<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double bag for fruits, capable of being removed from all directions, and preventing sun burn of the fruits caused by direct sun light. <P>SOLUTION: This double bag is prepared by forming an inner bag 2 by overlapping both end parts 8a, 8b of an almost rectangular sheet and bonding only the upper part to form a tubular shape and positioning the overlapped part 8 as a reverse surface, opening only the upper end of an outer bag having a bottom, forming notched parts 2D, 3D each at the central parts of the upper ends of front surface of the inner bag 2 and outer bag 3 and installing a first broken line 6 communicating with the notched part 4 at the front surface of the inner bag 2 in the vertical direction, a second broken line 7A communicating with the notched part 5 at an almost central part of the front surface of the outer bag 3 in the vertical direction and a third broken line 7B at an almost central part of the reverse surface of the outer bag 3 so as to be able to remove the double bag for the fruits easily from any direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

本発明は、特にりんごの果実に使用する果実二重袋に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種のものとして、登録実用新案３０５３３９８号公報には、有底の外袋の内部に内袋を納めた二重袋であって、該内袋はシート体の両縁部を重ね合わせてその上部を点状または線状に接着してほぼ筒状に固定し、該内袋の重なり部が外袋の表面側に位置するようにし、前記重なり部のシート体のいずれか一方の端縁部に沿って内袋の上縁より切り込み部を形成し、該切り込み部を前記外袋の表面側にその口縁のほぼ中央部から設けた切り込み部に隣接するように配置した果実用二重袋がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、こうした構造の果実二重袋は内袋の重なり部が袋口部の切り込み部近傍に位置しているために、果梗を切り込み部に入れて袋の口を集束する際、この重なり部が障害となり集束しにくく、確実に止金の固定ができない場合も多いという問題があった。

また、この従来の果実二重袋では、外袋の表面側から底部を経て背面側の上端部へと縦方向に延びる切り裂き線が設けてあるが内袋には表面側及び背面側の何れにも前記切り裂き線が設けられていないために、袋の正面の一方向から除袋し易くても反対方向からの除袋作業は困難であるといった問題もあった。特に、除袋作業の際、農家の高齢化や人手不足等の理由からあらゆる方向からでも容易に除袋できる果実用二重袋が望まれていた。

一方、直射日光の強く当たる場所で、太陽光の強く当たる面のみ果実二重袋を掛けその反対側から袋を裂き、果実と袋の間に隙間をあけ外気に慣らし、日焼け防止をすることは困難であるといった問題もあった。

本発明は上記問題点を解決しようとするものであり、あらゆる方向からでも容易に袋を除袋でき、及び直射日光による果実の日焼けを防止できる果実二重袋を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項１の発明は、外袋の内部に内袋を納めると共に、前記外袋に止金を設けた果実二重袋において、前記内袋は略長方形のシート体の両端部を重ね合わせてその上端部のみを接着して筒状に形成すると共に、前記重ね合わせた重なり部を裏面に位置し、前記外袋は有底で上端のみを開口し、前記内袋及び外袋の正面の上端中央に切欠き部を各々形成し、前記切欠き部の下方に口切り部を各々設けたものである。

この請求項１の構成によれば、果実二重袋の正面には障害となるものがなく果実二重袋の開口部を容易に集束して、止金で止着することができ、袋掛け作業の能率を上げることができる。

【発明の実施形態】
以下、本発明の実施例について、添付図面を参照しながら説明する。図１〜図６は本発明の一実施例を示し、果実二重袋１は外袋３の内部に内袋２を納めてなり、前記内袋２及び外袋３には内袋２の正面２Ａ及び外袋３の正面３Ａの上端２Ｃの中央部に弧状の切欠き部２Ｄ及び３Ｄが各々設けられている。これらの切欠き部２Ｄ及び３Ｄは果実Ａの袋掛けの際、容易に内袋２及び外袋３を開口するためのものである。

また、内袋２には第１の切欠き部２Ｄの下方に果実Ａの果梗Ｂを挿入する口切り部４が設けてあり、この口切り部４に通じる位置に、内袋２の正面２Ａに第１の破線６が設けられている。この第１の破線６はミシン目、ルーレットによる圧線又は切り込み等で形成されるものである。さらに、内袋２には内袋２の裏面２Ｂのほぼ中央に略長方形のシート体の両端部８ａ，８ｂを重ね合わせてなる重なり部８が設けられており、筒状に形成され、重なり部８は上端２Ｃ近傍の接着部９により糊付け接続し、固定されている。そして果実Ａが生育、肥大し、それに伴って果実二重袋１が横方向に広がった時、この重なり部８が離れないように形成している。また内袋２は外袋３に収納できるようやや小さめに形成されている。さらに、内袋２は、適当な色を有するパラフィン紙もしくは耐水、撥水処理を施した紙により形成されている。

