Preferably, the outer layer of the sealing heat-shrinkable tape is also lap-wound with a 3PE heat-wound tape, and the 3PE heat-wound tape is wound from the root of the joint of the main pipe and the diffusing pipe.
Preferably, the thickness of the sealing heat shrinkable tape and the 3PE heat-wrap tape is 2.6 ~ 3 mm.
A processing and using method of a three-way pipe diffusing anticorrosion device mainly comprises the following steps:
(1) vertically welding the diffusing pipe on the main pipeline, and performing rust removal and priming paint brushing after the welding is finished;
(2) cutting a rectangular sealing heat-shrinkable belt according to the circumferential perimeter of the main pipeline, wherein the width of the sealing heat-shrinkable belt is 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the circumferential perimeter of the main pipeline, and the length of the sealing heat-shrinkable belt is 20 ~ 30cm longer than the circumferential perimeter of the main pipeline;
(3) determining the center of the sealing heat-shrinkable tape, punching a central hole at the center of the sealing heat-shrinkable tape according to the diameter of the diffusion pipe, wherein the diameter of the central hole is 3/4 ~ 4/5 of the diameter of the diffusion pipe;
(4) penetrating a central hole of the preheated sealing heat-shrinkable tape through the diffusing pipe, so that the sealing heat-shrinkable tape tightly wraps the joint of the main pipe and the diffusing pipe, and ensuring that the height of the sealing heat-shrinkable tape at the wrapping position of the diffusing pipe is 3 ~ 4 cm;
