Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a portable gum container that mainly contains granular or chip-like gum in a bare state and is used for dispensing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, containers for storing and using granular or chip-like gum in bare form are often not provided with paper (hereinafter referred to as discarded paper) for wrapping and discarding the chewed gum. It was very inconvenient to throw away the finished gum.
Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-22967 discloses a gum package attached with discarded paper such as silver paper that can be wrapped and discarded after chewing. What is disclosed in this publication is that when one or more discarded papers are laminated and pasted on an outer surface of a package enclosing gum to be peeled off by an adhesive with weak adhesive force, and the gum is discarded. Is designed to be used by peeling the discarded paper one by one.
Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 9-202370 discloses a packaging method in which discarded paper is attached to an outer case containing gum, and a package in which a plurality of discarded papers are stacked and sealed like tissue paper is enclosed in the outer case. Wraps waste paper with perforations formed at predetermined intervals and an adhesive layer on the inner surface around the outer case, or forms waste paper that is folded in half and laminated and stuck on the outer case It adheres to the recessed part.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if multiple sheets of gummed paper are stuck on the outer surface of the package or outer case as described above, the appearance of the package or outer case itself is damaged, and the seal is processed with an adhesive. Therefore, there is a problem that the cost becomes high. Further, when a separate pack for discarded paper is provided, the cost is further increased, which is not preferable.
In addition, it is also possible to bundle a plurality of discarded papers without bundling them, but in this case, it is troublesome to remove the bundling at the time of use, and this bundling thing becomes garbage There is.
Therefore, the present invention aims at obtaining a gum container with paper that can be disposed of waste paper at a low cost without impairing the appearance of the container in a gum container that contains gum as it is naked. is there.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following paper-attached gum container. That is, A container body having a storage portion for storing contents such as gum and a storage portion for storing contents such as paper is a gum container with paper formed by resin molding, and the bottom surface of the storage portion is By having a slope shape that rises toward the take-out port for taking out the contents such as the paper, the uppermost layer of paper stored in the storage unit is slid with the finger or the like toward the take-out port and the take-out is taken out. It is configured to be removable from the exit It is a gum container with paper. And A cover body that covers the storage section is formed in the storage section that stores the contents such as paper, and the contents such as paper can be slid and moved toward the outlet with a finger or the like on the cover body. It is characterized by the formation of an aperture part consisting of holes. In addition, a plurality of sheets of paper stored in the storage unit are connected in series through the cutting unit. Further, a notch portion is formed at the paper outlet of the storage portion, and an easy take-out means is formed at the paper outlet of the storage portion. A stopper that prevents paper other than the uppermost paper from being taken out is formed at the paper outlet of the storage unit. The paper stored in the storage unit may be processed paper with lubricity.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on examples shown in the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a configuration of a storage unit that stores discarded paper of a gum container with paper, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a configuration of a storage unit that similarly stores gum. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a gum container storing discarded paper, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state in which the gum is shaken out of the storage unit.
FIGS. 5A and 5B are a perspective view and a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the discarded paper is taken out from the storage unit, and FIGS. 6A and 6B are cut off the discarded paper taken out from the storage unit. It is the perspective view and sectional drawing which show a mode.
7 to 21 are views showing another embodiment of the gum container with paper.
[0006]
First, the gum container with paper (A) shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, this gum container with paper (A) has a storage part (10) for storing discarded paper that is wrapped around the gum and a granular or chip-shaped gum as it is. A container body (1) having a portion (30), a cover body (2) covering the storage portion (10) in which discarded paper is stored, and a lid body covering the storage portion (30) in which gum is stored (3).
Note that the shape of the gum container is not limited to the illustrated rectangular parallelepiped shape, and may be arbitrarily changed in design.
[0007]
In the container body (1) of the gum container with paper (A), the storage unit (10) for storing the discarded paper (5) will be described first. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the container body (1) The bottom surface (11) of the storage portion (10) of the paper is gradually raised at the take-out port (m) side of the discarded paper (5), that is, the bottom surface (11) rises toward the take-out port (m). It is formed in a slope shape, and a substantially arc-shaped notch (13) is formed in the approximate center of the side wall (12) on the outlet (m) side.
In addition, although the bottom face (11) shown in the figure is a slope that draws a curve, it is not limited to this, so long as the outlet (m) side of the discarded paper (5) is formed so as to be gradually higher. A linear slope may be used.
