Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a curtain wall, and more particularly, to a curtain wall using a composite stand that combines an indoor side stand and an outdoor side stand.
[0002]
[Background]
Curtain walls that make up the outer walls of buildings and the like are usually constructed using metal verticals, but those using wooden verticals are known in order to improve indoor design (for example, Patent Documents 1, 2).
[0003]
These prior art curtain walls consist of a wooden stand, a metal base attached to one end face of the stand along the long axis direction, and a long axis of the stand against the metal base. It is composed of a metal fixture movably mounted in the direction and a panel material attached to the metal fixture, so that the thermal expansion and contraction difference between the metal fixture and the wooden stand can be absorbed. ing.
At this time, in order to movably attach the metal fixture to the metal base material, a slit or a long hole extending in the long axis direction is formed in the metal base material, and the slit or the long hole is formed in the slit or the long hole. A bolt is placed, and the bolt is screwed into a nut placed with the metal fixture in between. The nut is tightened and fixed to the metal base material. Was configured to be able to absorb by sliding in the slit.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the prior art structure has a problem that the tightening force of the bolts and nuts must be set appropriately, and the construction work is difficult. That is, if the tightening force of the bolts and nuts is weak, the metal fixture will drop downward with respect to the metal base material and cannot be placed at a predetermined position. On the other hand, if the tightening force is too strong, when the metal fixture thermally expands and contracts against the wooden stand, the bolt and the metal fixture are pressed against the metal base material with a strong force and slide smoothly. There is a problem that the bolt cannot be moved, stress is applied to the bolt or the metal base material, abnormal noise is generated during the movement, or vibration is transmitted to the bolt portion to loosen the nut.
Such a problem is not limited to a wooden stand provided with an indoor wooden stand and an outdoor metal fixture. For example, a combination of a resin material mixed with wood powder and a metal material. In the upright or the upright constructed by combining the indoor and outdoor uprights of dissimilar materials having different thermal expansion amounts due to temperature changes, such as the uprights that are made of different metals such as steel and aluminum, Similar to the prior art, it also occurred when the bolts and nuts were arranged in the slit portion so that the outdoor side stand was slidable relative to the indoor side stand.
[0006]
The purpose of the present invention is to enable smooth sliding movement by thermal expansion / contraction of the outdoor side stand with respect to the indoor side stand, prevent the generation of abnormal noise, etc., and facilitate the combination work of the indoor side stand and the outdoor side stand. It is to provide a curtain wall that can be performed.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The curtain wall according to the present invention is a curtain wall comprising a plurality of vertices, a plurality of meshes spanned between the vertices, and a face material in which the edges are held on the vertices and the meshes. The stand includes an indoor side stand disposed on the indoor side and an outdoor side stand attached to the outdoor side of the indoor side stand. A fixed guide member is provided on the outdoor side end surface of the indoor side stand. A plurality of attachments are provided at intervals in the vertical direction, and are formed continuously at the indoor side end of the outdoor side standing along the longitudinal direction of the outdoor side standing, and at least with respect to a plurality of fixed guide members An engaging portion that is slidable in the vertical direction and that is immovable in the indoor and outdoor direction and in the lateral direction along the wall surface is provided. One fixed guide member of the plurality of fixed guide members Characterized in that it comprises a fixing means for immovably fixed direction.
[0008]
Here, the horizontal direction (horizontal direction) along the wall surface means a direction orthogonal to the two directions of the vertical direction and the indoor / outdoor direction. In addition, a plurality of fixed guide members are attached at intervals in the vertical direction. The fixed guide members are arranged in a row in the longitudinal direction of the indoor side, that is, in the vertical direction. It means that it is attached separately.
The specific shapes of the fixed guide member and the engaging portion are not particularly limited. For example, the fixed guide member is formed in a substantially T-shaped cross section, and the engaging portion is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section to be engaged. For example, the engaging portion may be configured to be slidably engaged with the fixed guide member only in the vertical direction in the three-dimensional direction.
