上記特開2002−70289号公報にあっては、T字形状部材を柱に取り付けているため、セラミック製棒状建材を柱スパンに合わせた長さとするか、柱スパンを棒状建材の長さに合わせる必要がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の棒状建材の設置構造は、柱同士の間に非耐力壁が設けられたカーテンウォールの前面に棒状建材を設置した構造であって、該棒状建材は長手方向に貫通する貫通孔を有した中空セラミック製であり、該貫通孔に金属製のサポート棒が挿通され、該サポート棒の両端は該棒状建材の両端からそれぞれ突出しており、前記カーテンウォールの前面に沿って架材が延設されており、該架材から取付片が前方に突設されており、該サポート棒の両端がそれぞれ該取付片に支持されることにより該棒状建材が設置されていることを特徴とするものである。
