【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、包装用ラップフィルムの収納ケースに関するもので、特に、使い勝手を高めた包装用ラップフィルムの収納ケースに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、生鮮食料品等をラップする包装用ラップフィルムの収納ケースとしては、図６に示すタイプのものがよく知られている。すなわち、包装用ラップフィルムの収納ケース１は、開閉蓋を備えたケース本体２内部に包装用ラップフィルム３のロール巻芯４の両側を回転自在に支持する支持体５を装入して構成されており、ラップフィルム３の引き出し端３ａを支持体５の引き出し用開口６を通して引き出し、ケース本体２の開口縁部に設けられたカッター７により所定長さ分のラップフィルム３をカットして使用している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の収納ケース１においては、収納ケース１の取り扱い時、ラフに扱ったり、誤って落とした場合等、収納ケース１に加わる振動によりロール巻芯４に引き出し方向と逆方向の回転力が加わり、ラップフィルム３の引き出し端３ａが引き出し用開口６から内部に引き込まれ、その状態でラップフィルム３がロール巻芯４に密着した場合には、引き出し端３ａを再度剥がして使用しなければならず、極めて面倒な作業を伴なうという不具合があった。

更に、ラップフィルム３の引き出し時、両手でラップフィルム３の両側を持って引き出せば、所望幅のラップフィルムを引き出しカットすることが可能であり、通常は、両手で引き出す場合がほとんどであるが、片方の手でケース本体２を持ち、もう一方の手でラップフィルム３の幅方向の中央部を引き出す場合があり、そのときには、ラップフィルム３に加わる引張り力によりラップフィルム３の両側が中央に引き寄せられ、所望幅のラップフィルム３が得られず、片手作業時における使い勝手を低下させるという問題点があった。

また、最近では、支持体５の引き出し用開口６の一部にスリット状部分を設定し、このスリット状部分でラップフィルム３の引き出し端３ａを表裏側から挾み込むことにより、ラップフィルム３が内部に引き込まれることを防止することも提案されているが、スリット状部分を通過させる際、ラップフィルム３を垂直方向に引き出すと、ラップフィルム３が傷付きやすく、傷付いた場合には、ラップ操作時、ラップフィルム３にテンションを加えると、この傷を基に千切れが発生しやすく、ラップフィルム３の無駄を招き、再度ラップフィルム３の引き出し操作を行なわなければならず、非常に面倒な作業を強いられるという問題点があった。

