定規部材にパネルを取り付ける際には、パネルの上端部近辺に埋設した上部アンカー1aに第1の形態のパネル取付け金具10をボルト5でし、下端部には従来と同様の、鋼板を段状に折り曲げたイナヅマ型金物を、下部アンカー1aに仮に取り付けておく。

第2、3の形態のパネル取付け金具20、30を使用して、パネルを躯体に固着されている前記定規部材に取り付ける際には、定規部材に予め第2の形態のパネル取付け金具20ボルト23でし、上段パネルの下端部にはイナヅマ型金物6をボルト5でし、下段パネルの上端部には第3の形態のパネル取付け金具30ボルト33でしておき、前述の例と同様にして取付ければよい。

これらの作業は全て屋内側から施工できるので、屋外に足場を仮設する必要がなく、溶接の必要もないので、パネルを容易に取り付けることができる。またこれらのパネル取付け金具10、20、30ボルト挿通孔は、ルーズ孔11a、31aとなっているうえ、パネルの一方の端部のみを上段梁の定規部材ボルト13、23、33でし、他方の端部はイナヅマ型金物とパネルとで下段梁の定規部材を挟んで、ボルトをルーズ孔に通すので、上下パネルのアンカー1aの埋設位置が多少ずれていても、パネルを所定位置に取り付けることができる。

また上下段パネルの幅が異なる場合には、単純化したパネル取付け金具を使用すれば良いので、金具代と取付け費用を節減することができる。更に第1、第2のパネル取付け金具10、20の垂直の上端には、少なくとも1か所の突起14、24を屋内側に向かって固着し、この突起を定規部材の垂直面4aの水平な頂縁部に懸架すれば、上段パネルの重量を取付けボルトと分担して担持することができる。また2個以上の突起14、24を同水準で設けておけば、パネル取付け金具10、20の位置決めが容易で、支持部12、22を水平に保持することができるし、前記突起14、24を中心線上の1か所に設ければ、その取付け位置の自由度を向上することができる。

以下、本発明の実施例を図面によって説明する。図1〜2は、各々第1実施例のパネル取付け金具10の一例の斜視図であり、図1は一対の突起14を設けた例であり、図2は突起14を1か所に設けた例である。図3、4は、図1の取付け金具10と、イナヅマ型金物を使用して、ALCパネルを躯体に取り付けた状態を示す縦断面図と背面図(図3のIV−IV矢視図)である。

図1のパネル取付け金具10は、厚さ6mm、幅125mm、長さ172mmのメッキ鋼板製で、平板状の垂直部11と、その中央よりやや上部において、屋外側に水平に折り曲げた幅70mm、長さ60mmの支持部12とで形成されている。そして、垂直部11の中心線上において、前記支持部12のやや下方には、屋内側に向かって水平に伸びるボルト13の基部が固着されている。図4に示すように支持部12でALCパネル1を支持すると、地震などで建築物の躯体が壁面方向に揺動した場合には、各ALCパネル1はパネル取付け金具10を固着したボルト13を支点としてロッキング可能なので耐震性がある。

図3に示すように、突起14を定規部材4の垂直面4aの水平な頂縁部に引掛ければ、ALCパネルの重量をパネル取付けボルト13と定規部材4とで分担して支持することができる。また図1のように2個以上の突起14を同水準で設けておけば、パネル取付け金具10の位置決めが容易で、支持部12を水平に保持することができる。

図2に示すパネル取付け金具10では、前記支持部12より上方において垂直部11は、中心線に沿って伸びる延長部を有し、その上端部には1個の突起14が屋内側に向かって配設されている。このように、突起14を中心線上の1か所に設ければ、その取付け位置の自由度を向上することができる。

イナヅマ型金物6は、厚さ3.2mm、幅70mm、長さ110mmの鋼板を長手方向中央部に段差を設けて断面をイナヅマ型にしたもので、図13に示すように、イナズマ型金物6の平面部の中心線上にはボルト挿通用のルーズ孔6bが設けられている。そして、イナヅマ型金物6の両側にリブが補強のために形成されている。

