従来、田植機の苗押え構造の一形態として、苗載台に形成した左右一対の縦リブの上部と下部に、それぞれ左右方向に伸延する上下一対の苗押え体支持部材を左右一対の上・下側ステーを介して横架し、これら上・下側苗押え体支持部材間に、苗載台の表面に沿って上下方向に伸延する複数の苗押え体を左右方向に間隔を開けて架設し、これら苗押え体により苗載台上に載置した苗マットを押えて、同苗マットが浮上がらないようにしたものがある。

そこで、本発明では、苗載台に形成した左右一対の縦リブの上部と下部に、それぞれ左右方向に伸延する上下一対の苗押え体支持部材を左右一対の上・下側ステーを介して横架し、これら上・下側苗押え体支持部材間に、苗載台の表面に沿って上下方向に伸延する複数の苗押え体を左右方向に間隔を開けて架設し、これら苗押え体により苗載台上に載置した苗マットを押えて、同苗マットが浮上がらないようにした田植機の苗押え構造において、上側ステーは、縦リブの上部に突設した固定側ステー形成体と、同固定側ステー形成体の先端部に基端部を枢支して、上下回動自在とした可動側ステー形成体とを具備し、同可動側ステーに上側苗押え体支持部材を、その軸線廻りに回動自在かつ着脱自在に取付ける一方、下側ステーは、縦リブの下部に突設して、同下側ステーの上端部に下側苗押え体支持部材を、その軸線廻りに回動自在かつ着脱自在に取付け、可動側ステー形成体は、固定側ステー形成体の先端部に基端部を弾性手段により上方へ回動付勢させて枢支し、同可動側ステー形成体の上側縁部に、複数の係合用凹部を長手方向に間隔を開けて形成し、同係合用凹部に上側苗押え体支持部材を係合させる一方、縦リブの下部に突設した下側ステーは、苗載台の表面と略直交する方向に伸縮調節自在とし、可動側ステー形成体の係合用凹部に係合した上側苗押え支持部材と、可動側ステー形成体との間に、係合保持体を着脱自在に介設し、係合保持体は、上側苗押え体支持部材に回動自在かつ摺動自在に嵌合した嵌合片と、同嵌合片に突設して可動側ステー形成体に係止可能とした係止片とを具備することを特徴とする田植機の苗押え構造である。

図1及び図2に示すAは、本発明に係る田植機であり、同田植機Aは、走行部1の後方に植付部2を昇降機構3を介して連結している。

走行部1は、前後方向に伸延する機体フレーム10の前部に原動機部11を設けると共に、後部に原動機部11と連動連結したミッション部12を設け、これら原動機部11とミッション部12との間に運転部13を配設し、同運転部13の下方に位置する機体フレーム10の部分にフロントアクスルケース14を設けて、同フロントアクスルケース14の左右側部にそれぞれ前車輪15,15 を取付ける一方、機体フレーム10の後端部にリヤアクスルケース16を設けて、同リヤアクスルケース16の左右側部にそれぞれ後車輪17,17 を取付けている。
