Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is for the work of rehabilitating an existing miscellaneous drainage pipe including a standing main pipe disposed in a building such as an apartment house and a plurality of side branch pipes branched from the standing main pipe through joints. A rehabilitation apparatus is used, and relates to a connecting jig for connecting the rehabilitation apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a rehabilitation method related to this kind of miscellaneous drainage pipe, for example, a method of relining the inner surface of a pipe disclosed in JP-A-11-156272 is known as a conventional example.
[0003]
This conventional technique uses a brush-like rotary applicator that moves while rotating inside a pipe, and uses a lining agent supply hose that moves together with the rotary applicator. Insert the pipe from one end to the other end of the pipe to be removed, pull out the supply hose while discharging the lining agent from the supply hose, and apply and apply the lining agent discharged with the brush of the rotating rotary applicator sequentially to the inner surface of the pipe. After the coating, a ball called a pig having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the tube is blown and rolled from one end to the inner surface of the tube by air, and the previously applied lining agent is stretched to flatten the surface, and a predetermined amount is applied to the inner surface of the tube. A thick coating film is formed.
[0004]
Also, a ball called a pig is connected and dragged behind the rotary applicator. Immediately after applying the lining agent with the rotary applicator, the surface is flattened by stretching the applied lining agent with the ball, and the inner surface of the tube. A coating film having a predetermined thickness is formed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the rehabilitation method of the conventional example, the drain pipe to be lined is a side branch pipe branched from the standing main pipe, for example, a drain pipe from a bathtub or a drain pipe from a unit bathroom. Because of the existence of a drain trap called the trap type, the equipment for rehabilitation work cannot be connected unless the drain trap is removed, so that the work for rehabilitation such as internal cleaning process or lining process cannot be performed. There is a problem that it is substantially difficult to rehabilitate these drain pipes (lateral branch pipes).
[0006]
Therefore, in the conventional example, even if there is a drain trap, the rehabilitation device is connected so that rehabilitation work such as the internal cleaning process and lining process can be performed, and all the side branch pipes can be rehabilitated. Have problems that must be solved.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As specific means for solving the problems of the conventional example, the present invention includes a standing main pipe piped in a building, a plurality of side branch pipes branched from the standing main pipe through joints, and the side branch pipes. A miscellaneous trap consisting of a cylindrical drainage port that rises from the center of the bottom of the main body that is connected to the container, and a trap-type drainage trap that has an overhanging part that supports the eye plate inside the upper edge of the main body. A rehabilitation device is connected to rehabilitate the drainage pipe, and a small-diameter portion that is inserted into the trap-type drainage port connected to the lateral branch pipe of the miscellaneous drainage pipe is provided on the lower end side. And a flange member having a tubular member for coupling provided with a threaded portion on the upper end side, and a wing portion which can be freely combined with the tubular member and the threaded portion via the threaded portion and engages with the lower surface of the trap-type overhanging portion. from now, the tubular member in a state where the engaged deeply threaded into the flange member and Insert the protruding portion into the main body portion, insert the small diameter portion of the cylindrical member into the drainage port, rotate the cylindrical member to raise the flange portion, and lower the wing portion to the lower surface of the protruding portion A jig for connecting a rehabilitation apparatus to a drain trap of a miscellaneous drain pipe, characterized by being attached in contact with the water.
[0008]
Moreover, in the connection jig of the rehabilitation apparatus to the drain trap of the miscellaneous drain pipe according to the present invention, the threaded portion formed on the upper end side of the cylindrical member is formed up to the middle , An additional requirement is that the rehabilitation device is connected via a working tube.
[0009]
In the present invention, by using a connecting member that is a cylindrical member that is coupled to the drain port of the drain trap and a flange member that supports the coupling of the cylindrical member and engages with the edge of the drain trap. Therefore, rehabilitation work of miscellaneous drainage pipes including horizontal branch pipes can be performed without removing drain traps.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. FIG. 1 schematically shows the situation of some miscellaneous drainage pipes in an apartment house such as a condominium. The miscellaneous drainage pipe 1 has a standing main pipe 2 including an extended vent pipe, which is underground from the top floor. A horizontal main pipe 3 is piped at the lower end portion for external drainage. Then, for each individual house on each floor with respect to the standing main pipe 2, or for each coupled vent connection section (not shown), there is a side branch pipe 5 or a vent pipe branched through a joint portion 4 such as a TY joint. It is piped.
[0011]
In each individual house, a bathtub 6 in the bathroom is connected to the branched side branch pipe 5 through a drain trap 7, and a waterproof pan 9 and a wash basin 10 of the washing machine 8 are connected to the branch pipe 5a and drainage, respectively. It is connected via a trap 7. In addition, in each individual house, drain pipes for kitchen sinks may be provided separately, but this is a method of rehabilitation including these drain pipes.
[0012]
The drainage flowing into the horizontal branch pipe 5 has a lot of various dirt components and foreign matters, and the scale is formed on the inner surface of the horizontal branch pipe 5 including the standing main pipe 2 and the joint portion 4 which is a branch point and each branch pipe 5a. Adhesion and dirt deposits adhere to obstruct the flow of drainage, and depending on the location of the drainage pipe, especially when the vicinity of the joint 4 is corroded and a corrosion hole is opened or a crack is generated. There is.
