田植機の予備苗収容装置として、従来、予備苗載せ台を使用姿勢と格納姿勢とに揺動切り換え自在に予備苗載せ台支柱に取り付け、田植機を移動走行させるとか屋内に収納するなどの場合、予備苗載せ台を格納姿勢に切り換えることにより、予備苗収容装置の走行機体から外側への突出をなくすとか少なくしたり、予備苗収容装置を前方視の障害になりくくしたりできるものがあった。

この種の予備苗収容装置において、従来、予備苗載せ台支柱の苗載せ台支持部と、予備苗載せ台の取付け部とにわたって挿通させた頭付き連結ピンにより、予備苗載せ台を予備苗載せ台支柱に揺動自在に連結し、頭付き連結ピンの先端側に装着したベータピンなどの抜け止め具により、頭付き連結ピンの抜け止めを行うようになっていた。

従来、予備苗載せ台を予備苗載せ台支柱に揺動切り換え自在に取り付けるものにおいて、頭付き連結ピンの他に、この頭付き連結ピンに装着する抜け止め具も単独の部品として準備する必要があった。

予備苗載せ台を、使用姿勢と格納姿勢とに揺動切り換え自在に予備苗載せ台支柱に取り付けてある田植機の予備苗収容装置において、
前記予備苗載せ台支柱の苗載せ台支持部と、前記予備苗載せ台の樹脂製の取付け部とにわたって挿通されて予備苗載せ台を予備苗載せ台支柱に揺動自在に連結する頭付き連結ピンを備え、
この頭付き連結ピンが前記取付け部から抜け外れることを防止するべく頭付き連結ピンの頭部にストッパー作用する樹脂製の抜け止め片部を、この抜け止め片部のストッパー部が前記取付け部のピン孔の延長上に位置する抜け止め姿勢の状態で前記取付け部に一体成型するとともに、前記ストッパー部が前記ピン孔の延長上から外れた抜け止め解除姿勢に弾性変形させ得るように成型してある。

〔作用〕
予備苗載せ台を予備苗載せ台支柱に組み付けるに当たり、抜け止め片部を抜け止め解除姿勢に弾性変形させてそのストッパー部がピン挿入の障害物にならないようにしながら、頭付き連結ピンを予備苗載せ台の取付け部に挿入する。頭付き連結ピンが予備苗載せ台の取付け部と、予備苗載せ台支柱の苗載せ台支持部とにわたって入り込むと、抜け止め片部の弾性変形操作を解除する。すると、抜け止め片部が弾性変形のために有する復元力によって抜け止め姿勢に復元し、ストッパー部によって頭付き連結ピンを予備苗載せ台の取付け部及び予備苗載せ台支柱の苗載せ台支持部から抜け外れにないように抜け止めする。そして、抜け止め片部を予備苗載せ台の樹脂製の取付け部に一体成型してあることにより、頭付き連結ピンを、予備苗載せ台の取付け部との一体部品として得た抜け止め手段としての抜け止め片部によって抜け止めされる状態にして組み付けられる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1及び図2に示すように、左右一対の駆動及び操向操作自在な前車輪1,1と左右一対の駆動自在な後車輪2,2とによって自走し、機体前端部に位置するエンジン及びエンジンボンネット3を有する原動部、この原動部の後方に位置する運転座席4を有する運転部を備えるとともに、前記エンジンボンネット3の両横側に上下複数段の予備苗載せ台11を備える予備苗収容装置10を設けてある自走機体の後部に、油圧式のリフトシリンダ5によって上下に揺動操作自在なリンク機構6を介して昇降操作するように苗植付装置8を連結するとともに、自走機体の後部から回転伝動軸7によって苗植付装置8に動力伝達するように構成してある。自走機体の運転座席4の後側に設けた肥料タンク9a、苗植付装置8の植え付け機体の下部に機体横方向に並べて取り付けてある複数個の接地フロート8aそれぞれに支持させてある作溝器9bなどを有する施肥装置9を備えさせ、もって、施肥装置付き乗用型田植機を構成してある。

