Description

【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Details of the disposable body fluid absorbent article according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0010]
1, 2, and 3 are partially broken perspective views in a state where the disposable body fluid absorbent article 1 is expanded, and a diagram showing a state in which the absorbent article 1 of FIG. 1 is worn together with the pants-type wearing article 2. FIG. 2 is a perspective view when the absorbent article 1 of FIG. 1 is in a folded state. The absorbent article 1 has a pair of substantially C-shaped and inverted C-shaped first panel members 3 and second that are symmetric with respect to an imaginary plane M including a center line A that extends while being divided into two equal parts. It consists of a panel member 4 (see also FIG. 6). The pair of first and second panel members 3 and 4 are in a state of being expanded toward both sides of the center line A in FIG. 1, and in a state of being overlapped and closed in FIG. The absorbent article 1 in a state where the first and second panel members 3 and 4 are expanded is worn while being positioned inside the pants-type wearing article 2 as shown in FIG. The urine etc. excreted by fitting to the part can be absorbed. In FIG. 1, the absorbent article 1 is curved in a boat shape, the front part 6 positioned on the abdomen side part 31 (see FIG. 2) of the wearing article 2, the rear part 7 positioned on the back side part 32, and the crotch part 33, the front part 6 and the rear part 7 are wider than the intermediate part 8. The first panel member 3 and the second panel member 4 forming a pair are called a first part and a second part in the present invention, and are different in shape from each other in that the shape is plane symmetric. Since the structure and the material used are substantially the same, the first panel member 3 will be mainly described below. In the second panel member 4, each part of the second panel member 4 corresponding to each part of the first panel member 3 is indicated by adding 100 to the reference numeral of the first panel member 3.
[0011]
The first panel member 3 includes an inner sheet 11 that faces the wearer's skin, an outer sheet 12 that faces the worn article 2 on the opposite side of the inner sheet 11, and absorbs body fluid between these sheets 11 and 12. And the core 16 is covered with the tissue paper 16t. The inner sheet 11 is at least a portion that covers the core 16 and is liquid-permeable, and the outer sheet 12 is entirely liquid-impermeable, more preferably water-repellent and liquid-impermeable. The inner sheet 11 and the outer sheet 12 extend from the periphery of the core 16 and overlap each other, and are joined to each other to form a flap 17. Of the flap 17, the portion 18 along the center line A overlaps with the portion 118 along the center line A of the flap 117 formed on the second panel member 4 in a palm-like manner and is joined and integrated. . At the front part 6 and the rear part 7 of the first panel member 3, a fastening region 21 made of a hook member or adhesive of a mechanical fastener is formed on the outer surface of the outer sheet 12, and the absorbent article 1 As shown in FIG. 2, the fastening area 21 is detachably fixed to the inner surface of the wearing article 2.
[0012]
In the absorbent article 1 fixed to the worn article 2, the front part 6 and the rear part 7 greatly extend in the waist circumference direction of the worn article 2, while the intermediate part 8 can go out of the crotch part 33 of the worn article 2. There is no spread. The wearing article 2 is for fitting the absorbent article 1 to the wearer's body, and the illustrated example in the form of a pants is a torso in addition to the abdominal side part 31, the back side part 32, and the crotch part 33. A surrounding opening 34 and a pair of leg opening 36 are provided. The wearing article 2 is formed of a sheet material that can be elastically stretched in the waist circumference direction and the vertical direction perpendicular to the waist direction, and the periphery of the waist circumference opening 34 and the leg circumference opening 36 as necessary. An elastic member can be additionally attached to the part in an extended state or an unextended state. The wearing article 2 may be formed of an inelastic sheet material instead of the illustrated example, and an elastic member may be attached to the openings 34 and 36 in an extended state. Furthermore, pants-type or open-type disposable diapers, training pants, incontinence pants, sanitary pants, and the like can be used as the wearing article 2.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 3, the absorbent article 1 in FIG. 1 can be overlapped so that the inner sheet 11 of the first panel member 3 and the inner sheet 111 of the second panel member 4 face each other. . The absorbent article 1 thus superposed is a flat panel having the same outer shape as the first and second panel members 3 and 4.
[0014]
4 and 5 are cross-sectional views taken along lines IV-IV and VV in FIG. The first panel members 3 and 4 have a base portion where the flap portions 18 and 118 are joined to each other, expand in a V shape at an opening angle α at the intermediate portion 8, and an opening angle α at the rear portion 7. The front portion 6 expands in the same manner as the rear portion 7 although not shown in the figure. In the intermediate part 8, the flaps 17 and 117 of the first and second panel members 3 and 4 can be fitted to the wearer's buttocks 36 indicated by phantom lines from below, and when fitted, the first and second panels A recess 37 is formed between the members 3 and 4. In the flaps 17 and 117, the outer sheets 12 and 112 extend further outward than the inner sheets 11 and 111 that overlap therewith. In the first and second panel members 3 and 4, the outer sheets 12 and 112 in the portions 18 and 118 along the center line A of the flaps 17 and 117 overlap in a palm shape, and are joined in a watertight state by welding or adhesion. It is integrated. The bodily fluid absorbent article 1 worn as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 fits well around the wearer's torso when the front part 6 and the rear part 7 expand relatively large. In the intermediate portion 8, when urine is excreted, it can be retained in the recess 37 until it is absorbed by the cores 16 and 116. Since the liquid-impermeable, more preferably water-repellent and liquid-impervious outer sheets 12 and 112 are located on the outermost sides of the first and second panel members 3 and 4, urine is first and second. Even if it is absorbed by the panel members 3 and 4 or stays in the recess 37, it does not ooze out of the body fluid absorbent article 1.
