Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a surface-flaw-preventing decorative board, a method for producing the same, and a construction method, and in particular, by forming a buffer layer on the back surface of the decorative board, preventing damage to the surface during stacking and transportation, and during construction. to relate surface scratch resistant decorative laminate of applying the remains without removing the buffer layer.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The veneer that has been used conventionally, for example, those configurations, such as that shown in FIGS. 9-11. That is, those represented by the reference numeral 1 in FIGS. 9-11 is a veneer formed by the decorative surface of the substrate and shiso the ceramic base molded article 1d, sectional (c in a state in which stacked the veneer 1 looking at the -c '), as shown in FIG. 11, in the convex portion 1b of the back surface 1a is in contact with the surface 1c of veneer 1 below, between the decorative surface to the surface 1c during stacking and transportation Alternatively, damage or blocking due to adhesion between the decorative surface and the ground surface may occur. For this reason , this scratch is repaired by touch-up on the site, or when the decorative plates are stacked , an interleaving paper or a cushioning material (not shown) is provided on the entire surface of the decorative plate in advance. Thus , scratch prevention and blocking prevention have been performed. Other methods include the method disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-76491. That is, a thin layer of room temperature-curing wax, wood wax, thermoplastic plastic, or a derivative or mixture of these substances is formed as a buffer layer on the back surface of the ceramic-type molded body subjected to surface decoration , it is intended to prevent surface scratches during time and transportation.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventional surface scratch-resistant decorative laminate, is the following problem was present because it was configured as described above. In other words, when packing a stack of decorative plate transport, in the case of Ru using the fit paper, time-consuming and cost of such a person or time since plugging in the decorative plate one by one over the entire surface, also, at the construction site It took a lot of work and time to extract the interleaving paper, and there was a problem that this interleaving paper became garbage at the end. Further, in the method of forming a buffer layer disclosed in Japanese Patent Kokoku 7-76491 in ceramic-base molded article and simultaneously molding or post-forming, in the case of the simultaneous formation, sheet temperature in the subsequent surface decorative steps soiled device buffer layer is softened when is increased, carry the risk compromising the required cushioning function, also in the case of the rear formation, when superimposed viewed product while the plate temperature does not fit down the There is a risk that it adheres to the surface makeup and becomes dirty, or the buffer layer becomes thin due to the weight of the stack, so that it does not serve as a buffer. Further, the surface in the case of forming a decorative process buffer layer after, there is a similar problem with the in sheet temperature is high, the solidification of such a thermoplastic resin is also compared with the formation of the drops sheet temperature until room temperature There was a problem that it was difficult to manage the degree of solidification until stacking. Further, Japanese Patent Kokoku 7-76491, has been described that it is possible construction without removing the buffer layer, since the buffer layer is a thermoplastic resin, after construction as roofing material, roofing material in summer when the temperature of the rose to 80 ° C. position flows to surface the buffer layer is softened, there is a problem that the appearance becomes dirty.
[0004]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, a buffer layer made of a thermosetting resin on the back surface of the decorative plate is provided, thereby preventing damage to the surface during stacking and during transport, construction and to provide a decorative laminate and a manufacturing method and construction method thereof so as to directly construction without removing the buffer layer when.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Surface scratch-resistant decorative laminate according to the present invention, ceramic-based molded body as a base material on the back surface of the decorative plate formed by the decorative the surface, constituting the buffer layer made of a thermosetting resin is formed into a rod or punctiform Preferably, the decorative board is a roofing material. Further, the surface decorative step or plate high state of a temperature of the decorative plate in successive steps on the surface decorative process veneer, by coating or Nurigi a thermosetting resin on the back surface of the veneer to the rod-like or point-like a method of forming a buffer layer, and further, the surface decorative step within or surface decorative plate high state of a temperature of the decorative plate in successive steps in the process of the veneer, the rod-shaped thermosetting resin on the back surface of the decorative plate or the point-like to the coating or Nurigi to the formation of the buffer layer veneer, after the through buffer layer by stacking the veneer transporting and packed in the packing member, was solution packing member in the field, makeup It is a method of constructing as it is without removing the buffer layer from the plate .
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the following, the surface scratch preventing decorative board, its manufacturing method and construction method will be described with reference to the drawings . In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and demonstrated to the same or equivalent part as the conventional decorative board mentioned above . First, those represented by reference numeral 1d in Fig. 1 and 2, raw material be a ceramic-based molded body that becomes the base material is that the decorative plate is used as packed in the mold press molded roof material or wall material, etc. A convex portion 10a is partially formed on the back surface 1a of the ceramic-based molded body 1d. Incidentally, the ceramic-based molded body 1d is made of such as cement or calcium silicate from ceramic based material mainly, if necessary, sand, silica sand, fly ash, aggregate and synthetic fibers such as slag, glass fibers, reinforcing fibers such as pulp are mixed as appropriate.
[0007]
The upper SL respective convex portions 10a, known labelers having a pressure-sensitive adhesive or an adhesive on one surface (FIG. 5, shown as in FIG. 6), for example, a sheet-like buffer layer made of well-known Kraft tape (commonly called gum tape), etc. 20 is attached. Therefore, the decorative plate 1 formed by surface decorative each ceramic base molded article 1d described above, even when stacked as shown in Figure 2, the upper on the surface 1c of veneer 1 below veneer 1 Since the sheet-like buffer layer 20 is joined, it is possible to avoid damage to the surface 1c of the lower decorative board 1. Further, in the case of disposing construction a number of veneer 1 at the construction site, by construction in a state in which impregnated the sheet-like buffer layer 20 on the convex portion 10a, the sheet-like buffer layer 20 is it is possible to avoid to be a waste.
