【0030】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a load receiving base bending prevention device that is attached to a load receiving base lifting device mounted on a truck or the like and prevents the load receiving base from being bent when the load receiving base is used as a transfer plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, there is a load receiving / lifting device for a cargo vehicle in which a load receiving table stored under a floor of a cargo box is slid hydraulically and lifted / lowered to load / unload a load. In such an underfloor retractable lifting device, the load receiving platform generally includes a base and a front portion that is foldably connected to the upper portion of the base, and the front of the load receiving stand is folded under the floor by folding the front portion. It can be stored compactly. In addition, the load receiving platform lifting / lowering device not only expands the tip portion with respect to the base portion so that the load receiving stand is in a horizontal state, but the expanded load receiving stand is inclined downward on the front portion side from the horizontal state. There is provided a switching device that selectively switches to a forwardly lowered state, and a load receiving table that is in a forwardly lowered state is bridged to a platform that is lower than the bottom of the cargo box floor, and the cargo box and the platform The cargo receiving platform can be used as a transfer plate for transferring a cargo such as a container.
[0003]
However, in the case where the load receiving platform is used as a transfer plate as described above, the connecting portion between the front portion and the base portion is lowered depending on the weight of the load, and the leading portion starts from the connecting portion with respect to the base portion. There were times when it was bent. As a result, the loading / unloading operation of the load may be hindered, and the load may be wobbled, fallen or dropped from the load receiving table. Therefore, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-43804 filed by the present applicant, the base and the front part are integrated when necessary by a regulating member slidably attached to the base and the front part of the load receiving table. What prevents the bending of the receiving platform has been put into practical use.
[0004]
Specifically, in FIGS. 13A and 13B, the regulating member 102 is shown in FIG. 13 with respect to the load receiving platform 100 in which the base portion 100a and the tip portion 100b are connected via the hinge 101 as the connecting portion. It is slidably attached in the direction indicated by the arrow S from the position shown in FIG. And as shown in FIG.13 (b), when the control member 102 is slid to the front part 100b side, the control member 102 integrates the base part 100a and the front part 100b, and the front part 100b faces the base upper part. The folding in the load receiving platform 100 is prevented by preventing the folding in the folding direction (the direction shown by the arrow r in the figure).
[0005]
Specifically, the restriction member 102 is formed in a U-shaped cross section, and as shown in FIG. 13A, the restriction member 102 is formed on the side portion of the base portion 100a so as to surround the side surface and the upper and lower surfaces of the base portion 100a. It is attached. A handle 102a is provided on the side surface of the regulating member 102 (the outer surface of the side surface of the cargo receiving table) so that the operator can slide the regulating member 102 in the S direction or the opposite direction. A bolt 103 fixed to the base portion 100a is inserted into the long hole 102b formed in the side surface of the restricting member 102, and the restricting member 102 is guided by the bolt 103 so that the sliding movement can be smoothly performed. It has become. Furthermore, an engaging member 102 c that engages with the lock pin 104 a of the locking device 104 that locks the restriction member 102 is provided on the lower surface of the restriction member 102 so as to protrude downward from the load receiving platform 100.
[0006]
The locking device 104 is fixed to the lower surface of the base portion 100a, and is applied to the urging force of the locking pin 104a urged by a spring (not shown) so as to protrude to the near side in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface of the drawing and the spring. A handle 104b for pushing the pin 104a in a direction opposite to the biasing direction is provided. The distal end portion of the lock pin 104a is formed in a tapered shape, and when the restricting member 102 is moved in the S direction, the distal end portion comes into contact with the engaging member 102c so that the pin 104a has the urging force. It is pushed in gradually and automatically against this, allowing the restricting member 102 to move in the S direction. Further, when the distal end portion of the lock pin 104a is disengaged from the engaging member 102c, the pin 104a protrudes by the urging force and can be engaged with the engaging member 102c. The lock device 104 is configured such that the lock pin 104a and the engagement member 102c engage with each other, thereby restricting the movement of the restriction member 102 in the direction opposite to the S direction, and the base 100a and the front part by the restriction member 102. The state where 100b is integrated is maintained.
