Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bath pillow that is arranged on the upper surface of a standing part of a bathtub and supports a bather's head.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, a pillow (hereinafter referred to as a bath pillow) Bp formed on a part of the upper surface of the standing part Bv of the bathtub B is well known. The bath pillow Bp is for bathing in a state where the bather puts his head and tilts his / her upper body in the bathtub B (like lying down) so that he can relax at the time of bathing. Accordingly, the bass pillow Bp has a shape similar to that of a sleeping pillow, that is, a curved portion where the head (particularly the back of the head) abuts gently so that the head can be placed stably without a sense of incongruity. It is formed in a planar shape.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, buoyancy is generated in the bather's body, and if the bather tries to get out of the bathtub B or moves his body by reestablishing his / her body, the bather may lose his balance due to buoyancy. In some cases, the bather's head slips off from the bath pillow Bp. In other words, the conventional bath pillow Bp is merely for placing the head, and the bather cannot fit the bather's head that has lost his stance due to buoyancy, and the bather gets stuck in the bathtub B. It sometimes occurred.
[0004]
Therefore, in view of such circumstances, the present invention provides a bath pillow that can support a bather even when buoyancy occurs in the body of the bather and the bather tends to lose balance. The second problem is to provide a bath pillow that can be relaxed bathing in conjunction with the first problem.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the first problem, the bath pillow according to the present invention is detachably attached to the upper surface of the upright portion Bv forming the bathtub B, and contacts the lower part of the back of the head of the bather. A predetermined gap in the horizontal direction, the abutting part 1 is interposed between the gaps, and one end is located on the inner side of the bathtub B from the abutting part 1 And a pair of supports 3 extending from the base 2, and when the bather abuts the lower part of the back of the back of the head with the abutment part 1, the pair of supports 3 near the lower part of the bather's ears. The shape is set so as to be supported by being hooked .
[0006]
If the bath pillow Bp having the above-described configuration is used, the bather brings the lower part of the back of the head (particularly, the back side of the neck) into contact with the contact part 1 so that the back of the head protrudes from the neck of the contact part 1. It is in a state of being hooked in the vicinity of the boundary line, and is in a state of being hooked under the both ears by the pair of supports 3. Thus, even if the bather takes a bath with the upper body tilted in the bathtub B, and the body is buoyant and loses balance to the left and right, the lower part of the bather's ears is supported by the pair of supports 3. In addition, even if the bather loses balance in the front-rear direction, the back of the head is hooked in the vicinity of the boundary line of the contact portion 1, preventing the bather's head from sliding off the bath pillow Bp, and the bather's posture Can be supported.
[0007]
Further, since the base 2 of the bath pillow Bp, that is, the bath pillow Bp, is detachable from the bathtub B, it can be attached to the existing bathtub B, while the bath pillow Bp once attached to the standing part Bv of the bathtub B is removed from the bathtub B. be able to. As described above, since the bus pillow Bp can be removed, the bath pillow Bp can be easily washed, dried, and the like, and the occurrence of mold and the like in the bus pillow Bp can be prevented, which is hygienic.
[0008]
Moreover, if the press body 4 which presses the inner surface of the standing part Bv of the bathtub B is hung on each of the pair of support bodies 3 as described in claim 2, the bather who has lost balance during bathing. By allowing the body weight to act not only on the base 2 attached to the upper surface of the standing part Bv of the bathtub B but also on the pressing body 4, the bath pillow Bp can be prevented from being detached from the standing part Bv. That is, the drag force of the force that attempts to detach the base 2 from the standing part Bv is generated between the pressing part 4 and the standing part Bv to prevent the bath pillow Bp from being unexpectedly detached from the bathtub B. Safety when using the bus pillow Bp can be ensured.
[0009]
Further, as described in claim 3, the pair of support bodies 3 may be inclined so that the one end side is located above the other end side. In this way, even when the bather takes a bathing posture in which his / her upper body is tilted, if the bather makes the contact portion 1 abut the lower part of the back of the head, the bather's posture, particularly The lower vicinity of both ears can be supported by the pair of support bodies 3 so as to correspond to the inclination of the bather's head. That is, even if the bather takes a bath so that the upper body is laid down, the pair of supports 3 support the lower vicinity of both ears of the bather in a state along the lower sides of both ears of the bather. The person can take a bath without feeling uncomfortable.