この発明は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたもので、収納ケースに外力が加わっても、ラップフィルムの引き出し端がケース本体内部に引き込まれてロール巻芯側に密着することがなく、常にラップフィルムの引き出し端が適正箇所にロケートされ、かつ、片手作業や、あるいは垂直方向にラップフィルムを引き出した場合においても所望幅のラップフィルムを傷付けることなく円滑に引き出すことができ、フィルムの保護と使い勝手を高めた包装用ラップフィルムの収納ケースを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明は、上面開口を開閉蓋により開閉でき、開口縁部にカッターを設けたケース本体と、このケース本体内に収容され、ロール状の包装用ラップフィルムのロール巻芯の両側を回転自在に支持し、かつ包装用ラップフィルムの引き出し端を引き出す引き出し用開口を設けた支持体とから構成される包装用ラップフィルムの収納ケースにおいて、前記支持体の引き出し用開口の後縁は、引き出し用開口の前縁側に向けて突設された湾曲状の突出片を備えてなり、引き出し用開口の前縁は、前記突出片と対向する湾曲状の窪み部と、引き出し用開口一端部から該窪み部の端末にかけて形成された直線状の一端側前縁部と、引き出し用開口他端部から該窪み部の他方の端末にかけて形成された直線状の他端側前縁部と、からなり、前記一端側前縁部及び前記他端側前縁部は、前記後縁とそれぞれ一定の間隔をおいて対向してなり、ラップフィルムの引き出し端が突出片の先端と、窪み部の両側端にそれぞれ当接し、ラップフィルムを湾曲状に変形支持したことを特徴とする。
また、本発明は、上面開口を開閉蓋により開閉でき、開口縁部にカッターを設けたケース本体と、このケース本体内に収容され、ロール状の包装用ラップフィルムのロール巻芯の両側を回転自在に支持し、かつ包装用ラップフィルムの引き出し端を引き出す引き出し用開口を設けた支持体とから構成される包装用ラップフィルムの収納ケースにおいて、前記支持体の引き出し用開口の後縁は、引き出し用開口の前縁側に向けて突設された湾曲状の第１突出片及び第２突出片を備えてなり、引き出し用開口の前縁は、前記第１突出片と対向する湾曲状の第１窪み部と、前記第２突出片と対向する湾曲状の第２窪み部と、引き出し用開口一端部から該第１窪み部の端末にかけて形成された直線状の一端側前縁部と、引き出し用開口他端部から該第２窪み部の端末にかけて形成された直線状の他端側前縁部と、前記第１窪み部の他方の端末と前記第２窪み部の他方の端末との間に形成された中央前縁部と、からなり、前記一端側前縁部、前記他端側前縁部及び前記中央前縁部は、前記後縁とそれぞれ一定の間隔をおいて対向してなり、ラップフィルムの引き出し端が突出片の先端と、窪み部の両側端にそれぞれ当接し、ラップフィルムを湾曲状に変形支持したことを特徴とする。

ここで、ケース本体は、薄手のダンボール紙材を組み立てて構成され、上面開口を開閉自在に蓋する開閉蓋が一体に設けられており、この開閉蓋は開口を閉鎖した状態で保持できるように開閉蓋の先端部分に差し込み片が形成され、この差し込み片をケース本体側のスリット内に差し込むことにより閉鎖できる。

また、ケース本体の開口の前縁部には、カッターが設けられているが、ケース本体の高さ寸法と同一の寸法を備えた薄手のダンボール紙材からなるカッタースペーサ上縁にカッターを固定し、ケース本体内部にカッタースペーサを差し込めば、ケース本体の開口の前縁部にカッターが形成される。尚、カッターは、ケース本体に直接固定しても良い。

次いで、包装用ラップフィルムをケース本体内の適正箇所に支持するためにケース本体内には支持体が設けられている。

この支持体は、ダンボール紙材からなり、両側の脚部を９０゜に下方に折曲し、この脚部にロール巻芯を回転可能に支持する円形の支持孔が設けられており、両脚部間の天部はロール巻芯を脚部の支持孔に挿入した状態ではラップフィルムの上方に位置し、この天部にラップフィルムの引き出し端を引き出すための引き出し用開口がロール巻芯の軸方向に沿って開設されている。

そして、この引き出し用開口の後縁には、湾曲状の突出片が引き出し用開口の前縁側に向けて突設形成されているが、引き出し用開口の中央部に１個の突出片を設けても良いが、左右ほぼ対称位置に一対の突出片を設けるようにしても良い。

更に、この突出片に対応するように引き出し用開口の前縁には、突出片の曲率とほぼ等しい曲率の湾曲状の窪み部が設けられており、突出片が中央１箇所の時は引き出し用開口前縁の中央１箇所に設けられ、左右ほぼ対称位置に突出片が設けられてているときには、左右ほぼ対称位置にこの湾曲状の窪み部が設けられている。そして、この突出片と窪み部との間には、２ｍｍ程度の湾曲溝が形成されることになる。また、天部には引き出したラップフィルムの指掛りを形成する切込みが設けられているのが望ましい。