[0008]
It will now be described embodiments which are shown in FIGS. Form as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 is to reduce the wall thickness of the ceramic base molded article 1d, partially forming a plurality of convex portions 10a as is clear island-like in FIG. 3, each protrusion the 10a is constructed by impregnated by the labeler said sheet-like buffer layer 20. Since other parts are the same as those in FIG. 1, the description thereof will be omitted.
In the case of the form shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, when disposing the veneer 1 by the same way construction site and described above, the construction work performed while impregnated sheet-like buffer layer 20 on the convex portions 10a Is. The above-mentioned sheet-like buffer layer 20 is made of cloth, plastic, paper, metal flakes, or a laminated composite product thereof, and is coated with an adhesive or an adhesive on one side, and has a convex portion. 10a and those equal to or greater than, for example, are preferable ones from 0.5cm angle of about 10cm square. Incidentally, the surface is preferably that of and slip state without damaging the decorative layer.
Further, if irregularities present in the backside 1a of the veneer 1 is very small, it can be made smaller than the protrusion 10a of the dimensions of the buffer layer 20. Further, when a sheet-like kraft tape is attached to the decorative board 1 in order to form the buffer layer 20, the decorative board 1 sent by the conveyor 100 as shown in FIGS. respect of the convex portion 10a, to approximate labeler tip 101a of known labeler 101, in which paste with press the convex portion 10a by the sheet-shaped kraft tape pressing roller 103 is peeled from the backing sheet 102.
[0009]
Surface scratch-resistant decorative laminate according to the present invention are those which form a buffer layer 20 made of a thermosetting resin in place of the sheet-shaped kraft tape. Further, the buffer layer 20 has a dot shape as shown in FIG. 7 and a bar shape as shown in FIG .
[0010]
First, to describe the surface decorative process of ceramic base molded article 1d, surface decorative process of ceramic based molded body 1d is, for example, in the case of performing makeup by painting, that preheating → undercoat → drying → overcoating → drying → cooling The plate temperature is kept at a high temperature, that is, about 40 ° C. to 80 ° C. until the end of the cooling step . In the meantime, any process may be used. For example, at the exit from the top coat drying process or the entrance to the cooling zone , the thermosetting resin (particularly, the above-mentioned) The buffer layer 20 is formed by applying or coating a resin having a property of curing at 40 ° C. to 80 ° C. which is a plate temperature in a rod shape or a dot shape. The buffer layer made of a thermosetting resin can be formed by instantaneously stirring two liquids of a resin main agent and a curing agent at the tip of a spray nozzle or an extrusion nozzle, and applying or coating them in the form of dots or rods. As the thermosetting resin, (an industry term, a surface that does not stick to fingers say when dried upon contact finger) tack-free in a few seconds are preferable to be, an adverse effect on the subsequent steps Does not reach. Therefore, a good buffer layer 20 can be formed by utilizing the high plate temperature state in the surface decoration process, and the formation of the buffer layer 20 is performed in the surface decoration process or in a subsequent process following the surface decoration process. Under a condition where the plate temperature is high , the buffer layer 20 is formed by applying or applying a thermosetting resin to the back surface of the decorative plate in a rod shape or a dot shape . Then, in the work line subsequent without placing the time, in which the buffer layer as stacked 20 through each veneer is packed in the packing member of the band or shrink such as polypropylene bands. After packing, if necessary, and unpacking and transported to the site, the buffer layer intended stay construction without removing, it is possible to site not emit dust.
The thermosetting resin for forming the buffer layer is mainly composed of a thermosetting resin or a derivative thereof. For example, an epoxy resin, an unsaturated polyester resin, a melamine resin, a urea resin, a phenol resin, and the like are preferable.
By the way , the buffer layer proposed in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-76491 uses a thermoplastic resin that solidifies when the resin once melted at a high temperature reaches room temperature, so that the plate temperature of the decorative board is relatively high. When applied or adhered , solidification is delayed, the shape of the buffer layer cannot be maintained, and the predetermined buffer function cannot be exhibited, whereas the buffer layer of the present invention is a heat that is solidified by the reaction between the main agent and the curing agent. to use the curable resin becomes a top predicate tack-free in a few seconds, further solidification is faster if among the plate temperature high. Further, the former, whereas poor adhesion to the base material for itself solidifies before impregnating the substrate with the coating of the thin film, the latter is excellent in adhesion to the ceramic-based substrate, wetting during Nozumi in secondary adhesion state such is to perform well. Incidentally, the buffer layer 20 of the decorative plate has been come dealt with the case where formed on the back surface of the convex portion 10a, with no protrusions 10a veneer plate-like back face 1a to the same case of forming the buffer layer 20 Actions and effects can be obtained.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
According to the decorative board and its manufacturing method and construction method according to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. That is, using high sheet temperature state in the surface decorative process of ceramic-based moldings, surface decorative steps or under a high state of plate-temperature continuous to surface decorative process, the rod-shaped or point a thermosetting resin on the back surface of the decorative plate Since the buffer layer is formed by applying or coating in the form of a buffer , the buffer layer is formed quickly, and when the decorative plates are stacked, the coated surface of the decorative plate surface is not damaged. Further, even if the construction as roofing material in the state of the left without removing the buffer layer, nor contaminate the appearance buffer layer is softened. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the effort as in the prior art work for removing the buffer layer's significantly, the buffer layer is not necessary to throw away as garbage state, and are preferable from the environment and cost achieved It can be done.
