Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a peeling apparatus for peeling a multilayer paper that can be peeled into at least two thin-leaf sheets.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A rotatable plate cylinder formed by winding a plurality of layers of resin or metal mesh mesh screens on the peripheral surface of a porous support plate, which is a porous support cylinder, and a thermoplastic resin film (thickness of about 1 to 3 μm) And a master having a laminated structure in which a porous support made of a Japanese paper fiber or a synthetic fiber or a mixture of a Japanese paper fiber and a synthetic fiber is used, and a master thermoplastic resin. The film surface was heated and perforated by a thermal head or the like, wound around a plate cylinder, and fed from a sheet feeding means by a pressing means such as a press roller while supplying ink from an ink supply means provided inside the plate cylinder. Printing is performed by continuously pressing the paper against the plate-making master on the outer peripheral surface of the plate cylinder to allow ink to ooze out from the plate cylinder opening and master punch and transfer it to the paper. Sensitive digital stencil printing apparatus is generally known.
[0003]
The master used in this stencil printing apparatus transfers the ink supplied from the inside of the plate cylinder to the paper through the porous support and the perforated part made of the plate, so that the ink permeability of the porous support is not good. Ink is biased and transferred to the paper, causing problems such as uneven density and fading. Therefore, recently, there is a tendency to use a porous support having a small fiber diameter and good ink permeability. However, the porous support having a small fiber diameter is expensive and increases the cost. Moreover, it has been proved effective to reduce the basis weight of the porous support as a method for improving the ink permeability of the porous support. However, ordinary porous supports are produced by making paper with a paper machine, and there is a limit to reducing the basis weight.
[0004]
Accordingly, a master manufacturing method for obtaining a porous support having a small basis weight by peeling a composite porous support having two or more layers between layers is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-395870 by the same applicant as the present applicant. Proposed in the issue. JP-A-6-19098 and JP-A-10-10951 disclose a peeling apparatus for peeling a composite film having two or more layers into two members.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, in order to obtain a porous support having a small basis weight and good ink permeability, Japanese Patent Application No. 2000- can be used by using the peeling apparatus disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 6-19098 and 10-10751. The master manufacturing method disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 395870 may be performed. However, when a composite porous support having two or more layers of a porous support having a low tensile strength and having a basis weight of 20.0 g / m 2 or less disclosed in the specification of Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-395870 is used. In some cases, the porous support may not be peeled off well at the peeled portions between the layers due to the tension applied to each porous support during peeling, in which case one or both porous supports may be torn. There is a problem that.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a peeling apparatus capable of satisfactorily peeling a composite porous support having two or more porous supports having a small basis weight and a low tensile strength.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the peeling apparatus according to the first aspect, the first tension adjusting means further includes first tension detecting means for detecting a tension applied to the composite porous support, and each second tension adjusting means. The means has second tension detecting means for detecting tension applied to the porous support, respectively.
[0009]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the peeling apparatus according to the first or second aspect, the first tension adjusting means does not cause elongation in the composite porous support and is peeled off by the peeling means. The tension applied to the composite porous support is adjusted so that the peeling point of the composite porous support is located at the nip portion of the peeling means.
[0010]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the peeling apparatus according to the third aspect, wherein each of the second tension adjusting means does not generate elongation in each of the porous supports, and the composite porous support is formed by the peeling means. The tension applied to each porous support is adjusted so that the porous support does not break when the film is peeled off.
[0011]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the peeling device according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the first tension adjusting means and the second tension adjusting means each have a variable speed motor. The control means changes the speed of each of the variable speed motors.
[0012]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the peeling apparatus according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the first tension adjusting means and the second tension adjusting means are further provided with a movable tension applying member. And each of the tension applying members is moved by the control means.

When the tensions F2 and F3 are 30 N / m or less, if the peeling point A is at the nip portion of the pair of peeling
[0035]
From the above results, in order to stably peel the composite porous support 7 shown in the present embodiment, the tension F1 is maintained at a value at which the composite porous support 7 does not lift from the nip portion of the peeling
[0036]
Therefore, in order to stably peel the composite porous support composed of the porous support having a small basis weight and a low tensile strength, the composite porous support and each porous support after peeling are used. It is necessary to control the tension acting on each of the two, and to release the peeling point stably at the nip portion of the pair of peeling rollers.
[0037]
In the above embodiment, the
[0038]
In this example, an example of the peeling condition of the composite porous support was shown. However, when the basis weight, tensile strength, and peel strength of each porous support constituting the composite porous support are different, stable. Thus, the conditions of the tensions F1, F2, and F3 that can be peeled off also differ from the above numerical values.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the control means controls the tension adjusted by the first tension adjusting means and the second tension adjusting means, respectively, and thereby the tension acting on the composite porous support and each porous support after peeling. Can be set to the optimum value, and stable peeling can be performed by preventing the occurrence of elongation and tearing of the paper layer.