すなわち、苗植付装置8を自走機体に対して下降操作し、前記接地フロート8aが圃場の泥面上に接触する作業レベルにして自走機体を走行させる。すると、苗植付装置8の植え付け機体の後部にこの機体横方向に並べて取り付けてある複数個の苗植付機構8bそれぞれが、苗載せ台8cに載置されたマット状苗の下端部から一株分のブロック苗を切断するとともに取り出し、接地フロート8aが整地した後の泥土面に植え付けていく。

図6及び図7に示すように、各予備苗載せ台11・・を成型する際、前後の取付け部13,13それぞれにおける前後の取付け部本体13bそれぞれの内面側に樹脂製の位置決め突起17を一体に成型してある。図5に示すように、予備苗載せ台11を揺動操作して取付け部本体13bが予備苗載せ台支柱12に対して回動するに伴い、位置決め突起17に作用する予備苗載せ台支柱12からの反力が増大すれば位置決め突起17自体と取付け部本体13bとが弾性変形し、位置決め突起17が予備苗載せ台支柱12を乗り越えて予備苗載せ台支柱12の機体横方向での表側と裏側とに移動する。そして、図5に二点鎖線で示すように、予備苗載せ台11が前記下降使用姿勢になった場合には、位置決め突起17が予備苗載せ台支柱12の裏面側に当接して予備苗載せ台11を下降使用姿勢に位置決めする摩擦力を発揮し、予備苗載せ台11が前記上昇格納姿勢になった場合には、図5に点線で示す如く位置決め突起17が予備苗載せ台支柱12の表面側に当接して予備苗載せ台11を上昇格納姿勢に位置決めする摩擦力を発揮する。これにより、予備苗載せ台11を下降使用姿勢に切り換えた場合においても、上昇格納姿勢に切り換えた場合においても、予備苗載せ台支柱12に対してガタ付きにくいように位置決め突起17によって位置決めした状態で各姿勢に保持できる。

すなわち、前側の抜け止め片部18も、後側の抜け止め片部18も、取付け部13を成型する際に一方の取付け部本体13bに一体に成型した合成樹脂製の舌片状体によって作成するとともに、図7に実線で示す如く操作力を加えない自由状態では遊端側のストッパー部18aが取付け部本体13bのピン孔13aの延長線上に位置する抜け止め姿勢になるようにして成型してあり、予備苗載せ台11を予備苗載せ台支柱12に組み付ける際、図6(イ)に示すように、抜け止め片部18を弾性変形させて、ストッパー部18aが取付け部本体13bのピン孔13aの延長線上から横側に外れた抜け止め解除姿勢にすることにより、そのストッパー部18aがピン挿入の障害物にならないようにしながら、頭付き連結ピン14のピン部を予備苗載せ台11の取付け部本体13bに挿入する。頭付き連結ピン14のピン部が予備苗載せ台11の取付け部本体13bと、予備苗載せ台支柱12の苗載せ台支持部12bとにわたって入り込んだ所定の組み付け状態になると、抜け止め片部18の弾性変形操作を解除する。すると、図6(ロ)に示すように、抜け止め片部18が弾性変形のために有していた復元力によって抜け止め姿勢に復元し、ストッパー部18aが取付け部本体13bから抜け出ようとする頭付き連結ピン14の頭部14aにストッパー作用する位置になる。これにより、抜け止め片部18が頭付き連結ピン14の抜け止めを行う。

上段側の予備苗載せ台に係合部を、下段側の予備苗載せ台の遊端側に前記係合部に係脱操作自在な係止部をそれぞれ設け、上段側の予備苗載せ台及び下段側の予備苗載せ台が前記上昇格納姿勢に在る状態で、前記係合部と前記係止部とを係合操作できるように、かつ、前記係合部と前記係止部とが係合した状態で、下段側の予備苗載せ台が予備苗載せ台支柱との連結点を反力点として上段側の予備苗載せ台を上昇格納姿勢に突っ張り支持するように構成し、
前記係止部を、予備苗載せ台の苗載置部の貫通孔より予備苗載せ台遊端側に、かつ、前記係合部を、前記係止部より予備苗載せ台基端側にそれぞれ配置してある田植機の予備苗貯留装置。
