Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fishing bag that accommodates a fishing tackle, and more particularly to a fishing bag that is suitable for preventing damage to the accommodated fishing tackle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an angler accommodates fishing equipment in a fishing bag and carries it at a fishing spot.
And as a fishing bag which accommodates this kind of fishing gear, what formed the woven fabric which consists of synthetic fibers in the shape of a bag is used, for example.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, there are many fishing gears contained in fishing bags that are relatively easily damaged, such as reels and rods. If it is allowed to collide with the ground, the contained fishing tackle may be damaged.
[0004]
In addition, when hitting a corner of a rocky place, the woven fabric constituting the bag may be scratched or torn, which may damage the bag's confidence.
[0005]
On the other hand, if the bag is formed more firmly than necessary to prevent damage to the fishing tackle and damage of the bag, deformation of the bag becomes difficult, so the impact at the time of collision is difficult to be mitigated. On the other hand, it is also possible to damage the bag and the fishing gear.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fishing bag with less risk of damage to the contained fishing tackle and the bag.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that the above problems can be solved by the following means, and have completed the present invention.
That is, in order to solve the above-described problems, a fishing bag according to the present invention includes a rod back body provided with a reel accommodating portion so that a fishing rod can be accommodated with a reel mounted. A bag member in which a thin member is partially formed by pressing a surface material resistant to wear in a laminated state so that the surface material becomes the surface and covers the reel housing portion Provided in the main body, the reel accommodating portion is formed with a bulging portion bulging outward, and a gap is formed between the skin member and the inner cloth member in the bulging portion. It is characterized by.
[0008]
In the fishing bag having the above-described configuration, when a portion provided with the skin member collides with a rock or a wall, the impact due to the collision causes foaming of a portion other than the thin portion (hereinafter sometimes referred to as a thick portion). Due to the excellent elasticity of the material, the impact is absorbed and relaxed.
Although the foam material is excellent in elasticity, it is weak against abrasion. However, the skin member is provided on the bag body so that the surface material that is more resistant to wear than the foam material is on the surface. Even if the member collides with a rock, a wall or the like, the possibility of the skin member being worn is reduced.
Furthermore, the foam material and the surface material are firmly bonded to each other by being pressed, and the foam material and the surface material are prevented from being peeled off, and the skin member is easily bent by forming a thin portion. Thus, even when the skin member receives a large impact due to a collision, the skin member is deformed while absorbing the impact, so that the impact is prevented from acting locally on the bag body. The impact acting on the housed fishing gear is also alleviated.
In the present invention, being strong against wear means that the wear strength is high, and this wear strength is measured by the JIS L1096 C method.
[0009]
In the fishing bag according to the present invention, the foam material and the surface material are provided with a thermoplastic resin that can be thermally welded to each other, and further, the press is used as a hot press so that they are bonded to each other by thermal welding. Is preferred.
By adopting such a configuration, the foam material and the surface material are bonded more firmly by welding, further preventing the mutual peeling and further preventing the bag itself from being damaged.
[0010]
In particular, the thermoplastic resin provided in the foam material is selected from an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and a cellulose acetate resin and comprises at least one kind, and the thermoplastic resin provided in the surface material is a vinyl chloride resin. And at least one selected from acetal resins.
Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and cellulose acetate resin are extremely excellent in elasticity, while vinyl chloride resin and acetal resin are resistant to abrasion and easily welded to ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and vinyl acetate resin and peel off. Since it is difficult, the fishing bag having such a configuration further reduces the possibility of damage to the fishing tackle accommodated and damage to the bag itself.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a fishing bag will be described as an example of a fishing bag with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the kite bag according to the present embodiment includes a kite bag body 1 that can accommodate a plurality of fishing rods with reels attached together with the reels.
[0012]
The bag bag body 1 is formed in a substantially rectangular tube shape by a flexible cloth body, and a shoulder belt 2 and a handle 3 for carrying are attached to one surface (see FIG. 2). Then, the one surface to which the shoulder belt is attached becomes a back contact surface 4 where a part of the shoulder belt 2 comes into contact with the back when the shoulder belt 2 is hung on the shoulder.
The cloth body is a waterproof outer cloth member made of a synthetic resin on the surface of the bag body 1 and an inner cloth member 36 provided on the inner peripheral side of the outer cloth member and woven with a plain weave of Tetron yarn (see FIG. 4)).
[0013]
A slide fastener 11 is attached to the boundary between the back surface 5 (the surface opposite to the back contact surface 4) and one of the side surfaces along the boundary. And the fishing rod can be accommodated or removed laterally (substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the fishing rod).
[0014]
Further, a bottom cap 7 made of synthetic resin for preventing the stored fishing rod from coming out from the bottom is fitted into the bottom portion of the rod bag body 1 and is sewn in a fitted state.
Further, a reel housing portion 8 is provided at the lower portion of the rod bag body 1 so that the fishing rod can be housed in a state where the reel is mounted. It has been.
In addition, the lateral width (distance from the back contact surface 4 to the back surface 5) of the side surface of the reel housing portion 8 is wider than the side surface of the other portion due to the protrusion of the back surface 5.
Further, a bulging portion 9 bulging outward is provided on the side surface of the reel accommodating portion 8 in order to increase the accommodating volume of the reel accommodating portion 8.
[0015]
Instead of the outer fabric member, the reel housing portion 8 is provided with a thick skin member 30 having a shape retaining property better than that of the outer fabric member so as to cover the entire area of the reel housing portion 8.