以上の構成から明らかなように、本発明に係る包装用ラップフィルムの収納ケースは、ラップフィルムを引き出す引き出し用開口の形状として、開口の後縁に開口前縁側に向けて突出する湾曲状の突出片が突出形成されており、更に、この突出片に対応するように開口前縁には湾曲状の窪み部が形成されているため、引き出したラップフィルムの引き出し端は、突出片の先端部分及び窪み部の端末部分にそれぞれ当接し、ラップフィルムが湾曲状に変形した状態で支持されるため、収納ケースをラフに取り扱った場合、また、持運び時に加わる振動等によるロール巻芯に引き出し方向と反対方向の外力が加わっても、ラップフィルムの引き出し端がロール巻芯に引き戻されて密着してしまうことがない。

更に、従来のスリット状部でラップフィルムの引き出し端を支持する構造に比べ、ラップフィルムの引き出し端は突出片と窪み部との間で形成される約２ｍｍ幅程度の湾曲溝を通過し、その一面側が突出片の先端部分に、他面側が窪み部端末に当接しているため、ラップフィルム引き出し時に傷が付きにくく、フィルムの千切れや、再度引き出し操作が必要になるという不具合を有効に解決できる。

加えて、突出片を左右ほぼ対称位置に並設し、それと対応するように湾曲状の切欠きを設けた場合には、ラップフィルムの引き出し端が引き戻されることがないとともに、ラップフィルムの中央部を片手で引き出した際、左右側の支持ポイントでラップフィルムが中央に引き寄せられることを規制でき、所望幅のラップフィルムを円滑に引き出せる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る包装用ラップフィルムの収納ケースの実施形態について、添付図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。

図１乃至図３は本発明に係る包装用ラップフィルムの収納ケースの第１実施形態を示すもので、図１は収納ケースの開閉蓋を開放した状態を示す外観図、図２は同収納ケースの構成を示す分解斜視図、図３は同収納ケースにおけるラップフィルムを引き出した状態を示す説明図である。また、図４，図５は本発明の第２実施形態を示すもので、図４は支持体を示す斜視図、図５はラップフィルムを引き出した状態を示す説明図である。

まず、本発明の第１実施形態について図１乃至図３を基に説明する。図１，図２において、本発明に係る包装用ラップフィルムの収納ケース１０は、所定の内容積を有するケース本体２０と、このケース本体２０内部に収納され、ラップフィルム４０のロール巻芯４１を回転自在に支持するとともに、ラップフィルム４０の引き出し端のガイド機能を備えた支持体３０とから大略構成されている。

更に詳しくは、上記ケース本体２０は、薄手で軽量なダンボール紙材を直方形状に組み立てて構成され、上面開口２１を開閉自在に蓋する開閉蓋２２が一体に設けられており、この開閉蓋２２には差し込み片２２ａが形成されているとともに、この差し込み片２２ａをケース本体２０の差し込み用スリット２２ｂ内に差し込んで開閉蓋２２を閉鎖状態を維持できる。

また、このケース本体２０の外表面は、収納ケース１０の意匠性を高めるために適宜絵模様や、所望により商品名や使用説明等が印刷されている。

次に、ラップフィルム４０のロール巻芯４１を支持する支持体３０は、ダンボール紙材を素材として、折り線３１を基に両側にケース本体２０の高さとほぼ同一寸法の脚部３２を下方向に起立させ、支持体３０をケース本体２０内に装入した際、脚部３２間の天部３３がケース本体２０の開口２１面に位置するようにその寸法設定がなされている。

そして、この支持体３０の脚部３２には、ラップフィルム４０のロール巻芯４１の両側を回転自在に支持する円形の支持孔３４が開設されているとともに、天部３３の長手方向、すなわちロール巻芯４１の軸方向に沿ってラップフィルム４０を引き出すための引き出し用開口３５が開設されている。

更に、本発明においては、この引き出し用開口３５（前縁３５ａ，後縁３５ｂ）の形状に工夫が施され、ラップフィルム４０を傷付けることなく円滑に引き出し操作できるようになっている。

