Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an article attachment for attaching an article such as a handrail to the surface of a wall surface constituting member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When attaching an object such as a handrail to the surface of the wall surface component, if the wall surface component is brittle, for example, gypsum board, it is attached from the surface side of the wall surface member attachment (surface on which the article is located) If the article is attached with a screw or the like, it becomes impossible to support a large load from the article and it cannot be adopted. For this reason, an opening is formed in the wall surface component member, the anchor piece is inserted through the opening portion and disposed on the back surface side of the wall surface component member, and the anchor piece is in close contact with the back surface side of the wall surface component member. A load from the article is supported.
[0003]
Conventionally, various types of article attachments using an anchor piece inserted through an opening have been proposed, but a holding member and an anchor piece arranged on the surface side of a wall surface component member are used as wall surface component members. There is a structure in which the wall surface constituting member is sandwiched between the anchor piece and the holding member by connecting through the mounting bolts inserted through the mounting bolts. And in the one having the mounting bolt, one end of the mounting bolt is connected to the anchor piece in advance, and the anchor piece is moved from the opening of the wall surface component member to the back side while holding the base end of the mounting bolt. Some have been made to perform the insertion work (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-145089).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the support of the load from the article by the anchor piece is mainly handled when the anchor piece is pressed against the back surface side of the wall surface constituting member. For example, when the anchor piece is arranged so as to extend upward from the opening of the wall surface component member, the load is downward with respect to, for example, a handrail as an article arranged on the surface side of the wall surface component member and connected to the mounting bolt When the is acted, the anchor piece is pressed against the back surface side of the wall surface constituting member, and the load support is effectively performed. On the other hand, in the state where the anchor piece extends upward from the opening as described above, when an upward load is applied to the handrail, the anchor piece extending upward from the opening is applied to the anchor piece from the back side of the wall surface constituting member. Since the peeling force is received, this downward load support cannot be performed effectively.
[0005]
In order to solve such problems, the position of the anchor piece is set so as to extend in the direction opposite to the direction of the load acting on the article, assuming in advance the direction of the load acting on the article. In addition, the anchor piece is set so as to extend in both the upper and lower directions, for example, with the opening of the wall surface constituting member as a boundary so that it can cope with both upward and downward loads acting on the article. It has also been done.
[0006]
However, the load bearing using the anchor piece arranged on the back surface side of the wall surface component member is a load bearing using the pressure contact of the anchor piece to the back surface side of the wall surface component member, and is peeled off from the back surface side of the wall surface component member. Actually, it was not expected to be a load bearing in the direction to be done.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the object thereof is to provide an anchor piece when a wall surface constituting member is sandwiched between an anchor piece and a holding member connected via a mounting bolt. It is an object of the present invention to provide an article fixture and parts thereof that can support a load in a wider direction.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention (the invention according to claim 1) , the solution is as follows. That is, as described in claim 1 in the claims,
An anchor piece inserted through the opening formed in the wall surface component member and disposed on the back surface side of the wall surface component member and a holding member disposed on the surface side of the wall surface component member are inserted through the opening portion. An article mounting tool configured to sandwich the wall surface component member between the anchor piece and the holding member by connecting via a mounting bolt.
As the anchor piece, a first anchor piece and a second anchor piece are provided,
The front end of the mounting bolt is connected to the base end of the first anchor piece so as to rotate integrally,
The base end portion of the second anchor piece is rotatably fitted without being screwed to the mounting bolt on the base end side of the mounting bolt from the first anchor piece,
The first anchor piece and the second anchor piece have a predetermined surface extending toward the respective tip end portions, and can be brought into contact with the back surface side of the wall surface constituent member in a relative rotation posture that does not overlap each other. And when the first anchor piece and the second anchor piece overlap each other, one of the first anchor piece or the second anchor piece is the first anchor piece or the second anchor piece. The second anchor piece is inclined with respect to the other of the two anchor pieces, and the first anchor piece and the second anchor piece are set apart from each other based on the inclination;
An adhesive is provided on a predetermined surface of the first anchor piece to adhere to the back side of the wall surface constituting member, and the adhesive is configured so that the first anchor piece and the second anchor piece are mutually connected. In the overlapping relative rotation posture, one of the first anchor piece or the second anchor piece is inclined with respect to the other of the first anchor piece or the second anchor piece, and It is set so as not to touch . A preferred mode based on the above solution is as described in claim 2 and the following claims.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
According to the invention described in claim 1, the anchor piece (at least the first anchor piece) is not only against the load pressed against the back surface side of the wall surface constituting member, but also the load to be peeled off, Furthermore, a load in a direction that slides on the back surface of the wall surface component can be supported, and a load in a wide direction can be supported. In addition, the adhesive is strongly pressed between the anchor piece and the back surface side of the wall surface constituent member with a connecting force using a mounting bolt, so that the adhesive is fixed by adhesion between the anchor piece and the back surface side of the wall surface constituent member. Is always ensured, and the above-described effects can be surely exhibited.
