Description

【0001】

An elastic member is attached to the free end of the end cuff in an extended state. In this diaper, the top sheet and the end cuff form a pocket that opens inward in the longitudinal direction of the diaper, thereby preventing leakage of excrement from the front and rear ends of the diaper.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the diaper disclosed in the above publication forms pockets that open toward the inside of the diaper in the front and rear waist areas, end cuffs must be attached to these waist areas. In addition, when the diaper is worn, the front and back waist areas of the diaper are pressed by the wearer's abdomen and back, so that the top sheet and the end cuff may be in close contact with each other to close the pocket.
[0004]
The subject of this invention is providing the disposable diaper which can form a pocket without attaching an edge part sheet | seat to the front-back trunk periphery area, and the pocket is hard to close at the time of wear.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention comprises a laminated panel composed of a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and a liquid-absorbent core interposed between the sheets. A front waistline region, a back waistline region, a crotch region located between the front and back waistline regions, a pair of side flaps positioned on the outer sides of both side edges of the core and extending in the longitudinal direction, and the core An object of the present invention is to improve a disposable diaper including a pair of leak-proof cuffs extending in the longitudinal direction in the vicinity of both side edges and having a standing tendency toward the upper side of the panel by elastic stretchability.
[0006]
The present invention according to the improvement is characterized in that at least one of the front and rear waist region includes a first region extending in the width direction with a predetermined distance from the edge of the core to the outside in the longitudinal direction, and the core A second region extending in the width direction is defined between the edge of the first region and the first region, and the rigidity of the second region is higher than that of the third region in which the first region and the core are interposed. The longitudinal dimension of the first region is in the range of 20 to 50 mm, the longitudinal dimension of the second region is in the range of 15 to 70 mm, and the front and rear waist area of the cuff A longitudinal end located at the top of the panel is fixed on the first region in a state of being laid down on the inside of the panel, and the first region is drawn toward the third region by contraction of the cuff; The first part located on the first region side of the second region, The panel stands up above the panel to form a barrier, and the first part of the second region and the second part located on the third region side are recessed downward of the panel and are longitudinally inward of the panel. That is to form a pocket opening toward the front.
[0007]

[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The details of the disposable diaper according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0012]
1 and 2 are a partially broken perspective view of a diaper and a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. The diaper is interposed between the liquid-permeable top sheet 2, the liquid-impermeable back sheet 3, the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3, and the liquid absorbent bonded to the inner surface of at least one of the sheets 2 and 3. The laminated panel 1 has a conductive core 4.
[0013]
The panel 1 has a front waistline region 20, a rear waistline region 22, and a crotch region 21 positioned between the front and back waistline regions 20, 22 in the longitudinal direction. The panel 1 is positioned on the outer side of the side edges 4 a of the core 4, and a pair of side flaps 5 extending in the longitudinal direction of the panel 1, and a pair of extending in the longitudinal direction of the panel 1 and having an upward orientation toward the upper side of the panel 1. And a leak-proof cuff 6.
[0014]
The rear waist region 22 of the panel 1 includes a first region 23 extending in the width direction of the panel 1 with a predetermined dimension away from the edge 4b of the core 4 outward in the longitudinal direction, and the edge 4b of the core 4 and the first edge 4b. A second region 24 is formed between the first region 23 and extending in the width direction of the panel 1. In the panel 1, a pocket P1 in which the second region 24 opens inward in the longitudinal direction of the panel 1 is formed between the first region 23 and the third region where the core 4 is interposed. 6 form a pocket P2 that opens toward the inner side in the width direction of the panel 1.
[0015]
In the rear waist area 22 of the panel 1, a pair of tape fasteners 10 whose base ends are attached to the panel 1 extend inward in the width direction of the panel 1. A rectangular target tape 11 serving as a fastening area of the tape fastener 10 is attached to the outer surface of the back sheet 3 in the front waist area 20 of the panel 1.
[0016]
The side flaps 5 extend in an inward direction in the width direction of the panel 1 in the crotch region 21. The side flaps 5 are provided with leg-around elastic members 7. The leg-around elastic member 7 is interposed between the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 and is fixed to at least one inner surface of the sheets 2 and 3 in an extended state.