[0010]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, if a continuous curved surface is formed by the facing surfaces of the pair of support bodies 3 and the contact portion 1, the pair of support bodies 3 and the contact portion 1 are bathed. It can be along a line (the so-called neck) connecting the lower part of the person's ear and the lower part of the back of the head. Thereby, a bather can be supported in the stable state and a sense of security can be provided to the bather during bathing.
[0011]
Further, as described in claim 5, if the base 2 includes at least one suction cup 7 to be attached to the upright portion Bv, the bath pillow Bp is added to the existing bathtub B by the suction force of the suction cup 7. As well as being able to be easily attached, it can also be easily removed. In this way, by making the removal easy, the bath pillow Bp can be easily cleaned and is hygienic.
[0012]
Furthermore, in order to solve said 2nd subject, if at least 1 or more 1st convex part 5 for a massage is formed in the said curved surface as described in Claim 6, a bather uses bath pillow Bp When this is done, the first convex portion 5 comes into contact with at least one of the vicinity of the lower back of the bather's back or the vicinity of both ears, so that a massage effect is obtained on the neck. In particular, the blood flow of the neck can be improved, and the bather can relax and enjoy bathing. In addition, when the vicinity of the lower part of the back of the back of the bather (especially the neck) is brought into contact with the first convex part 5, the vicinity where the first convex part 5 is brought into contact with the curved surface does not adhere to the curved surface. It is possible to prevent the neck of the bather from being pressed and obstructing the blood flow of the neck.
[0013]
Further, as described in claim 7, a second convex portion 6 for massage may be formed at one end of the pair of supports 3. In this way, the bather who has bathed in a state where the lower vicinity of the back of the head is brought into contact with the contact portion 1 and the lower vicinity of both ears is supported by the pair of support bodies 3 is changed in posture. If the back or the like is pressed against the second convex portion 6, the bather can obtain a massage (acupressure) effect on the back even while taking a bath, and can enjoy bathing in a more relaxed state.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a bus pillow according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0015]
The bus pillow according to the present embodiment is an integrally molded resin molded product. As shown in FIG. 1, the base part 2 that is a base attached to the upper surface of the standing part Bv forming the bathtub B, and the base part When attaching 2 to standing part Bv, it is the support part 3 which is a pair of support body comprised so that it might extend to the bathtub B inside side, and the press body suspended from the lower part of this support part 3. It is comprised with the press part 4. FIG.
[0016]
The base part 2 is formed in a plate shape and has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view. A contact portion 1 is formed on the upper surface of the base portion 2 having such a plate shape, excluding one end portion in the short direction. The contact portion 1 has a predetermined width in the longitudinal direction in plan view, and is formed of a curved surface that is inclined upward from the other end in the short-side direction toward one end side. In addition, suction cups 7 for attaching to the standing part Bv are attached in the vicinity of both ends of one end of the base part 2. The suction cup 7 is provided in order to securely attach the bath pillow Bp to the standing part Bv of the bathtub B.
[0017]
The pair of support portions 3 are formed so as to extend from one end of the base portion 2 in the short direction so as to have a gap in the horizontal direction and incline upward at a predetermined angle. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, each of the support portions 3 has one end (hereinafter referred to as a tip) positioned on the bathtub B side from the contact portion 1 and the tip is located above the contact portion 1. The upper surface extends from the base portion 2 in a state where the upper surface is inclined at an angle α of about 35 to 40 degrees with respect to the lower surface of the base portion 2 so as to be positioned.
[0018]
Returning to FIG. 1, each of the opposing surfaces of the support portions 3 has a curved shape so that the horizontal width of the support portion 3 gradually increases inward from the tip toward the connection portion with the base portion 2. Yes. Each of the opposing surfaces of the pair of support portions 3 is connected to both ends in the width direction of the curved surface on which the contact portion 1 is formed, that is, the surface on which the contact portion 1 is formed and the pair of supports. The opposing surfaces of the parts 3 are in a continuous state. That is, this continuous surface forms a curved surface that is curved in a U shape so as to be in contact with a line (so-called neck muscle) connecting the vicinity of the bather's lower ears and the lower back of the head. Therefore, the apex portion of the curved surface and the vicinity of the apex portion become the contact portion 1, and the opposing surfaces of the U-shaped curved surface itself become a part of the pair of support portions 3.