In addition, the second anchor piece has a posture that extends downward using its own weight, while the first anchor piece has a posture that extends upward by using the rotation operation of the mounting bolt, and the extension direction of the two anchor pieces is greatly increased. The difference is preferable in firmly supporting a load in a wider direction.
Further, when the first anchor piece and the second anchor piece are in a relative rotation posture in which the first anchor piece and the second anchor piece overlap each other, one of the first anchor piece or the second anchor piece is opposite to the other of the first anchor piece or the second anchor piece The adhesive provided on the predetermined surface of the first anchor piece is set so as not to contact the second anchor piece, and the first and second anchor pieces are inserted into the opening of the wall surface constituting member. In doing so, it is possible to prevent contact between the adhesive provided on the predetermined surface of the first anchor piece and the second anchor piece.
[0010]
According to the invention described in claim 2, the first and second anchor pieces are not only loaded in the direction in which they are pressed against the back surface side of the wall surface constituting member, but also loaded in the peeling direction, A load in the direction of sliding (rotating direction) along the rear surface of the wall surface component can also be supported, and the load bearing ability is increased over a wide direction .
[0011]
According to the invention described in claim 3 , the effect corresponding to claim 1 can be obtained by using the double-sided adhesive tape which is easy to handle.
According to the invention described in claim 4 , the holding member is a clamping member for clamping the wall surface constituting member, and a lock nut that is screwed to the mounting bolt and serves as a fixing tool for obtaining a predetermined clamping force. The function can be shared.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 to 12 showing the first embodiment of the present invention, components of the article fixture M will be described first. The article fixture M includes a first anchor piece 1, a second anchor piece 2, and a mounting bolt. 3 and a holding member 4. As will be described later, the holding member 4 serves as both a surface side member and a lock nut for cooperating with the anchor piece and sandwiching the wall surface constituent member. Sometimes, it is integrally formed with the rotating jig 5 in advance by a synthetic resin. In the following description, the integrated product of the holding member 4 and the rotating jig 5 will be described as a jig / member JK. In the embodiment, the article fixture M further includes a metal washer 6 and a spacer 7.
[0013]
Each of the anchor pieces 1 and 2 is formed into a slender and curved shape as a whole by a metal material (for example, a steel plate) or a synthetic resin (including a fiber reinforced synthetic resin-the same applies hereinafter) having a rigidity of several millimeters. It is said that. That is, each of the anchor pieces 1 and 2 has a shape curved in one direction as a whole. In particular, the degree of bending is strong on the tip end side, and the anchor pieces 1 and 2 are greatly bent in the lateral direction. Then, when the two anchor pieces 1 and 2 are rotated relative to each other around the mounting bolt 3 and overlapped with each other, the shape is set so that they are aligned so that they do not protrude from each other in the width direction (substantially congruent shapes). Setting).
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 5 in particular, a screw hole 1a is formed at the base end of the first anchor piece 1, and the tip of the mounting bolt 3 is screwed into the screw hole 1a. The mounting bolt 3 and the first anchor piece 1 are temporarily fixed in a state where the first anchor piece 1 is screwed to the tip of the mounting bolt 3. This temporary fixing is set so that the first anchor piece 1 and the mounting bolt 3 rotate integrally, and the fixing is released when a predetermined or higher relative torque is applied. In order to perform such temporary fixing, for example, it can be obtained by caulking as shown in FIG. 5 (the caulking portion is indicated by reference numeral k1).
[0015]
In the second anchor piece 2, the base end portion of the second anchor piece 2 (the mounting hole 2 a formed therein) is located closer to the base end portion of the mounting bolt 3 than the first anchor piece 1 with respect to the mounting bolt 3. It is fitted freely. That is, the second anchor piece 2 is freely rotatable without being screwed to the mounting bolt 3, and can be relatively rotated with respect to the first anchor piece 1 and the mounting bolt 3. Yes.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, each of the anchor pieces 1 and 2 is disposed on the back side of the wall surface constituent member H through the opening 11 formed in the wall surface structural member H. The wall pieces H are sandwiched between the anchor pieces 1 and 2 and the holding member 4 that are connected to each other, and the anchor pieces 1 and 2 are attached to the wall piece H. Note that this attachment work will be described later.