The regulating member 102 and the locking device 104 are provided on the left and right side portions of the load receiving platform 100, and the base portion 100a and the front portion 100b are integrated from both the left and right sides.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional load receiving base bending prevention device, since the regulating member 102 formed in a U-shaped cross section is attached to the side portion of the base portion 100a so as to surround the side surface and the upper and lower surfaces of the base portion 100a. The upper part of the member 102 in FIG. 13 protrudes from the upper surface of the load receiving table, and the restricting member 102 slides between the base part 100a and the front part 100b. For this reason, when the load is moved on the load receiving platform 100, the load or the operator may come into contact with the upper portion of the restricting member 102, which may hinder the load / unload operation. Further, when the load receiving platform 100 is in a horizontal state, the regulating member 102 is slidably movable from the base portion 100a side to the front portion 100b side. Therefore, in order to prevent unnecessary movement of the regulating member 102, It is also conceivable to provide another locking device that locks the regulating member 102 on the base 100a side. However, it becomes necessary to operate the locking device before and after the movement of the regulating member 102, and the number of parts of the prevention device increases, resulting in an increase in the cost of the device.
Further, in this conventional prevention device, when preventing the bending of the load receiving base 100 or releasing the prevention, it is necessary for the operator to slide the restriction members 102 provided on the left and right side portions of the load receiving base 100. In addition, since it is necessary to operate the lock pin 104a when canceling the prevention, the operation work of the prevention device takes time and effort, and the work efficiency of the loading and unloading work may be reduced.
[0008]
In view of the conventional problems as described above, the present invention provides a low-cost load receiving base bending prevention device capable of safely and efficiently performing a loading and unloading operation of a load using a load receiving base that is lifted and lowered by a load receiving base lifting device. The purpose is to provide.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a load receiving platform having a base and a front portion that is foldably connected to the base, and the whole or a part of the load receiving platform is in a horizontal state and before the front portion is inclined downward from the horizontal state. A switching device that selectively switches to any one of the lowered states, and raises and lowers the load receiving table, expands the front portion with respect to the base, and further switches to the front lowered state by the switching device. A load receiving base bending prevention device which is used in a load receiving base lifting device which can use a load receiving base as a transfer plate, and prevents the front portion from being bent toward the base side when the load receiving base is used as a transfer plate. Because
A pair of left and right regulating members provided at predetermined intervals from the left and right side surfaces of the load receiving table and pivotally supported by the base or the front portion of the load receiving table, and one of the base and the front portion A stopper for receiving the restriction member, and a lock pin provided so as to protrude to the other side of the base portion and the tip portion. The lock pin is associated with the restriction member received by the stopper. And a locking device for restricting rotation of the restricting member in a direction in which the tip portion is folded with respect to the base portion (Claim 1).
[0010]
In the load receiving base bending prevention device of the load receiving base lifting device configured as described above, the regulation member is provided at a predetermined interval from the left and right side surfaces of the load receiving base, so that the loading / unloading of the load using the load receiving base is performed. It is possible to prevent the load and the worker from coming into contact with the regulating member when the work is being performed. In addition, when the restricting member is received by the stopper, it can be prevented from being bent or prevented from being bent by engaging the lock pin of the lock device or releasing the engagement with the lock pin. it can. Therefore, unlike the conventional example, the operator does not need to move the restricting member when preventing or canceling the bending of the load receiving table. In addition, when the prevention of the bending of the load receiving stand is being released, the rotation of the restricting member can be suppressed by the stopper, coupled with the point that the load and the operator can be prevented from contacting the restricting member, There is no need to provide a dedicated locking device for locking the restricting member when the load receiving stand is in a horizontal state, and the number of parts can be reduced.
[0011]
Further, in the load receiving device bending prevention device (Claim 1) of the load receiving device lifting / lowering device, it is preferable to provide an elastic member for urging the restricting member in a direction in which the tip portion is expanded with respect to the base portion. 2).
In this case, the restricting member is urged in the expanding direction by the elastic member, and is engaged with and released from the lock pin in a state where the restricting member is received by the stopper, thereby stabilizing the posture of the restricting member. be able to.
[0012]
Further, in the load receiving device bending prevention device (Claim 1 or 2) of the load receiving device lifting / lowering device, the lock device moves the left and right ends of the lock pin at the same time to lock or lock the pair of left and right regulating members. It is preferable to provide an operation lever that performs simultaneous release.
In this case, the control lever can be used to lock the pair of right and left regulating members at the same time, or to release the lock at the same time, and to easily and quickly switch between the prevention of the load receiving base from being bent and the release of the prevention. it can.