[0008]
A rib (14) protrudes in the width direction of the container on the opposite side of the outlet (m), but this rib (14) is provided by the length of the discarded paper (5). If the length of (5) is configured to be substantially the same as the long side of the container body (1), this is unnecessary.
Moreover, the convex part (15) which is a fitting means at the time of fitting the cover body (2) is provided in the side wall outer periphery of the accommodating part (10).
[0009]
Next, the cover body (2) that covers the storage section (10) will be described. The discarded paper (5) is disposed near the outlet (m) side of the top plate (20) of the cover body (2). A wide slot (23) is exposed, and the gap between the upper edge of the outlet (m) side wall (22) and the top plate (20) of the cover body (2) is formed. A gap (24) through which the paper can pass is formed. A substantially arc-shaped notch (25) similar to that described above is formed at substantially the center of the upper edge of the side wall (22) on the outlet (m) side.
Moreover, the recessed part (26) is provided in the inner periphery of the side wall of the cover body (2), and when the above-mentioned convex part (15) fits into the recessed part (26), the cover body (2) is a container. It is adapted to be fitted to the main body (1).
The slot (23), the top plate (20) forming the gap (24), and the side walls (12) (22) constitute the outlet (m) for the discarded paper (5) as shown. Is done.
[0010]
Here, it is exposed from the long hole (23) that the notches (13) and (25) having substantially the same shape are provided on the side walls (12) and (22) on the outlet (m) side of the discarded paper (5). In order to prevent the finger from interfering with the side walls (12) and (22) when removing the discarded paper (5) while sliding with a finger or the like, the operability of taking out the discarded paper (5) is improved. It is for making it good and making it easy to take out discarded paper (5). Therefore, it is desirable to provide the notches (13) and (25). Further, when at least the inner upper edge of the side wall (12) of the side walls (12) and (22) is formed in a substantially arc shape in a sectional side view or is cut obliquely, the easy take-out means is formed. Further, it is preferable that the finger does not interfere and the discarded paper (5) can be taken out smoothly.
[0011]
Further, the side wall (12) allows only the uppermost layer paper to be taken out when the discarded paper (5) is taken out, that is, the waste paper (5) other than the uppermost layer is left in the storage portion (10). The discarded paper (5) other than the uppermost layer hits the side wall (12) and is suppressed so that only the uppermost paper is pushed out.
In addition, the illustrated cover body (2) is formed in substantially the same shape as the container body (1) and is configured to cover substantially the entire surface including the storage portion (10). As shown, according to the size of the discarded paper (5), only a part thereof may be covered.
[0012]
As shown in the drawing, the discarded paper (5) stored in the storage unit (10) is formed by alternately folding long and narrow paper, and the folded creased portion has a perforation. The notch | incision (6) is made and the cutout part (7) is formed.
In other words, the discarded paper (5) is formed in a so-called bellows shape that is connected in series through the cutout portion (7), and can be easily separated one by one from the cutout portion (7). It has become so.
Therefore, when loading the discarded paper (5) into the storage section (10), it is much easier to load and continuous than when bundled and loaded one by one. So the paper doesn't come apart after storage.
[0013]
In addition, it is easy to fold in a bellows shape with a machine, etc., and the number of sheets is automatically determined to be, for example, eight, nine, etc., so the quantity is easy to manage and it is easy to bundle, so no sealing with an adhesive is required Thus, the cost is low.
In addition, the size, material, etc. of the discarded paper (5) are not particularly limited, so long as it can be wrapped and thrown away after being chewed, it is thin paper, processed with lubricity. Any material such as paper, paraffin paper, silver paper, synthetic paper, and film may be used.
[0014]
As an example of thin paper, the basis weight is 50 g / m. 2 Examples include high-quality paper and pure white paper. Moreover, as an example of the processed paper provided with lubricity, the basis weight is 30 g / m. 2 On at least one side of a pure white paper of about grade, press coat, coat with lubricant such as wax, silicon, overprint varnish, laminate with film of polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, vinyl chloride, etc., emulsion coating with polyethylene resin And processed paper to which lubricity is imparted.
In particular, when the discarded paper (5) is a processed paper imparted with lubricity, it is preferable that the discarded paper (5) becomes slippery and easily taken out when the discarded paper (5) is pushed out with a finger.
[0015]
In addition, when loading the discarded paper (5) into the storage section (10), the outlet side (m) where nothing is connected is provided so that the first uppermost sheet can be slid out as it is. ) Load toward the side. When the discarded paper (5) is a processed paper having lubricity only on one side, the surface to which the lubricity is imparted becomes the upper surface of the uppermost paper in the storage unit (10). It is preferable to load.