すなわち、引き出し用開口３５の後縁３５ｂのほぼ中央に前縁３５ａに向けて突出する湾曲状の突出片３６が形成されているとともに、この突出片３６と対応するように引き出し用開口３５ａには、湾曲状の窪み部３７が形成されており、この突出片３６と窪み部３７との間には幅約２ｍｍ程度の湾曲状の溝３８が形成されることになる。図２に示すように、支持体３０の引き出し用開口３５の後縁３５ｂは、引き出し用開口３５の前縁３５ａ側に向けて突設された湾曲状の突出片３６を備えてなり、支持体３０の引き出し用開口３５の前縁３５ａは、突出片３６と対向する湾曲状の窪み部３７と、引き出し用開口一端部３５ｃから窪み部３７の端末３７ａにかけて形成された直線状の一端側前縁部３５ａ−１と、引き出し用開口他端部３５ｄから窪み部３７の他方の端末３７ａにかけて形成された直線状の他端側前縁部３５ａ−２と、からなり、一端側前縁部３５ａ−１及び他端側前縁部３５ａ−２は、後縁３５ｂとそれぞれ一定の間隔をおいて対向してなり、ラップフィルムの引き出し端が突出片３６の先端と、窪み部３７の両側端にそれぞれ当接し、ラップフィルムを湾曲状に変形支持する。

尚、支持体３０の天部３３には、引き出し用開口３５の手前側の両側にコ字状の切り込み３９が形成され、支持体３０の天部３３面に密着状態にあるラップフィルム４０をこの切り込み３９を押え込んでラップフィルム４０の指掛りを形成するように構成されている。

そして、ラップフィルム４０を所定長さでカットできるように、ケース本体２０の開口２１の前縁側にカッター２３が備わっているが、このカッター２３は、紙材からなるカッタースペーサー２４の上縁にカッター２３を爪固定等により固定し、このスペーサー２４の高さ寸法をケース本体２０の高さとほぼ同一に設定しておき、カッタースペーサー２４をケース本体２０の手前側に差し込めば、ケース本体２０の開口２１前縁側にカッター２３を形成することができる。

また、支持体３０の引き出し用開口３５のほぼ中央に突出片３６，窪み部３７が形成されているため、ラップフィルム４１の使用初期、口取り用テープ４２は中央ではなく左右側にずらして設け、引き出し用開口３５を通じてラップフィルム４１が引き出される。

次に、図３を基に本発明に係る包装用ラップフィルムの収納ケース１０の使用状態について説明する。

すなわち、ラップフィルム４０の引き出し端４３は、ロール巻芯４１から支持体３０の引き出し用開口３５を通じて引き出されるが、その際、ラップフィルム４０の一方側面（カッター２３と対向する面と反対面）４０ａは、突出片３６の先端３６ａに当接するとともに、ラップフィルム４０の他方側面（カッター２３と対向するフィルム面）４０ｂは窪み部３７の端末３７ａと当接することにより、ラップフィルム４０を所定長さ引き出し、カッター２３によりカットすれば、ラップフィルム４０の引き出し端４３は、支持体３０の天部３３上面に密着しているが、ラップフィルム４０は引き出し用開口３５において突出片３５及び窪み部３７により支持されることになる。

従って、使用後、開口２１を開閉蓋２２で塞ぎ、収納ケース１０を持ち運び、少々のショックが加わっても、ラップフィルム４０の引き出し端４３側が突出片３６と窪み部３７とにより湾曲状に変形して支持されているため、ロール巻芯４１が引き出し方向と反対方向に回転しようとしても、ラップフィルム４０の引き出し端４３がロール巻芯４１に引き戻されることがなく、従来度々生じていたように使用の度ごとにロール巻芯４１側に密着したラップフィルム４０の引き出し端４３を引き剥がして適正位置まで引き出すという面倒な作業は必要とせず、使い勝手が著しく向上するという有利さがある。