And an attachment member 5 attached to the guide frame 3 so as to be slidable. A slide cylinder 6 shown in FIG. 2 is provided between the support device 4 and the attachment member 5, and the attachment member 5 moves along the guide frame 3 by driving the slide cylinder 6. As a result, the load receiving platform lifting / lowering apparatus 1 is in a state in which the load receiving stand 7 is stored below the load box 52 when the vehicle is traveling (FIG. 1), and when the load receiving stand is used, the load receiving stand 7 is pulled out rearward (FIG. 2). It is supposed to be.
The mounting member 5 is pivotally supported at each end of an upper link 9 and a lower link 10 constituting a parallel link 8, and the other receiving end of each of the upper link 9 and the lower link 10 is supported by the load receiving platform. 7 are connected. Further, an elevating cylinder 11 is provided between the attachment member 5 and the upper link 9, and the elevating cylinder 11 is expanded and contracted to elevate the load receiving platform 7 in the vertical direction (see FIG. 4).
[0015]
The load receiving platform 7 includes a first base member 7a1 rotatably connected to the parallel link 8, and a second base member 7a2 connected to the first base member 7a1 via a hinge 7c and a second base member 7a2. It is configured to be possible. And this load receiving stand 7 expand | deploys the 2nd base member 7a2 from the compact state (FIG. 1) which folded the 2nd base member 7a2 and the front part 7b with respect to the 1st base member 7a1 and the 2nd base member 7a2, respectively. After the state (shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 3), the front portion 7b is developed and the first base member 7a1, the second base member 7a2, and the front portion 7b form the same plane (the receiving surface) ( FIG. 4). Further, when a part of the base portion of the parallel link 8 is slightly moved, the load receiving platform 7 can be tilted so that the front end portion of the front portion 7b is in contact with the ground as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. It has become. Thereby, the movement operation | work of the load between the packing box 52 and the ground can be easily performed using the said load receiving surface.
[0016]
The second base member 7a2 includes a switching device 12 (FIG. 4) that sets the second base member 7a2 to a state where the second base member 7a2 is in the same plane or is refracted downward. And a horizontal state (horizontal mode) in which the entire load receiving platform 7 is leveled and a part of the load receiving platform 7 excluding the first base member 7a1 (that is, the second base member 7a2 and the front portion 7b) It can be selectively switched to any one of the front-falling state (bridge mode) that has been lowered. When the switching device 12 is set to the horizontal state, as shown in FIG. 4, the load receiving platform 7 is moved up and down so that it is at the same height as the bottom of the cargo box floor at its highest end position. Further, by switching to the forwardly lowered state by the switching device 12, as shown in FIG. 5, the load receiving platform 7 can be bridged to the platform 60 at a position lower than the bottom of the cargo box floor. Can be used as a board.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 6, the switching device 12 is attached to the rotation member 12a rotatably provided at the base end of the second base member 7a2 and the surface of the first base member 7a1, and the rotation member And a contact member 12b in contact with 12a. Further, the switching device 12 holds the operating member 12c for rotating the rotating member 12a and the rotating member 12a at the horizontal mode position shown in FIG. 6A or the bridge mode position shown in FIG. 6B. A spring 12d is provided. As shown in FIG. 6A, the switching device 12 brings the first base member 7a1 and the second base member 7a2 into the same plane state by bringing the rotating member 12a into contact with the contact member 12b. 7 is held in a horizontal state. Thus, when the switching device 12 holds the load receiving platform 7 in the horizontal state, the rotating member 12a and the contact member 12b are in contact with each other. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the tip portion 7b from being bent to the second base member 7a2 side.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6B, the switching device 12 releases the contact state of the rotating member 12a with the contact member 12b, whereby the second base member 7a2 is angled with respect to the first base member 7a1. The lowering of α is allowed, and the load receiving platform 7 is brought into a front lowering state. As shown in FIG. 7, the operation member 12 c is provided in the vehicle width direction on the bottom surface side of the load receiving platform 7, and simultaneously rotates the rotating members 12 a of the left and right switching devices 12.
[0018]
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the load receiving base 7 is provided with a bending preventive device 13 on each of the left and right sides of the load receiving stand 7, and the load receiving stand 7 serves as a transfer plate. The front portion 7b is prevented from being bent toward the base portion 7a when in use.
