【従来の技術】
従来、システムキッチン等において、引出しとサービストレーとしてのスライド式テーブルとを備え、調理作業性の効率を高めたものが知られている（特許文献１参照）。図５は、前記特許文献１に記載のシステムキッチンの一部である調理キャビネットの斜視図であり、引き出し０１を備えた調理用フロアキャビネット０２の上部に枠体０３が取付けられ、この枠体０３の内部にスライドレール０４によって前方に引き出し可能なスライド式テーブル０５が収納されている。このようなスライド式テーブル０５は調理作業空間が広がるので便利であるが、引き出したときに先端側が何も支持されていないために不安定であった。

上記課題を解決するために、本発明のサービストレーを備えた引出し構造は、引出しを引き出した後で、引出し上面上に載置できる位置まで引き出すことが可能なサービストレーを備えた引出し構造であって、前記サービストレーは引出し本体に設けた左右の固定レールによってそれぞれ案内支持される２つの案内片と、引出し上部に設けた左右の摺動案内部にそれぞれ嵌合する２つの摺動嵌合片を備えていることを特徴としている。
この特徴によれば、サービストレーが引出し本体の固定レールか引出しの摺動案内部の何れかに必ず案内支持されるので、安定した状態で出し入れすることができる。
