Description

【0001】

[Prior art]
Conventionally, as an ankle joint supporter, in general, a cylindrical supporter simply connected in an L shape so that the toe and the heel are exposed at the time of wearing is widely used.
However, these conventional supporters have a problem in that they have a difficulty in wearing operability and lack in fixing and holding power of the ankle joint.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an ankle joint supporter that is excellent in mounting operability and excellent in holding force. Moreover, an object of this invention is to provide the method which can manufacture the said ankle joint supporter efficiently.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a method for manufacturing an ankle supporter according to the present invention has shoulders that are slightly inclined downward toward the outside from both sides of an upper side from a supporter fabric having one side formed of a hook-and-loop fastener material. In addition, a substantially crane-wing-shaped ankle joint covering land having a substantially semicircular recess in the lower-side central portion, and a belt-shaped fixing belt piece land, the upper-side central portion excluding the shoulder portion of the ankle joint covering land In this case, the central part of the longitudinal side of the fixing belt piece site is integrally coupled and cut, and then the shoulder parts of the ankle joint covering site are stitched together with the hook-and-loop fastener material surface as the outer surface part. In addition to forming the cylindrical portion and forming the overlapping fastening piece on the other portion, a surface fastener is attached to the overlapping fastening piece and the fixing belt piece .
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0007]
In FIG. 1, which is a perspective explanatory view showing an embodiment of an ankle supporter of the present invention, reference numeral 10 denotes an ankle joint covering whose outer surface portion is formed of a hook-and-loop fastener material A. A cylindrical support part 11 that exposes the tip and the heel is formed, and on the back side of the ankle, a superposed support piece in which a hook-and-loop fastener piece B that is surface-joined to the hook-and-loop fastener material A on the outer surface is attached to the inner surface of the end 12a and 12b are formed. Reference numeral 20 denotes a fixing belt piece having a reinforcing tape 21 sewn on the upper surface, and the longitudinal end portions of the belt piece are free in front of the sole corresponding portion of the tubular portion 11 in the ankle joint covering 10. The hook-and-loop fastener pieces B that are surface-bonded to the hook-and-loop fastener material A of the ankle joint covering 10 are attached to the upper surfaces of both end portions.
[0008]
Next, a method for manufacturing the ankle joint supporter shown in FIG. 1 will be described. First, from a supporter fabric having one surface formed by a hook-and-loop fastener material A, for example, a line-symmetric shape ground P according to a single stroke as shown in FIG. 2, that is, a shoulder portion 13a inclined slightly downward toward the outer ends at both ends. 13b and a belt-like fixing belt at the center of the upper side excluding the shoulders 13a, 13b of the substantially crane wing-shaped ankle joint covering land 10P having a substantially semicircular recess 14 at the center of the lower side. A line-symmetrical ground P in which the central part of the long side of the single site 20P is integrally coupled in a substantially T shape is cut. Next, with the surface fastener material A surface as an outer surface portion, both shoulder portions 13a and 13b of the ankle joint covering ground 10P are stitched together Z to form a cylindrical portion 11 as shown in FIG. The overlapping support pieces 12a and 12b are formed. Thereafter, the hook-and-loop fastener pieces B to be surface-bonded to the hook-and-loop fastener material of the ankle joint covering 10 are attached to the inner surface of the end portions of the overlapping fastening pieces 12a and 12b and the upper surfaces of both end portions of the fixing belt piece 20, respectively. The ankle joint supporter of the present invention can be obtained simply and efficiently. Note that a reinforcing tape 21 can be appropriately sewn on the upper surface of the fixing belt piece 20 as necessary.