With reference to FIGS. 7 to 9, the load receiving base bending preventing device 13 is rotated at positions away from the side surfaces of the second base member 7 a 2 and the front portion 7 b to the side. A restricting member 14 pivotally supported by the support member 14 and a rotating shaft 14a of the restricting member 14. And a spring 15. Further, the prevention device 13 is attached to the second base member 7a2 and the stopper 16 which is provided at the front portion 7b and restricts the rotation of the restriction member 14 in the expanding direction, and the front portion 7b is attached to the second portion 7b. A lock device 17 is provided for restricting the restricting member 14 from rotating in the folding direction with respect to the base member 7a2.
[0019]
The restriction member 14 is attached to a side portion of the second base member 7a2 via an attachment cover 18 shown in FIGS. 9 (a) and 9 (b). The mounting cover 18 is formed in a U-shaped cross section, and is attached to a step portion (not shown) provided on the upper surface and the bottom surface of the second base member 7a2. The mounting cover 18 is configured such that at least the upper surface 18a is flush with the upper surface of the second base member 7a2 when the mounting cover 18 is mounted on the second base member 7a2. As much as possible to prevent the movement work of luggage in the. The attachment cover 18 shown in FIG. 9 is attached to the left side portion of the load receiving platform 7, and is different from that attached to the right side portion of the load receiving platform shown in FIG. A notch 18b1 for fixing the mechanism 20 (FIG. 7) to the second base member 7a2 is formed on the bottom surface 18b (see FIG. 9B). As shown in FIG. 8B, the lock lever 19 engages with a fixing pin 21 provided at the tip of the tip 7b, thereby folding the tip 7b above the second base member 7a2. Is fixed to the second base member 7a2.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 8A, the stopper 16 is attached to the side surface of the tip portion 7b so as not to protrude from the upper surface of the tip portion 7b. 15, one end of the regulating member 14 urged in the deploying direction is received. The stopper 16 and the restricting member 14 are configured such that the restricting member 14 rotates together with the front portion 7b when the front portion 7b is expanded or folded with respect to the second base member 7a2. The regulating member 14 pivots in the unfolding direction or the folding direction while maintaining the state where the one end side of the regulating member 14 slides in the recess of the stopper 16 and is received by the stopper 16 according to the pivoting operation. .
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 7, the locking device 17 includes a lock pin 17a having both end members 17a1 and 17a2 provided so as to be able to protrude from the left and right sides of the second base member 7a2, and both the left and right end members 17a1. , 17a2 and a control lever 17b that simultaneously locks or unlocks the pair of restricting members 14 provided on the left and right side portions of the load receiving platform 7 at the same time. 17a1 and 17a2 are inserted into engaging holes 14b provided on the other end side of the corresponding restricting member 14, whereby the lock device 17 restricts the rotation of the restricting member 14 in the folding direction. As a result, the hinge 7d can be prevented from lowering due to the weight of the load on the load receiving table 7 when the load receiving table 7 is in the front lowered state, and the front portion 7b is moved to the second base member 7a2 side. It is possible to prevent bending.
[0022]
More specifically, referring to FIGS. 10 (a) and 10 (b), the locking device 17 includes a rotating plate 17c connected to the operation lever 17b so as to be integrally rotatable, and about 180 degrees to the rotating plate 17c. Are provided with two swing links 17d and 17e attached at one end so as to be swingable with the phase difference of. The left and right end members 17a1 and 17a2 of the lock pin 17a are connected to the other ends of the swing links 17d and 17e, respectively. These both end members, for example, both end members 17a1, are slidably disposed in the guide hole of the guide member 17g fixed to the upper surface of the mounting cover 18 and the second base member 7a2 by the fixing pin 17f. By rotating the operating lever 18b by 90 degrees from the position indicated by the solid line (a) to the position indicated by the two-dot chain line in the figure, the both end members 17a1 project to the left side of the second base member 7a2. As a result, the both end members 17a pass through the engagement holes 14b of the restricting member 14, and restrict the rotation of the restricting member 14 in the folding direction.
[0023]
Here, the work procedure of the load receiving base bending prevention device 13 when the bridge mode using the load receiving stand 7 as a transfer plate is selected will be described.
The operator drives the load receiving platform lifting / lowering device 1 to bring the horizontal load receiving stand 7 to the lowest lowered position shown in FIG. 4, and then, as shown in FIG. 8B, the front portion 7b is moved to the second base member 7a2. Fold against. At this time, the regulating member 14 is rotated in the direction of folding together with the tip portion 7 b against the urging force of the spring 15. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 3, the operator leans the second base member 7 a 2 and the tip portion 7 b against the guide roller 6 a provided at the tip of the slide cylinder 6, and then operates the operation member 12 c of the switching device 12. Is rotated to switch the rotation member 12a of the switching device 12 from the horizontal mode position (FIG. 6A) to the bridge mode position (FIG. 6B).
