BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a direct-loading type product storage rack of a vending machine that stores and sells various products such as paper packs, cans, bottles, and plastic bottles in a rack case stored in a cabinet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The vending machine's direct-product-type product storage rack stacks and stores paper-pack products such as brick packs, PET bottles, or cans and bottles, and holds the second product from the lowest level and the lowest level according to the sales order. It sells products. The structure of a vending machine equipped with this type of direct product storage rack and the direct product storage rack will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, in FIG. 4, 1 is a cabinet of a vending machine formed as a heat-insulating housing, 2 is a front door thereof, 2a is a product outlet, 3 is arranged on the left and right in the cabinet 1 and is pulled forward. A direct-product-type product storage rack 4 that can be mounted is a shooter that sends out the product delivered from the product storage rack 3 to the product outlet 2a. The cabinet 1 is equipped with a cooling / heating unit (not shown) to keep the stored product cold or warm, and the refrigerator 1 is condensing unit in the lower machine room of the cabinet 1. CS is installed.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 5, the direct-product-type product storage rack 3 defines a product storage column 3c on the left and right sides with a partition portion 3b sandwiched inside a box-shaped rack case 3a with one side and bottom open. The bend mechanism 5 shown in FIG. 6 is incorporated in the portion 3b, and a product supply door (not shown) is provided on one open side surface of each rack case 3a. When the product is replenished, the rack 3 is pulled forward from the interior as shown in FIG. 4 and the product replenishing door is opened. In this state, the product (paper-packed product, can product) 6 is placed in the column 3c. Load and store. As shown in FIG. 6, the bend mechanism 5 incorporated in the partition portion 3b includes a bend motor 5a, an upper flapper 5b, and a lower flapper 5c. The upper flapper 5b is operated by operating a control cam connected to the drive shaft of the bend motor 5a. The lower flapper 5c alternately protrudes toward the product storage column 3c.
[0004]
In FIG. 6, similar upper and lower flappers are also provided on the back side of the partition portion 3b that is hidden and cannot be seen, and the products stored in the respective columns 3c by selectively controlling each set of flappers by the bend motor 5a. I am trying to carry it out individually.
By the way, there are various types of products (container shape and capacity) sold by the vending machine, and the sold products are replaced depending on conditions such as the installation location of the vending machine and the season. Therefore, in order to cope with such diversification of sales, in addition to normal size cans, bottles, paper pack products as well as large plastic bottle products, the same product storage rack is required. Is done. Therefore, there is a vending machine direct-stack product storage rack that has been improved so that it can sell regular size paper packs, cans, bottle products and large-capacity large-size products using the same product storage rack. (For example, Patent Document 1).
[0005]
The arrangement of the product storage racks mounted on the vending machine in Patent Document 1 is shown in FIGS . In the figure, among the rooms defined on both sides across the partition wall 1a provided in the center of the cabinet 1 , the left chamber is a direct product corresponding to normal size products 6 such as paper packs, cans and bottles. Two storage racks 3 are mounted. On the other hand, in the right chamber, one large direct-product-type product storage rack 3L is mounted so that large-size products 6L such as normal-size products 6 and PET bottle products can be stored and sold. That is, in the direct-product-type product storage rack 3L, the width D of the front and rear columns 3L-c defined in the rack case 3L-a is set to a length corresponding to at least two normal-size products 6. At the same time, as a bend mechanism corresponding to each column 3L-c, a double-type bend mechanism 8 formed by combining two bend mechanisms 8L and 8R side by side on the left and right is provided. As shown in FIG. 8, the double bend mechanism 8 is formed by combining bend mechanisms 8L and 8R having the same structure as the bend mechanism 5 shown in FIG. Each of 8L and 8R includes a bend motor 8a, an upper flapper 8b, and a lower flapper 8c. In addition, when the large-sized product 6L such as a PET bottle is sold, the double-type bend mechanism 8 is attached in advance so as to interconnect the upper flappers 8b of the respective bend mechanisms 8L and 8R. A separate connecting plate 8d is prepared, and engaging claws 8d-1 formed at both ends of the connecting plate 8d are fitted into engaging holes 8b-1 formed in the upper flappers 8b of the bend mechanisms 8L and 8R. The upper flappers are connected to each other.