Moreover, although the material of the indoor side standing and the outdoor side standing is not particularly limited, the following materials are usually used. For example, various materials such as wood, synthetic resin containing wood flour mixed with wood flour, aluminum, steel, synthetic resin, etc. can be used as the material of the indoor side standing. Furthermore, for example, a structure made of a plurality of materials such as a wooden decorative plate attached to the surface of a steel vertical can be used. Also, various materials such as aluminum, steel, synthetic resin, etc. can be used as the outdoor standing material. These may be appropriately selected in consideration of performance and design required for each side.
[0009]
In the present invention, when the vertical is composed of the indoor side standing and the outdoor side standing, a plurality of fixed guide members are attached to the indoor side standing and the outdoor side standing is set to the plurality of fixed guide members. It is engaged so as to be slidable only in the vertical direction, and is fixed to one fixed guide member so that it cannot be moved in the vertical direction by using fixing means such as bolts and nuts. Therefore, when the outdoor side stand thermally expands and contracts with respect to the indoor side stand, the part fixed to the fixed guide member by the fixing means in the outdoor side stand cannot move, but the other part is fixed to the fixed guide member. On the other hand, since it is slidably engaged in the up-and-down direction, when the outdoor side stand extends and contracts in the longitudinal direction, the movement by the expansion and contraction can be performed smoothly. That is, in the present invention, the function of guiding the outdoor side upright in the vertical direction is realized by the fixed guide member, and the function of fixing the vertical position of the outdoor side vertical is realized by the fixing means to separate each function. Therefore, unlike the prior art, it is not necessary to set the tightening force delicately as in the case where the sliding function and the fixing function are combined with bolts and nuts, and the construction work can be easily performed. In addition, the height of the outdoor side stand can be accurately set without dropping, and when the outdoor side stand is thermally expanded and contracted, the fixed guide member except for the portion fixed by the fixing means Therefore, it is possible to move smoothly, without applying excessive stress to the outdoor side stand or the fixed guide member, and to prevent the generation of abnormal noise.
[0010]
The curtain wall according to the present invention is a curtain wall comprising a plurality of vertices, a plurality of meshes spanned between the vertices, and a face material in which the edges are held on the vertices and the meshes. The upright includes an indoor side stand disposed on the indoor side and an outdoor side stand attached to the outdoor side of the indoor side stand, and the outdoor side end surface of the indoor side stand extends in the vertical direction. And a plurality of fixed guide members are attached to the bottom surface of the concave groove at intervals in the vertical direction, and each of the fixed guide members contacts the bottom surface. A contact portion that comes into contact with, a projecting portion that protrudes from the contact portion in a direction substantially parallel to the bottom surface and forms a gap of a predetermined distance from the bottom surface, and a chamber from each end of the projecting portion. A pair of extensions that extend outward to form a gap at a predetermined distance from the side wall portion of the groove. And is formed continuously along the longitudinal direction of the outdoor side stand, and at least a plurality of fixed guide members in the vertical direction. Engaging portions that are slidably movable and engage in an immovable manner in the indoor / outdoor direction and in the lateral direction along the wall surface are provided, and the engaging portions include the extended portions of the fixed guide member and the side wall portions of the concave grooves. A pair of protrusions arranged in a gap between the pair of protrusions, and a pair of locking parts protruding in a direction approaching each other from the protrusions and arranged in a gap between the protruding portion of the fixed guide member and the bottom surface of the groove And a fixed guide member out of a plurality of fixed guide members engaged with the engaging portion is fixed in a vertically immovable manner. A fixing means is provided.