[0013]
When rehabilitating the miscellaneous drainage pipe 1 in such a situation, it is first necessary to clean the miscellaneous drainage pipe 1. In this case, the cleaning process is preliminarily selected depending on the degree of adhesion of the deposit inside the miscellaneous drain pipe, that is, the degree of dirt. When the degree of contamination is significant, most of the deposits are removed by rotating a ball and jetting high-pressure cleaning water using a conventional pipe cleaning device (for example, JP-A-9-29192). Then, after the removal, for example, warm air or hot air is supplied to heat and dry the inside of the miscellaneous drainage pipe 1, and then the sanding substance is passed by compressed air to perform the polishing process and drop off. The difficult scale is also removed, and then the whole is cleaned by introducing compressed air that does not contain sandy substances.
[0014]
In addition, when the degree of contamination is low (normal case), first, warm air or hot air is sent to dry the deposits inside the miscellaneous drainage pipe appropriately, and then sandy substances are removed by compressed air. The polishing process is carried out by passing it through to remove dry deposits including scales that do not easily fall off, and after that, only compressed air is introduced for cleaning. In any polishing process, the supply of the sand-like substance to the compressed air is performed continuously or intermittently, and the polishing process is performed in one direction or reciprocating to clean the inside. That is, a cleaning process is performed.
[0015]
Thus, the miscellaneous drainage pipe 1 in the state where the inside is cleaned needs to be lined in the next step. In this lining process, a solvent-free two-component epoxy resin paint is used, and a coating film having a predetermined thickness is formed inside the miscellaneous drainage pipe 1 to close the corrosion hole, and the crack portion is filled. It improves the flow and prevents the occurrence of corrosion and cracks.
[0016]
However, there are various types of drain traps. In particular, the trap traps provided in the bathtub 6 and the waterproof pan 9 are often used as trap traps. It is difficult to connect a rehabilitation apparatus for performing a lining process or the like in a stable state.
[0017]
Therefore, the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 will be described as a connecting jig of the rehabilitation apparatus to the drain trap according to the present invention. The connecting jig according to the present invention includes a cylindrical member 11 having a predetermined length and a flange member 12 that supports the cylindrical member.
[0018]
The cylindrical member 11 is used in the vertical direction, and a male screw portion 13 is formed over a predetermined length (up to approximately the middle) on the peripheral side surface on the upper end side, and on the lower end side. The small-diameter portion or mounting portion 14 is formed in series.
[0019]
In addition, the flange member 12 has a female screw portion 16 that is screwed into the male screw portion 13 of the cylindrical member 11 inside the barrel portion 15 that has a relatively short cylindrical shape, and the cylindrical barrel portion 15. A pair of wing parts 17 are formed in a projecting state on the upper edge in a symmetrical state.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 3, an example trap trapping drain trap 20 to which the connecting jig of the present invention is attached is provided with a drain port 22 at the center of the bottom of a main body 21 having a container shape, A cylindrical rising portion 23 is integrally formed with a predetermined height along the drain port 22. The upper edge of the main body 21 is formed with a flange portion 24 projecting outward, and a projecting portion 25 slightly projecting inward is provided to support a drain pan (not shown) for drainage. It has been. And the trap function is demonstrated by the bell-shaped sealing member 26 (virtual line) attached to the eye plate.
[0021]
In the drain trap 20 having such a configuration, the connecting jig is attached after the sealing member 26 is removed together with the eye plate. In this case, the male threaded portion 13 of the cylindrical member 11 and the female threaded portion 16 of the flange member 12 are preliminarily screwed together so that the whole is slanted and mounted inside the main body 21 so that the flange The wing portion 17 of the member 12 can be mounted with the overhanging portion 25 of the main body portion 21 crossed, and then the wing portion 17 is lifted slightly so as to stand the whole connecting jig. And the mounting portion 14 on the lower end side of the cylindrical member 11 faces the cylindrical rising portion 23.
[0022]
If the connecting jig is dropped in this state, the mounting portion 14 is fitted inside the cylindrical rising portion 23 and the wing portion 17 and the overhang portion 25 do not come into contact with each other, but the flange member 12 is rotated. And the cylindrical member 11 is rotated in a predetermined direction so that the flange member 12 gradually rises so that the wing portion 17 comes into contact with the lower surface of the overhang portion 25, and a certain amount of contact force is generated. If applied, a stable mounting state can be obtained (see FIG. 3).
[0023]
By attaching in this way, the cylindrical member 11 is connected or coupled to the drain port of the drain trap connected to the horizontal branch pipe of the miscellaneous drain pipe, and the flange member 12 is connected to the edge of the drain trap 20. Thus, the connection or coupling of the cylindrical members 11 is supported.