[0006]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 7B and 7C, the left and right end surfaces of the rack case 3L-a are provided with respective product storage columns 3L-c and individually corresponding product replenishing doors 3d, Further, two sets of passage restriction plates 3e extending in the vertical direction are arranged inside each column 3L-c. The passage restriction plate 3e serves as a partition plate for setting the depth of the passage in the column according to the product size, and is slidably mounted to the left and right along the column partition wall of the rack case 3L-a. Yes.
When the normal product 6 of paper packs, cans, and bottles is sold using the direct-product-type product storage rack 3L configured as described above, the product storage rack 3L is pulled out to the front of the cabinet 1, and the passage restriction plate 3e is illustrated. 7 (b) is set in accordance with the position, the left and right doors 3d are opened, the products 6 are loaded from the left and right, and the products 6 are sorted and stored in two columns for each column. In this state, at the time of sale, the base bend mechanisms 8L and 8R of the double bend mechanism 8 are individually controlled to carry out the product 6. As a result, the same number of products 6 as the conventional rack arrangement in which two racks 3 corresponding to normal-size products are mounted in the right chamber of the cabinet 1 as shown in FIG. 7 can be stored in the rack 3L and sold. .
[0007]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7 (c), when selling the large size product 6L of the PET bottle instead of the normal size product 6, the passage regulating plate 3e for the column that stores the large size product 6L. As shown in the figure, the left door 3d is opened and a large plastic bottle 6L is loaded so as to straddle the base bend mechanisms 8L and 8R of the double bend mechanism 8. Stack and store. At the time of sale, the bend mechanisms 8L and 8R of the respective groups are synchronously controlled to carry out the product 6L.
[0008]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-183822
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the direct stack type product storage rack of the vending machine described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, when selling the large size product 6L, by attaching the connecting plate 8d to the double bend mechanism 8, Even in a large-sized product such as a plastic bottle such as a plastic bottle, the second-lined product from the lowest position can be reliably supported by the two upper flappers 8b arranged on the left and right during the sales operation, and the connecting plate 8d Thus, the weight of the product 6L is evenly applied to the bend mechanisms 8L and 8R. Therefore, the load applied to the bend motor 8a of the bend mechanisms 8L and 8R is not biased, and there is an advantage that the product carry-out operation is stabilized.
[0010]
However, the connecting plate 8d is fitted to the upper flapper 8b by engaging the engaging claws 8d-1 formed at both ends thereof with the engaging holes 8b-1 formed in the upper flappers 8b of the bend mechanisms 8L and 8R. Therefore, when the fitting state is gentle, the engaging claw 8d-1 is caused by vibration during transportation and bounce when the upper flapper returns from the protruding position to the product passage to the retracted position. May come out of the engagement hole 8b-1 and the connecting plate 8d may fall off. In order to prevent this, the engagement state between the engagement claw 8d-1 and the engagement hole 8b-1 may be strengthened. However, if the engagement state is strengthened, the connecting plate 8 can be attached / detached, particularly removed. It has the problem of becoming difficult.
[0011]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to use a large size when selling a normal size paper pack, can, bottle product and a large capacity large size product using the same rack. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the examples shown in FIGS. In addition, in the figure of an Example, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the member corresponding to FIGS. 4-8, and the description is abbreviate | omitted. FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view showing a main part of a direct-product-type product storage rack according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a component diagram of a connecting plate, and FIG. 3 is a view showing a connecting plate attaching / detaching procedure. is there.
1, 10 is a dual-type bending mechanism, as described in FIG. 8, in the 2 groups vending mechanism (not shown in FIG. 1) formed by integrating in combination on the left and right, each bending mechanism respectively bending motor (Not shown in FIG. 1), a lower flapper 11 and an upper flapper 12 are provided. The upper flapper 12 is formed with a pair of engagement holes 12a at both ends in the width direction on the side close to the center of rotation that protrudes and retracts into the product passage. These engagement holes 12a are formed as long holes that are long in the vertical direction. Reference numeral 20 denotes a connecting plate attached to the upper flapper 12, and the width of the connecting plate 20 extends over the upper flappers 12 and 12 adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction. Is provided. As is apparent from the front and side views of the connecting plate shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the engaging claw 22 has a substantially T-shaped engaging claw 22 at one end of the strip-shaped thin plate. Is formed by bending at a right angle so that the engagement claw 22 formed in a T shape rises, and the other plate surface of the strip-shaped thin plate is formed on the back surface of the connecting plate 20. The contact plate 20 is fixed to the connecting plate 20 by welding. The length of the engagement claw 22 formed in the T-shape is longer than the length of the engagement hole 12 a formed in the upper flapper 12.
