Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a repair method when oil leakage is recognized in a metal sheath of an OF cable.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The OF cable has a structure in which a metal sheath such as a corrugated aluminum sheath or a lead sheath is placed on the outer periphery of the cable core to withstand the pressure of the internal insulating oil. In the case of a corrugated aluminum sheath or lead sheath, an anticorrosion layer of polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride is usually provided thereon.
[0003]
After laying on the metal sheath of the OF cable, it may be damaged for some reason. For example, a small hole may be formed due to corrosion of the metal, and oil may leak from there. The repair method in such a case has conventionally used a so-called interrupt joint that cuts the cable and connects it via another short cable, or replaces the cable at all.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-described split joint requires a short cable to be prepared separately, and the connection work is extremely troublesome because there are two connecting portions, and it takes a long time. Depending on the location, the space required for cable connection work or the space for installing the cable connection part may not be available. In this case, reconnection is not possible, so the cable must be replaced, and the replacement cost and period are enormous. It will be a thing.
[0005]
The present invention provides a method of repairing an oil leakage point of an OF cable that can be processed without cutting the cable when oil leakage is found in the corrugated aluminum cover of the OF cable.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention strips a metal sheath anticorrosive layer including an oil leakage portion of an OF cable to a required extent, and places lead on a position sandwiching the oil leakage location on the exposed metal sheath by a lead maker. Round a base with an outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the sheath , and round an annealed plate with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 5 mm, to which two connectors are attached, across both bases. The tube is attached as a pipe, and both ends of the pipe and the pedestal are joined by leader over the entire circumference, and the joint of the pipe is joined by leader or welding, and then the one connector is evacuated and the other is joined. After lubrication from the connector, the pipe, pedestal and metal sheath are wrapped with an epoxy-impregnated glass tape and buried in a valley, and then subjected to anticorrosion treatment.
[0007]
According to the above method, it is possible to completely stop oil leakage without cutting the metal sheath.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
FIG. 1 is a flowchart showing the procedure of a method for repairing an oil leakage point of an OF cable according to the present invention. The repair procedure will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5 showing an embodiment of the present invention. First, the metal sheaths in a required range on both sides of the small hole 20 which is an oil leakage portion of the OF cable 1 are the center. The anticorrosion layer 3 of (corrugated aluminum cover) 2 is peeled off (step 101). The surface of the corrugated aluminum cover 2 from which the anticorrosion layer 3 has been peeled off is washed and cleaned (step 102). Next, a pedestal (base leader) 4 having an outer diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the corrugated aluminum cover is provided around the aluminum cover 2 by placing lead at a position sandwiching the oil leakage location by a lead worker (step 103). The state up to step 103 is shown in FIG.
[0010]
An annealed copper plate 5 ′ having two connectors 6, 6 attached to both pedestals 4, 4 is inserted into a U-shape as shown in FIG. Wear (step 104). Both ends of the copper pipe 5 and the pedestals 4 and 4 are joined 7 by lead work over the entire circumference, and the joint of the copper pipe 5 is joined 8 by welding such as lead work or silver brazing, copper brazing (step) 105) After that, vacuuming is performed through one connector 6 and lubrication is performed through the other connector 6 (step 106). Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the epoxy-impregnated glass tape 9 is wound around the lead processing section and the exposed aluminum cover 2 to fill the valley (step 107), and then a rubber insulating tape (corrosion-proof tape) is formed thereon. 10. A neoprene tape (waterproof tape) 11 and a vinyl tape 12 are sequentially wound up to perform anticorrosion treatment (step 108).
[0011]
By using the repair of the above configuration, the oil leakage is completely suppressed by the dam formed at the oil leakage location of the OF cable aluminum cover. Since this dam is formed using a copper plate, it is possible to cope with a high oil pressure of 10 kg / cm 2 or more. Moreover, since annealed soft copper is used for the copper plate (thickness 0.5 to 5 mm), workability and workability of lead workers are very good.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when the metal sheath of the laying OF cable is damaged for some reason and oil leakage is recognized from the damage, repair can be performed without cutting the metal sheath of the cable. Therefore, the repair cost is much cheaper and the time required for repair can be greatly shortened.