[0011]
Also in the present invention, as in the case of the above invention, when the outdoor side stand is thermally expanded and contracted with respect to the indoor side stand, the portion fixed to the fixed guide member by the fixing means in the outdoor side stand cannot move. Since this part is engaged with the fixed guide member so as to be slidable in the vertical direction, when the outdoor side stand extends and contracts in the longitudinal direction, the movement by the expansion and contraction can be performed smoothly. . Therefore, also in the present invention, the function of guiding the outdoor side upright in the vertical direction is realized by the fixed guide member, and the function of fixing the vertical position of the outdoor side vertical is realized by the fixing means to separate each function. Therefore, construction work can be done easily, the height position of the outdoor stand can be set accurately, and when the outdoor stand is thermally expanded and contracted, the parts other than those fixed by the fixing means Since it is freely slidable with respect to the fixed guide member, it can move smoothly, no stress is applied to the outdoor stand or the fixed guide member, and the generation of abnormal noise can be prevented.
Furthermore, since the fixed guide member is disposed in the recessed groove, and the engaging portion of the outdoor side standing can be disposed in the gap portion between the fixed guide member and the recessed groove, the fixed guide member and the engaging portion are disposed on the indoor side. It can be coated in a vertical direction and the design can be improved.
[0012]
Furthermore, in the prior art, since the metal base material is attached over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the indoor side stand, when the metal base material is thermally expanded and contracted with respect to the indoor side stand, the base material is accompanied with the expansion and contraction. There is a risk of stress being applied to the side walls of the room. On the other hand, in any of the above-mentioned inventions, the fixed guide member is not provided continuously over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the indoor side erection, but is a short piece material provided at an interval. Therefore, even if thermal expansion / contraction occurs, the amount of expansion / contraction is very small, and the generation of stress can be prevented.
The fixed portion of the outdoor side stand to the fixed guide member may be an intermediate portion of the outdoor side stand, but usually, either the upper end portion or the lower end portion of the outdoor side stand is preferable, and the upper end side is particularly preferable. It is preferable to suspend and support the outdoor stand.
[0013]
Here, in the curtain wall of the present invention, there are through holes in the pair of projecting portions in the engaging portion of the outdoor side standing and the pair of extending portions of the fixed guide member to which the outdoor side standing is fixed by the fixing means. A notch is formed in the side wall of the recessed groove to expose the through hole of the fixed guide member on the side wall of the indoor side, and the fixing means is provided with each of the extension and the protrusion from the notch It is preferable to include a bolt inserted through the through hole and a nut screwed into the bolt.
In the prior art, it is necessary to tighten the nut to the bolt from the outdoor side. However, an outer edge member for holding the panel plate in the metal fixture is usually arranged on the outdoor side of the bolt and nut. There is also a problem that the workability of the nut tightening work is low.
On the other hand, as in the present invention, the bolt inserted through the through hole of the extension part and the protruding part can be inserted from the side surface side of the indoor side upright, and the tightening operation of the nut is also performed indoor side upright. Since it can be performed on the side surface side, the bolts and nuts can be easily tightened even if an outer edge material or the like is provided.
[0014]
Further, in the curtain wall of the present invention, an opening larger than the width dimension and the height dimension of the fixed guide member is formed in the pair of engaging portions in the engaging portion of the outdoor standing side, and the opening is formed in the opening. After the outdoor side stand is moved from the horizontal direction (horizontal direction) with respect to the indoor side stand so that the fixed guide member is disposed, the outdoor side stand is moved in the vertical direction with respect to the fixed guide member. It is preferable that the engaging portion is configured to be engageable.
[0015]
Since the engaging portion of the outdoor side standing is engaged with the fixed guide member so as to be slidable only in the vertical direction, that is, the longitudinal direction of the indoor side standing, the chamber is usually provided from the small side of the indoor side standing. In this case, a work space in which the length of the outdoor side stand is added to the length of the indoor side stand is required, resulting in low assembly workability. .
