【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、浴槽の起立部の上面に配置して入浴者の頭部を支えるバスピローに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から図４に示す如く、浴槽Ｂの起立部Ｂｖの上面の一部に枕（以下、バスピローという）Ｂｐが形成されたものが周知である。かかるバスピローＢｐは、入浴時にリラックスし得るように、入浴者が頭部を載せて浴槽Ｂ内で上体を傾けた（寝転んだような）状態で入浴するためのものである。従って、かかるバスピローＢｐは、違和感なく且つ安定して頭部を載せる事ができるように、就寝用の枕に相似した形状、すなわち、頭部（特に後頭部）を当接させる部分が緩やな湾曲面状に形成されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、入浴者の体には浮力が生じており、入浴者が浴槽Ｂから出ようとしたり、体勢を立て直したりして体を動かすと、入浴者は、浮力によりバランスを崩してしまうことが有り、バスピローＢｐから入浴者の頭部が滑り落ちるといった事態が生じることがあった。つまり、従来のバスピローＢｐは、単に頭部を載せるだけのものであり、浮力によって体勢を崩した入浴者の頭部をサポート出来ずに、入浴者が浴槽Ｂ内に填ってしまうという事態が生じることがあった。

そこで、本発明は、斯かる実情に鑑み、入浴者の体に浮力が生じて入浴者がバランスを崩しそうになっても、該入浴者をサポートすることができるバスピローを提供することを第一の課題とし、該第一の課題に併せてリラックスした入浴が出来るバスピローを提供することを第二の課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記第一の課題を解決すべく、本発明にかかるバスピローは、請求項１記載の如く、浴槽Ｂを形成する起立部Ｂｖの上面に着脱自在に取り付けられ、入浴者の後頭部下方近傍を当接させる当接部１を備えた基台２と、水平方向に所定間隙を形成し、該間隙間に当接部１を介在させ、且つ一端が当接部１より浴槽Ｂ内部側に位置するように基台２から延出した一対の支持体３とで構成され、入浴者が当接部１に後頭部下方近傍を当接させた際に、一対の支持体３で入浴者の両耳下方近傍を掛止させて支持するように形状設定されてなることを特徴とする。

上記構成のバスピローＢｐを用いれば、入浴者が後頭部の下方近傍（特に、首の後ろ側）を前記当接部１に当接させることにより、首よりも突出した後頭部が、当接部１の境界線近傍に掛止された状態となり、しかも一対の支持体３によって、両耳の下方を掛止させた状態となる。これにより、入浴者が浴槽Ｂ内で上体を傾けた状態で入浴し、体に浮力が生じて左右にバランスを崩しても、入浴者の両耳の下方が一対の支持体３によって支持され、また、入浴者が前後方向にバランスを崩しても、後頭部が当接部１の境界線近傍に掛止され、入浴者の頭部がバスピローＢｐから滑り落ちるのを防止し、入浴者の姿勢をサポートすることができる。

また、バスピローＢｐの基台２、つまりバスピローＢｐを浴槽Ｂに着脱自在としたので、既存の浴槽Ｂに取り付けることが出来る一方、浴槽Ｂの起立部Ｂｖに一旦取り付けたバスピローＢｐを浴槽Ｂから取り外すことができる。このように、バスピローＢｐを取り外し可能としたことで、バスピローＢｐの洗浄、乾燥などを容易に行うことができ、バスピローＢｐにカビなどが発生するのを防止することができ、衛生的である。

また、請求項２記載の如く、前記一対の支持体３のそれぞれに、浴槽Ｂの起立部Ｂｖの内面を押圧する押圧体４が垂設されれば、入浴中にバランスを崩した入浴者の体重を、浴槽Ｂの起立部Ｂｖ上面に取り付けられた基台２のみならず、押圧体４にも作用させることにより、バスピローＢｐの起立部Ｂｖからの離脱を防止することができる。つまり、基台２を起立部Ｂｖから離脱させようとする力の抗力を押圧部４と起立部Ｂｖとの間に生じさせてバスピローＢｐが不意に浴槽Ｂから外れるのを防止し、入浴者がバスピローＢｐを使用した際の安全性を担保することが出来るのである。

さらに、請求項３記載の如く、前記一対の支持体３は、前記一端側が他端側に対して上方に位置するように傾斜させてもよい。このようにすれば、入浴者が上体を傾けたような姿勢で入浴した場合であっても、入浴者が当接部１に後頭部下方近傍を当接させれば、入浴者の姿勢、特に、入浴者の頭部の傾きに対応するように、一対の支持体３で両耳の下方近傍を支持することができる。つまり、入浴者が上体を寝かせるように入浴しても、一対の支持体３が入浴者の両耳の下方に沿った状態で、該入浴者の両耳の下方近傍を支持するので、入浴者は、違和感を覚えることなく入浴することができるのである。