[0017]
The spacer 7 is made of, for example, synthetic resin, and corresponds to the difference in thickness of the wall surface constituting member H, that is, the difference in length of the opening 11, and between the second anchor piece 2 and the holding member 4. To the mounting bolt 3. That is, the spacer 7 is used when the wall surface constituting member H is thick, and is not used when the wall surface constituting member H is thin. The spacer 7 is formed with a notch 7a in the circumferential direction so that it can be easily attached to and detached from the attachment bolt 3 regardless of the attachment state of other members, and the attachment bolt is made using this notch 7a. 3 is removed and attached. In addition, the opening width of the notch 7a is made somewhat smaller than the diameter of the mounting bolt 3, and at the time of attachment and removal, the opening width of the notch 7a is increased by using elastic deformation. The washer 6 is for preventing the anchor piece 2 from directly contacting the spacer 7 or the holding member 4.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a groove 3d extending in the radial direction is formed at the base end of the mounting bolt 3 so that a rotary tool such as a driver can be engaged. In order to arrange the first anchor piece 1 by rotating it 180 degrees, it can be visually confirmed by the rotational position of the groove 3d and the rotational position of the rotary tool.
[0019]
Details of the jig / member JK which is an integrated product of the holding member 4 and the rotating jig 5 are shown in FIGS. The holding member 4 is formed in a cylindrical portion 4a inserted into the opening 11, a screw hole 4b formed in the cylindrical portion 4a and screwed into the mounting bolt 3, and an opening formed in one end of the cylindrical portion 4a. 11 and an annular flange portion 4c having an outer diameter larger than the diameter of 11. The rotating jig 5 has a cylindrical main body 5a, and an inner hole of the main body 5a is a through hole 5b through which the mounting bolt 3 can be smoothly inserted. A plurality (two in the embodiment) of protrusions 5c for applying rotational force are formed on the outer periphery of the main body 5a at equal intervals in the circumferential direction.
[0020]
The holding member 4 and the rotating jig 5 are connected by a connecting portion 8. The connecting portion 8 is thin-walled and constitutes a weakened portion that is broken by receiving a torque of a predetermined level or more. Such a jig / member JK is integrally formed of synthetic resin (for example, injection molding). In order to configure the connecting portion 8 as a weakened portion that is broken by receiving a torque of a predetermined level or more, the connecting portion 8 is formed thinly in advance at the time of injection molding. An appropriate method can be adopted such as injection molding so that the tool 5 is coupled, or forming a groove portion on the outer periphery of the coupling portion 8 by machining after injection molding to make the coupling portion 8 thin.
[0021]
1 and 2 again, a double-sided adhesive tape 9 is affixed in advance to the surface of each anchor piece 1, 2 that faces the back side of the wall surface component H, and this double-sided adhesive tape 9. Is shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 with hatching. The double-sided adhesive tape 9 serves as a rotational resistance applying means and a peeling prevention means. In the state before construction, one adhesive surface of the double-sided adhesive tape 9 is a predetermined surface of the anchor pieces 1 and 2 (of the wall constituting member H). The other adhesive surface is covered with the release paper 9a in advance. Then, the release paper 9a is peeled off just before the construction, and the other adhesive surface is exposed (the peeled release paper is indicated by a one-dot chain line in FIG. 1).
[0022]
Next, with reference to FIGS. 8 to 15 and FIGS. 3 and 4, a method for attaching the article fixture M to the wall surface constituting member H will be described. As a preparation before the attachment, the release paper of the double-sided adhesive tape 9 is used. 9a is removed. Further, on the base end side of the mounting bolt 3 (on the side opposite to the anchor pieces 1 and 2), the jig / member JK does not interfere with the insertion of the anchor pieces 1 and 2 into the opening 11. It is positioned (however, the range in which the mounting bolt 3 is screwed into the screw hole 4b of the holding member 4).
