Description

【0001】

In FIG. 3, 22 is a thread tensioner thread guide, 23 is a balance, 24 is a balance thread guide, 25 is a needle bar thread guide, 26 is a needle bar, 27 is a needle clamp thread guide, 28 is a needle, 29 is an upper thread is there.
[0006]
Next, the operation of this prior art will be described.
4a shows a state in which the cloth is stitched by the sewing machine, and the acting force of the conical spring 16 as an elastic body is applied to the thread tension plates 8 and 9 via the plate presser 12 and the presser plate 10, In a state where the opposing clamping surfaces of the thread tension plates 8 and 9 are in pressure contact with each other, the upper yarn is clamped between the opposing clamping surfaces of the thread tension plates 8 and 9 to apply tension to the upper yarn.
[0007]
The upper thread is passed through the opposing clamping surfaces of the thread tension plates 8 and 9 as follows.
First, when the cloth presser (not shown) is raised from the state shown in FIG. 4a, the thread loosening shaft 5 constituting a part of the thread loosening means is pushed rightward, and the pressing portion 11 of the pressure plate 10 is moved rightward. Moving. As a result, the press plate 10 moves to the right against the conical spring 16 over the entire plate presser 12, and the acting force of the conical spring 16 on the thread tension plates 8 and 9 is released. (Fig. 4b)
[0008]
From this state, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper thread 29 is first passed through the thread hole of the thread guide base 2 as shown in FIG. 3, and then the upper thread 29 is turned downward from the right side of the thread tensioner 3. Pull 29 upward so that 29 enters between the clamping surfaces of the two thread tension plates 8 and 9. Next, it is hung on a U-shaped thread hook portion 18 of the thread take-up spring 17, folded back upward from the thread tensioner thread guide 22, passed through the thread hole of the balance 23 via the balance thread guide 24, and further folded back to the balance thread guide again. After passing through the needle bar thread guide 25 through 24, the needle thread guide 27 is passed through, and finally the upper thread 29 is passed through the thread hole of the needle 28.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, this conventional technique has the following problems.
That is, during threading, when the thread tensioner 3 is threaded, the clamping surface of the thread tension plates 8 and 9 is released from the acting force of the conical spring 16 as shown in FIG. In addition, there is a gap between the frame 1 and the thread tension plate 8 and between the thread tension plate 9 and the holding plate 10, and the eyes of the operator who passes the thread are thread tension. Since the gap between them is not visible because it is in front of the container 3, the upper thread 29 is not passed through the clamping surface of the thread tension plates 8, 9, and between the frame 1 and the thread tension plate 8, A and It often happens that the upper thread 29 is passed through a gap such as B between the thread tension plate 9 and the holding plate 10.
[0010]
When the upper thread 29 is passed through these gaps, the thread loosening means applies the acting force of the conical spring 16 to the clamping surface of the thread tension plates 8 and 9, and the sewing machine is driven to sew the cloth. Since the proper tension cannot be applied, the tension balance with the lower thread is lost, and the seam is not properly formed, resulting in a problem that the commercial value of the sewn product is lowered.
In the above case, the upper thread has to be pulled out from the thread tensioner again, and the upper thread 29 has to be passed through the thread tensioner again, resulting in a problem that work efficiency is lowered.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problem, the invention of claim 1
Two thread tension plates with their respective clamping surfaces facing each other, an elastic body that presses the thread tension plates, and a thread loosening means that applies or releases the acting force on the thread tension plate by the elastic body In the thread tension device of the sewing machine, the guide member is provided on the opposite side to the holding surface of the two thread tension plates, respectively, and a guide member is provided to impart an acting force to the thread tension plate by the elastic body. There are gaps S1 and S2 between the guide member and the thread tension plate that guarantee the degree of freedom of tilting of the two thread tension plates, and the force acting on the thread tension plate is released by the thread loosening means. When the two thread tension plates are inclined, the guide member arranged on the opposite side of the holding surface of the respective thread tension plates is inclined toward the clamping surface beyond the outer periphery of the thread tension plate. The yarn guide piece is provided to extend and guide the yarn to the holding surface of the thread tension plate.
[0012]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the upper thread 29 is turned to the thread hooking side of the thread tensioner when the acting force to the thread tension plate is released by the thread loosening means and pulled up as it is, the upper thread 29 is respectively The thread guide piece automatically guides to the clamping surface of the two thread tension plates, and the upper thread 29 can be surely passed through the clamping surface of the thread tension plate, so that the tension balance with the lower thread is maintained properly. As a result, a stable seam can be formed all the time, and the commercial value of the sewn product is improved, and the threading operation is facilitated and the work efficiency is improved.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Since the basic configuration of the thread tensioner of the present invention is almost the same as the conventional configuration, the same components are denoted by the same component numbers as those of the conventional configuration, and detailed description thereof is omitted, and the characteristic configuration of the present invention is omitted. The explanation will be focused on.
