Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a plasma display device known as a thin, lightweight display device having a large screen.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, plasma display devices have attracted attention as display panels (thin display devices) with excellent visibility, and higher definition and larger screens are being promoted.
[0003]
This plasma display device is roughly classified into an AC type and a DC type in terms of driving, and there are two types of discharge types: a surface discharge type and a counter discharge type, but high definition, large screen, and simple manufacturing are possible. Therefore, at present, AC-type and surface-discharge-type plasma display devices are mainly used.
[0004]
In such a plasma display device, a glass-based panel is bonded to a metal holding plate such as aluminum by using a double-sided adhesive made of acrylic, urethane, or silicon material, or heat conduction. A sheet was interposed and fixed (see Patent Document 1).
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 2807672 [0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a plasma display device, the panel and the chassis member should not fall off during transportation or use, and in order to efficiently transfer the heat generated in the panel to the chassis member, the panel and the chassis member. It is necessary to adhere to each other as a whole.
[0007]
On the other hand, in order to recycle when the display breaks down due to some trouble and is discarded, it is necessary to separate the chassis member made of metal and the panel made of glass.
[0008]
However, the panel and chassis member must not fall off during transportation or use, and the heat conduction sheet is more firmly bonded from the viewpoint of thermal efficiency. First, the panel had to be shattered, and the glass pieces had to be removed from the chassis member little by little with scraping or the like. This separation work was very time consuming and laborious.
[0009]
The present invention solves such a problem, and an object thereof is to facilitate separation of a panel and a holding plate.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the plasma display device of the present invention is configured such that the thermally conductive member is formed by arranging a plurality of strip-shaped adhesives having a stretch separation at predetermined intervals, and A spacer for regulating a gap between the panel and the holding plate is arranged in an island shape between the panel and the holding plate between a plurality of rows of strip-shaped adhesives .
