Description
【0001】

[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a screen printing method and a printing apparatus that can reduce the number of trial printings and reduce the loss of printed material and printing paste and the time loss.
[0008]
[Means and Actions for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a first invention is a screen printing method in which a printing paste applied to the surface of a screen printing plate having a predetermined pattern opening is applied from a pattern opening onto a substrate with a squeegee. The liquid which dissolves the printing paste wets the back surface including the pattern opening of the screen printing plate, and starts printing on the substrate before the printing paste dissolving liquid is dried.
[0009]
In the screen printing method according to the first invention, wetting the back surface including a pattern opening of the screen printing plate in the printing paste dissolving liquid, the printing on the substrate before the printing paste dissolving liquid is dried As a result, the priming effect of drawing the printing paste to the pattern opening is exerted, the paste is easily filled into the pattern opening, and the number of trial printings is reduced.
[0010]
In the screen printing method according to the first aspect, the printing paste is supplied to the surface of the screen printing plate before the printing paste dissolving liquid is dried, and the surface of the screen printing plate is covered with the printing paste. In this case, the printing may be left for a predetermined time, and then printing on the printing material may be started. In addition to exerting the priming effect, before the printing paste dissolving liquid dries, the printing paste is supplied to the surface of the screen printing plate, and the surface of the screen printing plate is covered with the printing paste and left for a predetermined time. Therefore, the paste is surely filled in the pattern openings, and the number of trial printings is reduced. In this case, it is preferable that the predetermined time for leaving the surface of the screen printing plate covered with the printing paste is 10 to 120 seconds.
[0011]
Further, the wetting back surface including a pattern opening of the screen printing plate in the printing paste dissolving liquid, the method wetting the back surface including a pattern opening of the screen printing plate member moistened with printing paste dissolving liquid or printing At least one of the methods of wiping the back surface including the pattern opening of the screen printing plate while pressing the cloth-like body containing the paste dissolving liquid for use with the pressing member can be employed. When the back surface including the pattern opening of the printing plate is wetted or wiped, it is preferably performed uniformly.
[0012]
Further, in the screen printing method according to the first invention, before the printing paste dissolving liquid is dried, the printing paste is supplied to the surface of the screen printing plate and the surface of the screen printing plate is covered with the printing paste. The pattern opening may be filled with a printing paste with a squeegee with the back surface of the screen printing plate not in contact with the substrate, and then printing on the substrate may be started. The priming effect is exerted, and before the printing paste dissolving liquid dries, the printing paste is supplied to the surface of the screen printing plate to cover the surface of the screen printing plate with the printing paste, and the surface of the screen printing plate is covered. Since the paste for printing is filled into the pattern openings with the squeegee, the paste is surely filled into the pattern openings, and the number of trial printings is reduced.
[0013]
A screen printing apparatus according to a second invention includes a screen printing plate having a predetermined pattern opening, and a squeegee for applying a printing paste applied to the surface of the screen printing plate on the substrate from the pattern opening. And a liquid applying means for applying a liquid for dissolving the printing paste to the back surface including the pattern opening of the screen printing plate.
[0014]
According to the screen printing apparatus according to the second invention, the screen printing method according to the first invention can be easily implemented.
