そこで、車道の側縁において縁石に沿って側溝用ブロックを設置し、この側溝用ブロックを排水路として車道および歩道の排水を行うという方式が採用されているが、例えば、それに使用される側溝用ブロックとして実公平6−37112号をみることができる。

しかしながら、上記考案では、水抜き穴が蓋体部分しか設けられていないので、車道及び歩道からの排水を充分行うことができない、等の難点があった。

この発明は上記事情に鑑み開発されたもので、車道及び歩道からの排水を円滑に行うことができ、かつ、ブロックどうしの連結が強固になるような側溝用ブロクを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために、この発明では、天板部と歩道側壁及び車道側壁とから逆U字状に形成し、天板部の長手方向中央部に蓋体載置用穴を穿設し、かつ、天板部に歩道側方向に向け傾斜をつけて本体を形成して、前記蓋体載置用穴に蓋体を載置した側溝用ブロックにおいて、天板部に蓋体載置用穴を穿設することで天板部の歩道側縁に形成される細長状部の上面に蓋体載置用穴に連通する水平の通水用凹溝を設け、蓋体の歩道側縁には前記通水用凹溝に一致する位置に水抜き用切欠きを設け、天板部の長手方向の両端部における歩道側縁には、さらに天板部と歩道側壁がなす隅角部に内外連通する水抜き孔を穿設し、車道側壁には壁内外に連通する水抜き孔を穿設し、前記歩道側の水抜き孔は、天板部の表面に凹部を設け、この凹部に開口するように天板部と歩道側壁がなす隅角部に斜めに穿設して内側に開口し、さらに、車道側の水抜き孔は、車道側壁の上部から斜めに壁内側に開口するよう形成したことを特徴としたものである。
また、本体の長手方向の両端に位置する端面部分には、歩道側壁と車道側壁のそれぞれに沿って下端から天板部に開口する縦溝が設けてあり、天板部の左、右側部にはそれぞれ前記縦溝に直交する横溝を設ける。

以下、図示した実施の形態例に基いて説明する。1はこの発明の側溝用ブロックの本体を示すものであり、本体1は逆U字状に所要の長さに形成したものであり、2は車道側の側壁を示し、3は歩道側の側壁を示すものであり、車道側の側壁2は歩道側の側壁3に比べてより高い寸法に形成されている。
