Claims (8)
- 有機性廃棄物を嫌気性発酵槽内で嫌気性発酵させることによりバイオガスを発生させ、前記嫌気性発酵槽からのバイオガスをガス圧縮機によって昇圧して吸収塔へ送り込み、前記吸収塔内においてバイオガスと水とを高圧状態で接触させることにより、バイオガスに含まれる二酸化炭素及び硫黄系不純物を高圧水に溶解させて該バイオガスから分離して、メタンを高濃度化した精製ガスを得、その際、前記嫌気性発酵槽のガス圧力を測定し、その測定結果に基づいて前記嫌気性発酵槽のガス圧力が予め定められた略一定の設定値となるように前記ガス圧縮機の回転数を増減制御することを特徴とするバイオガスの精製方法。
- 前記吸収塔内においてバイオガスと水とを、0.55〜2.0MPaGの範囲を満たす高圧状態で接触させることにより、前記二酸化炭素及び前記硫黄系不純物を分離除去するとともに、バイオガスが含有するシロキサン化合物を凝縮させて該バイオガスから分離して、メタンを高濃度化した精製ガスを得ることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバイオガスの精製方法。
- 前記吸収塔内においてバイオガスと水とを0.7MPaG以上1.0MPaG未満の範囲を満たす高圧状態で接触させることを特徴とする請求項2記載のバイオガスの精製方法。
- 有機性廃棄物を嫌気性発酵させることによりバイオガスを発生させる嫌気性発酵槽と、前記嫌気性発酵槽からのバイオガスをガス圧縮機によって昇圧して吸収塔へ送り込み、前記吸収塔内においてバイオガスと水とを高圧状態で接触させることにより、バイオガスに含まれる二酸化炭素及び硫黄系不純物を高圧水に溶解させて該バイオガスから分離して、メタンを高濃度化した精製ガスを得るバイオガス精製装置と、前記嫌気性発酵槽のガス圧力を測定し、その測定結果に基づいて前記嫌気性発酵槽のガス圧力が予め定められた略一定の設定値となるように前記ガス圧縮機の回転数を増減制御する制御手段と、を備えていることを特徴とするバイオガス精製設備。
- 前記バイオガス精製装置からの精製ガスを一時的に貯留し、精製ガス消費設備に供給するための精製ガスタンクを備えていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のバイオガス精製設備。
- 前記バイオガス精製装置の起動の際に、前記吸収塔内の圧力が予め定められた設定値に到達して前記ガス圧縮機に前記嫌気性発酵槽からのバイオガスを供給するまでの間、前記ガス圧縮機に前記精製ガスタンクからの精製ガスを供給する精製ガス循環ラインを備えていることを特徴とする請求項5記載のバイオガス精製設備。
- 前記バイオガス精製装置は、前記吸収塔内においてバイオガスと水とを、0.55〜2.0MPaGの範囲を満たす高圧状態で接触させることにより、前記二酸化炭素及び前記硫黄系不純物を分離除去するとともに、バイオガスが含有するシロキサン化合物を凝縮させて該バイオガスから分離して、メタンを高濃度化した精製ガスを得るように構成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバイオガス精製設備。
- 前記バイオガス精製装置は、前記吸収塔内においてバイオガスと水とを0.7MPaG以上1.0MPaG未満の範囲を満たす高圧状態で接触させるように構成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項7記載のバイオガス精製設備。