This skin member 30 is a partially laminated structure in which a foamed material 32 made of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and a surface material 31 made of an unfoamed vinyl chloride resin and thinner than the foamed material 32 are laminated. In the hot-pressed portion, the foamed material 32 and the surface material 31 are pressure-bonded and sufficiently welded by heat to be firmly bonded.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the hot press is pressed such that the concave portion is formed on the surface material 31 side and the concave portion extends to the foam material 32, and the surface material 31 is uneven.
[0016]
And the part in which the recessed part was formed becomes the thin part 10 formed thinner than another part, and another part turns into the thick part 12. FIG.
Since the thin portion 10 is thinner than the thick portion 12 and is formed in a continuous linear shape as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the skin member 30 extends along the thin portion. Bending is easy, and this bending can be deformed so as to reduce local impact.
Moreover, since the thick part 12 is not pressed, the foam material 32 has sufficient elasticity and has a structure with high shock absorption.
Therefore, the reel accommodated in the reel accommodating portion 8 by the skin member 30 is sufficiently protected from the impact caused by the collision.
[0017]
The skin member 30 is formed in a thickness having a shape retaining property in which the shape of the bag body 1 (reel accommodating portion 8) is not deformed even in the thin portion 10 even in a natural state (a state where no force is applied). As shown in FIG. 4, the bag body 1 is provided in a broken ring shape in a state of being continuous with a plurality of surfaces (back contact surface 4 and both side surfaces).
Therefore, in a natural state, the possibility that both side surfaces approach each other is prevented, and the space of the reel accommodating portion 8 is maintained.
In addition, the both side surfaces are formed in a bulged state on the outer surface side and maintained in the bulged state, and the bulged portion 9 is formed and maintained.
Therefore, the accommodation space of the reel accommodating portion 8 can be further maintained.
In the bulging portion 9, as shown in FIG. 4, the skin member 30 and the inner cloth member 36 are slightly separated, and a gap 37 is formed between the skin member 30 and the inner cloth member 36. Yes.
[0018]
Further, on the side surface, the thin portion 10 is provided in a multiple manner so as to surround the top portion 9a in an annular shape, like a moat surrounding the top portion 9a of the bulging portion 9.
[0019]
Since the bag according to this embodiment is configured as described above, it has the following advantages.
For example, in the above embodiment, the skin member 30 is pressed so that the recess is formed on the surface material 31 side thinner than the foam material 32 and the recess extends to the foam material 32. 31 and the foam material 32 are bonded in a state where the projections and recesses are engaged with each other, and the contact area between the surface material 31 and the foam material 32 is increased, so that the mutual peeling is sufficiently prevented.
In addition, irregularities are formed on the surface material 31 that becomes the surface of the bag body. For example, when the bag is placed on an uneven surface (for example, a yard), the unevenness of the surface material 31 of the bag and the ground surface. As a result, the bag is stabilized and the bag is stabilized.
Therefore, the possibility that the bag will inadvertently fall into the sea or the like is reduced.
[0020]
Further, since the reel accommodating portion 8 is provided with the bulging portion 9 bulging outward, the size of the reel that can be accommodated and the number of reels that can be accommodated can be increased.
Furthermore, since the thin portion 10 is provided in a multiple manner so as to surround the top portion 9a of the bulging portion 9 in an annular shape, it has an advantage that the bulging portion 9 can be easily depressed as required. Accordingly, the presence of the bulging portion 9 reduces the possibility that the bag will become an obstacle.
In addition, since the gap 37 is provided between the skin member 30 and the inner cloth member 36 in the bulging portion 9, the bulging portion 9 collides with a rock, a wall, or the like in the state where the reel is accommodated. Even if the outer cloth member is absorbed, the outer cloth member sinks into the gap 37 while absorbing the shock, and the inner cloth member 36 and the container (for example, the reel) inside the inner cloth member 36 are hard to be shocked and the container may be damaged. Also decreases.
[0021]
In addition, although the kite bag of this embodiment was comprised as mentioned above, the fishing bag concerning this invention is not limited to the said structure, A design change is possible suitably.
For example, in the present embodiment, the surface material 31 is made of an unfoamed resin, but the surface material 31 of the fishing bag of the present invention is not limited to an unfoamed material and is lower than the foam material 32. What is necessary is just a foaming thing (a thing with less foaming amount than the said foaming material 32).
[0022]
Furthermore, although the thick part 12 is normally formed by not pressing partially, in this invention, the case where it forms by reducing press amount rather than a thin part may be sufficient.
[0023]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the bag was demonstrated, even if it is a fishing bag which accommodates a fishing accessory, a mechanism, etc., it is in the range which this invention intends.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the fishing bag according to the present invention, even if the portion provided with the leather member collides with rocks or the like, the shock is absorbed and relaxed by the foam material, and the thin portion is formed by the press. As a result, the skin member is deformed while absorbing the impact, so that the impact acting on the accommodated fishing tackle is mitigated, and the risk of damage to the fishing tackle is reduced.
In addition, the possibility that the skin member is worn by the surface material is reduced, and since the foam material and the surface material are pressed, the possibility of peeling from each other is prevented and a thin portion is formed by pressing. As a result, the skin member is deformed while absorbing the impact, so that it is possible to prevent the impact from acting locally on the bag body and to reduce the possibility of damaging the bag.