[0023]
After the above preparation is completed, first, the two anchor pieces 1 and 2 are overlapped with each other as shown in FIG. 2, and the anchor pieces 1 and 2 are placed on the tip side as shown in FIG. To be inserted into the opening 11. When the two anchor pieces 1 and 2 are overlapped, the double-sided adhesive tape 9 of the first anchor piece 1 is prevented from contacting the second anchor piece 2. In order to prevent this contact, for example, the second anchor piece 2 is gradually separated from the first anchor piece 1 as it goes from the base end side (mounting bolt 3 side) to the tip end side (free end side). In contrast, the first anchor piece 1 may be slightly inclined so as to gradually move away from the second anchor piece 2 from the distal end portion toward the proximal end portion. Good. In addition, a thin spacer can be interposed between the two anchor pieces 1 and 2.
[0024]
From the state of FIG. 8, the two anchor pieces 1 and 2 are further inserted deeply into the opening 11 so as to be twisted. At the time of this insertion, by setting the curved shape of the anchor pieces 1 and 2, insertion is possible even if there is only a small gap on the back surface side of the wall surface constituting member H as compared with the case where the anchor piece is a straight line. Thus, the insertion of the two anchor pieces 1 and 2 into the opening 11 proceeds, and eventually the anchor pieces 1 and 2 completely pass through the opening 11 as shown in FIG. FIG. 10 shows a state of the surface side of the wall surface constituting member H at the time.
[0025]
Even if the hand is released from the article fixture M, the flange portion 4c of the holding member 4 is abutted (locked) to the outer peripheral edge of the opening 11, and the article fixture M is on the back side of the wall surface component H. The situation of falling will not occur. In the free state in which the hand is released from the article attachment M, each anchor piece 1, 2 is in a rotational posture position in which the tip portion faces downward due to gravity.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 11, the first anchor piece 1 is rotated by rotating the base end side of the mounting bolt 3 from the rotation posture position state in which the distal end portions of the two anchor pieces 1 and 2 are directed downward. , A rotation posture position state in which the first anchor piece 1 extends toward the upper side opposite to the second anchor piece 2. In this state, by temporarily pulling the mounting bolt 3 toward the front surface side of the wall surface constituting member H, the double-sided adhesive tape 9 of each anchor piece 1, 2 is pressed against the back surface side of the wall surface constituting member H. Thereby, the rotation posture position of each anchor piece 1 and 2 is positioned.
[0027]
Next, as shown in FIG. 12, the jig / member JK is rotated manually by using the protrusion 5c so as to gradually approach the anchor pieces 1 and 2, and the cylindrical portion of the holding member 4 4 a is inserted into the opening 11. Eventually, the flange portion 4 c of the holding member 4 comes into contact with the peripheral edge portion of the opening 11. When the jig / member JK is further strongly rotated from the state in which the flange portion 4c is in contact with the peripheral edge of the opening 11, the connecting portion 8 is broken and the holding member 4 and the rotating jig 5 are separated. . At this time, the temporary fixing of the first anchor piece 1 and the mounting bolt 3 remains unreleased.
[0028]
After that, as shown in FIG. 14, the connector 21 for attaching the article is attached to the attachment bolt 3 by the cap nut 23 via the spacer 22. That is, the coupling tool is formed into a thin cylindrical shape as a whole, and a screw portion for fixing an article such as a handrail is formed on the outer peripheral surface 21a, and the mounting bolt 3 is passed through the inner hole. It is like that.
[0029]
As the cap nut 23 is tightened, the progress of screwing of the cap nut 23 to the mounting bolt 3 immediately stops, and the tightening force (rotational force) applied to the cap nut 23 is applied to the holding member 4 and the first anchor piece 1. It acts as a rotational force of the mounting bolt 3. By applying a large tightening force to the cap nut 23, the temporary fixing of the mounting bolt 3 and the first anchor piece 1 is released. By further applying a tightening force to the cap nut 23, the mounting bolt 3 is screwed deeply into the wall surface component H as the first anchor piece 1 is screwed into the screw hole 1a, and the wall surface of the mounting bolt 3 is The amount of protrusion from the component H is gradually reduced. When the outer peripheral edge of the connector is in an attached state in which the outer peripheral edge of the connector 4 is strongly pressed (sitting) on the surface side of the wall surface constituting member H outside the flange portion 4c of the holding member 4, the attachment of the connector shown in FIG. FIG. 4 shows a cross-sectional view of this attachment completed state (the tightening torque of the connector 21 by the cap nut 23 is, for example, 10 to 13 kgm).
