【従来の技術】
信号灯器その他の機器を装柱するために円筒体で成る腕金の縦部を電柱に取付け、上部側の横部(水平杆部)に前記機器を組付けるようにする場合があるが、この場合すなわち前記縦部を電柱に支持させるには、電柱側にバンド体で取付けた短筒状の挟持筒を設け、該挟持筒に前記縦部を嵌挿して締付けボルトで締付ける一方、通しボルトを用いて締付けボルトの緩みによる縦部(腕金)の位置ずれを防止するようにした構造のものがある(例えば特許文献1)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来例は、腕金と電柱側とは、電柱側の挟持筒に貫通させた通しボルトによって接続した形態を採るため、該通しボルトと腕金縦部乃至挟持筒の貫通孔との間に隙間が生じざるを得ず、この隙間の存在によりいわゆるガタつき、必ずしも安定した支持状態を得られない。また、ガタつきによりメッキ層が早期に欠落するなど支障がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上下部片に設けた互いに一致して連続する欠円状の切欠の各縁部と前記切欠に係合した腕金の縦部の周側を互いに熔接して、鋼板をU字形に屈曲して形成した前記上下部片を備えた取付け基枠を前記縦部に突設し、該取付け基枠をバンド体によって電柱に締付けたことを基本的手段とし、切欠の開口幅を、腕金縦部の外径より狭くした構成にすることにより、仮に熔接部の機能が消失しても、腕金の倒伏方向の荷重に耐え、従って、堅牢な支持装置を提供できる。

なお、該支持装置中の支軸3はボルト杆で構成し、該ボルト杆をナットと組合わせて取付け基枠2に取付け、バンド体5を電柱8に巻付ける際の回動支軸としてある。

取付け基枠2は、鋼板をプレス成形して構成した本体2Aの自由端側(電柱8側)に補強部片2´を熔接して形成したもので、中央部に適宜の長孔を設けた適宜の輪郭形を備えるよう打抜きプレス成形した鋼板製の素板を、前記長孔を横切るようにしてU字状に屈曲して、該屈曲部の中央を開口するようにして互いに一致して連続する欠円状の切欠9(前記長孔で成る)を設けて相対する上下部片2a,2bを備えた本体2Aを形成し、上下部片2a,2bの自由端に一対の前記補強部片2´,2´をわたすようにして熔接して製品とし、腕金1に前記の通り組付けたものである。

取付け基枠2の上下部片2a,2bに互いに一致させて設けた切欠9はその開口端幅が前記腕金1の円筒体で構成した縦部1aの外径より狭く(切欠9の周縁が成す欠円形は縦部1aの断面円形の一部とほぼ一致する)、径幅の関係で腕金縦部1aを切欠9の開口端を通じて切欠9内から離脱できないようにしてあり、この切欠9に腕金1の前記縦部1aを係合して該縦部1aと前記切欠9の縁部を前記の通り熔接10して腕金1と基枠2,2を互いに一体にしてある。