[0019]
The curved surfaces formed by the pair of support portions 3 and the contact portions 1 are formed with a pair of first convex portions 5 for massage having a predetermined interval in the horizontal direction. Each of the parts 5 has a rounded shape.
[0020]
Moreover, each front-end | tip part of a pair of said support part 3 serves as the 2nd convex part 6 for massage, and this front-end | tip part has the rounded shape similarly to the said 1st convex part 5. FIG. There is no. In other words, the first convex portion 5 is formed continuously with the pair of support portions 3.
[0021]
The pressing portion 4 includes a hanging portion 9 that is continuously suspended from the pair of support portions 3, and a connecting portion 10 that connects between the hanging portions 9.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 2, the hanging portion 9 is configured so that the cross section gradually decreases downward from the pair of support portions 3, and a portion facing the inner surface of the standing portion Bv of the bathtub B is a base. It is in a state of being inclined at an angle β of about 105 degrees with respect to the lower part of the base part 2.
[0023]
The connecting portion 10 forms a curved surface having a concave shape on the bathtub B side continuously with the curved surface between the pair of support portions 3. The portion on the opposite side to the surface on which the curved surface is formed is set so as not to protrude from the inclined portion of the hanging portion 9 to the upright portion Bv side. A protrusion 8 is formed on the surface. A suction cup 7 is attached to the surface of the projecting piece 8 facing the upright portion Bv to prevent the bass pillow Bp from rising and the inner surface of the upright portion Bv from being damaged.
[0024]
The pressing part 4 having the above-described configuration will be described in more detail. The inner surface of the standing part Bv of the bathtub B currently sold in Japan is inclined at about 110 degrees with respect to the upper surface of the standing part Bv. In the bath pillow Bp according to the present embodiment, the portion of the pressing portion 4 that faces the rising portion Bv is inclined at an angle β of about 105 degrees, so that the rising portion Bv of the bathtub B that is sold in most domestic countries. The shape is set so that the upright portion Bv can be pressed to at least a part (lower end portion) of the pressing portion 4 on the inner surface.
[0025]
As described above, the base part 2, the abutting part 1, the pair of support parts 3, the pressing part 4, the first convex part 5, and the second convex part 6 are integrally formed. The outer peripheral surfaces of the part 2, the contact part 1, the pair of support parts 3, the pressing part 4, the first convex part 5, and the second convex part 6 form a continuous identical curved surface.
[0026]
When using the bath pillow Bp having the above-described configuration, as shown in FIG. 3, first, the lower portion of the base portion 2 is opposed to the upper surface of the standing portion Bv forming the bathtub B, and the inclined portion of the pressing portion 4 is the standing portion. The bus pillow Bp is arranged so as to face the inner surface of Bv, and the suction cup 7 of the base part 2 and the suction cup 7 of the protruding piece 8 are adsorbed to the standing part Bv. In this state, the upper surfaces of the pair of support parts 3 are inclined upward at an angle of about 35 degrees to 40 degrees with respect to the upper surface of the standing part Bv.
[0027]
And when a bather takes a bath with the posture which inclined the upper body, it is supported by a pair of support part 3 so that a bather's both ears lower part may follow a neck. Further, in this state, the first convex portion 5 is in a state of applying pressure to the bather's neck. That is, the blood flow of the bather can be promoted, and the bather can obtain a massage effect.
[0028]
When the bather loses balance in the left-right direction due to the buoyancy generated in the bather's body, the pair of support parts 3 support the lower part of both ears, that is, the base part of the lower jaw. Further, when the bather slips in the front-rear direction (height direction) of the bather, the lower back of the head, that is, the neck is brought into contact with the contact portion 1, so that the back of the head projected from the neck is It becomes the state caught in the boundary line of the contact part 1, and prevents a bather's head from sliding down from the bath pillow Bp. That is, even if the bather loses balance in the front-rear and left-right directions, the neck of the bather is supported by the contact portion 1 and the pair of support portions 3.
[0029]
Thus, when the bather's head out of balance is supported by the contact portion 1 and the pair of support portions 3, that is, when the weight of the bather acts on the base portion 2 and the pressing portion 4. A force for lifting the suction cup 7 of the base portion 2 is applied, and a force for pressing the suction cup 7 of the pressing portion 4 against the upright portion Bv is applied. That is, the force acting so as to press the suction cup 7 of the pressing portion 4 against the upright portion Bv becomes a drag force of the force that lifts the suction cup 7 of the base portion 2 and prevents the bass pillow Bp from being detached from the upright portion Bv. It can be done.