[0015]
In FIG. 1, 3e is a passage regulating plate, 3f is a height adjusting mechanism for adjusting the height position of the upper flapper 12, and 6L is a plastic bottle as a large-sized product.
Next, a procedure for attaching the connecting plate 20 to the upper flapper 12 will be described with reference to FIG. Since the engaging claw 22 provided at both ends of the connecting plate 20 is the operation which engages the engaging hole 12a of the upper flapper 12 adjacent the same, and one of the engaging claw 22 of FIG. 3, the connecting plate 20 The relationship with the engagement hole 12a of one upper flapper 12 is shown. In FIG. 3, white arrows indicate the mounting direction of the connecting plate 20, and solid arrows indicate the removing direction of the connecting plate 20 .
[0016]
When the connecting plate 20 is attached to the upper flapper 12, the length of the engaging claw 22 formed in a T shape as described above is longer than the length of the engaging hole 12 a formed in the upper flapper 12. since there is also the engaging claw 22 abuts against the upper and lower edge of the engaging hole 12a while attempting to insert the T-shaped engaging claw 22 to the engaging hole 12a. Therefore, first, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), of the T-shaped engaging pawl 22, pawl located above (hereinafter, the nail located in this upper as upper claw) engagement of the upper portion flapper 12 The connecting plate 20 is inclined so as to be inserted into the joint hole 12 a, and in this state, the upper claw is inserted until it reaches the plane of the upper flapper 12. After the upper claw is inserted until it reaches the back surface of the upper flapper 12, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), the connecting plate 20 is slid upward so that the upper edge of the upright portion 21 becomes the upper edge of the engagement hole 12a. The connection plate 20 is rotated counterclockwise with the contact portion as a fulcrum. By this operation, of the T-shaped engagement claws 22, the lower claws (hereinafter, the lower claws are referred to as lower claws) pass through the engagement holes 12a and reach the back surface of the upper flapper 12. . In this state, when the connecting plate 20 is slid downward as shown in FIG. 3C, the lower pawl of the engaging pawl 22 engages with the upper flapper 12 and the connecting plate 20 is mounted on the upper flapper 12.
[0017]
Removal of the connecting plate 20 mounted on the upper flapper 12 can be performed by a procedure reverse to the mounting procedure described above. That is, the connecting plate 20 is slid upward from the state shown in FIG. 3C to bring the upper edge of the upright portion 21 into contact with the upper edge of the engagement hole 12a. When the connecting plate 20 is rotated in the clockwise direction with this contact point as a fulcrum, the lower claw of the engagement claw 22 passes through the engagement hole 12a and is pulled out from the engagement hole 12a. After the lower claw of the engaging claw 22 is pulled out until it reaches the surface of the upper flapper 12 , the connecting plate 20 is slid downward to pull out the upper claw of the engaging claw 22 from the engaging hole 12a. It is removed from the upper flapper 12.
[0018]
As can be seen from the attaching / detaching means described above, when the connecting plate 20 is attached to and detached from the upper flapper 12, an artificial turning force must be applied to the connecting plate 20. This is because the length of the engaging claw 22 formed in a T shape is longer than the length of the engaging hole 12a formed in the upper flapper 12, and the upper edge of the upright portion 21 and the upper edge thereof. This is because the length between the engaging claw on the opposite side, that is, the lower claw, is shorter than the length of the engaging hole 12a, and therefore the mounted state shown in FIG. In this case, even if the connecting plate 20 slides upward, the connecting plate 20 does not fall off the upper flapper 12 unless a clockwise turning force is applied to the connecting plate 20. In the mounted state shown in FIG. 3 (c), since the connecting plate 20 slides upward and the clockwise turning force is hardly applied except for human beings, the connecting plate 20 is in the operating state of the vending machine. The upper flapper 12 does not fall off.
[0019]
In the above-described embodiment, the connecting plate 20 having a length straddling the upper flappers 12 and 12 adjacent to each other in order to sell large-sized products such as PET bottles has been described. However, normal-sized products such as cans and bottle products. Can be connected individually with a connection plate having a length corresponding to the length of each upper flapper, and a connection plate having a length straddling the n upper flappers is prepared. It can also be configured to be mounted on a single upper flapper.