また、請求項４記載の如く、前記一対の支持体３同士の対向面と、前記当接部１とで連続した湾曲面を形成すれば、一対の支持体３と当接部１とを入浴者の耳の下方近傍と後頭部の下方近傍とで結ぶ線（いわゆる、首筋）に沿わせることができる。これにより、入浴者を安定した状態でサポートすることができ、入浴中の入浴者に安心感をも提供することができる。

また、請求項５記載の如く、前記基台２は、前記起立部Ｂｖに取り付けるための吸盤７を少なくとも一つ以上備えていれば、この吸盤７の吸着力によって、既存の浴槽ＢにバスピローＢｐを容易に取り付けることができることは勿論のこと、取り外しも容易に行うことができる。このように、取り外しを容易にすることで、バスピローＢｐの清掃が容易となり衛生的である。

さらに、上記第二の課題を解決するために、請求項６記載の如く、前記湾曲面に少なくとも一つ以上のマッサージ用の第一凸部５が形成されれば、入浴者がバスピローＢｐを使用した際に、入浴者の後頭部の下方近傍又は両耳の下方近傍の少なくとも何れか一方に第一凸部５が当接するので、該首筋にマッサージ効果が得られる。特に、首筋の血流をよくすることができ、入浴者は、リラックスして入浴を楽しむ事ができる。その上、第一凸部５に入浴者の後頭部の下方近傍（特に首筋）を当接させた際に、湾曲面に第一凸部５を当接させた付近が湾曲面と密着しないので、入浴者の首筋等が圧迫されず、首筋等の血流を阻害するのを防止することができる。

さらに、請求項７記載の如く、前記一対の支持体３の一端部にマッサージ用の第二凸部６がそれぞれ形成されてもよい。このようにすれば、後頭部の下方近傍を当接部１に当接させるとともに、一対の支持体３に両耳の下方近傍を支持させた状態で入浴していた入浴者が、体勢を変えて第二凸部６に背中などを押しつければ、該入浴者は、入浴中であっても背中などにマッサージ（指圧）効果が得られ、更にリラックスした状態で入浴を楽しむことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明にかかるバスピローの一実施形態について、図面を参酌しつつ説明する。

本実施形態にかかるバスピローは、一体成型された樹脂成型品であり、図１に示す如く、浴槽Ｂを形成する起立部Ｂｖの上面に取り付ける基台である基台部２と、該基台部２を起立部Ｂｖに取り付けた際に、浴槽Ｂ内部側に延出するように構成された一対の支持体である支持部３と、該支持部３の下部から垂設された押圧体である押圧部４とで構成されている。

前記基台部２は、板状に形成されており、平面視略長方形状をなしている。かかる板状をなした基台部２の短手方向の一端部を除いた上面には、当接部１が形成されている。かかる当接部１は、平面視長手方向に所定幅を有し、且つ短手方向の他端から一端側に向けて先上がりに傾斜した湾曲面で形成されている。また、基台部２の一端部の両端近傍には、起立部Ｂｖに取り付ける為の吸盤７が取り付けられている。かかる吸盤７は、バスピローＢｐを確実に浴槽Ｂの起立部Ｂｖに取り付けるために設けられている。

前記一対の支持部３は、水平方向に間隙を有し、且つ所定の角度で先上がりに傾斜するように、基台部２の短手方向の一端から延出して形成されている。さらに詳しく説明すると、支持部３のそれぞれは、図２に示す如く、一端（以下、先端という）が前記当接部１より浴槽Ｂ側に位置し、且つ該先端が当接部１より上方に位置するように、上面が基台部２の下面に対して約３５度〜４０度の角度αで傾斜した状態で基台部２から延出して形成されているのである。

図１に戻り、支持部３同士の対向面のそれぞれは、先端から基台部２との接続部分に向けて支持部３の水平方向の幅が内側に漸大するように曲面状をなしている。また、一対の支持部３同士の対向面のそれぞれは、当接部１を形成した湾曲面の幅方向の両端に接続された状態、つまり、当接部１を形成した面と、一対の支持部３同士の対向面とが連続した状態をなしている。すなわち、この連続した面は、入浴者の両耳下方近傍と後頭部下方近傍を結ぶ線（いわゆる、首筋）に当接し得るようにＵ字状に湾曲した湾曲面を形成している。したがって、この湾曲面の頂点部、及び、頂点部近傍が当接部１となり、Ｕ字状の湾曲面自身の対向面が、一対の支持部３の一部となるのである。

そして、一対の支持部３と当接部１とでなした湾曲面には、水平方向に所定の間隔を有した一対のマッサージ用の第一凸部５が形成されており、該第一凸部５のそれぞれは、丸みの持った形状をなしている。