[0030]
In the mounting completion state described above, the anchor pieces 1 and 2 are not only loaded in the direction in which they are pressed against the back surface side of the wall surface component H, but also loaded in the direction of peeling, and further, the back surface of the wall surface component H It is also possible to support a load in a direction that is slid (rotated in the direction) along the direction, and the load supporting ability in a wide direction becomes large. Incidentally, when the load from the article (not shown) is in the downward direction in the attachment completion state of FIG. 4 (the same as the downward load acting on the cap nut 23), the first anchor piece 1 extending upward is Load support is sufficiently performed in response to the force in the direction pressed against the rear surface side of the wall surface component H. In addition, the second anchor piece 2 extending downward is peeled off from the rear surface side of the wall surface component H. However, since the second anchor piece 2 is restricted from being peeled off by the adhesive action of the double-sided adhesive tape 9, the load bearing capacity is increased compared to the conventional case.
[0031]
When the article to be attached is a horizontal handrail, the load in the downward direction is large as described above, and a large load is not applied in the upward direction. In such a case, the double-sided adhesive tape 9 is used as the second anchor piece 2. It is sufficient to provide only for. Further, since the double-sided adhesive tape 9 is not provided on the first anchor piece 1, there is no possibility that the anchor pieces are bonded to each other, and the anchor piece is easily and reliably developed.
[0032]
Here, an example of fixing the handrail 35 as an article using the connector 21 will be described with reference to FIG. The handrail 35 has a flange portion 35a at the end thereof, and a fixing tool 36 is rotatably fitted to the end portion of the handrail 35 in a state of being prevented from coming off by the flange portion 35a. The fixture 36 is formed in a cap shape, and an internal thread portion 36 a is formed on the inner surface thereof. The internal thread portion 36 a is screwed into an external thread portion 21 a formed on the outer periphery of the connector 21. Note that at least the end of the handrail 35 on the flange 35a side is cylindrical, and the cap nut 23 is inserted into the handrail 35 when the fixture 36 is screwed deeply into the connector 21. Is done.
[0033]
FIG. 16 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the proximal end side of the mounting bolt 3 is shown enlarged, but the threaded portion formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mounting bolt 3 is for simplicity. Not drawn. In the example of FIG. 16, a hexagonal engagement hole 41 as an engagement recess is formed on the base end surface of the attachment bolt 3 so as to extend in the axial direction of the attachment bolt 3. Such a rotating tool is engaged with the mounting bolt 3 so as not to rotate relative to the axis of the mounting bolt 3. Then, instead of the cap nut, a normal hexagonal nut 42 is screwed into the mounting bolt 3, and the coupling tool 21 is tightened by this nut 42. In this embodiment, after engaging a rotary tool with the engagement hole 41 and shortening the protrusion length from the surface side of the wall surface structural member H of the mounting bolt 3 in advance (the first anchor piece 1 and the mounting bolt 3 ), And the connector 21 is tightened by the nut 42.
[0034]
FIG. 17 also shows another embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, only one anchor piece 51 (corresponding to the anchor pieces 1 and 2) is used, and the shape thereof is a substantially straight elongated plate shape. One end of a mounting bolt 52 (corresponding to the mounting bolt 3) is integrated with a substantially intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction of the anchor piece 51 (complete integration by welding without screwing). A double-sided adhesive tape 9 is provided in advance on a predetermined surface of the anchor piece 51 toward the back surface side of the wall surface component H. The anchor piece 51 is formed so that the length from the mounting bolt 52 to the end of the anchor piece 51 is shorter than the diameter of the opening 11 so that it can be inserted into the opening 11 from one end thereof. May be made longer and inserted before the longer one part. In addition, the holding member 53 integrally has a connecting portion 53a for attaching an article at a disc-shaped central portion having a diameter larger than the diameter of the opening portion 11 (for connecting to the outer peripheral portion of the connecting portion 53a). A male screw portion is formed, which also functions as the connector 21 shown in FIG. A through hole 53 b through which the mounting bolt 52 is smoothly inserted is formed in the central portion of the holding member 53.
[0035]
In this embodiment, after peeling off the release paper of the double-sided adhesive tape 9, the anchor piece 51 is inserted into the opening portion 11 while gripping the base end portion of the mounting bolt 52 and positioned on the back side of the wall surface component H. Let Thereafter, while the anchor piece 51 is held in a posture extending in a predetermined direction (for example, the vertical direction), the raised portion 51a formed at the center portion of the anchor piece 51 is drawn so as to be fitted to the opening portion 11, thereby The anchor piece 51 is bonded to the back surface side of the wall surface constituting member H with the adhesive tape 9. The opening 11 is formed in a size that fits the raised portion 51 a of the anchor piece 51, and the mounting bolt 52 is positioned substantially at the center of the opening 11 in this fitted state. Further, until the raised portion 51a of the anchor piece 51 is fitted into the opening 11, the double-sided adhesive tape 9 is separated from the back surface of the wall surface component H by the raised portion 51a and is bonded to an illegal position. Is prevented. After that, after the holding member 53 is fitted to the mounting bolt 52, the wall member H is firmly held between the anchor piece 51 and the holding member 53 by the lock nut 54 screwed to the mounting bolt 52. Installation is complete.