[0014]
Reference numeral 19 in FIG. 1 denotes an adjustment plate (first guide member) that adjusts the movement position of the thread take-up spring 17, which is about 2/3 of the outer peripheral portion, in other words, from the right side of the thread tensioner 3 to the lower side and the lower left side (FIG. The bent portion 30 that is bent toward the plate presser 12 side is formed in the portion on the yarn hooking side of (2), and the tip of the bent portion 30 has two tips beyond the outer periphery of the thread tension tray 8. A plurality (three in the present embodiment) of thread guide pieces 31 that are inclined and extend toward the clamping surfaces of the thread tension plates 8 and 9 are provided. The thread guide piece 31 is engaged with the outer periphery of the thread tension tray 8.
[0015]
Further, the counter presser (second guide member) 12 has an outer periphery on the left end thereof, and extends beyond the outer periphery of the thread tension tray 9 from the right side of the thread tensioner 3 in FIG. A plurality of (three in the present embodiment, one of which is not shown) thread guide pieces 32 are provided that extend incline toward the clamping surface of the two thread tension plates 8 and 9. The thread guide piece 32 is engaged with the outer periphery of the thread tension tray 9. The first guide member and the second guide member constitute a guide member.
[0016]
When the thread tensioner 3 configured as described above is assembled and attached to the sewing machine frame 1, the state shown in FIG. 2 is obtained.
In the present invention, in the state where the acting force is applied to the thread tension plates 8 and 9 by the conical spring 16 as an elastic body shown in FIG. There is a gap S1 between the outer peripheral portion left end of the tension plate 8, and there is also a gap S2 between the inner peripheral portion of the thread guide piece 32 of the plate presser 12 and the outer peripheral portion right end of the thread tension plate 9. The gaps S1 and S2 guarantee the degree of freedom of the inclination of the thread tension plates 8 and 9, increase the tightness of the clamping surface, and always apply a uniform tension to the upper thread 29.
[0017]
In order to thread the upper thread 29 through the thread tensioner 3 of the present invention, when a cloth presser (not shown) is raised, the thread loosening shaft 5 as the thread loosening means is pushed rightward from the state of FIG. Thus, the pressing portion 11 of the pressing plate 10 is moved to the right. As a result, the presser plate 10 moves to the right against the conical spring 16 through the entire plate presser 12, and the movement of the plate presser 12 causes the thread guide piece 32 to exceed the outer periphery of the thread tension plate 9 and has two tips. Since the thread tension trays 8 and 9 are inclined and extended toward the holding surface of the thread tension trays 8 and are engaged with the outer periphery of the thread tension tray 9, the thread tension tray 9 moves to the right as shown in FIG. Then, the acting force of the conical spring 16 on the thread tension plates 8 and 9 is released.
[0018]
At this time, since the thread guide piece 31 is engaged with the outer periphery of the thread tension tray 8 and the thread guide piece 32 is engaged with the outer periphery of the thread tension tray 9, the thread tension tray 8 and the thread tension tray 9 are Ensure separation.
From this state, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper thread 29 is first passed through the thread hole of the thread guide base 26 as shown in FIG. 3, and then the upper thread 29 is turned downward from the right side of the thread tensioner 3. Pull 29 upward so that 29 enters between the clamping surfaces of the two thread tension plates 8 and 9.
[0019]
At this time, in the present invention, the thread guide pieces 31 and 32 extend from the right side of the thread tensioner 3 to the lower part and the lower left part of the thread hooking side, respectively, beyond the outer periphery of the thread tension trays 8 and 9 and on the clamping surface. Since the upper thread 29 is formed so as to be inclined, the upper thread 29 can be guided by these thread guide pieces 31 and 32 and automatically passed through the clamping surface.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the thread guide pieces are formed on the thread hooking side portions from the right side to the lower side and the lower left side of the thread tension device so as to incline toward the holding surface beyond the outer periphery of the thread tension plate. Therefore, the upper thread is guided by these thread guide pieces, and the upper thread can be automatically passed through the clamping surface, so that it is possible to prevent seam defects caused by erroneous insertion of the upper thread into the thread tensioner, The product value of the sewn product can be improved, and the time required for re-threading due to erroneous insertion is not required, so that the work efficiency can be improved. In addition, gaps S1 and S2 are provided between the guide member and the thread tension plate when the acting force is applied to the thread tension plate by the elastic body so as to guarantee the degree of freedom of inclination of the two thread tension plates. Therefore, these gaps S1 and S2 have the effect of guaranteeing the degree of freedom of the inclination of the thread tension plates 8 and 9, increasing the tightness of the clamping surface, and constantly applying uniform tension to the upper thread 29.