[0024]
Next, when the operator expands the front portion 7b with respect to the second base member 7a2 as shown in FIG. 8A, the restricting member 14 is expanded in the direction of expansion together with the front portion 7b by the biasing force of the spring 15. It is rotated. Then, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 10A, the operator rotates the operation lever 17b of the lock device 17 so that the both end members 17a1 and 17a2 of the lock pin 17a become the second base member 7a2. It protrudes from the right and left sides of the member and is inserted into the engagement hole 14b of the restricting member 14. Thereby, the locking device 17 restricts the rotation of the restriction member 14 in the folding direction, and the prevention device 13 prevents the front portion 7b from being bent toward the second base member 7a.
[0025]
In the load receiving base bending prevention device 13 of the present embodiment configured as described above, the regulating member 14 rotates at a position away from the side surfaces of the second base member 7a2 and the front portion 7b of the load receiving base 7 to the side. Therefore, even when the load receiving base 7 is lowered and used as a transfer plate, it is possible to prevent the load and the operator from coming into contact with the regulating member 14, and the load and unload operation can be performed without any trouble. it can. Further, when the front portion 7b is expanded or folded with respect to the second base member 7a2, the restricting member 14 can rotate together with the front portion 7b, so that the operator can move the restricting member 14 without moving the restricting member 14. The bending can be prevented or released, and the operation of the prevention device 13 can be performed quickly and easily, and the loading and unloading operation can be performed efficiently. In addition, when the load receiving platform 7 is in a horizontal state, the restricting member 14 is prevented from rotating in the folding direction by the urging force of the spring 15, and is further restricted from rotating in the unfolding direction by the stopper 16. Therefore, there is no need to provide a dedicated locking device that locks the regulating member 14 in this horizontal state. Further, since the posture of the regulating member 14 can be stabilized by the spring 15 and the stopper 16 when the regulating member 14 is engaged with and released from the lock pin 17a, the bending of the load receiving platform 7 is prevented. And the prevention cancellation can be performed smoothly.
[0026]
Further, in the present embodiment, the operation lever 17b of the lock device 17 can lock and unlock the pair of left and right restricting members 14 at the same time, so that the load receiving platform 7 can be prevented from being bent and prevented from being released. The work can be performed easily and quickly, and as a result, the work efficiency of the loading and unloading work can be improved.
[0027]
In the above description, the configuration in which the regulating member 14 is rotatably provided on the second base member 7a2 has been described. However, in the present invention, the rotary regulating member is provided at a predetermined interval from the side surface of the load receiving platform. What is necessary is just to be a thing, and you may provide the regulating member 14 in the front part 7b so that rotation is possible.
In the above description, the stopper 16 is provided in the front portion 7b, and the lock device 17 having the lock pin 17a is provided in the second base member 7a2. However, the stopper 16 and the lock device 17 are provided in the base portion 7a. 【The invention's effect】
The present invention configured as described above has the following effects.
According to the load receiving base bending prevention device of the load receiving stand lifting / lowering device according to claim 1, it is possible to prevent the load and the operator from coming into contact with the regulating member when the load receiving stand is used to load and unload the load. Therefore, the loading / unloading work can be performed without any trouble. In addition, unlike the above-described conventional example, the operator can prevent and release the bend of the load receiving table without moving the restricting member, so that the operation work of the prevention device can be performed quickly and easily. Can be efficiently carried out. In addition, it is not necessary to provide a dedicated locking device for locking the restricting member when the load receiving stand is in a horizontal state, and the number of parts can be suppressed, so that a cost-effective prevention device can be provided.
[0031]
Moreover, according to the load receiving stand bending prevention device of the load receiving stand lifting and lowering device according to claim 2, since the posture of the regulating member can be stabilized, the load receiving stand can be prevented from being bent and its prevention can be smoothly released. The burden on the operator can be further reduced.
[0032]
Further, according to the load receiving base bending prevention device of the load receiving base lifting device of claim 3, the switching operation between the prevention of the load receiving base bending and the release thereof can be easily and quickly performed. It is possible to carry out the loading and unloading work of the baggage to be used more quickly and more efficiently.
