【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、隅棟部に天井野縁を構成する際に使用される天井野縁構成用部材、この天井野縁構成用部材を使用した天井野縁構造及びこの天井野縁構成用部材を用いた天井野縁組み付け方法に関する。

【背景の技術】
従来、部屋の天井を構築する場合には、例えば、部屋の上部側に天井野縁を組み、この天井野縁に天井板を貼設することが多い。
この天井板を貼設する天井野縁として、実公平4−4087号公報に記載されたものが知られている。
この天井野縁は、部屋の互いに対向する壁面に、開口部が対向する断面コ字状のランナーを固定し、この各ランナーの開口部に断面がロ字状またはコ字状の野縁の両端を嵌合することによって構成されている。そして、この構成の天井野縁においては、ねじ等の止着部材を用いて前記野縁の下面に天井板を固定することによって、天井を形成するようになっている。

ところで、部屋の天井は水平に形成するのが一般的であるが、例えば、住宅の部屋を屋根の傾斜方向に延出させた場合、この屋根の下方に位置する部分の天井が水平となるように天井を形成すると、天井を低くしなければならないので、部屋空間が狭くなり圧迫感を受け易くなる。
そこで、延出した屋根の下方に位置する部分の天井は、屋根の傾斜に沿って傾斜した傾斜天井にし、延出していない屋根の下方に位置する部分の水平天井の縁部に、前記傾斜天井の上縁部を接続するようにしている。
従って、このような水平天井と傾斜天井で構成される複合天井を構成する場合、天井野縁も傾斜天井に合わせた傾斜部と水平天井に合わせた水平部を設ける必要がある。

前記傾斜天井にあっては、例えば、寄せ棟屋根等の場合、妻側及び軒側の傾斜屋根が交差して隅棟部が形成され、この隅棟部に相当する部位に隅棟天井野縁が設けられる。
この隅棟天井野縁としては、例えば、図13に示す構造のものがある。
図13に示す隅棟部100の天井野縁構造の場合、横断面L字状の鋼製の隅棟天井野縁101を用い、その上端部101aは受け材102の左端部と天井野縁103の上端部に固定され、その下端部101bは受け材102の上面に固定されている。そして、この隅棟天井野縁101の側面には、一端が天井野縁103と接合された架設材104が接合されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、前記隅棟部100の天井野縁構造は、上端部100a或いは下端101bの接合部では、数種類の部材が重なり合って接合されているため、各部材を現場で取り付ける作業が煩雑なものとなってしまい、天井野縁構造を構築する作業の効率化を図る上で大きな障害となっていた。

本発明は、上記課題を解決するために為されたものであって、隅棟部を有する天井野縁の隅棟天井野縁を容易に形成することが出来る天井野縁構成用部材を提供することを目的とし、更に隅棟部の天井野縁を容易に形成することが可能な天井野縁構造及び天井野縁の組み付け方法を提供することを目的とする。
なお、本出願人は、上記課題を解決する技術を、予め日本特許情報機構(JAPIO)の先行技術調査(パトリス)を利用して、検索キー:天井*野縁*(金具+金物+部品)にて先行技術を調査し、その結果、特許65件、実用新案67件を抽出した。しかし、上記課題を解決するための技術は、発見出来なかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、請求項1記載の発明は、例えば、図1〜図12に示すように、
傾斜した天井野縁2…の上下端部に野縁受3が設けられ、妻側の天井野縁2…と軒側の天井野縁2…とが交差する住宅の隅棟部30の天井野縁構造であって、
前記隅棟部30の下端部31に設けられ、前記隅棟部30の下端部31の角部30aを形成する下天井野縁構成用部材4と、
前記隅棟部30の上端部32に設けられ、前記隅棟部30の上端部32の角部30bを形成する上天井野縁構成用部材5と、
前記下天井野縁構成用部材4と、前記上天井野縁構成用部材5とに接合された隅棟天井野縁部材6と、を備え、
前記下天井野縁構成用部材4は、前記隅棟天井野縁部材6を取り付け可能な下天井野縁継手部42と、野縁受部材3a及び前記天井野縁2を取り付け可能な下野縁受継手部41と、を備え、
前記上天井野縁構成用部材5は、前記隅棟天井野縁部材6を取り付け可能な上天井野縁継手部52と、野縁受部材3a及び前記天井野縁2を取り付け可能な上野縁受継手部51と、を備え、
前記天井野縁2の下端部の前記野縁受3は、前記野縁受部材3aと前記下野縁受継手部41とから成り、
前記天井野縁2の上端部の前記野縁受3は、前記野縁受部材3aと前記上野縁受継手部51とから成ることを特徴としている。

