Description

【0001】

In this case, the rear edge 6 of the stool plate 4 is stopped along the inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub body 1, and the stopper 5 is moved along the upper surface of the side edge portion 7 of the stool plate 4. The horizontal piece portion 8 and the vertical piece portion 10 that abuts against the front end edge 9 of the side edge portion 7 of the seating plate 4 are formed in a substantially L shape. Here, the outer corner portion 11 at the connecting portion of the horizontal piece portion 8 and the vertical piece portion 10, the rear end portion 12 of the horizontal piece portion 8, and the lower end portion 13 of the vertical piece portion 10 are each R-shaped. It is also formed. Further, a suction plate 14 that is detachably attached to the inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub body 1 is provided on the back surface of the stopper 5, and the stopper 5 is integrally formed with a soft material together with the suction plate 14.
[0018]
Hereinafter, the bathtub of this embodiment will be described in detail. The bathtub body 1 is integrally formed of a synthetic resin, a metal plate such as stainless steel, or the like. The inside of the bathtub main body 1 is formed as a recess that is open upward in a plan view in a substantially dharma shape, and this recess is formed wider toward the upper side, and protrudes outward at the upper end opening edge. The flange portion is integrally formed. The inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub body 1 is formed as a smooth surface that can be adsorbed by the suction disk 14 protruding from the back side of the stopper 5.
[0019]
Moreover, although the said recessed part of the bathtub main body 1 is a dharma shape, it forms so that the both-side inner wall surface 2 which opposes in a short width direction may become substantially parallel mutually, and the board 4 for stools is also seen from the upper part from the front However, it can be attached so as to be inserted into the bathtub body 1. In this case, if the inner wall surfaces 2 opposite to each other in the short width direction of the bathtub body 1 are formed in an extremely curved shape so as not to be parallel to each other, the seating plate 4 is difficult to move forward, but is fitted only from above. It will be attached in such a way.
[0020]
On the inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub main body 1, a receiving step portion 3 is formed over the entire circumference at a height position in the middle of the upper and lower sides. Even if the receiving step portion 3 is not provided on the entire circumference, the receiving step portion 3 may be provided only at a portion where both ends thereof are positioned so that the seating plate 4 is provided at a minimum. Here, although the receiving step portion 3 is formed in a step shape, it may be formed by providing a horizontal concave groove on the inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub body 1. The inner surface of the groove becomes the receiving step portion 3. In any case, the receiving step portion 3 only needs to have a substantially horizontal surface on which the end portion of the seating plate 4 is placed.
[0021]
The seating plate 4 has a substantially semicircular shape, and its arcuate portions (the rear end edge 6 and both side edge portions 7) are formed along the inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub body 1. The stool board 4 is made of a lightweight material, for example, a synthetic resin, a foamed body, a hollow body, or a wooden board, and covers the opening of the recess of the bathtub main body 1 to ¼ to ¼. It is formed in the shape of a flat plate. The arc-shaped rear end edge 6 and both side edge portions 7 of the seating plate 4 are placed and supported on the receiving step portion 3 in a state along the inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub body 1.
[0022]
In this state, the stool plate 4 is likely to float or move forward due to the flow of hot water stored in the bathtub body 1. In order to prevent this, on the upper side of the receiving step 3. The stoppers 5 are respectively attached to the inner wall surfaces 2 on opposite sides of the bathtub body 1. In this case, by placing and attaching the pair of stoppers 5 to the inner wall surfaces 2 on both sides, the seating plate 4 can be held in a more stable state, and the pair of stoppers 5 has a symmetrical shape. Is formed.
[0023]
The stopper 5 is integrally formed of a soft material having a high frictional resistance and excellent adhesion such as soft rubber or soft synthetic resin. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 4, the horizontal piece 8 and the vertical piece 10 It is formed in a substantially L shape. Here, the outer corner portion 11 at the connecting portion of the horizontal piece portion 8 and the vertical piece portion 10, the rear end portion 12 of the horizontal piece portion 8, and the lower end portion 13 of the vertical piece portion 10 are each rounded. It has an R shape.
[0024]
Then, three suction plates 14 are integrally projected on the back surface of the horizontal piece portion 8 of the stopper 5, and one suction plate 14 is integrally projected on the back surface of the vertical piece portion 10. Further, a convex rib 15 is integrally projected on the entire peripheral edge of the back side of the stopper 5, and the suction plate 14 is projected so as to protrude slightly from the convex rib 15. Therefore, in a state where the suction disk 14 is attracted to the inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub body 1, the convex rib 15 is brought into contact with the inner wall surface 2, and the stopper 5 is fixed in a stable state. .