Moreover, since a plurality of granulated gums may be chewed together, the number of papers may be less than the number of granulated gums.
[0016]
Next, the accommodating part (30) in which many granular gums (8) which are the contents are accommodated is demonstrated.
This accommodating part (30) should just have the space which can accommodate many (for example, 40) granulated gum (8), and what is shown in FIG. 2 is the boss | hub (16) provided in four corners, and a lid | cover The lid (3) is fitted to the container main body (1) by fitting with the bosses (31) provided at the four corners of the body (3), but is particularly limited to this. Instead of this, as described above, the outer periphery of the side wall of the housing portion (30) and the inner periphery of the side wall of the lid (3) may be fitted by concavity and convexity.
Moreover, although the thing of illustration shows that the outlet (M) for sprinkling a granule gum (8) is provided in the side wall of the one short side of an accommodating part (30), this is also specifically limited. Instead, it may be provided anywhere as long as the content of the granulated gum (8) can be shaken out satisfactorily.
[0017]
Further, a cap (17) covering the swing outlet (M) is provided on the container main body (1) via a hinge portion, and as shown in FIG. 4, protrusions (18) provided on both sides of the cap (17). However, the swing outlet (M) is closed by being locked to the side wall of the accommodating portion (30). And, at the upper end of the cap (17), when the lid (3) is fitted to the container body (1), a latching portion (19) projecting from the upper surface of the lid (3) is projected, The cap (17) can be easily opened and closed with a finger or the like, but the shape and the locking method of the cap (17) are not limited to those shown in the figure, and the swing outlet (M) can be closed and one hand can be closed. As long as it can be opened and closed, the cap may have any structure, and the design may be arbitrarily changed.
[0018]
In addition, the side wall on one short side of the lid (3) is provided with a notch (32) having substantially the same width as the cap (17). This is for preventing the outlet (M) from being blocked when fitted to 1), and may not be provided depending on the shape of the outlet (M).
Moreover, the internal shape of the accommodating part (30) which accommodates granule gum (8) is not limited to what was illustrated, and the rib for regulating the amount by which granule gum (8) is shaken out is provided. For example, the design may be changed arbitrarily.
[0019]
Next, how the discarded paper (5) is taken out from the gum container with paper (A) will be described with reference to FIGS.
When discarding the chewed gum, first, as shown in FIG. 5, the uppermost paper (5a) exposed from the long hole (23) of the cover body (2), that is, the uppermost paper (5a) is fingered. The paper (5a) is pushed out from the gap (24) formed between the top plate (20) and the side wall (22) of the cover body (2) while being slid and moved toward the take-out port (m). At this time, the bottom surface (11) of the storage portion (10) is formed in a slope shape so that the outlet (m) side is high, and the inner upper edge of the side wall (12) is substantially arc-shaped in a side sectional view. At the same time, since the side wall (12) serves as a stopper for the remaining discarded paper (5), only the uppermost paper (5a) is smoothly taken out from the outlet (m).
[0020]
Then, as shown in FIG. 6, when the paper (5a) can be pulled out until the cutout (7) reaches the side wall (12) (22) on the outlet (m) side, the top of the side wall (12) (22) Using the edge, the paper (5a) is cut along the cut (6) of the cutout (7).
At this time, the next paper (5b) remains in a half-folded state, but there is no problem because the cover body (2) is restrained from above, and the discarded paper (5) is bellows. Therefore, it is easy to extrude one after another, and if such an extruding operation is repeated, the last paper can be easily taken out.
[0021]
Now, the paper-attached gum container (A) according to the present invention is as described above. Next, another embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 to 21 will be described. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the thing equivalent to the above-mentioned, and description is abbreviate | omitted.
The gum container with paper (B) shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 is obtained by changing the shape of the cover body (2), and the cover body (2) is formed slightly larger than the storage portion (10), Both sides of the body (2) opposite to the outlet (m) are cut substantially half so that a tongue piece (27) is formed at the center, and a boss ( 28). In this case, an upper surface (41) is formed on the side opposite to the outlet (m) of the container body (1), and a tongue piece (27) is formed at the center of the upper surface (41) near the storage portion (10). Is provided with a step part (42) into which a part of the tongue part (42) is fitted, and a hole part (43) into which the boss (28) of the tongue piece (27) is fitted in the center of the step part (42).