請求項1記載の発明によれば、隅棟部30の下端部31の角部30aを形成する下天井野縁構成用部材4の下天井野縁継手部42と、隅棟部30の上端部32の角部30bを形成する上天井野縁構成用部材5の上天井野縁継手部52とに、隅棟天井野縁部材6が接合され、下野縁受継手部41と、上野縁受継手部51とに、野縁受部材3a及び天井野縁2が接合される。従って、隅棟部30の上端32或いは下端31にこの下天井野縁構成用部材4及び上天井野縁構成用部材5を取り付けて角部30a、30bを形成し、下天井野縁継手部42及び上天井野縁継手部52に隅棟天井野縁部材6を接合させることが出来るとともに、下野縁受継手部41及び上野縁受継手部51に野縁受部材3a及び天井野縁2を接合させることが出来ることとなって、隅棟部30の隅棟天井野縁1を容易に形成させることが出来る。

また、住宅の隅棟部30の角部30a、30bは、大抵直角となっているので、下野縁受継手部41及び上野縁受継手部51の角部41a、51aをほぼ直角にすることにより、この下天井野縁構成用部材4及び上天井野縁構成用部材5を殆どの住宅の隅棟部に適用出来て便利である。

ここで、天井野縁2は、例えば、金属製のものであってもよいし、また、木製或いは合成樹脂製のものであってもよい。下天井野縁構成用部材4及び上天井野縁構成用部材5も、金属製、木製或いは合成樹脂製のいずれであってもよい。下天井野縁構成用部材4及び上天井野縁構成用部材5は、例えば、図4、図6のように、断面コ字状の鋼製のフレームをほぼ直角にして接合させて下野縁受継手部41、上野縁受継手部51を形成するとともに、その角部41a、51aに同様の鋼製フレームの底面42a、52a同士を当接させた部材を取り付けて下天井野縁継手部42、上天井野縁継手部52が形成される。しかしながら、下天井野縁構成用部材4、上天井野縁構成用部材5はこれに限るものではなく、例えば、断面が四角形状のものを組み合わせたものであっても円形状のものを組み合わせたものであってもよく、特に限定するものではない。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図を参照して本発明に係る天井野縁構成用部材、天井野縁構造及び天井野縁組み付け方法の実施の形態を詳細に説明する。
図1は、本発明を好適に実施した住宅の天井野縁構造要部の平面図であり、図2は、隅棟部の天井野縁構造を示す斜視図である。

図1に示す住宅の天井野縁構造においては、水平天井(図示省略)を構築するための水平天井野縁部10と傾斜天井(図示省略)を構築するための傾斜天井野縁部20が設けられている。
前記傾斜天井野縁部20は、更に住宅の妻側の妻側傾斜天井野縁部20aと軒側の軒側傾斜天井野縁部20bとから構成され、前記妻側傾斜天井野縁部20aの天井野縁2と前記軒側傾斜天井野縁部20bの天井野縁2とが交差する隅棟部30には、隅棟天井野縁1が設けられている。
また、前記天井野縁構造を構成する各天井野縁2の上下端部には、前記隅棟部30を除いて、該上下端部を固定する天井野縁受3が設けられている。
前記天井野縁2は、例えば、図2に示すように断面がロ字状の長尺な鋼製角筒体から出来ている。

前記天井野縁受3は、例えば、断面がコ字状の長尺な鋼製フレームから出来ていて、その開口部3cに前記天井野縁2が挿入されて固定されるようになっている。
前記隅棟天井野縁1は、前記隅棟部30の下端部31に設けられた下天井野縁構成用部材4と、前記水平天井野縁部10と交わる上端部32に設けられた上天井野縁構成用部材5と、前記下天井野縁構成用部材4と前記上天井野縁構成用部材5とに接合された隅棟天井野縁部材6によって構成されている。

前記下天井野縁構成用部材4は、図2に示すように、住宅の壁40の内側上端部に設けられた勾配結合棟木7の勾配面7aに沿って設けられている。この下天井野縁構成用部材4は、例えば、図3、図4に示すように、断面がコ字状の鋼製フレームから出来ていて、前記野縁受部材3aが取り付けられる下野縁受継手部41と、前記隅棟天井野縁部材6が取り付けられる下天井野縁継手部42を備えている。