On the other hand, in the present invention, the outdoor side stand is moved from the side surface side of the indoor side stand in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction (for example, the horizontal direction when the stand is set up and down), and the notch of the engaging portion is After the fixed guide member is disposed in the portion, the outdoor stand can be engaged by slightly moving in the longitudinal direction, so that the working efficiency is high and the working space can be reduced.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, each embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The intangible 5 is composed of a wooden indoor side seamless 6 arranged on the indoor side, and a metal outdoor outdoor seamless 7 such as aluminum arranged on the outdoor side of the indoor side seamless 6. 5 and the invisible 5 composed only of the outdoor outside invisible 7 are used. For example, only the outdoor side invisible 7 is used in a place that is placed near the floor or ceiling and is difficult to see, and in an easily visible place such as an intermediate part in the indoor height direction, An intangible 5 composed of the outdoor innocent 7 is used.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 4, a concave groove 31 that is continuous along the long axis direction of the vertical 3, that is, the vertical direction is formed on the outdoor side end surface of the indoor side vertical 3. A positioning groove 32 along the extending direction of the groove 31 is formed on the bottom surface (outside end surface) 31A of the groove 31. In the side wall 33 of the concave groove 31, a notch 33 </ b> A reaching the bottom surface 31 </ b> A of the concave groove 31 is formed at a position corresponding to the upper end of the outdoor side wall 4.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, since two outdoor side walls 4 are attached to one indoor side wall 3, the cutout 33 </ b> A It is formed in two places, an upper end portion of the upright 3 and an intermediate portion.
Further, in the indoor side stand 3, a recessed portion 34 in which an end portion of the indoor side intangible 6 can be arranged is formed at a position where the indoor side invisible 6 is arranged.
The upper and lower ends of the indoor side stand 3 are configured to be fixable to a building frame or the like using a bracket having an L-shaped cross section (not shown).
[0019]
A plurality of fixed guide members 35 are screwed into the concave groove 31 using a coach screw (coach screw bolt) 36 or the like. The fixed guide member 35 has a substantially T-shaped cross section and is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape, and is configured by cutting a metal extruded shape such as aluminum into a predetermined length. Piece material.
More specifically, the fixed guide member 35 has a contact portion 351 that contacts the bottom surface 31A of the concave groove 31, and protrudes from the contact portion 351 in the left-right direction (lateral direction along the wall surface), that is, the bottom surface. A projecting portion 352 projecting substantially parallel to 31A, a pair of extension portions 353 extending in the outdoor direction from both ends of the projecting portion 352, and connecting portions 354 that connect between the extension portions 353. Is formed.
Accordingly, gaps having predetermined dimensions are formed between the projecting portion 352 and the bottom surface 31 </ b> A, and between each extension portion 353 and the side wall 33.
[0020]
The abutting portion 351 is formed with a protrusion that engages with the positioning groove 32. By aligning the protrusion with the positioning groove 32, the fixed guide member 35 can be easily positioned in the left-right direction. Yes.
The connecting portion 354 is formed with a plurality of holes 354A through which the coach screw 36 can be inserted. When the fixed guide member 35 is attached using the coach screw 36, the head of the coach screw 36 is accommodated in the hollow portion. Thus, the connecting portion 354 is prevented from projecting to the outdoor side.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, bolts 11 for fixing the outdoor side stand 4 are attached to the extended portions 353 of the fixed guide member 35 arranged corresponding to the upper end position of the outdoor side stand 4. An insertable hole 353A is formed. Therefore, the fixed guide member 35 is arranged corresponding to the upper end position of the outdoor side stand 4 and fixed to the fixed guide member 35A for fixing the outdoor side stand 4 and other positions of the outdoor side stand 4. A fixed guide member 35B is provided, which is arranged and is slidably movable in the vertical direction on the outdoor side upright 4 and immovably guided in the indoor and outdoor directions and in the lateral direction (left and right direction) along the wall surface.