[0017]
The cuff 6 is fixed to the outer surface of the top sheet 2 and extends in the longitudinal direction of the panel 1, the fixed side edge 6 a that extends in the longitudinal direction facing the fixed side edge 6 a, and the panel 1 Longitudinal ends 6 c located in the front and rear waist regions 20 and 22. The elastic member 8 is attached to the cuff 6 under extension with the free side edge 6b covered. In the rear waist region 22, the rear waist region extending on the first region 23 and from the first region 23 to the outside in the longitudinal direction of the panel 1 with the longitudinal end 6 c of the cuff 6 lying on the inside of the panel 1. 22 is fixed to the end edge portion. In the front waist region 20, the longitudinal end portion 6c of the cuff 6 is fixed to the end edge of the front waist region 20 in a state where the cuff 6 is laid down to the inside of the panel 1 (see FIG. 3). The cuff 6 has a dimension between the longitudinal end portions 6c of 450 to 530 mm when the cuff 6 is extended in the longitudinal direction against the contraction force of the elastic member 8, and the fixed side edge 6a and the free side edge. It is preferable that the dimension between the part 6b exists in the range of 20-50 mm.
[0018]
The first region 23 is formed by a portion of the top sheet 2, a portion of the back sheet 3, and an elastic member 9 interposed between the portions of the sheets 2 and 3. The elastic member 9 can be expanded and contracted in the width direction of the panel 1 and is fixed to the inner surfaces of the portions of the sheets 2 and 3 in an extended state. The second region 24 is formed of the top sheet 2 portion and the back sheet 3 portion, and the inner surfaces of the sheets 2 and 3 are fixed to each other. Since the elastic member 9 and the core 4 are not interposed in the second region 24, the rigidity of the second region 24 is lower than the rigidity of the first region 23 and the third region 25.
[0019]
In the rear waistline region 22, the free end 6 b of the cuff 6 contracts inward in the longitudinal direction of the panel 1 due to the contraction of the elastic member 8, and the first region 23 is drawn toward the third region 25 and the first region 23. The region 23 is lifted above the panel 1 from the third region 25, and a step is formed between the first region 23 and the third region 25.
[0020]
In the second region 24, a portion 24a (first portion) located on the first region 23 side stands up above the panel 1 so as to cover the upper surface of the panel 1 and forms a barrier. A portion 24b (second portion) located on the side of the three regions 25 forms a pocket P1 that opens inward in the longitudinal direction of the panel 1. Since the pocket P1 is recessed below the panel 1, even if the wearer's buttocks presses the pocket P1 downward from above the panel 1, the pocket P1 is not blocked.
[0021]
In FIG. 1, the panel 1 is bent in the longitudinal direction with the inner surface inside, and the elastic members 7, 8, 9 are released from the extended state, and gathers are formed in the rear waist region 22, the side flaps 5, and the cuff 6. Is formed.
[0022]
FIG. 3 is a plan view of the diaper in FIG. The stiffness values measured by the Gurley method are as follows: the third region 25 is in the range of 0.05 to 0.5 mg, the first region 23 is in the range of 0.1 to 2.0 mg, and the second region 24 is 0.01. It is in the range of ~ 0.2 mg. In these areas 23, 24, and 25, the rigidity of the first area 23 and the third area 25 only needs to be higher than that of the second area 24, and values can be appropriately selected for the upper limit and the lower limit of the rigidity value. it can.
[0023]
When the stiffness value of the first region 23 is less than 0.1 mg and the stiffness value of the third region 25 is less than 0.05 mg, the free side edge 6b of the cuff 6 contracts inward in the longitudinal direction of the panel 1. The first region 23 and the third region 25 are simply contracted in the longitudinal direction of the panel 1, so that no step is formed between the first region 23 and the third region 25, and the parts 24 a and 24 b of the second region 24 are formed. In some cases, the barrier or pocket P1 is not formed. If the rigidity of the second region 24 is less than 0.01 mg, a large number of wrinkles are formed in the second region 24, and the shape of the pocket P1 may not be maintained.
