【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ベース部材と開閉部材との間に配設されて、ベース部材と開閉部材とを相対的に揺動開閉自在に接続するヒンジ機構に関する。

【従来の技術】
上記のようなヒンジ機構は遊技機に多用されており、その一例として、パチンコ機における外枠と前枠との間に配設されるヒンジ機構があげられる。パチンコ機のヒンジ機構は、外郭方形状の開口を有する外枠とこの開口面域に合わせた開閉搭載用の前枠との互いの正面左側上下に配設された上下一対のヒンジ機構からなる。

上下のヒンジ機構はそれぞれ、図20に示すように、水平に配設された第1板状部501に軸支持孔502が形成された第1ヒンジ部材500と、水平に配設された第2板状部506から上方に突出する支軸507が固設された第2ヒンジ部材505とから構成される。このような構成の上下一対のヒンジ機構において、軸支持孔502内に支軸507を嵌入させて第1および第2ヒンジ部材500,505を水平に相対回動自在に接続させることにより、外枠に対して前枠を揺動開閉および着脱可能に支持するように構成している。

ところが、上記のような従来のヒンジ機構では、外枠に対して前枠を装着しようとするときに、上下両方のヒンジ機構の軸支持孔502と支軸507とをともに位置合わせして(軸心を一致させて)係合させなければならず、作業が容易でないという問題があった。特に、遊技施設内での装着にあっては、外枠が遊技島に固定されて移動不能であるとともに、前枠には遊技盤や裏セット盤、制御装置等が組み込まれて相当な重量(例えば、15〜20kg)を有しており、さらにヒンジ機構が重心位置と離れた側方に位置しているため、上下2カ所の位置決めを行う装着作業が極めて困難であるという問題があった。

このような問題に鑑みて、例えば、図21に示すように、第1ヒンジ部材500′の板状部501に外側面から軸支持孔502に繋がる導入開口503を形成し、第2ヒンジ部材505′の支軸507の左右を平面状にカットして平面部507a,507aを形成し、支軸507の左右平面部507a,507aの幅が導入開口503の幅より僅かに狭くなるように構成することが知られている。

しかしながら、この構成の場合は、軸支持孔502の導入開口503と支軸507の左右平面部507a,507aとが対向する位置まで前枠を揺動させると支軸507が軸支持孔502から外れ出て、前枠が外れるという問題がある。さらに、従来のヒンジ機構では、ヒンジ部材に対する不正操作の有無を識別する手段が設けられていないため、パチンコ機の輸送中や設置後に前枠が外枠から不正に取り外されて元の状態に戻されても、不正操作の痕跡を発見するのが困難で不正行為の発覚が遅れてしまうという問題もある。

本発明は、このような問題に鑑みて成されたものであり、外枠等のベース部材に対して前枠等の開閉部材を容易に装着させることができるとともに、一旦装着した後は、その揺動位置に拘わらず開閉部材をベース部材から外れることなくしっかりと保持することができ、さらにはヒンジ部材に対する不正行為をより早く発見することができるような構成の遊技機のヒンジ機構を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
このような目的達成のため、本発明に係る遊技機のヒンジ機構(例えば、実施形態における枠上部ヒンジ機構100)は、遊技機の側部上下に配設されて開閉部材(例えば、実施形態における前枠2)をベース部材(例えば、実施形態における外枠1)に対して揺動開閉自在にヒンジ接続させる上下一対のヒンジ機構における一方のヒンジ機構であって、開閉部材に固設された上方に突出する軸部を有する第1ヒンジ部材(例えば、実施形態における枠上部揺動金具110)と、ベース部材に固設され、水平に突出する板状部を有し、板状部に軸部と係合する軸孔とこの軸孔に繋がって後方に延びたガイド孔とが形成された第2ヒンジ部材(例えば、実施形態における枠上部固定金具120)と、板状部に設けられ、軸部が板状部の後方からガイド孔を通過して軸孔と係合した状態で、開閉部材が軸部を揺動軸として揺動開閉自在となるように軸部と係合可能な軸係合部材とを備え、軸孔と係合した軸部の上方から軸係合部材を下方へ移動させて、軸係合部材の下端部を軸部の上端部と係合させ、前記軸係合部材により軸部を揺動開閉自在に支持するように構成したことを特徴とする。
なお、上述の発明において、軸係合部材の下端部に半球形の軸係合部が下方へ突出して形成されるとともに、軸部の上端部に軸係合部と係合する係合溝が半球形に凹んで形成されることが好ましい。
また、上述の実施形態において、板状部に対して板状部の上方を覆うように取り付けられた飾り部材を備え、飾り部材の上部に形成された軸係合部材取付孔に軸係合部材がネジ回転可能に取り付けられ、軸係合部材取付孔に取り付けられた軸係合部材を下方へ移動するようにネジ回転すると、軸係合部材の下端部が下方へ移動して軸部の上端部と係合するように構成されることが好ましい。
また、上述の実施形態において、軸係合部材軸部係合した状態で用いられ、軸係合部材と軸部との係合状態が解除されたときに係合解除操作の痕跡を残すように構成された不正操作識別手段(例えば、実施形態における充填固着材170)備えて構成されることが好ましい。
また、軸係合部材取付孔の深さが、軸係合部材が軸部と係合した状態で、軸係合部材の頭部が軸係合部材取付孔の内部に位置する深さとなっている場合、軸係合部材取付孔の上部を塞ぐ不正操作識別手段を備えて、この不正操作識別手段が、軸係合部材が軸部と係合した状態で用いられ、軸係合部材と軸部との係合状態が解除されたときに係合解除操作の痕跡を残すように構成されることが好ましい。

以下、本発明の好ましい実施形態について図面を参照しながら説明する。本発明に係るヒンジ機構を備えた遊技機の代表例としてパチンコ機PMを図1および図2に示しており、まず、これらの図面を参照しながらパチンコ機PMの全体構成について要約説明する。ここで、図1はパチンコ機PMの正面図、図2はパチンコ機PMの背面図である。