[0022]
Thus, the cover body (2) is attached to the container body (1) by fitting the concave portion (26) and the convex portion (15) and fitting the boss (28) and the hole portion (43) as described above. It is inserted. The depth of the stepped portion (42) is preferably substantially the same as the thickness of the tongue piece (27). When the tongue piece (27) is fitted to the stepped portion (42), the cover body (2 It is desirable that the upper surface (21) of the) be flush with the upper surface (41) of the container body (1) so as not to impair the appearance. Moreover, it is not necessary to provide a convex part (15) in the side wall of the container main body (1) facing the notch part (29) formed in the cover body (2).
Further, in relation to this embodiment, as in the gum container with paper (C) shown in FIG. 9, one side of the cover body (2) is connected to the container body (1) via the hinge part (40). It may be provided and configured.
[0023]
Further, the gum container with paper (D) shown in FIG. 10 is also a modified shape of the cover body (2), and the side wall (22) on the outlet (m) side of the cover body (2) is eliminated, The size of the cover body (2) is configured to be approximately the same as the size of the storage portion (10). In the case of the gum container with paper (D), the cover body (2) can be slid from the outlet (m) side and fitted to the container body (1).
In connection with this embodiment, like the gum container with paper (E) shown in FIG. 11, one side of the cover body (2) is connected to the container body (1) via the hinge part (40). It may be provided and configured.
[0024]
On the other hand, the gum container with paper (F) shown in FIG. 12 is obtained by forming the cover body (2) into a frame shape. After the gum is accommodated in the container body (1), the lid body (3) is described above. After the boss is fitted and the like, and the discarded paper (5) is stored in the storage portion (10) formed in the container body (1), the storage portion is stored by the frame-shaped cover body (2). (10) is coated. In this cover body (2), bosses (28) provided on the lower surface of the four corners are formed on the upper surface of the four corners of the step portion (42) formed around the storage portion (10) of the container body (1). It fits into the hole (43). In this case as well, it is desirable that the depth of the stepped portion (42) is substantially the same as the thickness of the cover body (2). When the cover body (2) is fitted to the stepped portion (42), the cover It is desirable that the upper surface (21) of the body (2) is flush with the upper surface (41) of the container body (1) so as not to impair the appearance.
[0025]
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 13, it is desirable to form both sides (33) of the cover body (2) so as to cover the periphery of the discarded paper (5) very slightly. A substantially semicircular arc shaped holding part (34) bent inward is formed on the outlet (m) side, and approximately 1 is formed on the inner side of the two corners opposite to the outlet (m). It is desirable to form a / 4 arc-shaped restraining part (35) so that the discarded paper (5) accommodated can be favorably restrained.
Further, as another embodiment of the frame-shaped cover body (2), a cover body as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15 may be used, and the cover body (2) shown in FIG. 14 has both sides on the outlet (m) side. A substantially triangular holding part (36) is formed in the part (33), and a substantially triangular holding part (35) is formed on the inner side of the two corners opposite to the outlet (m). And the cover body (2) shown in FIG. 15 is formed in the rectangular shape long in a container width direction.
In any case, the shape of the frame-shaped cover body (2) may be any shape as long as the discarded paper (5) stored in the storage section (10) can be suitably suppressed.
[0026]
Furthermore, the gum container with paper (G) shown in FIG. 16 and FIG. 17 is provided with a cap (17) on the frame-like cover body (2) via a hinge portion, and is stored in the container body (1). A portion (10) is provided, and a gum outlet (M) is provided on the upper surface of the container body in the vicinity of the storage portion (10).
This cover body (2) is also fitted to the container body (1) by fitting the boss (28) and the hole (43) in the same manner as described above, and the outlet (M) of the container body (1) Is drilled on the same plane as the stepped portion (42). Further, a rib (44) is formed on the upper portion of the side wall (12) in the vicinity of the swing outlet (M), and the protrusion (18) formed on the inner surface of the cap (17) is locked to the rib (44). Thus, the outlet (M) is closed. In addition, this cover body (2) has holding parts (36) on both side parts (33) on the outlet (m) side, and holding parts on the inner side of the two corners opposite to the outlet (m). (35) is formed, and a substantially semicircular arc shaped restraining part (37) is formed on both side parts (33) between the restraining part (36) and the restraining part (35).