[0024]
If the rigidity value of the first region 23 exceeds 2.0 mg and the rigidity value of the third region 25 exceeds 0.5 mg, the regions 23 and 25 give a hard feel to the wearer, and the wearing feeling of the panel 1 is impaired. It is. When the rigidity of the second region 24 exceeds 0.2 mg, even if the free side edge 6b of the cuff 6 contracts inward in the longitudinal direction of the panel 1, the second region 24 remains stretched and the first region 23 is In some cases, the regions 24a and 24b of the second region 24 do not form barriers or pockets P1.
[0025]
The cuff 6 including the elastic member 8 is cut off from the panel 1, and the tensile force required to extend the section of the cuff 6 to 93.3% with respect to the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the section is in the range of 20 to 300 gf, preferably 30 to 30%. The range is 50 gf. If the tensile force of the section is less than 20 gf, even if the cuff 6 contracts inward in the longitudinal direction of the panel 1 depending on the rigidity of the second region 24, the first region 23 moves toward the third region 25. It may not be possible to attract. When the tensile force of the section exceeds 300 gf, depending on the rigidity of the first and second regions 23 and 24, the panel 1 is bent in the second region 24 and the first region 23 falls to the third region 25. In some cases, the portions 24a and 24b of the second region 24 do not form the pocket P1, and the first region 23 must be folded when the panel 1 is worn.
[0026]
Here, the tensile force is the force with which the test machine pulls the section when the section is stretched to 93.3% in the longitudinal direction with respect to the entire length of the section using a tensile tester, in other words, the contraction of the section. It is power. The tensile force was measured by the following method. When the cuff 6 is separated from the top sheet 2 at the fixed side edge 6a and the longitudinal ends 6c and is extended in the longitudinal direction, the total length is in the range of 450 to 530 mm, and the width dimension is in the range of 20 to 50 mm. A section of a cuff 6 was used as a sample. The longitudinally opposite ends of the section in a contracted state due to the contraction of the elastic member 8 are sandwiched between chucks of a testing machine with a size of about 10 mm, and the section is extended to 93.3% of the total length at a speed of 100 mm / min. Then, the extended state was released. Again, the section was stretched to 93.3% of its entire length, and the force applied to the testing machine at that time was measured. Extending the section to 93.3% means that when the total length of the section is 450 mm, the section is expanded to about 400 mm, which is a value obtained by multiplying 420 mm obtained by reducing the dimension of about 20 mm sandwiched by the chuck by 0.933. It is.
[0027]
The dimension L1 in the longitudinal direction of the first region 23 is in the range of 10 to 70 mm, preferably in the range of 20 to 50 mm. The dimension L2 in the longitudinal direction of the second region 24 is in the range of 5 mm to 70 mm, preferably in the range of 15 mm to 30 mm.
[0028]
When the dimension L1 of the first region 23 is less than 10 mm, the area of the first region 23 that comes into contact with the wearer's skin when the panel 1 is worn is reduced, and therefore, between the wearer's skin and the first region 23. Excrements may leak out. If the dimension L2 of the second region 24 is less than 5 mm, even if there is a step between the first region 24 and the third region 25, the second region 24 is only a barrier that stands up above the panel 1, The pocket P1 cannot be formed.
[0029]
When the dimension L1 of the first region 23 exceeds 70 mm, the third region 25 cannot be made small in order to maintain the excrement absorbing function of the panel 1 that naturally has a limit in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the dimension L2 of the second region 24 may be less than 5 mm. Conversely, if the dimension L2 of the second region 24 exceeds 70 mm, the dimension L1 of the first region 23 must be reduced, and the dimension L1 of the first region 23 may be less than 10 mm. If each of the dimensions L1 and L2 of the first region 23 and the second region 24 exceeds 70 mm, the ratio of the first, second regions 23 and 24 to the entire panel 1 becomes extremely large, and the third region 25 becomes small. Therefore, the excretion absorbing function of the panel 1 is significantly deteriorated.
