Description
The present invention relates to a method of sampling a sample such as blood collected by a sample container such as a blood collection tube and washing a sampling tube in a blood test apparatus or the like, and in particular, a sealed sample container and an open sample container. The present invention relates to a sampling tube cleaning method that can be performed appropriately and smoothly using a common sample sampling mechanism.
Today, an automatic blood cell counter is known as a typical example of a blood test apparatus. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the automatic blood cell counter includes a blood quantification / dilution processor A, a blood cell detector B, and a counter processor C. In the automatic blood cell counter configured as described above, blood containing a certain amount of anticoagulant from the blood collection tube A1 is appropriately sampled into the dilution containers A3 and A4 via the sampling tube A2. Next, the blood sampled in the dilution containers A3 and A4 is transferred to the reaction chamber and the counting chamber together with an appropriate amount of diluent and hemolytic agent A5, and in the blood cell detector B, the red blood cell / platelet B1, white blood cell B2, and hemoglobin concentration B3 is detected. In this way, the measurement signals detected by the blood cell detector B are respectively subjected to arithmetic processing C1, C2, C3 by the counting processor C, and the measurement results are output and displayed by the display means C4. Yes.
However, in the conventional blood cell counter configured as described above, for example, when blood in a blood collection tube is subjected to suction sampling into a dilution detector through a sampling tube for suction, sample blood adheres to the outer periphery of the sampling tube. If this occurs, this blood is mixed into the blood to be diluted, and the dilution factor will fluctuate. Therefore, in such a case, there is a problem that a significant measurement error occurs in the measurement result of the blood cell count.
From this point of view, the present applicant can remove the blood adhering to the outer periphery of the sampling tube (suction tube) without using a dedicated cleaning solution, and can accurately remove blood cells. Was developed and a patent was obtained (see Patent Document 1). That is, the blood cell counter described in
Further, regarding a pipette device in an automatic analyzer configured to suck a required amount of liquid and discharge the liquid at another position, the pipette is bent even from inside a container with a rubber stopper. There has been proposed a pipette device having a simple configuration that can easily suck a liquid without damaging it and that does not require a separate liquid level detecting means (see Patent Document 2). That is, the pipette device described in
Furthermore, as a sample collection device that can automatically collect blood from a blood collection tube in the past, when collecting a sample (blood) inside a sample container (collection tube) by piercing the nozzle into a rubber stopper, a collection nozzle is provided. A sampling device that prevents direct contact with the rubber stopper has been proposed (see Patent Document 3). That is, in the sample collecting device described in Patent Document 3, the nozzle portion is composed of an inner nozzle and an outer nozzle, and when puncturing the rubber stopper, the puncturing is performed with the inner nozzle stored in the outer nozzle. After the puncture, the sample is collected by lowering the tip of the inner nozzle from the tip opening of the outer nozzle, and after the sample is collected, the nozzle is cleaned using a cleaning tank. is there.
However, when conventionally definitive blood test, blood analysis, etc., as blood collection tube for performing the blood collection, the open and the closed type are used. Therefore, when sampling (sampling) samples from these blood collection tubes, different sampling mechanisms are used.
That is, when sampling from a sealed blood collection tube, it is necessary to use a sampling mechanism provided with a sampling tube whose tip is formed in a needle shape. On the other hand, when sampling from an open-type blood collection tube, the sampling mechanism including the sampling tube is dangerous, and its use is avoided. In addition, in order to perform sampling from a sealed blood collection tube with high accuracy, it is necessary to open the blood collection tube to the atmosphere in advance, and a mechanism for that is required. Therefore, it is difficult to make the sampling mechanism common to the open type and the sealed type blood collection tubes.
In general, in the case of a sealed blood collection tube, when an automated blood test apparatus or blood analysis apparatus is applied, it can be set so as to be integrated with a sampling mechanism for sampling. On the other hand, in the case of an open type blood collection tube, since manual operation is required for sampling, it is necessary to expose the sampling tube to the outside. For this reason, when the sampling tube is cleaned after each sampling, it is difficult to make the cleaning operation common because of the difference in operation of the sampling mechanism.
Accordingly, the present inventors have provided a method and apparatus that can perform appropriate and smooth sampling of the sealed-type blood collection tube and the open-type blood collection tube using a common sampling mechanism, and a sampling tube cleaning method. As a result of various examinations and trial manufactures, a piercing through which a sampling tube is inserted and a cleaning liquid drainage hole communicating therewith is provided and the sampling tube is inserted through the lower opening edge of the through hole so as to be movable up and down. The upper cleaning member with the needle connected and fixed is fixed, and the lower cleaning member provided with a through hole through which the piercing needle is inserted and a cleaning liquid water supply hole communicating therewith can be moved up and down below the upper cleaning member. to thereby use the sample sampling mechanism, such as blood obtained by construction arrangement, operation tie the one cleaning member and the sampling tube to the vertical movement By appropriately changing settings ring, and a cleaning for the sampling and the sampling tube of the sample by the sampling tube, I have found that it is possible to properly and smoothly achieved, respectively. It should be noted that the sample sampling mechanism in which the upper cleaning member is movable up and down and the lower cleaning member is fixed can similarly sample the sample with the sampling tube and clean the sampling tube.

It was found that the tube could be cleaned smoothly.
For the open sample container, (1) the lower cleaning member is fixed to the cleaning standby position surrounding the tip of the piercing needle , and the sampling tube is lowered to the sampling position to be standby (2) Set an open sample container on the sampling tube, (3) insert the sampling tube to the sampling position in the sample container to sample the sample, and (4) after the predetermined sampling is completed, remove the sampling tube from the washing liquid drain. raising the hole to cleaning position for opening, the cleaning water supply hole from through the inside of the piercing needle was washed by supplying washing liquid to the washing liquid drain hole, (5) recovering said sample container after completion predetermined cleaning Then, by setting the sampling tube to be further raised and dispensing the sampled sample, in the same manner as described above, the sample is sampled from the open sample container. It is possible to perform the ring properly and smoothly, we have found that even the cleaning of the sampling tube can be smoothly performed.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to use a common sample sampling mechanism for a sealed sample container and an open sample container, respectively, to sample a sample by a sampling tube and thereafter clean the sampling tube.