更に、ラップフィルム４０はその一方側面４０ａが突出片３６の先端３６ａと当接し、他方側面４０ｂが窪み部３７の両端末３７ａに当接してはいるが、従来のスリット状部で挾持される構造ではなく、当接ポイントをずらして表裏側の一方側のみを突出片３６、あるいは窪み部３７により当接するという構造であるため、ラップフィルム４０の引き出し操作において、垂直方向に引き出してもラップフィルム４０は傷付くことがなく、ラップフィルム４０の千切れ等によるフィルムの無駄がなく、かつ再度引き出し操作を要することがないため、使い勝手が良い。

この実施形態においては、支持体３０の引き出し用開口３５の後縁３５ｂに形成される突出片３６は、左右ほぼ対称位置の２箇所に並設されており、引き出し用開口３５の前縁３５ａには、上記２箇所の突出片３６に対応するようにこれもまた２箇所に湾曲状の窪み部３７が形成されており、引き出し用開口３０には左右２箇所に湾曲溝３８が形成されることになる。図４に示すように、支持体３０の引き出し用開口３５の後縁３５ｂは、引き出し用開口３５の前縁３５ａ側に向けて突設された湾曲状の第１突出片３６ｂ−１及び第２突出片３６ｂ−２を備えてなり、引き出し用開口３５の前縁３５ａは、第１突出片３６ｂ−１と対向する湾曲状の第１窪み部３７−１と、第２突出片３６ｂ−２と対向する湾曲状の第２窪み部３７−２と、引き出し用開口一端部３５ｃから第１窪み部３７−１の端末３７ａ−１にかけて形成された直線状の一端側前縁部３５ａ−１と、引き出し用開口他端部３５ｄから第２窪み部３７−２の端末３７ａ−４にかけて形成された直線状の他端側前縁部３５ａ−２と、第１窪み部３７−１の他方の端末３７ａ−２と第２窪み部３７−２の他方の端末３７ａ−３との間に形成された中央前縁部３５ａ−３と、からなり、一端側前縁部３５ａ−１、他端側前縁部３５ａ−２及び中央前縁部３５ａ−３は、後縁３５ｂとそれぞれ一定の間隔をおいて対向してなる。

更に、本実施形態においては、左右側の２箇所に突出片３６と、それと対応する湾曲状の窪み部３７を設置することにより、例えば、片方の手でケース本体２０を支持し、もう一方の手でラップフィルム４０の引き出し端４３を引き出す際、ラップフィルム４０の幅方向ほぼ中央部を持って引き出すが、ラップフィルムの幅方向両側には中央寄りの応力が作用する傾向があるが、ラップフィルム４０に加わるこの応力を左右の突出片３６，窪み部３７により緩和することができ、ラップフィルム４０を引き出した状態においては常に所定幅のラップフィルム４０を得ることができ、両端を掴んで両方向に押し拡げるという面倒な作業を行なうことがなく、使い勝手が向上する。

【発明の効果】
以上説明した通り、本発明に係る包装用ラップフィルムの収納ケースは、以下に記載する格別の作用効果を有する。

（１）請求項１，２記載の発明は、ロール巻芯を支持する支持体の天部にラップフィルムの引き出し用開口が設けられており、この開口の前縁に対して開口の後縁に湾曲状の突出片を突設するとともに、この突出片と対応するように引き出し用開口の前縁には湾曲状の窪み部を形成し、突出片と窪み部とでラップフィルムを湾曲状に変形させながら支持するという構成であるため、収納ケースをラフに取り扱った場合等、ロール巻芯の引き出し方向と反対方向に外力が生じても、ラップフィルムの引き出し端がロール巻芯側に引き戻されることがなく、ラップフィルムの引き出し端をロール巻芯側から再度引き出すという面倒な作業が廃止できるため、開閉蓋を開放すれば、即座にラップフィルムを引き出すことができ、使い勝手を著しく向上させることができるという効果を有する。