また、上記一対の支持部３のそれぞれの先端部は、マッサージ用の第二凸部６を兼ねており、該先端部は、前記第一凸部５と同様に、丸みを持たせた形状をなしている。換言すれば、第一凸部５は、一対の支持部３と連続して形成されているのである。

前記押圧部４は、一対の支持部３に連続して垂設された垂設部９と、該垂設部９間を連結する連結部１０とで構成されている。

前記垂設部９は、図２に示す如く、前記一対の支持部３から下方に向けて断面が漸減するように構成されており、浴槽Ｂの起立部Ｂｖの内面と対向する部分が、基台部２の下部に対して約１０５度の角度βで傾斜した状態をなしている。

前記連結部１０は、前記一対の支持部３間の湾曲面と連続して浴槽Ｂ側に凹状をなした湾曲面を形成している。かかる湾曲面を形成した面と反対側の部分は、前記垂設部９の傾斜をなした部分から起立部Ｂｖ側に突出しないように形状設定されており、この連結部１０の下端の略中央に突片８が形成されている。この突片８の起立部Ｂｖとの対向面側には、バスピローＢｐの浮き上がりを防止するとともに、起立部Ｂｖの内面の傷付きを防止するための吸盤７が取り付けられている。

上記構成の押圧部４についてさらに詳しく説明すると、現状における国内で販売されている浴槽Ｂの起立部Ｂｖの内面は、起立部Ｂｖの上面に対して約１１０度で傾斜しているのが平均的であり、本実施形態にかかるバスピローＢｐは、押圧部４の起立部Ｂｖと対向する部分を約１０５度の角度βで傾斜させることにより、ほとんどの国内で販売されている浴槽Ｂの起立部Ｂｖの内面に押圧部４の少なくとも一部（下端部）で起立部Ｂｖを押圧できるように形状設定されているのである。

そして、上述の如く、基台部２、当接部１、一対の支持部３、押圧部４、第一凸部５、第二凸部６は、一体的に形成されているので、基台部２、当接部１、一対の支持部３、押圧部４、第一凸部５、第二凸部６のそれぞれの外周面が、連続した同一曲面を形成している。

上記構成のバスピローＢｐを使用する際には、図３に示す如く、まず基台部２の下部が浴槽Ｂを形成する起立部Ｂｖの上面と対向し、且つ押圧部４の傾斜部分が起立部Ｂｖの内面と対向するようにバスピローＢｐを配置し、基台部２の吸盤７及び突片８の吸盤７を起立部Ｂｖに吸着させる。この状態で、一対の支持部３の上面が、起立部Ｂｖの上面に対して約３５度〜４０度の角度で先上がりに傾斜した状態となる。

そして、入浴者が上体を傾けた姿勢で入浴した際には、入浴者の両耳下方が首筋に沿うように一対の支持部３で支持されるのである。また、この状態で、第一凸部５が入浴者の首筋を点圧した状態となる。つまり、入浴者の血流を促進させることができ、入浴者は、マッサージ効果を得ることができるのである。

入浴者の体に生じている浮力により、入浴者が左右方向にバランスを崩した場合においては、一対の支持部３によって両耳の下方、すなわち、下顎の付け根部分が支持されるのである。また、入浴者の前後方向（身長方向）に入浴者が滑る様な状態となった場合、後頭部の下方、すなわち、首筋を当接部１に当接させているので、首筋より突出した後頭部が当接部１の境界線近傍に引っかかった状態となり、入浴者の頭部がバスピローＢｐから滑り落ちるのを阻止するのである。つまり、入浴者が前後、左右にバランスを崩しても、当接部１、一対の支持部３によって、入浴者の首筋がサポートされるのである。

このように当接部１及び一対の支持部３によって、バランスを崩した入浴者の頭部をサポートした際、すなわち、基台部２及び押圧部４に入浴者の体重が作用した際には、基台部２の吸盤７を上方に持ち上げようとする力が作用するとともに、押圧部４の吸盤７を起立部Ｂｖに押さえつけようとする力が作用する。つまり、押圧部４の吸盤７を起立部Ｂｖに押しつけるように作用する力が、基台部２の吸盤７を持ち上げようとする力の抗力となり、バスピローＢｐが起立部Ｂｖから離脱するのを防止することができるのである。

そして、入浴者が、体勢を変えて背中などを第二凸部６に押しつければ、上述した入浴者の首筋のマッサージだけではなく、入浴中に背中などのマッサージもできるのである。

以上のように、当接部１を備えた基台部２に後頭部を掛止するように、首筋を当接部１に当接させた状態で、一対の支持部３によって、入浴者の両耳下方を支持するようにしたので、入浴者が前後、左右方向にバランスを崩しても、入浴者の首筋、引いては頭部を支えることができ、不慮の事故から入浴者を守ることができる。