[0025]
Further, in the middle of the front side of the stopper 5, a concave groove portion 16 is formed over the entire length of the horizontal piece portion 8 and the vertical piece portion 10. The concave groove portion 16 and the convex rib 15 make the stopper 5 vertical. The shape is difficult to bend and deform in the plane. In addition, since the suction disk 14 is disposed on both the horizontal piece portion 8 and the vertical piece portion 10, the vicinity of the front end edge 9 of the side edge portions 7 of the seating plate 4 is reliably held by the stopper 5. That is, the vertical piece 10 is abutted against the front edge 9 of the side edge 7 of the stool 4, and the horizontal piece 8 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the stool 4 near the front edge 9. The seating plate 4 is securely held by the stopper 5.
[0026]
Moreover, the stopper 5 is formed of a soft material as a whole, so that it is easily deformed and easy to handle along the inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub body 1 and is attached to the inner wall surface 2. In the state, as described above, the seating plate 4 can be securely held. Further, a recess 17 is formed on the front side corresponding to each suction disk 14 of the stopper 5, and the suction disk 14 is easily deformed by the recess 17, and is formed with respect to the inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub body 1. It is easy to attach and detach, and it is easy to reliably adsorb.
[0027]
Therefore, since the bathtub of this embodiment includes the stool plate 4 that is detachably installed between the receiving step portions 3 on both sides formed on the opposite inner wall surfaces 2 of the bathtub body 1, The stool plate 4 is installed between the receiving steps 3 so that it can sit on the stool plate 4 and take a shallow bath. The stool plate 4 can be removed and the bottom of the bathtub body 1 can be removed. You can sit down and take a deep bath, and enjoy various bathing patterns. Specifically, since it is the same as the content described in FIG. 9 in the prior art, the description thereof is omitted here.
[0028]
In addition, since the stool plate 4 is pressed from above to prevent the stool plate 4 from being lifted, and the stopper 5 is provided to prevent the stool plate 4 from moving in the horizontal direction, the stool plate 4 is installed and used. At this time, by using the stopper 5, it is possible to prevent the stool board 4 from being lifted or displaced, and the installation stability and safety by using the stool board 4 are improved. .
[0029]
Further, since the stopper 5 is detachably attached to the inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub body 1 above the receiving step portion 3, when the stool plate 4 is not used, the same as the stool plate 4 is used. The stopper 5 can be removed and cleaned up, and its usability is good. Further, since the stability of the stool plate 4 is ensured by using the stopper 5, it is not necessary to make the stool plate 4 heavy, and the stool plate 4 can be attached and detached by forming it with a lightweight material. Or easy to carry.
[0030]
Moreover, in the bathtub of this embodiment, since the rear edge 6 of the stool board 4 is stopped along the inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub body 1, the stool board 4 is used by being laid. In this case, there is no gap on the rear side, the sitting comfort is good, and the backward movement of the seating plate 4 is reliably prevented. In addition, the stopper 5 is formed in a substantially L shape, its lateral piece 8 is along the upper surface of the side edge 7 of the seating plate 4, and its vertical piece 10 is the side edge of the seating plate 4. 7, the stoppers 5 are disposed on both sides, so that the stool plate 4 can be prevented from being lifted and moved forward. Therefore, the stability at the time of use of the stool board 4 is further improved.
[0031]
Moreover, in the bathtub of this embodiment, the outer corner part 11 in the connection part of the horizontal piece part 8 and the vertical piece part 10, the rear-end part 12 of the horizontal piece part 8, and the lower end of the vertical piece part 10 Since each of the portions 13 is formed in an R shape, each of these portions is a portion that is easily hit by an arm or a body during bathing, but each is formed in an R shape, and the skin contact becomes smooth. Safety is further improved.
[0032]
Moreover, in the bathtub of this embodiment, since the suction disk 14 detachably attached to the inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub main body 1 is provided on the back surface of the stopper 5, the suction disk 14 is attached to the bathtub main body 1. The stopper 5 can be easily attached and detached by adsorbing it to or removing it from the inner wall surface 2. Moreover, since the stopper 5 is integrally formed of a soft material together with the suction plate 14, the entire stopper can be easily manufactured by integral molding with soft rubber, soft synthetic resin, or the like, and the whole is soft. It will be easy to handle and will not be damaged even if it hits the arm or body, safety will be improved, and it will be difficult to slip between the stool plate 4 and the stool plate 4 will be prevented from slipping. .
[0033]
Moreover, in the bathtub of this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, particularly when the air outlet 18 through which the jet jet is jetted is provided on the inner wall surface 2 of the bathtub main body 1, the momentum of the jet jet is obtained. Therefore, the stool plate 4 can easily be lifted or displaced, but the stoppers 5 on both sides can surely prevent this, which is extremely effective.
[0034]