前記下野縁受継手部41は2つの前記鋼製フレームの一端部に設けた切り欠き部同士を接合させたものであって、2つの鋼製フレームが接合された角部41aは略直角となるようにされている。

前記下天井野縁継手部42は、2つの前記鋼製フレームの底面部42aの裏面同士を接合させたものからできている。この下天井野縁継手部42の一の端部は、前記下野縁受継手部41の角部41aの内側に接合され、もう一方の端部は、2つの鋼製フレームの端部42b、42bがずれて接合された形状を有し、前記隅棟天井野縁部材6が取り付けられるようになっている。従って、この下天井野縁継手部42は、前記隅棟天井野縁1の一部を形成している。
また、この下天井野縁継手部42のコ字状開口部42c、42cには、前記天井野縁3を取り付けることが出来るようになっている。
ここで、下天井野縁構成用部材4は、図3のように、予め工場で、野縁受継手部41と天井野縁受継手部42が一体化したものを使用してもよいし、図4に示すように、野縁受継手部41と天井野縁受継手部42を各々別個に用意して現場等で組み合わせて製造してもよい。

前記上天井野縁構成用部材5は、図1又は図2に示すように、前記水平天井(図示省略)を構成する水平天井野縁部10との見切り部11に設けられている。
前記上天井野縁構成用部材5は、前記下天井野縁構成用部材4と同様に、図5、図6に示すように、例えば、断面がコ字状の鋼製フレームから出来ていて、前記野縁受部材3aが取り付けられる上野縁受継手部51と、前記隅棟天井野縁部材6が取り付けられる上天井野縁継手部52とを備えている。

前記上野縁受継手部51は、2つの鋼製フレームの端部同士を接合して角部51aを形成したものからなり、この角部51aは略直角となるようにされている。
その各鋼製フレームの端部51b、51bには、前記野縁受部材3aを取り付けることが出来るようになっているとともに、この上野縁受継手部51は、前記野縁受3の一部を形成している。そして、この上野縁受継手部51のコ字状開口部51c、51cには、前記天井野縁2を取り付けることが出来るようになっている。

前記上天井野縁継手部52は2つの前記鋼製フレームの底面部52aの裏面同士を接合させたものからできている。この上天井野縁継手部52の一の端部は、前記野縁受継手部51の角部51aの外側に接合され、もう一方の端部は、2つの鋼製フレームの端部52b、52bがずれて接合された形状を有し、前記隅棟天井野縁部材6の端部を取り付けることが出来るようになっているとともに、この上天井野縁継手部52は、前記隅棟天井野縁1の一部を形成している。また、この上天井野縁継手部52のコ字状開口部52cには、前記天井野縁3を取り付けることが出来るようになっている。
ここで、上天井野縁構成用部材5は、図5のように、予め工場で、野縁受継手部51と天井野縁受継手部52が一体化したものを使用してもよいし、図6に示すように、野縁受継手部51と天井野縁受継手部52を各々別個に用意して現場等で組み合わせて製造してもよい。

前記隅棟天井野縁部材6は、例えば、図7に示すように、2つの断面コ字状の鋼製フレームの底面部6aの裏面同士を接合させたものから出来ていて、その端部6b、6bがずれて接合された形状を有している。また、その側面には、対向して開口部6c、6cが設けられている。
前記隅棟天井野縁部材6は、図8に示すように、前記下天井野縁継手部42及び前記上天井野縁継手部52の露出した底面部42a、52aに前記隅棟天井野縁部材6の底面部6aを当接させて接合することが出来るようになっている。

ここで、隅棟天井野縁部材6は、例えば、図8に示すように、傾斜天井(図示省略)の長さに応じて複数の分割体61を連結させるようにしてもよい。
このように、分割体61を複数接合させた隅棟天井野縁部材6を使用することにより、傾斜天井(図示省略)の長さに応じて隅棟天井野縁1の長さを所定の範囲で自由に決められるので、隅棟天井野縁1を傾斜天井(図示省略)の長さに応じて複数種類用意する必要がなく、例えば、使用頻度の少ない長さの隅棟天井野縁が在庫として溜まることがない。
また、前記分割体61は、2つの断面コ字状の部材の底面部6aの裏面同士を、長手方向端部6bをずらして接合したものから出来ている。
従って、ずらされた底面部6aの裏面に他の分割体61の底面部6aの裏面を接続することにより、分割体61同士を確実に接合することが出来る。