図1のパネル取付け金具10を使用して、幅600mm、厚さ100mm、長さ3500mmのALCパネル1を、建築物の鉄骨躯体梁3に取り付ける方法について以下に説明する。

図3〜4に示すように、前記梁3には、その長手方向に、厚さ4mm、水平部幅70mm、垂直部高さ90mmのL字状の定規部材4が固着され、該定規部材4の垂直4aが屋外側に所望寸法だけ張り出すように、水平部4bが梁3の上面に所望間隔でボルトナット8で固されている。また前記垂直4aには、パネル幅にほぼ等しい間隔で、取付けボルトの外径よりもやや大きい直径のボルト孔が同水準で穿孔されている。従って、複数枚のALCパネル1が並置されて定規部材4に取り付けられる。

ALCパネル1を定規部材4に取り付けるために、ALCパネル1の上下の端部近辺にボルト5を固定するためのアンカー1aを埋設する。このためには、ALCパネル1の上端部近辺の長辺小口面から中心に向かって横穴1cを穿孔し、パネル裏面からも前記横穴1cに直交する縦穴1bを穿孔する。そして管状で中央部にボルト孔が配設されているアンカー1aを前記横穴1cに挿入する。パネル取付け金具10のルーズ11aを貫通するボルト5を縦穴1bに挿入して、アンカー1aのボルト孔に固しておく。また、ALCパネル1の下端部近辺中央にも、同様にボルト5を固定するためのアンカー1aを埋設し、イナヅマ型金物6を、そのルーズホール6bを貫通するボルト5で座金5aを介して仮付けしておく。

前述のようにアンカー1aやボルト5を取り付けた下段のパネル1を梁3の上方から吊込み、下段梁3に固されているパネル取付け金具10の支持部12に前記ALCパネル1の下端小口面を支持させる。パネル下端のイナヅマ型金物6とALCパネル1の表面の間に、下段の梁3の定規部材4の垂直4aを挟むように、ボルト5を締着する。なお、ボルト5は、前述のように仮付けしてあるので、締め直すことになる。以上の部分は、図3の下側では省略されており、図示される上段のALCパネル1の下端部分が対応するので、これを参照されたい。

前記ALCパネル1に固着されているパネル取付け金具10の突起14を、上段梁3の定規部材4の垂直4aの頂部に引掛けた状態で、ボルト13を定規部材4の垂直4aの孔に挿通させ、座金7aを介してナット7で締着する。

このようにして下段のALCパネル1を取付けてから、その上の段のパネル1を同様に取付け、これを繰り返し、全てのALCパネル1を取り付けたら、相隣接するALCパネルの目地にシーリング材を充填すれば作業は完了する。なお、前述のALCパネルやパネル取付け金具10の寸法などは必要に応じて適宜選定すればよく、突起14もパネル取付け金具10の垂直部11の延長部を折り曲げて形成してもよいが(図14参照)、その高さはパネル取付け金具10の垂直部11の厚さ程度が望ましい。またALCパネル1に埋設するアンカー1aは他の形状でもよく、パネル製造時に埋設しておいても良い。

前述のようにパネル取付け金具10のボルト挿通孔がルーズ孔11aとなっているので、ALCパネル1の上端部を上段の梁3の定規部材4に固しながら、ALCパネル1の下端部を、そこに固したイナヅマ型金物6とALCパネル1とで下段の梁の定規部材4を挟んでボルト締めする際に、上下段のALCパネルのアンカー1aの埋設位置が多少ずれていても、ALCパネル1を所定位置に取り付けることができる。従って、作業性がよく工期と費用を節減することができる。なお、定規部材4のボルト13の挿通孔をルーズにしてもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明のパネル取付け金物は、以上詳細に説明したように構成されているので、ALCパネルを建築物の躯体に取り付けるに際し、作業は全て屋内側から施工できる。従って、屋外に足場を仮設する必要がなく、現場溶接の必要もなく、ALCパネルを容易に取り付けることができる。

また上・下段のALCパネルの幅が異なる場合には、単純化したパネル取付け金具を使用すれば良いので、金具代と取付け費用を節減することができる。