[0021]
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, five fixed guide members 35 are attached to the indoor side stand 3, and the two outdoor side stands 4 are attached by these fixed guide members 35. It has been. The third fixed guide member 35 from the top is larger in length in the vertical direction than the other fixed guide members 35 so that the fixed guide member 35 can be disposed across the outdoor side walls 4. The fixed guide member 35 functions as a fixed guide member 35A for fixing because the fixed guide member 35 is fixed to the outdoor side stand 4 arranged on the lower side with the bolts 11. On the other hand, since it is not being fixed with the volt | bolt 11 with respect to the outdoor side stand 4 arrange | positioned at the upper side, it functions as the fixed guide member 35B for a guide.
Note that the number of the fixed guide members 35 is not limited to five, and it is sufficient that at least two fixed guide members 35 are arranged to engage with each of the outdoor side walls 4. Actually, it may be set based on the load support strength in the wind-resistant direction applied to the curtain wall 1.
[0022]
The outdoor side stand 4 includes an indoor side member 41 having an engaging portion 44 that engages with the fixed guide member 35, and a flange portion disposed on the outdoor side of the outer wall panel 8, and functions as an outer edge material. The outdoor member 42 and a connecting member 43 that connects these members 41 and 42 are formed, and the overall cross-sectional shape is formed in a substantially T-shape. The indoor side member 41 and the outdoor side member 42 are made of a metal material such as aluminum, and the connecting member 43 is made of a heat insulating member such as resin, and heat from the outdoor side member 42 exposed to the outdoor side to the indoor side member 41. It is set as the outdoor side stand 4 which suppressed conduction and was excellent in heat insulation performance.
[0023]
An engagement portion 44 having a substantially U-shaped cross section is formed at the indoor end of the indoor side member 41. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the engaging portion 44 extends from the main body of the indoor side member 41 in the left-right direction along the connecting portion 354, and protrudes in the indoor direction from both ends of the extended portion 441. The protrusions 442 disposed along the extensions 353 and disposed in the gaps between the extensions 353 and the side walls 33 and the protrusions protruding from the protrusions 442 toward each other. 352 and the bottom surface 31 </ b> A are provided with a locking portion 443 disposed in the gap.
Accordingly, the engaging portion 44 of the outdoor side stand 4 is immovable in the indoor / outdoor direction and in the lateral direction (left / right direction, finding direction) along the wall surface with respect to the fixed guide member 35 and in the vertical direction (direction). It is engaged so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the upright 2.
[0024]
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 7, the locking portion 443 of the engaging portion 44 has a notch 443 </ b> A at a predetermined location. The width dimension of the notch 443A is larger than the width dimension of the fixed guide member 35, and the height dimension (the dimension in the vertical direction) is larger than the height dimension of each fixed guide member 35.
For this reason, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 8, each fixed guide member 35 is moved into the concave groove 31 in a state where the height position of the notch 443 </ b> A is matched with the height position of each fixed guide member 35. By disposing the fixed guide member 35 in the notch 443A and sliding the outdoor side stand 4 up and down in this state, the engaging portion 44 can be engaged with each fixed guide member 35.
Therefore, the formation position of each notch 443A is set according to the attachment position of each fixed guide member 35 arranged in the notch 443A.
In the present embodiment, the upper outdoor side stand 4 has the fixed guide members 35 disposed in the notches 443A at positions shifted upward with respect to the indoor side stand 3 and then slides downward. The lower outdoor side stand 4 is shifted downward with respect to the indoor side stand 3 so that the fixed guide members 35 are arranged in the notches 443A at the positions, and then slide upward. It is configured to let you. Therefore, the mounting order for the indoor side stand 3 can be either, which is excellent in mounting workability.
[0025]
A through hole 442A is formed in each protrusion 442 at a position corresponding to the hole 353A of each fixed guide member 35 at the upper end of the engaging portion 44 of each outdoor side stand 4. Accordingly, after engaging the engaging portions 44 with the respective fixed guide members 35, as shown in FIG. 6, the nuts 12 are screwed into the bolts 11 through which the respective holes 442A and 353A are inserted, whereby each outdoor side The upper end portion of the vertical 4 is fixed to each fixed guide member 35, that is, the indoor side vertical 3 so as not to move in the vertical direction.
