Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fixing tool for a heat insulating material used when a plate-shaped heat insulating material is applied in a house or the like and a method for applying a heat insulating layer.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in the construction of floor foundations in houses, when filling with plate-like heat insulating material using a large draw or joist as a support frame, in order to support the heat insulating material in advance, receiving materials such as metal fittings, nails, wood etc. are important. And a method of filling the heat-insulating material on the receiving material and filling the heat-insulating material, or a method of supporting the material at the main points of the draw and joist using the receiving material after filling the heat-insulating material. Has been done. However, since the heat insulating material is only supported at important points, there may be a case where a part of the receiving material and the receiving material hang down or have a gap, so that the required heat insulating performance cannot be ensured. Therefore, in order to prevent this sagging, for example, nailing the heat insulating material from the lower side of the floor to the joist and joist is performed. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
[0003]
On the other hand, when a wall-shaped base material is filled with a plate-shaped heat insulating material from the indoor side using a pillar / intermediate column as a support frame, if it is pushed too far into the outer wall side, it is difficult to pull it back to the indoor side. Therefore, a film ear is attached in advance around the heat insulating material, the film ear of the heat insulating material that has been pushed in is pulled indoors, and the heat insulating material is pulled back to a predetermined position.
However, in the construction of the floor base, it is extremely inferior in workability because it is a work that sneaks under the floor to nail the heat insulating material on the plate from the under floor to the large pull and joist. Also, in the construction of the above-mentioned wall foundation, when filling a plate-like heat insulating material with a pillar / intermediate column as a support frame, it is often cut on-site to adjust the width and length of the heat insulating material in accordance with the construction error. . In this case, the film ears of the heat insulating material with film ears are also removed, and in fact, the heat insulating material pushed too far into the outer wall side is drawn indoors using the film ears, and the heat insulating material is pulled back to a predetermined position. I can't.

[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a view showing a first embodiment of a heat insulating fixture according to the present invention. 1 includes a pair of
[0009]
FIG. 2 is a view showing a second embodiment of the heat insulating fixture according to the present invention. 2 has a pair of pulling
The length of the fixing member for heat insulating material (hereinafter referred to as fixing device) according to the present invention is preferably sufficiently long with respect to the thickness of the heat insulating material. This is because the length can be adjusted by appropriately cutting according to the thickness of the heat insulating material.
[0010]
The shape of the fixture is preferably a tape-shaped and sufficiently thin portion for both the tension part and the hook part. Examples of the material of the fixture include metals and synthetic resins. For example, the fixture may be made of synthetic resin such as polypropylene PP band. preferable. This is because it is easy to penetrate through the plate-like heat insulating material, and the through hole is about a gap, and does not become a defective portion in heat insulation performance.
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a construction procedure when the first embodiment of the fixing member for heat insulating material according to the present invention is used.

[0014]
In addition, the fixture of a present Example is not restricted to what has a pair (two) tension | tensile_strength part, The said tension | pulling part may be comprised by one. That is, it is only necessary that the entire fixture is deformed in a straight line when inserted into the heat insulating material and restored to an inverted T-shape after penetrating. This is because insertion is easy at the time of insertion, and there is only a need for a portion (anchor) to be caught on the heat insulating material at the time of pulling back.
With the above configuration, the plate-like
[0015]
In the present invention, the support frame refers to a frame-like body that includes a large draw, a joist, a pillar, or a stud, and supports a heat insulating material.
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of heat insulation construction on a floor floor of a house. The floor base of the present embodiment is filled with a plate-like heat insulating material 12 between the draws 11 and a floor base material 13 is formed thereon with the floor base material 13. At this time, a receiving material (not shown) is installed in the large pull 11 according to the allocation of the heat insulating material 12 filled between the large pulls, and each heat insulating material 12 is configured as a support frame to be supported. Z-shaped metal fittings are used as the receiving material, and are installed at important points according to the shape and layout position of the heat insulating material 12. Further, a slit 14 is cut into the heat insulating material with a cutter or the like, and the fixture 14 is inserted.
[0016]
The fixture is constructed according to the procedure of FIG. That is, a fixing tool is inserted into a slit-like through-hole provided in a plate-like heat insulating material 12 with a cutter or the like, and once penetrated to the lower side of the floor, the pulling portion is pulled up to the upper side of the floor, and the floor base is left in the raised state. After being fastened to the end surface (small edge surface) of the material 13 with staples or the like, the portion of the tensile portion protruding from the floor base surface is cut. Furthermore, the end surface of the other floor base material 13 is abutted against the end surface of the floor base material 13 to constitute the entire floor base surface. Here, the protruding portion of the tension part is cut off when the tension part is folded back at the end face (small edge surface), and if it is fastened to the floor base surface, a protrusion is formed on the floor base surface, which obstructs the finishing work. Because it becomes. In addition, the fixture is sufficiently thin like a PP band. This is to make the gap between the butt portions of the floor base materials minute. The heat insulating material 12 is preferably a foamed plastic plate-like heat insulating material such as polyethylene foam, polystyrene foam, urethane foam, phenolic foam, or polypropylene foam. For example, the surface layer of the heat insulating material such as board-like rock wool or glass wool. When there is a face material or when the hardness is sufficient, a fiber-based heat insulating material may be used. As the floor base material 13, a structural plywood or the like is generally used. However, in wall construction, a gypsum board or the like can be used as a wall base material.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
This invention consists of the above structure and has the following effects.
(1) If the fixing tool of the present invention is used, when the gap between the through portions of the heat insulating material or the base material is made as small as possible, the floor base heat insulating material hangs down to the floor side, or the wall base heat insulating material is used. Even when it is pushed too far, it can be pulled back to a predetermined position. Moreover, it can respond also to the heat insulating material of various thickness by adjusting the length of a fixing tool (tensile part).
(2) According to the construction method of the heat insulating layer of the present invention, the heat insulating material is attracted to the floor or the lower ground of the wall and is closely fixed while minimizing the area of the gap between the heat insulating layer and the entire bottom surface. Therefore, construction with excellent heat insulation performance is possible.