[0024]
Then, an appropriate rehabilitation device 31 is attached to the connecting jig attached to the drain trap 20 via the work tube 30. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the rehabilitation device 31 generally includes a compressed air generation device 32 such as a compressor, an abrasive supply device 33 for cleaning, and air to be heated and heated. It comprises a heating means 34 such as a heater, and these are connected via a switching valve 35, and each includes a pressure gauge 36 and an adjustment valve 37.
[0025]
Since such a rehabilitation device 31 can be connected to the drainage trap 20 via a connecting jig, the cleaning and lining processes, that is, the miscellaneous drainage pipe 1 from the branch pipe 5a side to the joint portion 4 in the side branch pipe 5 are efficiently performed. Thus, the rehabilitation work of the horizontal branch pipe 5 can be performed.
[0026]
The rehabilitation work will be briefly described with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. That is, in FIG. 1, first, heated air is blown from the heating means 34 side through the drainage trap 7 from the branch pipe 5a on the bathtub 6 side, and is sent to the joint portion 4 side to dry the inside. Subsequently, the heated air is blown in the same manner through the drain trap 7 of the waterproof pan 9 on which the washing machine 8 is placed to dry the inside, and the end of the branch pipe 5a to which the washstand 10 is connected. The inside is dried by blowing heated air from the section. Thus, a drying process is first performed in order from the one close to the joint part 4.
[0027]
Next, the valve 35 is switched, compressed air is supplied to the abrasive supply device 33 side, and a sandy substance as an abrasive is supplied to the compressed air to perform a cleaning process. Also in this case, work is sequentially performed from the side of the branch pipe 5a at a position close to the joint portion 4 of the side branch pipe 5 as in the drying step. In particular, in this cleaning process, whether to supply the sand-like substance continuously or intermittently is a matter of choice, and any may be used. And it is better to blow (continuously or intermittently) only relatively high compressed air at the end so that no sand-like substance remains in the branch pipe 5a and the side branch pipe 5.
[0028]
After the cleaning process is completed, the lining process is performed in the same order as the above processes. In this case, a predetermined amount of a solvent-free two-component epoxy resin paint is put into the work tube 30 in a predetermined container 38, sufficiently kneaded and aged, and then charged all at once. The amount charged in this case is an amount obtained by adding about 30 to 50% more to the amount of paint that can form a coating film having a predetermined film thickness based on the diameter and length of each branch pipe 5a. In addition, the Ti value during use is 5 or less and the pot life is relatively short.
[0029]
And the branch pipe 5a of the wash basin 10 farthest from the joint part 4 will be lined last, but in this case, the entire length including the lateral support pipe 5 up to the joint part 4 is lined. Therefore, the lining is carried out by adding a corresponding amount of paint at a time. The resin paint to be supplied is, for example, a solvent-free epoxy resin-based paint, and an example described in JP-A-9-183941 can be used. Also, the reason for increasing the amount of input is that extra paint is required by filling the stepped part connecting the pipes and the corroded corrosive holes or cracks in the vicinity thereof. .
[0030]
In any of the linings, the paints put in at once are pushed out from the work tube 30 by supplying compressed air. That is, compressed air having a pressure and a flow velocity set through the pressure gauge 36 and the valve 37 is supplied from the compressed air generating device 32 such as a compressor to the work tube 30, and the paint inside the work tube 30 is caused by the compressed air. It is pushed out at once.
[0031]
In this case, the flow rate of the compressed air is, for example, in the range of about 30 to 80 m / sec, and the paint extruded by the compressed air flows as a modified slag flow, and at once, reaches the middle portion of each branch pipe 5a. The flow from the farthest position reaches the vicinity of the joint portion 4 beyond the intermediate portion of the lateral support pipe 5. And the front-end | tip part of each metamorphic slag flow rebounds, and also becomes an annular flow, about each branch pipe 5a, the annular flow from the furthest position reaches the joint part 4. A coating film having a predetermined thickness is formed on the inner wall surfaces of the branch pipes 5a and the lateral branch pipes 5 after the paint has flowed in this way. The flow rate / flow velocity of the compressed air is selected depending on the viscosity of the paint used.
[0032]
Further, detection of whether or not the paint pushed out by the compressed air has reached a predetermined position can be detected by pressure fluctuation of the compressed air flow on the paint supply side. That is, the paint extruded as a metamorphic slag flow at once is attached to the inner wall surface of the pipe and gradually decreases in quantity, and when the metamorphic slag flow is changed to an annular flow, that is, When the tip bounces, the pressure fluctuation of the compressed air flow occurs, and the arrival of the paint can be detected by detecting the pressure fluctuation waveform.
[0033]
In any case, after the lining process is completed, heated air (warm air) is sent from each branch pipe 5a into the lateral branch pipe 5 in order to accelerate the hardening of the coating film formed on the inner wall of the pipe. The heating air is supplied as long as the coating film does not flow, and it is preferable to supply heated air and cold air (room temperature) alternately. In this way, even if there is a special drainage trap, the rehabilitation work can be performed over the entire length of the lateral branch pipe 5 including the branch pipe 5a by using the connecting jig.
[0034]
Then, after the rehabilitation work is completed, the connecting jig can be easily removed from the drain trap by performing the work opposite to the attaching work.
[0035]
