Description
【0001】

[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is for achieving the above-described object.
The invention according to claim 1 is a curtain plate structure formed in a horizontal direction along the outer wall surface around the building frame (17), and the curtain plate (10) is a thick plate-like non-metallic molded member. and also the same curtain plate around (10) is formed at the same height of the overhang with formed located at the same height as the curtain plate (10) (20), around the eaves, the longitudinal section A U-shaped member (43) is formed which becomes a U-shaped waterproof surface (40) opened toward the outside of the bag, and the curtain plate (10) is stored in the U-shaped member (43). and said that you are.
[0013]
Here, the “thick plate-like non-metallic molding member” is a molding made of a thick plate-like non-metallic material, such as extrusion molding, injection molding, compression molding, etc., using a mold or a die. A member formed into a predetermined shape by processing. Here, the non-metallic material includes, for example, a ceramic material such as resin and ceramic, mortar, glass fiber, cement and the like. That is, it does not include a thin metal material such as a PVC steel plate or a wood material.
[0014]
In the present invention, since the curtain plate (10) is formed of a thick plate-like non-metallic molded member, when an external force is applied from the outside, compared to a case where the curtain plate (10) is formed of a thin metal plate made of a PVC steel plate. It is difficult to partially deform. As a result, the appearance of the curtain plate (10) viewed from the outside of the building frame can be maintained well.
Moreover, since it is formed from a thick plate-like material, it is easy to create a heavy feeling and a high-class feeling as compared with those formed from a thin metal plate or the like.
[0015]
Since the curtain plate (10) is also formed around the fence (20) located at the same height as the curtain plate (10) , it is formed horizontally along the surface of the building frame (17). The curtain plate (10) is not interrupted by the roof (20), and the curtain plate (10) can be formed around the building housing (17). As a result, the curtain plate (10) used as an accent on the external wall of the building frame (17) can be placed without interruption around the entire structure of the building frame (17). Can be better. Further, the U-shaped member (43) can ensure the waterproofness of the bag (20) .
[0016]
The invention described in claim 2 is characterized in that, in addition to the feature point described in claim 1, a continuous curtain (10) is formed between the periphery of the fence (20) and the periphery of the building frame (17). It is characterized by that.
In the present invention, a curtain plate (10) is continuously formed between the roof (20) and the building frame (17). Therefore, between the eave curtain plate extending from (20) (10) and curtain plate extending from building structures (17) (10), no gap or break is generated, to improve the unity of the whole building be able to. Thereby, the external appearance of a building can be made favorable.
[0017]
The invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that, in addition to the feature point of claim 1 described above, the curtain plate (10) is formed separately, so that the collar for the kite (20) is formed around the kite (20). A curtain board (31) is formed around the building frame (17), and a curtain board (32) for the building frame (17) is formed around the building frame (17). A waterproof and shock-absorbing cushioning waterproof member (33) is formed between the curtain plate (32).
Here, the “waterproof waterproofing member (33)” is sandwiched between the curtain panel (31) and the building frame curtain (32) to prevent rainwater from entering between them. And, even if the position of the curtain panel (31) and the building frame curtain panel (32) is shifted, it is possible to absorb the shift of the position by deforming itself. It ’s good. Specifically, the elastic material includes, for example, rubber colored in the same appearance color as the curtain plate (10), soft resin, various caulking materials, and the like.
[0018]
In the present invention, a fence curtain (31) for the fence (20) is formed around the fence (20), and the building enclosure for the building enclosure (17) is formed around the building enclosure (17). A curtain plate (32) is formed, and a cushioning waterproof member (33) is sandwiched between them. That is, the curtain plate (10) has a structure separated between the fence (20) and the building frame (17). For this reason, even if an external force in a different direction is applied to one of the fence (20) and the building enclosure (17), the position of the fence (20) and the building enclosure (17) may be misaligned. It is possible to prevent an excessive external force from being applied to the curtain plate (10) between the (20) and the building frame (17), and deformation due to the external force can be absorbed by the buffer waterproof member (33). . As a result, it is possible to suppress the curtain plate (10) from being forcibly deformed to cause appearance defects, damage due to deformation, or detachment from the building frame (17). Quality can be maintained.
[0019]
Further, since the buffer waterproofing member (33) is formed between the curtain panel (31) and the building frame curtain (32), the fence panel (31) and the building frame curtain are formed. Rain water can be prevented from entering between (32) and rain water can be prevented from entering the building frame (17) .
[0020]
In addition, the “waterproof surface (40)” in the first aspect of the present invention is located between the heel (20) and the outside and suppresses intrusion of rainwater or the like into the heel (20) from the outside. It means a planar shape formed continuously around the ridge (20) so as to be able to. Specifically, it includes waterproof sheets, thin sheet metals such as PVC steel sheets, various caulking materials, rubber packing, etc., which are combined to form around the bag (20). Is included.
[0021]
In the invention of claim 1, wherein, to form a Makuban (10) on the outer side of the eaves (20) Waterproof surface formed around (40). Therefore, it is not necessary to perfect waterproofing between the surrounding member curtain plate (10) Makuban (10), to facilitate the waterproof working curtain plate (10) and the surrounding It is possible to simplify the installation work of the curtain plate (10) .
The invention according to claim 4 is characterized in that, in addition to the feature point of claim 3 described above, between the upper part of the curtain plate (10) and the waterproof surface (40), there is a back surface of the curtain plate (30) between them. A waterproof part (41) that suppresses the ingress of water on the side is formed, and between the lower part of the curtain plate (10) and the waterproof surface (40), the water that has entered between them escapes downward. A non-waterproof part (42) is formed.
[0022]
Here, the “waterproof portion (41)” is formed between the upper part of the curtain plate (10) and the waterproof surface (40), and can prevent rainwater from entering between them. Anything is good. Specifically, for example, it includes caulking, rubber packing, waterproof sealing material and the like.
Here, the “non-waterproof part (42)” is only required to be formed so that water flows downward from between the lower part of the curtain plate (10) and the waterproof surface (40). . Specifically, without forming something like a “waterproof part (41)” between them, a gap that allows water to flow from between them, a passage that allows water to flow, or a groove that allows water to flow And the like that form the like.
[0023]
The present invention, the back side for waterproof portion (41) is formed between the upper and the waterproof surface of the curtain plate (10) (40), from the top of the curtain plate (10), curtain plate (10) It is possible to prevent rainwater and the like from entering the area. Thereby, it is possible to prevent rainwater and the like from entering the inside of the basket (20) from the back side of the curtain plate (10) , and to ensure the waterproofness of the basket (20) .
[0024]
Further, since the non-waterproof portion (42) is formed between the lower part of the curtain plate (10) and the waterproof surface (40), even if water enters the back side of the curtain plate (10) , Can be released downward from the non-waterproof portion (42). As a result, water does not collect between the back side of the curtain plate (10) and the waterproof surface (40), and it is possible to suppress the occurrence of mold on the back side of the curtain plate (10). The back side of the plate (10) is less likely to get dirty, and can maintain a good hygiene condition.