外袋３は、左右両側の貼代１１において貼り合わせており有底で、上端２Ｃのみを開口した袋であって、前記外袋３には、内袋２と同様に第２の切欠き部３Ｄの下方に果実Ａの果梗Ｂを挿入する口切り部５が設けてあり、この口切り部５に通じる位置に、外袋３の正面３Ａのほぼ中央には口切り部５に通じる第２の破線７Ａを縦方向に設けると共に、外袋３の裏面３Ｂほぼ中央に第２の破線７Ａにつながる第３の破線７Ｂが設けられている。尚、第２の破線７Ａおよび第３の破線７Ｂはミシン目、ルーレットによる圧線又は切り込み等で形成されるものである。外袋３に内袋２を収納した際、第１の破線６と第２の破線７Ａが対向し、重なり部８と第３の破線７Ｂとが対向しており、これらはほぼ同一直線上に位置していることが好ましいが、果実二重袋１の製造上多少、例えば５ｍｍ程度ずれていてもよい。

そして、内袋２の外側および外袋３の内側は、上端２Ｃ中央の第１の破線６と重なり部８を挟んだ左右両側、及びそれに対向する上端２Ｃ中央の第２の破線７Ａと第３の破線７Ｂを挟んだ左右両側の接着部１２，１２Ａ、１３，１３Ａ、１４，１４Ａ、１５，１５Ａ及び下端２Ｃ’中央の第１の破線６と重なり部８を挟んだ左右両側、及び下端２Ｃ’中央の第２の破線７Ａと第３の破線７Ｂを挟んだ左右両側の接着部１６，１６Ａ、１７，１７Ａ、１８，１８Ａ、１９，１９Ａにより互いに接着し、固定している。尚、前記接着は糊などの接着剤により固定されている。

前記構成の果実二重袋１は次のように使用する。まず、果実二重袋１の袋口を開ける際、第１の切欠き部２Ｄおよび第２の切欠き部３Ｄに指を掛けるだけで容易に袋口を開口することができるため袋掛け作業の準備段階の作業効率を上げることができる。次に、図４に示すように、果実Ａを袋内部に収納した後、前記口切り部４，５に果梗Ｂを挿入し、次いで該果梗Ｂ上で果実二重袋１の上端２Ｃ開口部位を集束すると共に、該集束部を前記止金１０で結縛すれば、袋掛け作業が終了する。この構成上、果実二重袋１の裏面に内袋２の重なり部８が形成されているので、果実二重袋１の正面には障害となるものがなく果実二重袋１の開口部を容易に集束することができ、袋掛け作業の能率を上げることができる。一方、重なり部８が果実二重袋１の裏面に位置するため前記重なり部８が障害とならずに集束し易く、止金１０の固定が確実となることより、除袋期まで果実Ａを病害、害虫、害鳥及び散布農薬等の汚染から保護することができる。

次に、一定期間を経過すると、果実二重袋１内の果実Ａは生育し、肥大するから、それに伴って果実二重袋１は横方向に拡大し、図４に示すように、果実二重袋１の下端両角Ｚ，Ｔが突出してくる。尚、果実Ａは幼果期から成熟期に至る大半の期間を外袋３で遮光された状態となっている。果実Ａが幼果であっても接着部１２，１２Ａ、１３，１３Ａ、１４，１４Ａ、１５，１５Ａ、１６，１６Ａ、１７，１７Ａ、１８，１８Ａ、１９，１９Ａにより外袋３と内袋２とが密着しているので、果実Ａの生育途中で強風に晒されても外袋３と内袋２との間に風が入り込むことがなく、除袋期まで外袋３と内袋２とが一体となった状態を維持できる。そして、果実Ａの成熟期を迎えると果実二重袋１の下端両角Ｚ，Ｔを左右に引くと二つに裂かれ容易に除袋できる。すなわち、外袋３の正面３Ａに第１の破線７Ａと、裏面３Ｂに第２の破線７Ｂと、内袋２の正面２Ａに破線６とを設けているため、果実二重袋１の正面側からだけでなく裏面側からでも容易に除袋できる。したがって、任意の箇所にある果実Ａに左右されずに、果実二重袋１の正面および裏面から容易に果実二重袋１を除袋できる。

このように本実施例では、請求項１に対応して、外袋３の内部に内袋２を納めると共に、前記外袋３に止金１０を設けた果実二重袋１において、前記内袋２は略長方形のシート体の両端部８ａ，８ｂを重ね合わせてその上端部のみを接着部９により接着して筒状に形成すると共に、重ね合わせた重なり部８を裏面２Ｂに位置し、外袋３は有底で上端２Ｃのみを開口し、内袋２及び外袋３の正面２Ａ，３Ａの上端中央に第１の切欠き部２Ｄと第２の切欠き部３Ｄを各々形成し、前記第１の切欠き部２Ｄと第２の切欠き部３Ｄの下方に口切り部４，５を各々設けたので、果実二重袋１の正面には障害となるものがなく果実二重袋１の開口部を容易に集束することができ、袋掛け作業の能率を上げることができる。また、止金１０の固定が確実となることより、除袋期まで果実Ａを病害、害虫、害鳥及び散布農薬等の汚染から保護することができる。
