【0001】

[0002]
[Background]
Conventionally, a prefabricated unit method has been frequently used for building a house or the like. In this prefabricated unit construction method, a building is constructed by arranging and laminating substantially box-shaped building units produced in advance in a factory at a construction site.
Even when a bathroom is installed in a prefabricated building, the waterproof performance is improved and the implementation is simplified by using a unitized waterproof pan. In particular, a waterproof sheet is connected to the rising edge of the waterproof pan in advance, and the waterproof sheet is connected to the wall surface when installed in the bathroom (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-160856).
7 and 8 show the floor waterproofing structure of the bathroom 10 in the above publication. FIG. 7 is a longitudinal sectional view of the bathroom floor panel 11, and FIG. 8 is an exploded sectional view of the bathroom floor panel 11. Is. A floor waterproof structure of a conventional bathroom 10 will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0003]
The floor waterproof structure of the bathroom 10 includes a waterproof pan 30 that forms the floor of the bathroom 10, a base material 21 that forms the wall of the bathroom 10, and a waterproof sheet 22 that prevents water from entering the base material 21. Similarly to the waterproof sheet 22, the bathroom sheet 26 ensures waterproofness, and a bathroom wall member including a finish member 24 that becomes a finish wall of the bathroom 10.
Specifically, the waterproof pan 30 is fixed to the inside of a rectangular frame-shaped outer frame member 80, and a horizontal portion 30 </ b> B extending to the outdoor side is provided around the outer edge of the waterproof pan 30. The waterproof sheet 22 includes adhesive portions 22A and 22B in which an adhesive is applied to both the indoor side and the outdoor side, and the lower end of the waterproof sheet 22 is bonded to the horizontal portion 30B of the waterproof pan 30 at the indoor side adhesive portion 22A. Fixed. The outer frame member 80, the waterproof pan 30 and the waterproof sheet 22 are integrated in advance as described above at a factory or the like to form the bathroom floor panel 11, and are transported to the building site.
[0004]
Then, at the construction site, the integrated outer frame member 80, waterproof pan 30 and waterproof sheet 22 are placed on the foundation base 50 so as to contact the floor panel 60 forming the floor of the building in the bathroom 10, Bolts (not shown) erected from the foundation base 50 are passed through through holes (not shown) in the outer frame member 80, and further, wall nuts 70 erected around the bathroom 10 are passed through, and then nuts The floor panel 60, the waterproof pan 22 that forms the floor surface of the bathroom 10, and the wall panel 70 are fixed to the foundation base 50 by tightening at (not shown).
[0005]
Furthermore, after fixing the bathroom floor panel 11 to the building frame, the base material 21 is placed on the upper surface of the waterproof sheet 22 that is bonded and fixed to the horizontal portion 30 </ b> B of the waterproof pan 30. Next, the waterproof sheet 22 is bent at a substantially right angle at the corner portion of the base material 21 and extended from the indoor side end of the horizontal portion 30B to the indoor side surface of the base material 21, and is creased by the outdoor adhesive portion 22B. Adhere and fix so that there is no slack And the finishing member 24 used as the finishing wall of the bath sheet 15 and the bathroom 10 is affixed on the indoor side adhesion part 22A of the waterproof sheet 22, and the floor part waterproof structure of the bathroom 10 is formed.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional structure, the waterproof sheet is bonded and fixed to the horizontal portion of the waterproof pan at the lower end indoor side of the waterproof sheet, and the base material corner portion placed on the upper surface of the lower end of the bonded and fixed waterproof sheet is substantially omitted. Because it is bent at a right angle, the waterproof sheet is attached so that the bent part of the waterproof sheet is not damaged when it is attached to the base material by pulling the free end of the waterproof sheet away from the outer edge of the waterproof pan. Had to be done carefully enough, and it took time and effort.