[0027]
Moreover, the gum container with paper (H) shown in FIG. 18 sets the tray (4) used as a storage part (10) in a container main body (1), and uses the cover body (2) which also serves as a cover body as a container main body. The tray (4) is set by mounting both sides (45) on the upper surface of the side wall (12) of the container body (1).
The cover body (2) of the gum container with paper (H) is provided with an opening portion (39) equivalent to the above-mentioned long hole (23), and the periphery of the opening portion (39) has the above-mentioned periphery. The same holding part (36) and holding part (37) are formed, and a substantially semicircular arc shaped holding part (38) is formed at the center opposite to the outlet (m). In addition, the container body (1) is provided with a cap (17) via a hinge portion.
[0028]
In addition, the paper-attached gum container (J) shown in FIG. 19 mounts a tray (9) having a storage part (10) and a swing outlet (M) in the container body (1), and also serves as a lid. The cover body (2) is fitted to the container body (1), and this tray (9) has a rib-like support portion (46) for holding the storage portion (10) at an appropriate height. ) Is suspended.
The cover body (2) of the gum container with paper (J) is provided with a cap (17) via a hinge portion, and an opening portion (39) similar to that described above is formed. Then, the same restraining portion (36), restraining portion (37), and restraining portion (38) as those described above are formed at the periphery of the opening portion (39).
[0029]
Moreover, like the gum container with paper (K) shown in FIG. 20, the partition part (47) is provided inside the container body (1), the gum accommodating part (30) is disposed on one side, and the discarded paper (5) is disposed on the other side. 21), and a cover body (2) that also serves as a lid with a cap (17) is fitted into the container body (1), or the paper shown in FIG. A container (30) and a container (10) are provided on opposite surfaces of the container body (1) as in the gummed container (L), and the container (30) is covered with a cap (17). The body (3) may be configured by fitting the cover body (2) to the storage part (10).
A long hole (23) is formed in the cover body (2) shown in FIGS.
[0030]
As described above, in any case, in the present invention, in the gum container in which the gum is accommodated naked, the waste paper that can throw away the chewed gum is attached at a low cost without impairing the appearance of the container. In addition, a plurality of discarded papers are arranged in series through a cutout portion, and are configured in a so-called bellows shape. It is characterized in that it is formed.
Therefore, as long as it is configured so that the discarded paper can be suitably taken out, the design of the position of the take-out port and the like may be arbitrarily changed. There is no problem even if it is provided. When the outlet is provided at such a position, when the cover body is fitted to the container body, the cover body can be assembled by fitting the bosses provided at the four corners similarly to the lid body.
The container body (1), the cover body (2), the lid body (3), and the trays (4) and (9) are molded into a predetermined shape using a thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, or polystyrene. It is obtained.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, A container body having a storage portion for storing contents such as gum and a storage portion for storing contents such as paper is a gum container with paper formed by resin molding, and the bottom surface of the storage portion is By having a slope shape that rises toward the take-out port for taking out the contents such as the paper, the uppermost layer of paper stored in the storage unit is slid with the finger or the like toward the take-out port and the take-out is taken out. Configured to be removable from the exit Therefore, it can be stored without sticking paper, the cost can be reduced, and the appearance of the container is not impaired. Further, since the bottom surface of the storage portion is formed in a slope shape that becomes higher toward the paper outlet, the paper can be easily and continuously taken out one by one with a finger or the like. In addition, since the paper is connected continuously through the cutting part, it is easy to separate, and it is not scattered when loaded into the storage part. It is easy to manage and does not need to be sealed.
[0032]
Also, A cover body that covers the storage section is formed in the storage section that stores the contents such as paper, and the contents such as paper can be slid and moved toward the outlet with a finger or the like on the cover body. Forming an opening made of holes, and If a notch is formed at the paper outlet and an easy take-out means is formed at the outlet, the paper can be taken out more smoothly and with a good feeling of operation. If a stopper is formed so that paper other than the uppermost layer paper is not taken out at the paper outlet, only the uppermost layer paper can be suitably taken out when taking out the paper, and the usability is very good. . In particular, when the paper is a processed paper imparted with lubricity, the slipperiness of the paper is improved and the paper can be easily taken out, and the usability is further improved.
[0033]
Therefore, the paper removal operation for discarding the gum can be done very easily with one hand, and the operation feeling of shaking out the granular or chip-like gum as the contents is very good, and it is excellent in portability and usability. A sticky gum container is obtained.
In addition, it is possible to understand how to take them out at a glance, and since the structure for taking them out is novel, consumers can be motivated to purchase.