[0030]
And if a bather changes body posture and presses a back etc. to the 2nd convex part 6, not only the bather's neck massage mentioned above but the massage of a back etc. can be performed during bathing.
[0031]
As described above, the pair of support portions 3 are used by the pair of support portions 3 in a state where the neck is in contact with the contact portion 1 so that the back of the head is hooked on the base portion 2 provided with the contact portion 1. Since the lower part of the ear is supported, even if the bather loses balance in the front / rear and left / right directions, he / she can support the neck of the bather and the head, thereby protecting the bather from an accident. it can.
[0032]
Further, by tilting the pair of support portions 3, even when the bather takes a bath with the upper body tilted, the pair of support portions 3 takes a bath substantially corresponding to the tilt of the head in the bather's posture. It is possible to support the lower vicinity of the person's both ears, and the bather can enjoy bathing in a relaxed state without feeling uncomfortable.
[0033]
Furthermore, the formation of the first convex portion 5 prevents the bather's neck blood flow from being obstructed and provides a massage effect on the bather's neck even during bathing. By promoting blood flow by this massage effect, the stiffness of the neck is eliminated and the bather can enjoy bathing in a relaxed state.
[0034]
Moreover, since the 2nd convex part 6 was formed, if a bather changes a posture and puts a back on this 2nd convex part 6, the stiffness of a back etc. will be eliminated during bathing similarly to the elimination of the stiffness of a neck. be able to. In other words, it is possible to provide a relaxed bath while ensuring the safety of bathers.
[0035]
Note that the bass pillow Bp of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it is needless to say that various changes can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
[0036]
The bass pillow Bp according to the present embodiment is formed by integrally forming the base part 2, the pair of support parts 3 and the pressing part 4, but each of the base part 2, the pair of support parts 3 and the pressing part 4 is provided. As a matter of course, the bus pillow Bp may be formed by separately forming the members and assembling the members.
[0037]
In this embodiment, although the two 1st convex parts 5 were provided, the 1st convex part 5 should just be formed at least 1 or more, without being limited to two. In this case, in consideration of the arrangement location and the interval according to the number of the first convex portions 5, for example, when one first convex portion 5 is formed, the pair of support portions 3 and the contact portion 1 In the case where three or more first convex portions 5 are provided at the apex (center) portion of the curved surface formed in Step 1, the horizontal surfaces may be provided at equal intervals.
[0038]
In the present embodiment, the distal end portion of the support portion 3 also serves as the second convex portion 6, but the second convex portion 6 may be one in which a small-diameter convex portion is formed at the distal end of the support portion 3.
[0039]
Moreover, in this embodiment, although the press part 4 was comprised by the hanging part 9 and the connection part 10, and it was made to make a bather's body weight act on the protrusion 8 formed in the connection part 10, the connection part 10 Is not necessarily formed, and the same operation and effect can be achieved even if the suction cups 7 are provided at the lower ends of the hanging portions 9. That is, the hanging portion 9 itself can be used as the pressing portion 4.
[0040]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, as an effect of the present invention, the lower part of the back of the head of the bather is brought into contact with the contact part, and the lower part of the bather is supported by the pair of support bodies, so that the bather can move back and forth in the bathtub. Even if the balance is lost to the left and right, the bather's head can be supported by the abutment and the pair of supports, preventing accidental accidents where the bather gets stuck in the bathtub during bathing. Can do.
[0041]
In addition, since the pair of support members are inclined, even if the bather takes a bathing posture with the posture tilted in the front-rear direction or the bather's head is tilted, the bather should be adapted to the posture of the bather. The bather can be supported without feeling uncomfortable.
[0042]
Furthermore, the first convex part is provided on the curved surface formed by the abutment part and the pair of supports, thereby preventing blood flow inhibition when the bather abuts the lower part of the back of the head with the abutment part. In addition, a shiatsu effect can be obtained, and the bather can enjoy bathing in a relaxed state during bathing.
[0043]
Moreover, by providing the 2nd convex part, an acupressure effect can be produced also to the backs other than a neck of a bather. In other words, blood flow can be promoted by bathing the neck, back, etc. with the first and second convex portions during bathing, and the bather can enjoy bathing in a relaxed state. .