[0015]
FIG. 6 is a plan view in which the absorbent article 1 is disassembled into first and second panel members 3 and 4, and the first and second panel members 3 and 4 are symmetrical with respect to the center line A. Are listed. However, the first panel member 3 is shown partially broken. Among these, the first panel member 3 will be described as follows. The first panel member 3 extends in the vertical direction of the drawing in an arc so as to form a substantially C shape, and the peripheral portion of the member 3 is positioned inside the C shape and has an inner edge portion 41 that defines a small arc. An outer edge 42 that is located outside the C-shape and forms a large arc; a front edge 43 that connects the inner edge 41 and the outer edge 42 downward in the drawing, that is, the front 6 of the first panel member 3; The rear edge portion 44 connects the portion 41 and the outer edge portion 42 in the upper part of the drawing, that is, at the rear portion 7 of the first panel member 3. The peripheral edge portion of the second panel member 4 includes an inner edge portion 141, an outer edge portion 142, a front edge portion 143, and a rear edge portion 144 similar to those of the first panel member 3. The outer edge portion 42 of the first panel member 3 becomes a portion 18 of the flap 17 in FIG. 1, and the outer edge portion 142 of the second panel member 4 becomes a portion 118 of the flap 117 in FIG.
[0016]
The first and second panel members 3 and 4 in FIG. 6 are overlapped so that the inner surface sheets 11 and 111 are inside, and the flap portions 18 and 118 which are the outer edge portions 42 and 142 are joined. The absorbent article 1 in the state shown in FIG. The absorbent article 1 is in the state shown in FIG. 1 when the first and second panel members 3 and 4 are expanded so that the inner sheets 11 and 111 are spaced apart from each other on the center line A. The first and second panel members 3 and 4 are integrated with flexible outer edge portions 42 and 142 that draw an arc, so that the body fluid absorbent article 1 is expanded as shown in FIG. It has a boat shape, and the cross section in the width direction has a V shape as shown in FIGS.
[0017]
In such an absorbent article 1, a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric or a perforated plastic film can be used for the inner surface sheets 11 and 111. As the outer sheet 12, 112, a liquid-impervious non-woven fabric or plastic film, or a laminate sheet of non-woven fabric and plastic film can be used. The cores 16 and 116 are coated with a tissue paper 16t and compressed with an absorbent material such as pulverized pulp or a mixture of pulverized pulp and superabsorbent polymer particles. The thickness is 2 to 10 mm, based on JIS P 8125 It is preferable to use one adjusted so that the bending resistance is 8 to 800 mN · cm. The bodily fluid absorbent article 1 using the cores 16 and 116 having such bending resistance can easily form the concave portion 37 having a V-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. When the cores 16 and 116 are mixed with thermoplastic synthetic fibers or plastic film strips up to 20% by weight and heat-compressed, the shape of the cores 16 and 116 is difficult to collapse. A space that facilitates diffusion can be created.
[0018]
FIG. 7 is a view similar to FIG. 1 showing an example of an embodiment of the present invention. Barrier cuffs 51 and 151 are provided on the inner edge portions 41 and 141 of the first and second panel members 3 and 4 of the absorbent article 1. Among these barrier cuffs 51 and 151, for example, the barrier cuff 51 is provided with an elastic member 52 in an extended state between a front portion and a rear portion (see FIG. 6) of the inner edge portion 41, and the elastic member 52 and the inner edge portion 41. The space between them may be closed with a non-woven fabric, preferably a liquid-impervious non-woven fabric, more preferably liquid-impervious and closed with a water-repellent nonwoven fabric 53. Such an absorbent article 1 can be elastically fitted to the flange 36 in FIG.
[0019]
FIG. 8 is a drawing similar to FIG. 6 showing another example of the embodiment of the present invention. In this example, the cores 16a and 116a of the first part 3a and the second part 4a corresponding to the first panel member 3 and the second panel member 4 in FIG. 6 are connected on the center line A, and are substantially X-shaped in the figure. An integral core 5 is formed. The inner surface sheets 11a and 111a and the outer surface sheets 12a and 112a of the first and second portions 3a and 4a are also connected on the center line A, and each is made of one sheet. The first part 3a and the second part 4a are folded along the center line A so that the inner sheets 11a and 111a are on the inner side, and the curved outer edges 18a and 118a shown in the figure are overlapped in a palm shape. When joined together, the body fluid-absorbing article 1 having a shape substantially similar to that shown in FIG. 1 is obtained.
[0020]
For example, if the first and second panel members 3 and 4 are overlapped, the body fluid-absorbing article 1 of the present invention can be easily packed and carried because the article 1 also becomes a flat panel. The article 1 is also a recess that can temporarily retain urine or the like in the intermediate portion 8 if the inner sheets 11 and 111 of the first and second panel members 3 and 4 are spread apart from each other. Since 37 is formed automatically, it is less time-consuming to wear compared to prior art articles having this type of recess. The core 16 and the core 116 of the first and second panel members 3 and 4 can be made uniform in thickness, and the thickness at the front part 6 and / or the rear part 7 can be made larger than the thickness at the intermediate part 8. It is also possible to improve the fit of the article 1 around the wearer's torso.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
The bodily fluid absorbent article according to the present invention has panel-like parts facing each other so as to be plane-symmetric, and if these parts are overlapped, the whole article becomes a flat panel-like thing for packing and carrying Becomes easier. The panel-like parts can be easily expanded, and since a concave part that can temporarily retain urine is formed when the panel-shaped parts are expanded, it does not take time to wear.