[0030]
4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. The top sheet 2 ends near the outside of the side edge of the elastic member 9, and the back sheet 3 and the cuff 6 part extend further outward in the width direction from the side edge of the top sheet 2. The longitudinal end 6 c of the cuff 6 is fixed to the outer surface of the top sheet 2 on the first region 23. In the side flap 5, the inner surfaces of the back sheet 3 and the cuff 6 are fixed to each other.
[0031]
For the top sheet 2, a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric treated with a hydrophilizing agent or a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric formed with fibers kneaded with a hydrophilizing agent is used. In addition, you may provide fine opening in these nonwoven fabrics.
[0032]
For the back sheet 3 and the cuff 6, a synthetic resin film or a laminated sheet of a synthetic resin film and a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric is used. In addition to these sheets, the cuff 6 can be a belt-like elastic stretchable sheet having a tensile force in the range of 20 to 300 gf. When using an elastic stretchable sheet, the cuff 6 can be attached to the panel 1 in a state where it is elongated in the longitudinal direction, and the elastic member 8 can be omitted from the free side edge 6b of the cuff 6.
[0033]
The core 4 is a mixture of fluff pulp and superabsorbent polymer particles, compressed to a required thickness, and entirely covered with a liquid-permeable sheet (not shown) such as tissue paper.
[0034]
As the elastic member 9 attached to the first region 23, any one of elastically stretchable sheet-like polyurethane foam, synthetic rubber foam, polystyrene foam, or elastically stretchable urethane film should be used. Can do. In addition to attaching the elastic member 9 to the first region 23, a hot melt adhesive or the like may be applied between the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 in a band shape as a means for increasing rigidity. Further, a plurality of thread-like elastic members are interposed between the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3, and the thread-like elastic members are fixed to at least one of the sheets 2 and 3 so as to form a belt-like shape. It is also possible to interpose a belt-like plastic sheet between the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 and fix the plastic sheet to at least one of the sheets 2 and 3.
[0035]
In addition to adhesives and adhesives such as hot-melt adhesives, bonding of core 4, adhesion of elastic members 7, 8, 9 and attachment, attachment of sheets 2, 3 and cuff 6 are not limited to thermal welding techniques. Can be used.
[0036]
Each of the end portions 6c of the cuff 6 may be fixed on the first region 23 in a state in which the end portion 6c is laid down to the outside of the panel 1, and is outside of the end edge 4b of the core 4 in the longitudinal direction and the first region 23. It may be fixed on the second region 24 on the condition that it is fixed on the top. In FIG. 3, the first region 23 extends outward in the width direction of the panel 1 from the fixed side edge 6 a of the cuff 6, but it may be formed at least between the fixed side edge 6 a of the cuff 6.
[0037]
In the present invention, the first and second regions 23 and 24 are formed in the front waist region 20 in addition to the rear waist region 22 or together with the rear waist region 22, and the front and rear waist regions 20 and 22 have panels. 1 may be formed, and a pocket P2 that opens toward the inner side in the width direction of the panel 1 may be formed.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
According to the disposable diaper according to the present invention, the first region formed in any one of the front and rear waist regions is drawn toward the third region where the core is interposed by the contraction of the cuff, and the first region and the third region A step is formed between the first region and the first region located on the first region side of the second region located between the first region and the third region, and stands up above the panel to form a barrier. The first region of the second region and the second region located on the third region side form a pocket that is recessed downward in the panel and opens inward in the longitudinal direction of the panel, and the second region and the cuff. Forms a pocket that opens toward the inside in the width direction of the panel. Therefore, in order to form a pocket, it is not necessary to attach an end sheet to the front and rear waist area as in the conventional diaper.
[0039]
In diapers, the pockets that open toward the inside in the longitudinal direction of the panel are recessed downward from the panel, so even if the wearer's buttocks presses the pocket from the top to the bottom of the diaper, the pocket will not be blocked. .
[0040]
In the diaper, a step is formed between the first region and the third region, and the first region located above the third region is in close contact with the wearer's skin. It is possible to prevent a gap from being formed between the skin and improve the prevention of excrement leakage.
