本発明は、特にりんごの果実に使用する果実二重袋に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種のものとして、登録実用新案３０５３３９８号公報には、有底の外袋の内部に内袋を納めた二重袋であって、該内袋はシート体の両縁部を重ね合わせてその上部を点状または線状に接着してほぼ筒状に固定し、該内袋の重なり部が外袋の表面側に位置するようにし、前記重なり部のシート体のいずれか一方の端縁部に沿って内袋の上縁より切り込み部を形成し、該切り込み部を前記外袋の表面側にその口縁のほぼ中央部から設けた切り込み部に隣接するように配置した果実用二重袋がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、こうした構造の果実二重袋は内袋の重なり部が袋口部の切り込み部近傍に位置しているために、果梗を切り込み部に入れて袋の口を集束する際、この重なり部が障害となり集束しにくく、確実に止金の固定ができない場合も多いという問題があった。

また、この従来の果実二重袋では、外袋の表面側から底部を経て背面側の上端部へと縦方向に延びる切り裂き線が設けてあるが内袋には表面側及び背面側の何れにも前記切り裂き線が設けられていないために、袋の正面の一方向から除袋し易くても反対方向からの除袋作業は困難であるといった問題もあった。特に、除袋作業の際、農家の高齢化や人手不足等の理由からあらゆる方向からでも容易に除袋できる果実用二重袋が望まれていた。

一方、直射日光の強く当たる場所で、太陽光の強く当たる面のみ果実二重袋を掛けその反対側から袋を裂き、果実と袋の間に隙間をあけ外気に慣らし、日焼け防止をすることは困難であるといった問題もあった。

本発明は上記問題点を解決しようとするものであり、あらゆる方向からでも容易に袋を除袋でき、及び太陽光の強く当たる面のみ果実二重袋を掛けその反対側から袋を裂き、果実と袋の間に隙間をあけ外気に慣らし、果実の日焼けを防止できる果実二重袋を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項１の発明は、外袋の内部に内袋を納めると共に、前記外袋に止金を設けた果実二重袋において、前記内袋は略長方形のシート体の両端部を重ね合わせてその上端部のみを接着固定して筒状に形成すると共に、前記重ね合わせた重なり部を裏面に位置し、前記外袋は有底で上端のみを開口し、前記内袋及び外袋の正面の上端中央に切欠き部を各々形成し、前記切欠き部の下方に口切り部を各々設け、かつ、内袋外側の正面中央の上下と外袋内側の正面中央の上下及び内袋外側の裏面中央の上下と外袋内側の裏面中央の上下とを互に接着固定すると共に、前記内袋と外袋のほぼ中央に前記口切り部に通じる破線を縦方向にそれぞれ設けて、二重袋の状態での半除袋を容易にしたものである。