In addition, the waterproof sheet is attached to the horizontal part of the waterproof pan and the outdoor surface is attached to the base material, so the waterproof sheet requires an adhesive part on both sides, and the waterproof sheet is handled. However, there is a problem that the work of sticking the waterproof sheet becomes complicated.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a bathroom floor waterproof structure that simplifies bathroom assembly and improves waterproofing treatment.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The bathroom floor waterproof structure of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The waterproof pan 30 that forms the floor of the bathroom 10, the base material 21 that forms the wall of the bathroom 10, and the waterproof to the base material 21. A waterproof structure for a floor portion of the bathroom 10 that waterproofly connects a wall surface of the bathroom 10 including a waterproof sheet 22 that performs the finish and a finishing member 24 that serves as a finishing wall of the bathroom 10, wherein the waterproof pan 30 is waterproof. The peripheral edge rising portion 33 of the pan 30 includes a waterproof sheet bonding surface 36 to which the waterproof sheet 22 is bonded, and a finishing member contact surface 35 to which the finishing member 24 is contacted, The waterproof sheet bonding surface 36 is located on the outer side of the chamber by the thickness of the waterproof sheet 22 from the finishing member contact surface 35. The waterproof sheet 22 is bonded to the waterproof pan 30 and the base material 21 so as to form a substantially flat continuous surface.
[0009]
In such a present invention, the waterproof pan has a waterproof sheet bonding surface to which the waterproof sheet is bonded and a finishing member abutting surface to which the finishing member is abutted at the edge rising portion. A waterproof sheet used for the purpose of preventing water from entering can be stuck on a waterproof pan and a base material so as to form a substantially flat continuous surface without a bent portion.
Therefore, even if the free end of the waterproof sheet that is not adhered to the waterproof pan is pulled away from the outer edge of the waterproof pan and attached to the base material, it is applied without worrying about the damage of the waterproof sheet due to the conventional bent part. It can be attached and the sticking work can be easily performed, and the waterproofing treatment of the bathroom can be improved. Also, since the adhesive surface bonded to the waterproof pan of the waterproof sheet and the adhesive surface bonded to the base material are on the same surface, the adhesive sheet may be formed on one side of the waterproof sheet. The complexity of handling and pasting work can be improved, and the object of the present invention is achieved.
[0010]
Also, Since the waterproof sheet adhesive surface is located on the outer side of the waterproof sheet by the thickness of the waterproof sheet from the finish member contact surface, after attaching the waterproof sheet to the waterproof sheet adhesive surface of the waterproof pan, the finish member is attached to the indoor side surface of the waterproof sheet. When contacted, there is no gap between the finish member and the waterproof pan, and the finish member can be brought into close contact with the finish member contact surface, preventing water from entering the waterproof sheet and improving waterproofness. Can be made. In addition, the lower end of the waterproof sheet is not immersed in water. Therefore, water can be prevented from entering the base material, which leads to an improvement in waterproofness.
[0011]
Further, the waterproof pan 30 is desirably provided with a finishing member support portion 37 on the lower end portion of the finishing member abutting surface 35 on which the lower end of the finishing member 24 can be placed.
In such a configuration, since the finishing member support portion on which the lower end of the finishing member can be placed is provided at the lower end portion of the finishing member contact surface of the waterproof pan, the finishing member support portion loads the finishing member load. The finishing member can be placed on the edge rising portion of the waterproof pan.
[0012]
Furthermore, the waterproof pan 30 is desirably provided with a base material support portion 38 on which the lower end of the base material 21 can be placed at the upper end portion of the waterproof sheet bonding surface 36.
In such a configuration, since the base material support portion on which the lower end of the base material can be placed is provided at the upper end portion of the waterproof sheet bonding surface of the waterproof pan, the base material support portion ensures the load of the base material. In addition, the base material can be placed on the edge rising portion of the waterproof pan, and the waterproof sheet and the base material can be bonded without a gap.
[0013]
Further, it is desirable that the base material support portion 38 is formed to extend horizontally to the outdoor side.
In such a configuration, since the base material support portion is formed to extend horizontally to the outdoor side at the upper end portion of the waterproof sheet bonding surface, the surface of the base material support portion is widened even if the load on the base material is large. By forming, the base material can be firmly supported.
[0014]
Further, it is desirable that a moisture-proof sheet 23 is provided between the base material 21 and the finishing member 24, and a lower end portion of the moisture-proof sheet 23 is bonded to the indoor side of the waterproof sheet 22.
In such a configuration, since the moisture-proof sheet is provided between the base material and the finishing member, it is possible to prevent moisture from flowing between the interior of the bathroom and the base material and to prevent condensation. In addition, since a waterproof sheet and a moisture-proof sheet are provided between the base material and the finish member, moisture such as water droplets and water vapor generated in the bathroom from both the waterproof and moisture-proof surfaces will not adversely affect the wall member. Can be.