On the other hand, the intermediate and lower end sides of each outdoor side stand 4 are engaged with each fixed guide member 35 so as to be slidable only in the vertical direction. 3 is configured so that it can be thermally expanded and contracted smoothly.
[0026]
An insignificant 5 is stretched between the uprights 2 constituted by the indoor side stand 3 and the outdoor side stands 4.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 2, the outdoor side seamless 7 has a heat insulation similar to the outdoor side wall 4 constituted by a metal indoor side member 71 and an outdoor side member 72 and a connecting material 73 constituted by a heat insulating material. Consists of profiles. And it is comprised so that the lower end edge of the outer wall panel 8 can be hold | maintained through a sealing material and a backup material.
In addition to the outdoor member 72, an outer pressing member 75 that holds the upper edge of the outer wall panel 8 is detachably attached to the outdoor member 72.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the outdoor side seamless 7 places the hollow portion of the indoor side member 71 on an L-shaped support bracket 46 fixed to the side surface of the outdoor side stand 4. It is attached by things. On the other hand, the indoor side seamless 6 is attached by inserting both end portions thereof into the concave portion 34 of the indoor side stand 3.
[0028]
In addition, an inner pressing edge material 47 that holds both side edges of the outer wall panel 8 is detachably attached to the outdoor side stand 4 together with the flange of the outdoor side member 42.
[0029]
In this embodiment, the curtain wall 1 is constructed in the following procedure.
First, as shown in FIG. 4, each fixed guide member 35 is fixed to the indoor side stand 3 using a coach screw 36. Next, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 8, the outdoor side stand 4 is engaged with each fixed guide member 35. At this time, by arranging each fixed guide member 35 in the notch 443A, the outdoor side stand 4 can be attached without sliding from the small edge side of each fixed guide member 35. In addition, although notch 443A corresponding to the fixed guide member 35 arrange | positioned ranging over each outdoor side stand 4 is not formed, as shown in FIG. 8, in the height position corresponding to the other fixed guide member 35 This is because, when the cutout 443A is arranged, each outdoor side upright 4 is designed to be arranged at a position away from the middle fixed guide member 35, and the cutout 443A is unnecessary.
[0030]
Next, after each outdoor side stand 4 is engaged with the fixed guide member 35, the upper end portion of each outdoor side stand 4 is bolted to the fixed guide member 35 using the bolt 11 and the nut 12. At this time, the intermediate portion and the lower end portion of the outdoor side stand 4 are engaged with the fixed guide member 35 so as to be slidable only in the vertical direction. Therefore, when the outdoor side stand 4 is thermally expanded and contracted with respect to the indoor side stand 3, the lower end portion of the outdoor side stand 4 can be absorbed by sliding up and down.
[0031]
The standing 2 configured in this manner is arranged in the left-right direction separated by a predetermined distance, and the interior 2 and the exterior 7 are spanned and attached between the two stands 2, and the standing 2 is attached to the building frame. Fix to etc.
After the frame 2 and the mesh 5 are fixed to the frame, the outer wall panel 8 is arranged, the inner pressing edge material 47 and the outer pressing edge material 75 are attached, the backup material and the sealing material are arranged, and the outer wall panel 8 is fixed.
The curtain wall 1 is configured as described above.
[0032]
According to this embodiment, there are the following effects.
(1) When connecting the indoor side stand 3 and the outdoor side stand 4, the engaging portion 44 of the outdoor side stand 4 is slidably engaged with the plurality of fixed guide members 35, Since only one fixed guide member 35 is fixed with the bolt 11 and the nut 12 which are fixing means so as not to be slidable, and the sliding movement and fixing are configured as separate members, the sliding function and fixing with the bolt and nut are provided. Unlike the case where the function is also used, it is not necessary to set the tightening force delicately, and the construction work can be easily performed.