また、前記下天井野縁構成部材4、前記上天井野縁構成部材5、及び隅棟天井野縁部材6は同一の断面コ字状の部材から形成されていれる。
従って、材料を共有することが出来ることとなって、それぞれ別個独立の材料を用意する必要がなく便利である。

次に、上記天井野縁構成用部材4,5を使用した隅棟部30の天井野縁構造を構築するための天井野縁組み付け方法について図9〜12を用いて説明する。
まず、図9に示すように、所定の角度を有する勾配結合棟木7を住宅の外壁40の内側面の上部に取り付けた後、前記外壁40の角部30a(即ち、隅棟部30の下端部31)に前記下天井野縁構成用部材4を前記勾配結合棟木7の勾配面7aにビス7b…等によって取り付ける。

次いで、前記下天井野縁構成用部材4の前記下野縁受継手部41の端部41bに当接させて断面コ字状の野縁受部材3aを取り付ける(図10参照)。
そして、図11に示すように、前記水平天井野縁部10の見切り部11の角部30b(即ち隅棟部30の上端部32)に前記上天井野縁構成用部材5を取り付け、前記野縁受部材3aを前記上野縁受継手部51の端部51bに取り付け、更にこの野縁受部材3aの開口部3cに野縁2を取り付けることにより、図12に示す状態とする。

次いで、前記下野縁受継手部41と野縁受部材3aからなる野縁受3の開口部41c、3cと、前記下天井野縁継手部42、前記上天井野縁継手部43、及び前記隅棟天井野縁部材の開口部42c、52c、6cとに接合して天井野縁2を設けることにより、隅棟部30の天井野縁構造が構築される(図2参照)。

以上説明した本発明に係る天井野縁構造及び天井野縁の組み付け方法に形成する天井野縁構成用部材4、5の天井野縁継手部42、52の端部42b、52bに隅棟天井野縁部材6が接合され、野縁受継手部41、51の端部41b、51bに野縁受部材3aが接合されるので、隅棟部30の上端部32或いは下端部31にこの天井野縁構成用部材4、5を取り付けて角部30aを形成し、天井野縁継手部42、52の端部42b、52bに隅棟天井野縁部材6の端部6bを接合させることが出来るとともに、野縁受継手部41、51の端部41b、51bに野縁受部材3aの端部3bを接合させることが出来ることとなって、隅棟部30の隅棟天井野縁1を容易に形成させることが出来る。
即ち、予め野縁受3…及び隅棟天井野縁1の一部を構成する天井野縁用構成部材4、5を角部30aに取り付け、その後、天井野縁継手部42、52と野縁受継手部41、51の端部に隅棟天井野縁部材6及び野縁受3aの端部を接合させていくことによって、現場で隅棟天井野縁1の傾斜角度の位置決め作業などをすることなく容易に隅棟天井野縁1を構築させることが出来る。
また、住宅の隅棟部30の角部30aは、大抵直角となっているので、野縁受継手部41、51の角部41a、51aをほぼ直角にすることにより、この天井野縁構成用部材4、5を殆どの住宅の隅棟部に適用出来て便利である。

【発明の効果】
請求項1記載の発明によれば、隅棟部の下端部の角部を形成する下天井野縁構成用部材の下天井野縁継手部と、隅棟部の上端部の角部を形成する上天井野縁構成用部材の上天井野縁継手部とに、隅棟天井野縁部材が接合され、下野縁受継手部と、上野縁受継手部とに、野縁受部材及び天井野縁が接合される。従って、隅棟部の上端部或いは下端部にこの下天井野縁構成用部材及び上天井野縁構成用部材を取り付けて角部を形成し、下天井野縁継手部及び上天井野縁継手部に隅棟天井野縁部材を接合させることが出来るとともに、下野縁受継手部及び上野縁受継手部に野縁受部材及び天井野縁を接合させることが出来ることとなって、隅棟部の隅棟天井野縁を容易に形成させることが出来る。また、住宅の隅棟部の角部は、大抵直角となっているので、下野縁受継手部及び上野縁受継手部の角部をほぼ直角にすることにより、この下天井野縁構成用部材及び上天井野縁構成用部材を殆どの住宅の隅棟部に適用出来て便利である。