[0036]
FIG. 18 also shows another embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, only one anchor piece 61 having the same shape as in FIG. 17 is used as the anchor piece 61, but a screw hole 62 is formed in the center in the longitudinal direction. The mounting bolt 63 screwed into the screw hole 62 has a head portion 63a at the base end portion. The anchor piece 61 is formed with a through hole 65 through which the holding cord 64 is inserted. As in the holding member 53 of FIG. 17, the holding member 66 has a connecting portion (male thread portion) for attaching an article on the outer periphery, and is formed into a disk shape having a uniform thickness as a whole. The holding member 66 has a through hole 66a through which the shaft portion of the mounting bolt 63 is smoothly inserted, and a through hole 66b through which the holding string 64 is inserted. Of course, the double-sided adhesive tape 9 is provided on a predetermined surface of the anchor piece 61 toward the back side of the wall surface constituting member H.
[0037]
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 18, the holding cord 64 is inserted into and connected to the through hole 65 of the anchor piece 61 and the through hole 66 b of the holding member 66, so that the anchor piece 61 has a wall surface configuration. It does not fall to the back side of the member H. When the work is performed while holding the holding strap 64, the holding strap 64 is not necessarily inserted into the holding member 66.
[0038]
In a state where the release paper of the double-sided adhesive tape 9 is peeled off, the anchor piece 61 is inserted into the back surface side of the wall surface constituting member H through the opening 11, and then the anchor piece 61 is pulled by the holding cord 64. Similarly to the seventeenth embodiment, the central raised portion 61a of the anchor piece 61 is fitted into the opening 11, and the direction is adjusted, and the holding cord 64 is pulled strongly and bonded. Thereafter, the shaft portion, that is, the screw portion of the mounting bolt 63 is inserted into the insertion hole 66 a and the opening portion 11 of the holding member 66 and screwed into the screw hole 62 of the anchor piece 61. Due to the progress of the screwing of the mounting bolt 63, the wall surface constituting member H is finally clamped by the anchor piece 61 and the holding member 66. At this time, the head 63a of the mounting bolt 3 performs the function of the lock nut 54 in FIG. 17 and presses the holding member 66. The holding string 64 is a wall surface component member after the mounting bolt 63 is screwed into the screw hole 62 of the anchor piece 61 and before the holding member 66 is strongly pressed by the head 63a of the mounting bolt 63. It is pulled out from the surface side of H. In the present embodiment, the size of the opening 11 may be the diameter of the length in the width direction of the anchor piece 61, and the length of the anchor piece 61 can be set longer than that in the embodiment of FIG. be able to.
[0039]
Although the embodiment has been described above, the article is not limited to a handrail, and may be various items that are required to be attached to the wall surface constituent member H, such as various electric products such as lighting fixtures. The temporary fixing position between the anchor piece and the mounting bolt (the formation position of the screw hole 1a into which the mounting bolt 3 is screwed) is not limited to the end portion of the anchor piece, but is set at a substantially intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction of the anchor piece. Etc., which can be appropriately selected. Of course, as the shape of the anchor piece, an appropriate shape that can be inserted through the opening 11 can be selected. Furthermore, instead of the double-sided adhesive tape 9, an adhesive, particularly a quick-drying two-component curable adhesive can be used. The article fixing method using the mounting bolt 3 is not limited to the case of using the connector 21 as shown in the embodiment. For example, the article such as a bracket or a hanger is directly attached to the mounting bolt 3 with the back part as a holding part. It is possible to select an appropriate method such as fixing to the above. In the embodiment using the two anchor pieces shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the first anchor piece 1 and the mounting bolt 3 may be completely fixed without being temporarily fixed (by moving the mounting bolt 3 into the screwed state). The protrusion length from the wall surface constituent member H surface side of the mounting bolt 3 is not adjusted). The object of the present invention is not limited to what is explicitly stated, but also implicitly includes providing what is substantially preferred or expressed as an advantage, and providing components that are the main components of the present invention.