In addition, the outdoor stand 4 can be reliably supported by the bolt 11 and the nut 12, and the height position can be prevented from shifting. When the outdoor stand 4 is thermally expanded and contracted, it is fixed with the bolt 11 or the like. For the other fixed guide members 35 that are not provided, the engaging portion 44 is freely slidable without any restriction, so that excessive stress may be applied to the outdoor stand 4 or the fixed guide member. In addition, abnormal noise can be prevented.
[0033]
(2) Since the fixed guide member 35 is disposed in the concave groove 31 of the indoor side stand 3, the fixed guide member 35 and the engaging portion 44 can be covered with the side wall 33 of the indoor side stand 3, The interior design of the vertical 2 can be improved.
[0034]
(3) Since the fixed guide member 35 fixed to the indoor side stand 3 is composed of a short piece material, even if it is thermally expanded and contracted, its expansion / contraction amount is very small, and generation of stress can be prevented.
Since the fixed guide member 35 is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape, the head of the coach screw 36 can be accommodated, the strength of the fixed guide member 35 can be improved, and the wind pressure applied to the outer wall panel 8 can be sufficiently supported. .
[0035]
(4) Since the bolts 11 and nuts 12 can be inserted and tightened from the side of the indoor side stand 3, the flange portion of the outdoor member 42 does not interfere with the work, and the bolt 11 The nut 12 can be easily tightened.
[0036]
(5) Since the notch 443A into which the fixed guide member 35 can be inserted is formed in the engaging portion 44 of the outdoor side stand 4, the outdoor side stand 4 is connected to the fixed guide member 35 from the side surface side of the indoor side stand 3. After moving toward the notch 443A, the stationary guide member 35 is arranged, and then the outdoor side stand 4 can be engaged by slightly moving in the longitudinal direction, so that the work efficiency is high and the work space is also reduced. Can do.
[0037]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.
For example, in the embodiment described above, the notch 443A is formed in the engaging portion 44, but the notch 443A may not be provided. However, in this case, since the outdoor side stand 4 must be inserted from the small opening side of the indoor side stand 3, it is preferable to provide the notch 443A because the work efficiency can be improved and the work space can be reduced.
[0038]
The fixing means for fixing the outdoor side stand 4 to the fixed guide member 35 is not limited to the bolt 11 and the nut 12. For example, a pin protruding from the fixed guide member 35 is fitted in each hole 442 A of the engaging portion 44. Other fixing means such as a configuration may be used. In short, it suffices that the outdoor side stand 4 can be fixed to the fixed guide member 35 so as not to move in the vertical direction.
[0039]
In the above embodiment, the fixed guide member 35 is disposed in the recessed groove 31. However, the fixed guide member 35 may be disposed on the outdoor side end surface of the indoor side stand 3 without the recessed groove 31.
Further, the cross-sectional shape of the fixed guide member 35 and the cross-sectional shape of the engaging portion 44 are not limited to those of the above-described embodiment. For example, in the fixed guide member 35, the connecting portion 354 may be omitted. Any shape can be used as long as it can be moved only in the direction.
The material of the indoor side stand 3 and the outdoor side stand 4 is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the indoor side stand 3 is not limited to a wooden stand but may be made of various materials such as resin containing wood powder, steel, and synthetic resin. Similarly, the material of the outdoor side stand 4 is not limited to aluminum, and various materials such as other metal materials and synthetic resins can be used.
[0040]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the curtain wall of the present invention, the sliding movement by the thermal expansion and contraction of the metal material attached to the indoor side standing outdoor side can be smoothly performed, and the occurrence of abnormal noise can be prevented. There is an effect that the mounting work of the metal material can be easily performed.
