(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 ユニット住宅において玄関部分を構成す
る玄関ユニットであって、玄関サッシの幅寸法に応じた
寸法に形成され、かつユニット天井の野縁下面にこの野
縁に直交するように取付けられた玄関サッシ支持部材
と、玄関サッシの幅寸法に応じた寸法に形成され、かつ
前記玄関サッシ支持部材の下方のユニットの床に玄関サ
ッシ支持部材に平行に設けられた玄関サッシ受梁と、前
記玄関サッシ支持部材および玄関サッシ受梁に上部およ
び下部がそれぞれ取付けられた玄関サッシとを備えたこ
とを特徴とする玄関ユニット。
